It's been almost a week that i am not able to watch my regular hd channels in spite of proper selection and payment of my dues. Considering the amount present in my balance which is close to rs 3000 this is not acceptable behavior from such a big conglomerate. On top of that, the helpline number provided on site is not reachable. I ask the consumer forum to ask the company for an expedite redressal of my complaint.

    Subscriber id:[protected], b-39, mont vert-2, sus road, pune-411021.in nov we recharged for the whole year as per the package provided by tatasky since there was no option and monthly payment was tedious. Then itself though we subscribed for the whole year they changed english movies package to monthly, took money but stopped providing the package on excuse of no money. Now as per trai orders we made our choice online by 31 jan 2019, still they are not providing channels of our choice so that they can cut more money but we wont get our choice.in fact economical choices like "times m. A. N" are not even available to select. Their customer care numbers are not getting through, their chat also not active today. Last night after long wait, a chat with them assured that it will be set by today. Still nothing changed. Request that suitable action be taken on tatasky and channels of our choice be made available to us without further inconvenience and financial loss. Sincerely, p g nair

      not receiving channels as per my plan

      I have already chosen my channels pack before 1st february. But not receiving channels as per my plan.

      I have chosen turner pack in which i have got 5 channels but i didn't get total 5 channels. Channels which i can't watch are as below:
      Cartoon network
      Pogo

      Free channels 9xm tv 9 gujarati etc.

      I purchase tatasky dth connection plan of 1 year but as per trai rules annual pack will be change in monthly package but i pay already 1 year ammount. So plz i this case customer is no any liablity u will be continued for 1 year. Otherwise all payment give to customer account with 12 month instresst.
      Trai rule not benifit for customer after try rules package increse high cost... So plz 153 fta pack give free for paid dth as per free box

        I'm customer of tata sky dish tv having id no. [protected]. During last week and to date satellite signal not received to my settop box and online complaints registered by me, but till date my complaint not solved.
        Now some calls from tata sky customers coming on my mobile no. [protected] for not working of dish tv connection. How it is possible? Please verify your list of consumer grebance contact list and remove my mobile. No. From tata sky contact list immediately.

          Two executives from the unisyn enterprises has visited and given receipt for rs.2420/- as an acknowledgement for my new tata sky connection and told that package is full of hd channels and it costs only 240/- per month but after installtion i came to know they are cheaters and they charged higher amount for recharge and no hd channels are coming and tata sky customer care is simply saying we will not refund the amount and asking us to contact unisyn enterprises where all their mobile numbers and toll free numbers are not working. Tata sky should cancel my connection and refund the amount. My subscriber id is [protected]. This company is cheating so many innocent customers.

            I am customer of m/s tata sky since sep 2018. On 22 oct 2018 i have make payment of rs 3500 (1 year amount). But today morning my account has deactivated. As per telephonic discussion the customer care executive tata sky they told they will take 48 hours to resolve this issue. Why i suffer from this. No one help me regarding this issue.

I have called them multiple times but they keep saying that its still not active. They are not giving me a date when it will be active. Its cheating from their side by delaying activating the new pack

                Trai has issued new guidlines for dth and cable tv operators for new create ur own pack facility for customers, but tata zky do not have any interest on the guidelines issued by trai, they hav'nt change the pack till date i. E. On 2nd feb. 2019, even after calling the company customer care they are giving false reply this is causing mental agony to me as a, i have submitted my channels on 27 the january but till date no proper response from tata sky. Customer care executive is instructing me to recharge on my earlier amount to continue the services, pls take necessary action as i am losing my rights

                  My tata sky connection not working since last six days. I have made online complaint many times but no action taken by tatasky. On power on settop box, message appear on tv screen that "signal not received".
                  Since last six days i can't enjoy tv programmes due to not attending my complaint by tatasky. My plan may be extended for the period for not working of settonoc.
                  Please make arrangements to resolve problem on immediate basis

                    I m using tata sky since may 2016. But i m disappointed when i saw new plan. As per trai rule we can select 100 sd channels in rate of rs. 153/-. As per new tatasky plan they are offering free channels which i belief no one going to watch that channels. Currently i m paying only rs. 230/- but now when i m going select my new plan according to my current plan my monthly bill will be double. Now i have to pay rs. 360 (153+217). I thing tata sky lost their business ethics that's why they have now going to cheat common people. I request to trai they have to take some action against these type of service provider.

                    Hi! You will get 194 FTA channels and services by default with your Tata Sky account. Apart from that, you can choose the FTA Basic pack or FTA channels on individual basis post go-Live of Tariff order.

                    We take zee, star, sony family pack then I paid much more as compare now use package
                    And also not include colous package

                      As it need to under stand, as part freely net work fee was collecting to provide the same hence if the pay channels cost need to recover from the network fee and if any excess is there then it has to be collected from the subscriber.

                      Hi! As per the new pricing regulation, NCF charges of Rs.153 pm (incl. of taxes) will be applicable even if you opt for FTA channels only. If you opt for > 100 FTA SD channels, then additional NCF charges of Rs.23 pm (incl. of taxes) for every 25 additional SD FTA channels will be applicable.

                        As per trai website only the 25 channels under dd are mandatory. But for some unknown reason (For commercial benefit?) tatasky has clubbed the mandatory dd channels with other fta private & ad channels by naming the pack as dd+complimentary, and made it mandatory by default. Fta private channels are not mandatory as per rules.

                        This will has lead to unnecessary inflation in the count of channels selected, thus i may have to incur additional network capacity charges should i wish to subscribe for more hd/paid channels going forward!

                        Hence, request tatasky to provide the users an opportunity as mandated by trai, to select the remaining 75 channels (100-25mandatory channels=75 channels) as per their choice from fta or paid channels list.

                        Sorry, but that didn't answer my question. Can you please help me understand why you are not letting me a user to select the remaining 75 channels out of[protected] mandatory DD channels) either from FTA or paid category. Why is Tatasky imposing Channels like Naaptol (Channel 1452) and religious channels like Aradana Tv (Channel 1463) on it's users by making them mandatory/default. As per TRAI rules user have can select any channel to watch or unselect apart from the mandatory '25-DD channels'. So going by the rules, Tatasky should respect the RIGHTS OF A CONSUMER, by giving them choice of selecting the remaining 75 channels out of 100 for Rs. 153 (Net Capacity Fee + GST).

                        Hope you would be honest and straight in your answer, no deviations or diversions please.

                          As per trai new amendments i have made changes to my tata sky pack but i am not able to view many of the channels. When i tried to contact tata sky helpline on[protected] i did not get any satisfactory reply i was told i have made changes due to which i will be able to view the subscribed channels from 1-2-2019. As on today i am not able to view even the free to air channels like abp news and other subscribed channels since morning i am trying to contact tata sky helpline numbers from my registered number but in vain. No one is answering the call.

                              New regulations given by trai of selecting channels is totally against consumers benefits. May be it started with good intentions but finally end up with higher costs. For exactly same package which i am using currently i have to pay 220 rs now (350 in place of 220) for my tata sky. Infact i will get some less channels compared to existing.

                              As a common man it's not beneficiary for us... I hav paid
                              2640 per year but after tari rule i will pay 4200 per year... So plz cancer the 100 channels 153 base fee..

                                I subscribed tata sky on 16 december 2018 and they provided 1 month free service with hd channels... After one month on 14 january 2019 we recharged for a 1 month pack of rs 220... But on 27 january they started to give a notification that your pack will expire on 29 january... After that we complained them... But again on 31 january they started to give notification that your pack will expire today... And we again complained against it but till date the problem is not resolved... Therefore you are requested to take appropriate at your level to avoid our inconvenience...                                     Sir, I had installed a tatasky dth box on 5/1/2019. And I called to customer care and suspended my Tata sky account around 20 days. Then suspended my account on that particular day and released the account on next day itself only. When I called to customer care the he said the dealer called to him and release my account with out my permission . Now the dealer not lift my phone . I lost my 20 days subscription . With out knowing any particular details of dealer how should tatasky gave authorisation to that dealer . Dealer is unisyn enterprises (quality application solution pvt.ltd). I read so many cheating systems on unisyn enterprises. Plz help me.

                                      The whole purpose for the new rules and pricing was to reduce the cost for dth to consumer. However tatasky has not reduced anything. They have put the new pricing introduced by you but there are hidden charges as well. On selecting the individual channels or packs as made by tatasky the cost becomes less but just as you are on the last page to confirm the chosen pack or channels, tatasky levies a network fee which depends the number of channels.
                                      I chose 163 channels the total of which is rs.335. However, tatasky added a network fee of rs.222 for the 163 channels and the total becomes rs.557 per month. This is higher than what i was paying before the new trai rules. What benefit does the consumer get here. This indeed has become more profitable for tatasky instead. They are fleecing customers even more now.
                                      This is not fair and this is cheating the consumer.
