This grievance was of my vodafone mobile. I am using this No. with Vodafone from last 6 years almost. I was enjoying a half local call rates pack of Rs. 25/- per month, in which my local calls get half the rates. I had one another pack of Rs. 30/- per month for free 300 SMS.
