I have a Broadband connection from Beam Telecom Pvt. Ltd. H.No. 8-2-610/A, TRZ Arcade, Road, No. 10, Banjara Hills, Hyderabad 034, and H.No. 502, Amsri Shamira, Opp. St. Marys College, Old Lancer Road, Sec'bad -061, Receipt for paying Rs. 6174 on March 14 for six months service in advance. From 30 May to June 15 I put it on hold, as I was out of station, but they have not reconnected even after requesting more than ten times on 16 June, 17 June and 18 June 2014. They always answer from a call centre, ask for my details, even if I give the complaint ticket number. Then they say, from now onwards in 24 hours it will be addressed. Again I call and request, as nothing is done. Then again the reply, in 24 hours from now onwards it will be addressed. Has the consumer no human rights? They don't take any other call to their outgoing numbers. Who will help the hapless consumer?

Updated by MathewK I called up the Beam Fiber again at 16.50 today, 18 June 2014. The same recorded like reply from the only number [protected]. In 24 hours sir. Is there no possibility in this country to get justice? Should I approach the court?
