I HAD TAKEN VODAFONE CONNECTION AND SURPRISED TO SEE THE BILL THEY MENTIONED BLACKBERRY CHARGES OF RS.399/- BUT THE BLACK BERRY SCHEME FOR THOSE WHO ARE HAVING BLACK BERRY MOBILE SET.
I NEVER ASK FOR THE SAME FACILITIES AND I CALL TO VODAFONE OFFICER YOU CALLED US ON 30-11-12, BUT SORRY TO SURPRISED ON 30-11-12 I M BUSY IN MY DAUGHTER MARRIAGE, SO I M REQUESTING TO VODAFONE PLS REVERSE MY CHARGES OF BLACKBERRY CHARGES, BUT ITS A COMPANY MISTAKE, ITS NOT MY MISTAKE, WHY I WILL PAY THIS CHARGES.
PLS ADVISE TO VODAFONE TO REVERSE THE BLACKBERRY CHARGES FROM BILL WHICH WAS ALREADY CHARGE FOR ONR MONTH i.e RS.399/- PLUS 12.36% SERVICE TAX

Recharge — no coupon,no recharge
i have checked in to your offer Rs 100 recharge for Rs 50, the transaction is done through my HDFC credit card, i have noot received any coupon or my mobile is not recharged for the same, hence we already paid through HDFC pl refund or recharge.Anil
