Today,02.03.13received a callertune but I did not even asked for it. I did not received any call or message from the service provider where I gave my assurance of activat4on.DND is already activated in my m6bie no. then how can this happen.

Vodafone Prepaid — callertune and deduction of money

1)on 02/02/2010
18.24RS was deducted from my prepaid account unnecessarily
2)the caller tune was added unnecessarily without my requirement,
so kindly remove it
3)there is no customer care services who can respond on my complaints.

Vodafone — unwanted caller tune resulting deduction of prepaid amount.

Sir,
I have taken new connection 40 days back & i made a recharge of Rs100/- .after two days back i found that whole amount has been vanished & my account is showing negative balance of Rs. -13.62/-. I immediately called to customer care who did not reply me convincingly & refused to provide any call details.
Fearing this I did not recharge after that as my Recharge amount will vanish again.Kindly look into the matter at earliest or i will be left with no option to surrender this number.

    Vodafone — Mental Harresment

    HI All,

    I am readlly frustrated with Vodafone. They are doing mental harresment to me. I took prepaid phone no [protected] for my parents. When i took phone i said that i dont want any message/promotional. They gave with assurance. Unfortunately, i dont have written proof.
    2 month back, they asked me to send message to their call center then i did that. It did not stop.
    12th May, 2011 : I talked to customer care in Infosys office, I send email as well. get those promotion ect. to unsubscribe. I came to know taht some unknown services are started which cost me 45/-. They confirmed that no no service is active but they can not reverse money.
    16th May ; again 15/- deducted.
    i sent email, i called [protected] times but no result. Please help me.

      my name is vikas grover and my mobile number is [protected] and i convert my prepaid connection to postpaid connection on feb 27,2013
      as per my requirment company commit with me 199rs of per month rental plan , they also commit to give 7500 second loc and nat with 200 sms per month, and also providing one local voda to voda number calling for 6 months free of cost. but after conversion they activate the 249rs of plan and not providing local voda number free as well , and when i call for this issue to custmore care then they disconnect my call to custmore care as well.
      please solve my these all issue as faster as possible.

        Hi,
        I have been getting this flash SMS for the past five days.I have reached the customer care many times and registered my complaint and once i went personally to the nearby vodafone shop and registered my complaint. But no action action has been taken. When i was riding in my bike the continuous messages distracted me and would've lead me to an accident. My mobile's charge is getting reduced always and i am too frustrated mentally and i want to sue this company for their lethargic and careless response.Being an Indian citizen i have my right to protest this nuisance that's affecting me badly. Hope i get governments support in this.

        I don't know what is really wrong with VODAFONE. Can't they even control the messages that they send to customers or is there someone else controlling VODAFONE. It's a big shame for you people to let this thing happen for ten days.The Bloody flash SMS's flooding my inbox. So much of complaints, requests and also personal visit. What you people want me to do??..It is very embarrassing.
        Finally my problem is solved after 12 days...But though its a very bad and poor response. This is not a healthy attitude for a big company like VODAFONE. Signing offffffffff...

            Vodafone shrewdly came out with a very attractive post paid scheme which attracted many gullible customers like my husband. He being an Airtel user, opted for number portability. Our life's troubles began as soon as he gave the requisit amount to the Vodafone service centre guys. Initially, they stopped picking his calls. Later, they would call 20 times a day to hide their own inefficiency. It has been two weeks now and the scheme still has not been activated.
            I would call it as one of our worst decisions to opt for switching from Airtel to Vodafone. Highly irresponsible behaviour from Vodafone's end.

            VODAFONE: Please wake up before your ground level staff brings your company to the ground.

              Vodafone is not processing my porting request again again. last month they have cancelled my request saying that you have a contractual bond and then i have deactivated those bonds after so many email and phone calls and raised a new request and then went after two days i got a message saying that our relationship manager try to contact you but you are not reachable so kindly contact on [protected] and i haven't got any call or missed call from any number. and then i have called on this number for 13-14( around 30 minutes each time) & then somebody picked my call and said he can't do anything so he will arrange a call back and i said that's fine and i am scared that if he will not arrange any call back so i have emailed them on MNP care then raised a call back request by calling 111 and then raised complaint for call back on 198 and after that visited the vodafone store in dwarka also and they said your request will be processed and you get a call back. And after 3-4 days of that i have called on 198 to raise another complaint then they said you porting request is cancelled and there is no reason mentioned for that. and now i have just emailed The nodal officer about this and waiting for the response below is the mail chain.

                Applied for a new connection but even after 4 days the services has not been activated and all my documents have been given to the executive that came to my office to receive them.
                I fear misuse of the documents, as the executive does not pick up call as i have been trying to call him over and over again and the vodafone care says that sorry we cannot help in this regard as document has not been received.
                The connection that i applied for was a corporate connection and i applied it by calling at vodafone care and at that time they were very active to send executive but now nobody is responding.

                Vodafone Postpaid — Not activation after compleating all documents with fees.

                As on 7th october I have applied for postpaid comnnection of vodafone, Got =
                the reciept of Rs. 550, no. 1786, of address mention on reciept is Vodafone=, 2nd floor, central mall, 32 mall road, amritsar.got the new postpaid cell =

                Still this no. is not activated, as i had submission all documents for the =
                same with fees of activation as they said.

                Vodafone — Services not activated even after 7 days

                Hi,

                My prepaid number has been deactivated without being given sufficient time to ONCE AGAIN submit the identification documents submitted more than a year and half ago. Although I bought this connection after providing all the necessary documents required.

                I received a call on 4th Feb'09 morning saying that I needed to submit my identification documents ONCE AGAIN after more than ONE & A HALF YEAR. After the call my services on the mobile were disconnected. The identification documents were submitted by 2:00-2:30PM the same day in the Vodafone sector 19, Chandigarh branch. I was told that the services will be activated in next 48 hours. Can you imagine that!!! Reason quoted was TRAI orders. Imagine Vodafone awakening after a year and a half. You people do beat Kumbkaran hands down in sleeping competition.

                I have been calling the Vodafone customer care after the 48 hours deadline and they still have the standard reply that by next 48 hours your mobile services will be activated. I have been repeatedly enquiring from you people when actually the 48 hours start and when will these 48 hours deadline end. However, there is no answer to this except that whenever you call the 48 hours start from that time onwards PROBABLY.

                Vodafone doesn't care about old customers and day in day out it keeps harassing them. They are the least caring and give a damn about customer care services. All the company wants to do is add more numbers. I am contemplating to file a harassment and substandard services case in consumer forum.

                Co - operate Connection — My service is not working from the past 6 days

                My vodaphone postpaid connection is not working frrom the past 5 or 6 days.
                i paid my outstanding bill but still it is not working.
                I complained to the customer care more then 10 times but i haven't get any good response from your side.
                And i also went to vodaphone mini store in Kashmere gate but they were not ready to help me. I really feel bad about their behaviour and attitude.
                Now, i want to activate my service very quickly otherwise i don;t want to use your service and i will also advise to my freind to not use this service.

                i have take a vodafone card on 4th Jan 2010 from an ageny called pratimas telecom. located at sharmik bld. kahrghar navimumbai-410210. and it has been activeted for 12 hours and i have submitted my document to that ageny. my document given to them was my passport xerox and 1 photo.

                my incomming call and outgoing call was band by vodafone.then i called custmer care on 5th jan 2010.
                the person who was on the line told me you have submitted your driving licenc in that your signater is not matching. i told them that i have submitted my passport not driving licence.then they told me that ur no has been register by some one else in the person name was raju. i told that is no possble my name is NITESH GUNDELU. i have perched this card. then thay told me to visit vodafone gallrey i have vistied that today afternoon at 1:30 pm chembur office there where no one who can slove my problem they where telling me to submited new document i told where is document which i have give on 4th Jan 2010.
                there was no reposen from the person which i was speaking at vodafone gallery then i went to ageny they told that they have submitted that to vodfone. i think my document has been missused by that ageny and even vodfone ppl. are not taking care of its. this kind of ageny is spolling name of vodafone.my sim card incomming and out going has band. So, now I am suffering last two days.hope so that after this writting of this letter i will be help by VODAFONE EXCUITIVE.MY VODAFONE NO IS [protected]

                    I am an existing Vodafone customer having mobile number (Nine-Nine-867O23O7) which I took under a corporate CUG plan named ENTERPRIST 175 CUG and have been using it for the past 6.5 years. By today's standards the tariff is very expensive. Getting a pamphlet from some executive who came to my office I wanted to change my plan to "VG_Corp_99" and mailed the same to "corprelations.[protected]@vodafone.com". The response from them was very disappointing, "this offer is only for new customers and not for existing customers".

                    But according to TRAI's 4th amendment to TTO, "Customer has the right to move from one tariff to another plan offered by his service provider any time without having to pay any fee for the migration. A subscriber's request for a change of tariff plan shall be accepted and implemented immediately or from the start of the next billing cycle."

                    Please take some action against this as they have only intentions in increasing the number of customers rather giving proper support to existing customers. I have emails sent from Vodafone as a proof for this.

                    Vodafone / New connection plan — misleading, wrong implementation of plan

                    Hi

                    I have a very serious kind of problem with these Vodafone executives

                    My mobile number is [protected], I got this number from Vodafone store, Ansal Plaza, Hudco place, near Andrews ganj.

                    My customer agreement form no. is – 80137755

                    I bought this number on 23rd of June 08. At the time when they sold me this number
                    They told me that your number is [protected] which is written in customer agreement form also, but actual number I got is [protected]. Then they told me that your monthly rental will be Rs 49 only plus you have to pay Rs1000 advance( So, I paid them advance Rs1000 on 23rd of June 08). Now 2 days back Vodafone customer care executive called me up and told me that my monthly rental is Rs 298. One more thing they told me at the time of purchase that I will got a watch, parker pen and a CD free, when there executive will come to my home for verification, but no executive came to my home neither for giving free gifts nor for verification.(Imagine I got a post paid number without any verification).
                    So, on the sight of above mentioned problems, why I should pay monthly rental of Rs 298 instead of Rs 49 only and above all else why they are misguiding the customers and implementing wrong plans.

                      Hi,

                      My phone number[protected] was charged 2800 rupees for internet usage. The story goes as follows:

                      - I bought Vodafone connection and requested the minimum 2g plan to be activated which was for 199/-
                      - The guy says he will do it and to use it after 24 hours
                      - I did that and Vodafone activated 3g for me without notifying me, which switched off the 2g plan
                      - I used 3g, honestly I did!
                      - They deactivated 3g without notifying me.
                      - They put me on to the DEFAULT plan which charges me per KB.
                      - I get a huge bill and that exceeds my credit limit and my phone is disconnected.
                      - I go and speak to manager Dinesh at Sakivihar Vodafone store and he registers a complaint saying he cannot do anything.
                      - Durgesh Chaudhary from the complaint department calls me after 6 days saying he will get it reversed by speaking to manager Deepika at Vodafone Byculla Store. He said he will mail her and get the reversal of 2000/- processed (as I had already paid the 800 then) and paid 200 today.
                      - Two calls from the Vodafone billing department asking me to pay the bill, I informed them as well about the issue and they said they will look into it, still looking!

                      Its been 3 weeks and nothing has happened about it. WHOLE LOT OF FALSE PROMISES. I have spoken to Deepika the manager at Byculla and she promised me a reversal a week back. I have reminded them every day and they did nothing at all. After having 5 connections in the family, this is all I get.

                      This email is sent with high hopes as I (or anyone for that matter) would never like to pay 2000 Rupees for something that was not my fault, not my request not my intentional usage!

                      Vodafone — Never Bought Number before In My life

                      Respected Sir/Madam, It is requested that I have never bought this number [protected] before in my life this number was fraud Suspected number when I was receiving bills of that number I have informed also in your Vodafone store Sec 35/C to Mr. Ashish..& he told me that I'll not receive bill from next month onwards & still your company was providing services to that number & now your company has added my name in default list due to non payment of the bill around 900 something ..So please adjust the amount of that number & delete my name from the default list please don't keep my name in default list...I shall be very thankful to you for this...

                      Vodafone — Charged 2000 in Bill for something not used

                      I Faizullah Kazi baring Mobile no # [protected] has been billed erroneously by Vodafone for I - Phone charges of Rs 2000/- where I am not even using an I Phone or have not bought the I Phone from them. I changed my plan to corporate billing on 29th September after which they have charged me this & despite of numerous calls to Customer Care Team in Vodafone nothing has been done yet. When spoke to an advisor in Vodafone he confirmed that I have not used this service at all & said will check this however its been a month now & nothing has been done. I am using the above number from past 10 years now with no issue & would not like this number to get disconnected. Request you to kindly help in this.

                      We have ONLY cheaters in this land-of saints and culturally-forward nation.

                      I have today received a data bill of Rs 7114/- from Vodafone. My usage never exceeds 3 GB in a month. My maximum data bill has never exceeded Rs 947/-. This is the first time in my life that I am receiving such a bill. I thought it is my credit limit! Checking the August itemised bill and my itemised usage logs available on my data-SIM shows a large difference.

                      My data-SIM usage log shows 2.16 GB usage which is well within the free limit of 3 GB I am allowed in a month. I will take help of Dhaval Valia who had taken Vodafone to task some months ago publicly.

                      Therefore, buyer beware. This is a country where cheaters can be found wholesale. Vodafone o[censored]K has once again found a fertile soil to set up business and practise cheating gullible customers. Law and Disorder is the Order of everyday. Institutions don't give a damn to law or ethics. Therefore, keep your eyes and ears open. It is a best policy to always opt for PRE-PAID rather than POST-PAID. You remain in control of costs. Else Vodafone ki jay aur apki sazaa.

                        This is with regard to sudden disconnection of my number. A major lapse of service operator lead to unknown scenario

                        My Number [protected] suddenly got disconnected without my knowledge. This was a shock for the day as my number was not accessible. On calling customer care 3-4 times they told that the SIM had been lost. It was an astonishing statement as the SIM was very much with me. I requested them that my SIM is with me and it is not lost and I have not registered any complaint. But they forced me to visit the nearest Vodafone store to reactivate my number.
                        Finally I visited the Vodafone store leaving behind all my work and meeting schedule in between. The justification given to me was that they got a call from a number ( [protected]) for the SIM lost.
                        Before taking any action Vodafone did not do any verification for that number neither took any initiative to check whether the SIM was in use or really lost.
                        On many request Vodafone provided that number from where they got a call. On contacting that number owner of the number confirmed that he did not lodged any complaint or called the Vodafone and they even don't know anything related to me.
                        To know exactly why this was all done I asked them for the call recording for the complaint lodged. They assured to provide me with recording. But after assurance they did not provide recording. After visiting the Vodafone store three to four times and many communication with the nodal officers they now refused that they have any recording. On basis of which it can easily be judged that this was a mistake of any Vodafone executive.

                          I have bought vodafone sim under CUG program. I have clearly said to the executive i no need of internet package and executive has striked out the space for the GPRS activation. Inspite of this, I have received two bills indication charges for GPRS one for Rs. 315 and the other one for Rs.189. Upon mailing and customer they refuse to take complaints. One day the vodafone executive call me and inform to pay the usage charges except GPRS charges. I have paid the remaining usage amount except GPRS. But now, they are asking me to pay GPRS and informing we will provide you waiver of Rs. 200. Kindly let me know what has to be done in this situation.

                            i have checked in to your offer Rs 100 recharge for Rs 50, the transaction is done through my HDFC credit card, i have noot received any coupon or my mobile is not recharged for the same, hence we already paid through HDFC pl refund or recharge.

                                I am useing vodafone no.[protected].from last 10 year .maney time unwanted servise activated with out consent and not cancelled after y maney repeted request
                                from last three month my monthly plane changed.I have make maney time request by going on miney store but they have not changed til now.
                                For thi s biling period send message of unbelivable bill.of Rs.5153.which i not know what service they activated and makes such high bill for my account .kindly investigate the matter and and save me from such fraud bill.

                                  Sir, I Harsh Bhalotia called vodafone care regarding new postpaid connection they sent a agent to our place who provided us the new sim card and took required documents and also security money of Rs 250. His name is Rohan and his contact no. is [protected]. Now 10 days have passed but my no. is still not activated and the agent is not answering to my calls. i even contacted vodafone care on phone and went to vodafone Store also but they also said that talk to the agent we cant help. The new no. provided to me by that agent is [protected] and was issued on 16.02.2013.

                                  This is requested to you to look into the matter and kindly activate my no. or otherwise give me status of my complaint so that i can switch over to other network and take new no. because its already too late.

                                    Since December, from my vodafone number I'm unable to send messages to any number. I have visited Vodafone stores and they said everything is correct on my handset and asked me to reissue a new sim of my number. I have applied for new sim but still the problem is same. Everytime I call Customer care, they repeat same steps and nothing happens afterwards. I dont know why it is happening with me Wihtout message service I can not even apply for Mobile portability.

                                    Vodafone — Problem not solved

                                    Hi,

                                    This is Rajeev Anand handphone number [protected].



                                    I got a new Vodafone postpaid connection.

                                    I am not satisfied with the services of vodafone, I took this connection on 2nd of Aug & my connection got activated on 5th Night as promised it should be activated in 48hr but after speaking to the zonal head Mr. Subrath i was able to use mine services.



                                    Since then i have been making complaints:



                                    1. I am not able to connect to the postpaid section when i dial the customer care number

                                    2. My bill was generated within 2 days without even using the services.

                                    3. I complained on your customer care also for which i received a sms after one day that mine

                                    problem has been rectified; but the problem was not solved after which i personally visited your

                                    JMD Tower Gurgaon vodafone store where i met Mr. Rajan and filed a complaint against which

                                    he send a mail in my presence to the concerned department which was on 8-Aug-2008



                                    Till now none of the problems has been rectified.



                                    I want vodafone to compensate me for wasting mine TIME, ENERGY & FUEL.

                                    I would really appreciate if you take a immediate action.

                                    I too use VODAFONE postpaid. It is the worst service provider in the world and moreover they are a CHEAT. Even though i paid my bills, they have still not started my service. NEVER take their POST PAID connection. Even if you die in your attempt to stop the connection, it will never happen.

                                        Vodafone does not value the money and concern of its customers. I wanted to recharge internet pack on my mobile and was trying for the same in morning through my mobile. I tried getting internet package activated through code dial in facility that vodafone offers with *111*95#. When I tried to dial this code and press call button it showed some error....i tried again and again it was showing some error. After 30 odd mins I received a message from Vodafone that my internet package has been activated and RS 95 has been deducted. However I received same message again within next 5 mins. And my balance was now just RS 4. Not only Vodafone charged me twice for the same thing but when I tried calling up them for raising my concern they said that whatever I am saying is right but still they cannot credit back my money as their stupid policy does not allow to do that. And the customer care executive who attended my call was impolite and rude in his approach. He had no interest in listening to my concern...so forget about adressing it.
                                        But how illogical is that???? they can charge us extra for anything but just cannot return our money..
                                        Really disappointing for me as on daily basis i get a call a vodafone saying that I am their priviledge customer and they value my time and money....but after this incident i think this is utter nonsense....!!!!
                                        Vodafone i am deactivating my caller tunes services as well since i don't want you to earn a single penny from my money.
                                        to hell with your services...
