I am raising the complain to your portal, also expecting help from your end.
I have ordered the food from Zomato, and guest were waiting to have their dinner, after 2 hours i came to know that i won't get the food, it was 10 PM IST, neither i can order food from any restaurant.
Somehow i managed the situation.
Also i have received a message that i will get the refund within 2-5 days.
Now its been 20 days over still i have not received the amount, I have been talking to the Zomato representative on daily basis, they are very casual on this, also i have shared my bank statement to them that i have not received the refund.
in return i got e-mail from their end they have initiated the refund when i asked for the reference no they have given my reference no only, like that reference no were used when i placed the order.
i asked them to provide your reference no they have provided the same reference no to me.
If required i can produce this mail for future reference.
I would be needing my money back, and the unnecessary mental pressure they have given this should be compensate.
