I took one vodafone sim 3 months back from local shopkeeper. Last week it becomes faulty. So for the replacement of the sim I went to Vodafone Shop. There I get to know that my number ([protected]) was registered against some different person identity.
The problem is more complicated as i gave my photo and photocopies of necessary documents to the shopkeeper for the identity proof and I am afraid that someone can misuse my identity.
I want vodafone to take necessary action and find out who is using the number against my identity, deactivate it and take strict action against such dealers.

    Dear Sir/Mam,

This is regarding the disconnection of my Vodafone no [protected]. Please find attached my e-mail dated 13th November 2012 stating the failure of Vodafone to disconnect the number mentioned above due to the following reasons:
    1. Upon clearance o[censored]nused dues of Rs 7030, the Vodafone store in Basant Lok, New delhi refused to disconnect the number on three occasions due to the following reasons:
    a. Driving license rejected as valid photo id due to unclear image.
    b. Pan card rejected as a valid id due to absence of address proof.
    c. Passport presented as valid id, Vodafone store refused to disconnect the number and gave e-mail id of Vodafone care to disconnect the number.
    2. My e-mails dated[protected] &[protected] to vodafonecare.[protected]@vodafone.com from my e-ails id’s [protected]@scipl.net.in & [protected]@gmail.com respectively were not accepted as valid e-mails although i do not have any third e-mails id.
    3. To register a new e-mail id i was requested to send an sms to 111 through the number [protected] which had not been in use by me for the past four months neither did i have the concerned sim card.

My e-mail clearly states that the dues had been cleared by me till date and that i shall not be liable for any future payment by Vodafone because of their refusal to disconnect my number.

To my utter shock i have been surprised by the visit of recovery agents by Vodafone to my house for recovery of billed amount of approx Rs 3600 against the following facts:
    1. I have not received any bill/reminder either by mail or by post from Vodafone in the past six months.
    2. No calls have been either received or made and neither have any sms been made from the number in the past 7-8 months.
    3. The sim card has never been inserted to any phone to the best of my knowledge.

Adding to my worries the use o[censored]nprofessional language and rough behaviour of the collection agents sent by Vodafone to my house and has been very disappointing and I would therefore like to reserve my legal rights against the harassment by Vodafone Delhi.

I would therefore request you to kindly look into the matter and that I shall not be liable to pay the amount of approx Rs 3600 as claimed by Vodafone and neither any amount so produced in future.

on 20.02.2013 my vodafone connection phone number as [protected] had balance of around 23-25 rs. I do not make calls frequently,so the recharge amount is very less. But on that day evening I made/ receive a call and after disconnecting the call I found I have 23 rs. and some paise is left in my balance. On the very next moment a message came on my mobile saying that some caller tune is fixed up wit my mobile and 15 rs. is deducted , in the next second again a message came that some other caller tune is activated and 10 rs. is ducted more and it will be valid for 60 days. Instantly I have deactivated the caller tune as I have never ever requested for that kind of service.

What the hell is this with this kind of giant network company like Vodafone???

As I do not recharge so many times and do not call frequently they have stolen my money from account balance and by cheating.

It is not the matter of 20/25 rs. but it is the matter of theft and cheating.

I want a solution of it.

        Hello Sir/Madam,

Subject: Deducted money from balance without any notification

Please note that we have credited Rs.25 for Caller Tune service today as a onetime service gesture. The Caller Tune service was activated on 20 February 2013 in response to an outbound dialer call and the service was deactivated on the same day.

As per my discussion with Mr. Puneeth Raj from Vodafone store at Bannerghatta Road , Bangalore , i had put in the following mail on 18th Feb on these ids: to: girish.[protected]@vodafone.com (Nodal officer)
cc: corpcare.[protected]@vodafone.com.(Mail copy pasted at the end of the mail)

There has been no response from corpcare and the mail from Mr. Girish's mail id is bouncing back .

Even after making repeated complaints and paying off call charges , i am getting a call from your call centre everyday saying that the bill has not been paid and services are going to be discontinued.

After being a loyal customer for so long , if i am receiving this kind of service , i would be more than happy to discontinue with your service.

Below is the mail shared with your team.

            Mail sent :

            Dear Sir,

This is with regards to the complaint that i had registered several times with your customer care and your Vodafone store at Bannerghatta Road.

As per my discussion with Puneeth Raj from your Bannerghatta store,my 3G plan had been started on 9th of November by him and is also reflecting the same in the system.

However,my December/January bill did not reflect the same and i have been wrongly charged with the following data charges

            Usage Charges Duration Net Charges
            VF Mobile Connect 3131250 3233.26
            MMS 6

Accordingly , the entire bill charges are coming to Rs. 4677.54+578( wrong tax charged as the data charges are not valid).

I have paid off my call charges bill as per my discussion with Puneeth on Saturday , 10th Feb.

He has given me a verbal promise saying that all the data charges will be reversed and deleted in Feb. Bill ,since the mistake is from your side and has been confirmed by his senior as well; also the late payment charges if any(since they had asked us not to pay till complaint was resolved) will be reversed.

Also , as discussed with him , my 3G had been disconnected by your team from 21st January to 8th Feb i.e. for more than 2 weeks for which i lodged a repeated complaint with Puneeth and my relationship manager - Satish.

I will not pay for these 2 weeks of 3G since it was disconnected for fault from your end and delay in response. Please let me know bhow will the charges of Rs. 450 for my Feb bill be compensated.

I have had a lot of inconvenience due to this bad service on Vodafone's part. This is cheating and extortion on your part.IF i would have blindly trusted and paid off the bill not checking the elements of it , i would have been further fooled.

Let me know your response on the above factors and i am truly disappointed with your service.

            Vodafone — Wrong bill charges(data)

I subscribed to a corporate data plan (Vodafone) for Rs99 unlimited usage. I was told to simply send a SMS vlu99 to 111 and the plan would be activated. I did as I was told and within 2-3 hours I got a confirmation thatbthe data plan has been activated
I started using the Internet on my mobile phone accordingly. After 1 week, I called up vodafone to check if the unlimited data plan is on and confirm with them if no other charges would be levied, they confirmed that only Rs 99 would be charged for the monthly rental.

When I got the bill, I was shocked to see them charge Rs 26000. On following up over social networks like twitter and their helpline, I was told that I was using their mobile connect service and not vodafone live. And I had not changed the settings on the phone and by default the settings were for the plan for the higher charged one.

The issue here is vodafone never intimated me of any such process to change settings. I have mails from vodafone corporate support telling me that to change the data plan, I ONLY need to send a SMS to 111.

Even when I had called them to check if the plan was on and I won't be charged any other amount. Still I
was charged with such a big amount. I have been constantly following up with them to these charges, but without any concrete steps from their end.

Even for the subsequent billing cycle I changed the settings as intimated by their team, stil I was charged with Rs 13000. Again while following up for the previous bill, I enquirer about these charges, and I am told that the
provided me with wrong phone settings, but I have to pay...

I have been getting constant calls to make the payment, but no 1 is ready to understand that it was their negligence not to inform a customer of all steps to change a data plan and keeping the customer in the dark that the plan is not active which has led to this.

I have meanwhile decided not to hold back the payment for monthly phone rentals and phone usage and paid the bill for that amount for 2 months but I refuse to make the payment for data usage.

            Regards
            Jay Mehta

I requested for MNP (Mobile Number Portability) on 12th of February 2013. My Vodafone SIM became active on 19th February Midnight. I called 117 and the verification was also done. After this every time the top-up was failing. I called customer care and the asked me to go for FRC 26 then 1 Rupee recharge in order to start the services. I went to Vodafone store, Madhapur and they provided the same information, but because the cash counter was closed they asked me to come other day. Meanwhile I again called customer care and they said I can do it online as well. I did 2 online recharges of rupee 26/- and 1/- respectively as mentioned. I received the confirmation SMSes as well. Since the recharges were not happening I anyway went to the Vodafone store again. And then they say for MNP you need not have 26 rupee and 1 rupee recharges.

I was very angry on that part. Who is supposed to take the responsibility for that? It takes hours to connect to customer care if you need to speak to someone and after that you get this? I have both recharge related e-mails received from vodafone web-site. In any case I was those 27/- rupees back. This is not about small amount of money, this is about giving wrong information and causing physical as well as mental un-stability to the customers.

I need an action from vodafone people.

              Vodafone — Charge MNP

Vodafone charges for sms to 1900, not only that when I sent SMS containing Port (My number). It gave me reply message that the MNP is not available in You area. Whats this nonsense. I want file a case against Vodafone and also need all my SMS charges back

I want to complaint about the 'behavior and nature' of telecom companies in India. I submitted the request for new post paid number on 15th Feb. 2013, and the documents along with the deposit of Rs 250/- was collected by 'Amit' ([protected]), after that this fellow made more than 15 calls to me and promised that the number will be activated within 24 hours. After that I tried to contact this fellow on 16th evening as the number was not activated, without any success. On Monday, I spend entire day trying to contact these guys and later I came to know that that my case was handed over to new fellow 'Raman' and he deposited my document on Monday (18th Feb.) and he informed me that the number will get activated on or after Thursday (21st Feb. or later).
With Utter frustration, I tried to contact Nodal officer of Punjab range (Mr. Vikram Bains), without any success and on behalf of Nodal officer, some Sahil Verma informed me that its not possible to activate my new number before 21st. On 19th Feb., when I contacted Nodal officer, they promised that someone from Vodafone will call me soon.
On 20th Feb. I again started to contact these people, and 'Raman' contacted me, and promised me that the number will be activated on 20th evening.
Its 8 PM and number is not activated till now, Nodal office and VODAFONE is not ready return my deposit in any way, what should I do?
The docket number for reference is[protected] and I am not interested to continue with such company where the customer is trapped in false promises and fraud. Its against law in India.

                    Dear SIr/Madam,

I am using Vodafone prepaid card in my mobile since two years. On 26th January I received a call at 5.00 AM in morning from unknown number (details of which I have in my phone)but nobody spoke when I received call. After that to know who has called I called on that number and from receiving end pornographic audio clip started getting played. After hearing this for some minutes and not understanding what to do I immediately disconnected phone and I found that Rs.30 has been deducted for call duration approximately 2-3 minutes and same happened on next day.I received call at 5:30 in morning from unknown Tel. No. and I thought somebody is trying to playing mischief on phone. So I asked my husband to check and he also called up on that no. to find out who is harassing me, he also heard audio clip on phone and realized that some pornographic audio clip is being getting played. After call I found out that again Rs.30 was deducted whereas call duration on both the times will be hardly 2-3 minutes. When my husband called and spoke to Vodafone representative he apologized and promised to pay back Rs.60 deducted withing 72 hours. But even after 4 days I didn't receive balance in my account I called Vodafone representative and also spoken to his senior Mr.Noor. They apologized for what has happened but refused to pay back amount as Do not disturb service is not activated on my mobile. this type of reason is not acceptable and in spite of no mistake from my side I have to suffer and my money is also deducted without any valid reason. You may find amount small but it is the wrong practice of company which is bothering me because if I don't take any action the same thing can happen in future and it also can happen with others. So I request you to kindly take appropriate action against Vodafone company for the trouble caused to me.

                    Thanking You,

Vodafone Prepaid — Money deducted without any service request

Few days ago I got my phone recharged with a top up amount of Rs. 200 and waited for my balance to increase, but it did not. On calling the customer care, I was told that there is a scheme for Rs.200 that I will be getting reduced called rate. There was no prior notification of the same and my Rs.200 got wasted for nothing more than few paise reduced call rate. Even the customer care executive put the call on hold when I asked him to take up the matter and revert my money/scheme. Then I followed the matter via customercare email address but in vain. Two days ago, I was on roaming and needed my phone badly. When I was about to make a call, it showed negative balance. On checking from cust care, I got to know that company has activated a scheme of voice chat on my mobile without any request from my end and has deducted all my balance.I told them to stop the scheme and revert, but they said had it been within 24hrs of the activation, money would have been reimbursed.I fail to understand why they activated the scheme when I did not request for it and also that there was not notification for its activation or anything if I do not want it.As a result of this, I not only suffered monetory loss but much more than that plus mental harassment by being a customer of Vodafone.

I had to make an unavoidable call while I was travelling and it costed me a lot more than just monetory loss, there happened to be a loss of image as I wanted to inform someone about my schedule and my office work also got hampered. I could not tell them the reason, and vodafone put me in a bad situation.

I want all my money to be reverted + compensation of loss of Image + Damage to my personal relationship + Mental Harassment.
i am fully agree, more or less time vodafone activated any service without any request and deduct charges and when we want to complaint it its customer care is not approachable when we got approached they are just saying sorry nothing else. it is the customer who has to suffer.
is there anyone listening to our complaints?? or are we hitting our head on the wall?

Vodafone — With any use deducted Rs 30

                    Dear Sir,

I have a mobile no.([protected]) with vodafone. on Sunday (24.01.2010) i recharged it with 30 rupees. from now i did not make a single call from this number and i also didn't subscribe for any value added service and any other services.

Now on Wednesday (27.01.2010) my balance -7 rupees. i called to costumer care for the same. their executive told me that you have subscribe a service but he is not willing to give any kind of detail for the same.

Now i feel harassed and vary disappointed because for the company attitude and policy

                    They are scammer and fraud.

Please do my favor for the same.
                    HI Nidhi,

This is something to bring your knowledge about the customer service provided by vodafone to the customer. It is something devastating and so stupid services that's been provided to the customer. What happen in the month of december I had a word with one of the customer care executive and that guy when I asked for the supervisor or manager he started abusing on the phone as the there was the service which is Missed call alerts that was activatedby error however, I received the confirmation from vodafone the service will be activated in5 hours however I called the vodafone to cancell the service and spoke to Shahnawaz in December and that guy started abusing I called again and Spoke to Team Leader Gaurav Roy and he assured me and asked to call back on 5 jan 2010 to get the money waved off but was not here was in abroad so couldnt contact ut the phone was left here in India. when I returned I had the conversation with vodafone couple of time but due to shortfall in time so could not get hold off any one. Today I spoke to Ankur he did the same without transferring the call to supervisior he again transferred the call to somewhere where i kept waiting there for haly n hour and also he said there is no one available on floor. I again called up and spoke to Bhim he transferred the call to supervisior Jagdeep Mahajan and got no resolution and he asked me to again write down to you. Its not about the money but also about the customer service that you guys are providing to the customer. Its frustrating and the person could not speak to the supervisior regarding the same. This is my last mail to Vodafone and still if I do not get proper responce I have to go to TRI servcies regarding the same. This is my fourth mail to Vidafone can anyone reply me on that please its really getting frustating for me to hanndel all this as my outgoing call have been barred but have made the payment from easy shop for the payment for Rupees 520/. The money was paid on Thursday but still have not received so could you please help me. The vodafone number do not provide the proper service. So could ypu please have a look at that and reply accordingly. This mail is also sent to vodafone but do not received any responce so have send you.

                      Dear All,

My name is Neeraj Gupta and I had applied for MNP for my vodafone prepaid number [protected] on 9th Feb 2013 due to call rates plans etc. and after that i received a call from Vodafone customer care (Executive Details: Deepa , [protected] and [protected]) on 14th and 15th Feb 2012 asking me the reason for MNP and then she offered me a scheme on Postpaid plan ( Rs.200+service tax, 600 minutes local+STD and 300 SMS local+STD) then i opted for the scheme and agreed to convert my prepaid to postpaid scheme in vodafone.
Finally when my postpaid number was activated today on 19th Feb 2013 then i found my plan was not as per Deepa (Customer care executive) explained me. My plan was only 300 minutes local +STD and 300 SMS local+STD . Then i called up in customer care and they said that this is your actual plan and u have to stay at-least up-to 90 days in postpaid plan.
So i am feeling very aggrieved here due to fraudulent scheme by Vodafone customer care executives. Actually this is not the right way to retain a customers. There must be some legal and strict action against such type of employees who misleads a customers just for their own targets.

                      Vodafone — Fraud scheme

I have a life time prepaid connection with VODAPHONE which I have used for the last 2 years.I am aware that i need to recharge the phone for an amount of Rs200 once in 6 months. Now,I am told that I need to make phone calls from it or recharge it ONCE IN 15 DAYS ,to keep the phone active. This was never there before because I have been away for a long time & when I come back I can still use my phone.ASSUMING this is possible now,I think in future, they can put in any condition they feel like in the future. For example, they can say if the phone is not used every 1 hour the number can go dead. Thats really a very easy and clean way to cheat.

Vodafone — Call me for our schemes

I bought a smartphone recently and I inserted my sim. 2G immediately became active and it started consuming my recharge. Soon I looked for 3g internet plan and did a online recharge for 251 rupees 1GB plan and got a message that 3G will be active in 24 hrs. Since my talktime also was consumed, i did a 4 rupees recharge for 2g/1 day. This seems to have caused 3G to deactivate and contacted customer care several times only to tell me that it's impossible to encash or even enable 1GB of data into my account because of forementioned activity. This is a total rip off from Vodafone. I will move to airtel or someother carrier.. Vodafone never in my life..

                          2) I didn't get any call regarding what solution has been done.
                          3) I write again 3 times but the complaint is closed on checking on my Vodafone status, without any action 3 times

Vodafone — RE: mislead the customer

                          Hi attendee,

I had opted for Blackberry services and when I was supposed to go out of country, I called the customer care and was given a mis-leading information about the data usage which resulted in a huge bill amount.

I called the customer service again when I got back to India and they accepted their fault but do not want to do a refund.

I would appreciate if you could look into this and get me a resolution.

                          Kindest regards,

Vodafone — Misled By customer Care

                          Hi,

I called up Vodafone customer care this morning at 7:40 AM to get information regarding vodafone Mobile Connect. The person who attended me clearly mentioned me that neither there is any activation charges nor monthly rental for the activation. But when I send the message they deducted 199 rupees from my account as monthly rental. I was mislead by this customer care guy. Later when I called them they clearly refused this thing and when I asked for a call transfer to the supervisors I was always put on hold for few minutes and then disconnected. I tried talking to them many times but no response from there side. They also lodged a compliant, telling me that the senior person will contact me in 2 hrs, but till now I haven't received any call from them. The Compliant no is [protected]. So this clearly makes me in a situation to lodge a complain against them. Keeping due faith in the system I want your help in resolving this issue as soon as possible.
                          My name is Dinesh Kumar

                          and my no is [protected]
I HAVE DONE RECHARGE OF MY VODAFONE NO. FOR RS.147. THE COMPNAY'S HELP LINE NO.888 WS GIVING INFORMATION ABOUT THE PRODUCT THAT YOU CAN GET FULL BALANCE ON RECHARGE ON RS.147.WITH 7 DAYS VALIDITY.THIS BALANCE WILL BE CREDITED TO YOUR CORE 2 ACCOUNT.ON RECHARGE I HAVE COME TO KNOW THAT THIS IS A NEW FACILITY OF THE CO. MY POINT IS THAT CO.;S OFFER ON 888 IS NOT SPACIFYING THAT THIS IS NOT A CARRY OVER VALIDITY. NORAMALLY COMPANY IS GIVING BALANCE WITH ZERO DAYS VALIDITY. THIS MEANS IF ONE CAN NOT USE THE BALANCE, IT WILL STAY TILL THE VALIDITY OF THE CARD. THAT OFFER IS ALSO NOT SPECIFYING THAT IT IS NOT CARRY OVER VALIDITY. SO HOW CAN ONE COME TO KNOW THAT WHETHER RECHARGE OF RS. 147 IS WITH CARRY OVER VALIDITY OR NOT. I PRESUMED THAT IT IS A CARRY OVER VALIDITY

FURTHER COMPANY HAS NOT INFORMED ME ABOUT THE NEW FACILITY LIKE CORE 2 ACCOUNT. PREVIOUSLY,888 WAS THE NUMBER TO KNOW THE BEST OFFER FOR YOU ACCORDING TO YOUR USAGE. HOWEVER COMPANY HAS SUDDENLY CHANGED THEIR POLICY AND NOW I HAVE COME TO KNOW THAT THIS IS ONLY FOR CORE 2 ACCOUNT FACILITY ONLY. THIS CHANGE HAS ALSO NOT BEEN COMMUNICATED BY THE COMPANY TO ME. NOW FROM THE CUSTOMER CARE I HAVE COME TO KNOW THAT IF YOU WANT TO KNOW THE NORMAL OFFERS, YOU CAN KNOW THE SAME FROM THE NO. 1243.

MY POINT IS THAT CO. IS NOT COMMUNICATING TANY CHANGES TO ITS CUSTOMERS. AND THE OFFER ON 888 IS NOT SPECIFYNG THAT IT IS NOT AN OFFER WITH CARRY OVER VALIDITY. SO AS A LEHMEN I ASSUME THAT IT IS LIKE ALL OTHER FACILITIES OF THE CO.

                          Vodafone — Misleading

This is very bad things one by one you are refusing the terms told by VODAFONE and THEIR rep to me. I am listing the following what VODAFONE and THEIR rep committed to me while giving sim card and filling up forms

                          1. Activation Charges will be waved off
                          2. Deposite Charges will be waved off
                          3. Credit limit will be as you desire on each number

Your refusal is about 66% after singing all the documents which is not acceptable to me. Please make sure that this type of activity by the company stop and consumer should have fair deal

My name is rajpal fogawat. I am using vodafone postpaid connection from last 1.5 years.
I applied for a new postpaid connection before 2 weeks. After verifying they provided me number [protected] sim got activated, but after vodafone
Barred calls stating that verification turned out to be negative (Nobody visited my office or home) for verification.

Last week i asked vodafone to re-verify the address, they told it will happen and your number will be activated within 3 days. Some vodafone guy
Visited my house for verification this saturday (15th feb) and it went well. Just now called vodafone and was just shocked to hear the arrogant
Behaviour of the tele-caller who informed that again verification went negative and asking me to visit vodafone store.

I am going to cancel the connection request and port my existing vodaone postpaid to some other better network.

sir recently my call rates have been increased to 0.50(v-v) and 0.60(v-o). when i called customer care on 14 th feb 2013, i was told that my call rates can not be reduced by any other means. and then they forced me to switch to post paid by offering two plans 199 and 225 plan.
The customer care person with whom i spoke to on 14th feb at 06:04 pm gave wrong information about my own number and again forced me to go for postpaid.
Thee customer care executive with whom i spoke at the above mentioned date and time told-
                                1. My call rates can never be reduced, as government ordered them not to reduce call rates.(false).
                                2. My messages have and daily rental of 1.50 rs(flase, i enjoy 100 messages without any rental.)
                                3. My messages cannot be made free according to govt regulations(false, govt have regulated messages to a limit of 100, thats it)
                                4. I can compare any other network for call rate and message pack, and vodafone is liable and cheap.(false, all other network are giving call rates at a cheaper price and messages without rental, docomo, idea and airtel).

on the same day a person from vodafone bijapur came to my place and collected my documents, 500 deposit and gave a blank sim card. and told me to wait for 24 hrs to get converted to postpaid.

now its been 3 days and i am still waiting for their response.

now i am feeling cheated by vodafone, as they have given me false information about my own number which is against vodafone’s ethics and also which is illegal, and mislead me to opt for post paid.
I request you to kindly look into this matter.

                                vodafone care — metal harassment

i wanna change my number [protected] from postpid to prepaid, for this i went to vodafone store ( Sec -18, noida (uttar pradesh)) on 18th nov'09 with the token number 145. after the waiting of 2 hrs i got my turn, i met SANGEETA (vodafone care executive) there. i showed her my passport, hdfc bank checkbook with address(which is my present billing address), 1 photo and soft copy of my past bills. she said that she cant change from postpaid to prepaid as my nxt bill has not been generated till yet BUT she said come after generation of nxt bill with THESE DOCUMENTS which i bring with me, she will change that time.
now on 22nd nov'09 i went again to same vodafone store with the same problem as now my bill has been generated. on this day my token number was 90. i waited again for an hr or more then i met KHOOSBO ( Vodafone care executive) there. i showed again all those documents to her, but in this turn she said that hdfc bank checkbook is not valid now. she said come again with new token number n after waiting ur turn we will solve ur problem.
i am really now frustrated with both the vodafone care executives as they both are not cleared about documents. i have wasted much time for it and traveled a lot. now i dont wana go again to vodafone care and dont want to waste my time in these type of craps...... please do something with these vodafone care executives those are just suffering the customers.
                                thanks.

i want to change my number [protected] from postpid to prepaid, for this i went to Vodafone Store, Inderapuram on (Uttar Pradesh)) on 8th Nov'09, 07:10 PM with the token number 133. As i got my turn, i met Vodafone care executive there, i told him that i am going to shift to Lucknow so i dont need this no. as a postpaid but have to retain this no. as a prepaid connection. So he took my driving licence copy, one photo & a postpaid SIM & told me to complete whole payment of connection till date which i submitted at a time (Transaction id: HSIP-1-[protected]). He provided me a new SIM (sim no.- [protected]H3) & told me to wait 48 hrs. & yours service being activated as a prepaid. Yet i m not getting any service from vodafone till date. And there customere care executives (Sarman Khan & Brijesh From Okhla Branch) talked like an person & in ill mannered way & suggested me whenever u will come to delhi, then your service being activataed & so i m going to plan to consumer court regarding such type of harassment Because they suggested me to go consumer court & can do complaints against them. I totally frustated from this service & think never used vodafone service in future. Regarding this matter Vodafone complaint officer can call me on 0-[protected]

                                  Respected Sir/Madam,
I got a free Vodafone post paid SIM in the month of AUGUST 2012 for purchasing a mobile. I dint use this SIM since then,
even then Vodafone sent me bills every month. Now, On 11th Feb 2013, i have cleared all my pending dues and asked them to block this SIM.

They are not replying anything for this. And again they have started sending bills.

I really dont know what i have to do. My repeated mails reminder, payment made to them evrything is going in vain. They keep calling me everytime to pay bills. I have not used this SIM at all. I want to block this number and make it inactive. They are not responding for any of my mails.

                                  Please help me.
