Hi i am user of act beam internet service provider,

I am using beam internet in a. S. Rao nagar, ecil, hyderabad.
My plan is 40 mbps / a - max 650.

Whenever i want to download (5.4 gb) something like xcode 9 version from apple.com in safari browser in mac mini system.

The download takes 30 to 40 minutes and it shows the downloading speed is 2 mbps per second.

I am not satisfying...

We have paid july17-jan18 bill on 19th july 2017 for rs.21233 using our credit card.in mean time act people called us and said we have not received the payment and asked us to pay the bill. We installed act net last month. Daily connection got disconnected and more than 15 times, we raised complaints, contacted their customer service but no use. Evertime, they send a person to correct the problem, in half day again net use to get disconnected. Please deactivate or terminate my account, how many time i should folloeup to deactivate y account. Every month you people are generating bill for the unused account. Its been 3 years since im not using my account, but u poeple are busy in generating bill/charges for my ideal account, which i asked to terminate from 3 years.

On aug 31st 2017, i asked them to cancel the connection and refund my money. I asked them to cancel the connection is because they were not able to do the installation to my home. By the time of taking money from me, the sales guy (Shikhil gowda) told me that, if in case they are not able to do the installation they will refund me the entire amount.

We initiated the request for new broadband through act portal. We received the call from act sales executive for document collection and further processing. Yes, sales executive contacted us and collected the documents and made the payment based on the plan selected.

They informed the installation will be completed within 3 days. Since it is 6 days from document submission, we have not received any call or update from them....

Every week the connection gets disconnected and when have called the customer care; no response from your end. I have raised a ticket previous week, still no response. When i've ask for the details they say the wire or cable was cut in your area and many customers are facing the same issue. Anyways my issue was never resolved within stipulated time. I was asked to pay nominal amount for the penalty fees and aug bills. I did that, but now the bill for aug and sep is generated. It happened in july as well. This is loot. None of your customer care folks pick the call any time.

I have been trying to disconnect my act account, when i called in the month of august, i was informed that my advance rental plan for 6 months starts on sep 11 and i need to call before that date.
I have been trying to call the customer care since 29th august 17, but i am getting no response.
I tried disconnecting via their app but there's no option to disconnect.

I paid one year amount to mr. Naveen [protected] on 27th august and it is 4th september and i have still not got the connection. Each person puts the blame on other and this naveen is not picking my calls at all. I have called him 30 times and he never picks the call. The customer care is always busy. I don't have any number to call and they don't even care about the customer satisfaction.
I need the amount back and nothing else....

I took a act fibernet broadband connection/ act basic plan of rs 799/- +taxes per month on 09/07/2017 by paying rs 6160/- (6 month advanced payment) and opted for disconnection on 10/08/2017 due to personal reasons/ college semester exams. After repeated reminders it was disconnected on 15/08/2017 only., a delay of one week for no reason. My request to refund my balance amount due after usage...

I have complained to act about the disruption on the internet provided by them.

Despite many attempts by talking to them, writing emails to them, the internet is not restored since two weeks. My security cameras are attached to this internet and this is a security threat for me due to lack of internet.

Junction box was installed in the month of may and i was promised that i will get discount of rs 50 in my bill with immediate effect. It's been 5 months i made multiple call to customer care, they did not bother to resolve. I'd create ticket thru app and they just close it. This is to inform you that i am receiving worst service from act fibernet bangalore. I raised a complaint with customer care multiple number of times and have made several follow up calls and sent emails. There has been no action so far. I have asked for the issue to be escalated but nobody at act has cared. Nobody is available...

Act is currently running a scam through mobile app and unfortunately, i fell prey to it. Mobile app showed a discounted price for the 12-month plan when booking through mobile app and once the amount is paid in full, they increase the total amount and send a new invoice. Act is luring people into believing that the total cost is less and then they charge more. Moreover, they won’t refund my total plan cost even if i disconnect the connection....
