Then itself though we subscribed for the whole year they changed english movies package to monthly, took money but stopped providing the package on excuse of no money. Now as per trai orders we made our choice online by 31 jan 2019, still they are not providing channels of our choice so that they can cut more money but we wont get our choice.in fact economical choices like "times m. A. N" are not even available to select. Their customer care numbers are not getting through, their chat also not active today. Last night after long wait, a chat with them assured that it will be set by today. Still nothing changed. Request that suitable action be taken on tatasky and channels of our choice be made available to us without further inconvenience and financial loss. Sincerely, p g nair
