I have been billed rs.796.50/- from past two years for 50gb of data connection by act fibernet. Accidentally i came across their advertisement page offering connection for much cheaper rates. I am using act broadband from last couple of years but never faced any service related issues as such.

I am facing connectivity issues from last couple of months and when i try to call the customer care the wait time is always 10 - 15 minutes which very irritating. Everytime, i call customer support they give some reason and commit that it will be resolved in next 24 hrs. Never got it resolved till today!!!

Make daily calls to customer services and get same answers!!!

Now, they are telling that some swtich needs to be installed and they are looking for some new customer premises to put this box...
