    Hi this is kiran from hyderabad i have took the beam connection for six months package i have paid the total amount in advance..after two months i have upgraded my package to 4MBPS from 1MBPS. But from services they did not mention any due date for paying the upgraded amount after some time they disconnected the connection without intimation..after paying the amount called to the customer care for Re-Activation they are simply irresponsible they will take the details and say that we will escalate the issue for higher authorities but the same will not done i think company had teached them to say wait for 24hrs..After 24 hrs if we call they will say the same..And if i call to sales person regarding this he will simply say i dont have any option call to customer care and he will disconnect the call.. Is it the way to provide the services and talk to the customers.. I am fed up with your poor services. On believe on your services i thought you people provide good services and i recommended to friends and family they took 18 connections.. But you are simply poor for providing services not able to understand whom you are recruited for speaking non sense and rude.

      Hi, We got ACT BB around Feb 2014 and it was working fine till April. In May it just stopped working and when we raised a complaint we were sent a message it is resolved in 24 hours. But it was not working then also. Then we raised a complaint again and it got "resolved" message again and from that time our internet has worked for less than 10-15 days in total and we are caught in a loop of complaining and resolved messages. Request#1: Please don't cheat the consumers sending a message resolved when it is not resolved in actual. Request#2: Please do check if the connection was working "fully" before sending the "full" bills for any month. Why should we pay for things which were not working at all. Still waiting for a permanent solution. Regards, A ever hopeful consumer

        I have been using Beam for more than one year. I wanted to shift my connection to new house and hence I logged a request for connection shifting. * When I logged the ticket to shift my connection, 48 hrs is the commitment given to me. It’s been more than 150 hours now and no sign of resolution. * First level support personals are not equipped with any information. The standard response I get "allow 24 hours more time". When I want to talk to supervisor, it takes minimum 20 minutes hold time to get the supervisors. Beam is not staffed enough to handle escalations. * After repeated calls (around 20 calls), support escalated to the issue. But, can you believe that they escalated to wrong department. Somebody shows up at my new place and says the he only deals with new connection, and simply went off. There is absolutely no coordination between support and backend team. * Beam slipped commitments 8 times and this goes on forever. This is no coordination between call center and people on the ground. * Support repeatedly denied transferring the call to higher management. They say on the record that they are not allowed to do so. What kind of support system is this? There is no escalation beyond supervisor? * I have no words to explain how much pain I have gone through to attempt shifting the existing connection to my new place. I called support about 25 times (spend more than 7 hours time), escalated the issue to supervisors, team lead, managers, branch manger, without any luck. It’s been 7 days without any action from Beam support. * I finally gave up and took a new connection from Pioneer. Can you believe Pioneer activated my connection in half day? In hope of shifting my existing connection, I sadly wasted my time taking to Beam support for seven days :(

          Hi, I have submitted all my document and the money on 19th june and i was told that the connection will be provided within one week. But i have not got the connection yet. The customer care of yours is totaly useless and does nothing to take care of your customer. Just like we teach the children ABCD you have taught them to ask for customer details and then say within 24 hours we will get back to you. Nothing works there. I have also registered complaints against two of your employees but nothing has happened yet there too. I don't understand how you guys work. There are no rules and principles for you guys i guess.             My Name is Nahas (ACT#[protected]. My ACT broadband is not working from last 10 days.I registered a complaint on 15th Jun 2014 and they resolved it on 19th for few hours(3 hrs), I registered complaint again but still am facing the same issue. I have made number of call to customer support, always getting the message like "we are making this case as high priority case and passed it to field team". But no field person has contacted me still now.

              I have taken a ACT broadband connection and since last week there is no Internet connectivity. It took me three days to reach to customer care service (as the waiting period was very high, sometimes the number was busy, ete...etc). Somehow after three days I was able to speak to customer care executive and registered the complaint.

              After 5 days of registering the complaint, the connection is still now working. Whenever I have called the customer care and ask for the update most of the time they are saying me that "we will inform our field team and they will take a look on priority", but nothing happens on the ground.

              Surprisingly after the two days of my complaint I also got one SMS that the issue was resolved, while nothing was working from my end. So I replied them that the issue is not yet resolved. So they have kept the ticket opened, but I do not see any progress being made by them

                I brought a 6 months plan with ACT on February - 2104 after paying Rs, 8732/-(inclusive of Rs 2, 000/- toward wifi router) in Bangalore. All was well till May20 and suddenly my broadband stopped working, after due diligence found out that the wires have been cut town by some influential man in the area(13th cross st, Venkatapura, - Bangalore) as it seems ACT is supposedly not to be operating in this area and has entered in to this region without their approval and notice... Connection was not restored for 15 days and finally ACT gave up saying they will not be able to restore connection stating local operator problem. All these unprofessional behavior by ACT has put me in trouble both mentally and financially for the last one month in chasing them repeatedly, first for asking them to restore the connection and then asking them to repay my balance for the remaining period. My question to ACT is, Why would someone provide a connection, when he is certain that they should not be operating in that area? and why should ACT collect prepaid connections of 6 months and 1 year plan in these situations from the customers, having known all the risk they be aware of. And Here is the Worst part... After innumerable calls to customer care last week someone from ACT called and came with a DD and asked me to return the WIFI router, How on the earth, will someone asked to return something which is not owned by them? This router was bought after paying Rs 2, 000/- by me and I was left speechless when the ACT representative was keep on insisted to return the router and finally he went off without handing over the DD... I again called these so called customer support(!!) agents of ACT and explained them what ever happened and they took a complaint and to my surprise I got an SMS on the next day stating my problem is resolved and my complaint has been closed...I was wondering to myself, am I seeing the height of stupidity, irresponsibility, bunch of , all together in the form of ACT??? I guess I might be right here... I am yet to hear from anyone from ACT and I haven't got my DD yet !!! Wait Continues !!! One Word of advice to ACT if they wish to listen - Any of these cheap unprofessional practices will take you no further.. If you wish to be in the game, please clean up your front line supporting system with set of more efficient and sensible professionals...

                  Hello, For the past two days, I was trying to reach your customer care and it infinitely going through a waiting response. My Internet is not at all working and there are frequent disconnection issue also. My customer id : 460564 and user Id : 10688102. I have already send an email to [protected]@acttv.in and there was no response. Please let me know whom can I contact? If you don't have proper customer care, how can you provide a good service??                     My Act broadband connection is not working since last one week and I have registered a complaint with ACT customer care on 16 Jun 2014. I have been following up with their customer care team every day for resolving the issue. The surprising act is that I have not received any call from their technical team as promised by their customer care executives that I would be receive a technical team member call to fix the issue over phone. I have made repeated calls to customer care to arrange a call with technical team and still no response from them. To be more specific, I have made 3 calls on 17 Jun 2014, 4 calls on 18 Jun 2014 (each call would make a customer wait for 5 to 10 mins and then customer executive would answer the call) for just to request them to arrange for a technical team call to resolve the internet issue as promised them earlier on 16 Jun 2014. However, I have not received any call from them until today (19 Jun 2014) and I have decided to disconnect the connection if I do not receive technical team call to resolve the issue. The customer care executive says that they would need 24 working hours (i.e. 3 working days) to resolve the issue and its been 3 working days since my initial complaint registered (Complaint # [protected]) and I do not see any action happening from their end today also (i.e. 19 Jun 2014). I have never ever experienced such a worst customer care response towards any issue in my life and the ACT team looks like they does not want to resolve the issue even after making so many false promises to arrange a call with technical team person. Please guys, whoever is reading this post, don't be a victim of ACT broadband false promises and promotions. If someone from ACT broadband team reading my complaint, I request them one more time to resolve the broadband issue as soon as possible. Its so scary reading remaining complaints in this forum as people say their broadband issue fixed after 20 days or after 3 weeks...I dont have patience wait for so many days just waiting for someone to call me or fix my internet issue. I hope my issue will resolved soon.

                        I have a Broadband connection from Beam Telecom Pvt. Ltd. H.No. 8-2-610/A, TRZ Arcade, Road, No. 10, Banjara Hills, Hyderabad 034, and H.No. 502, Amsri Shamira, Opp. St. Marys College, Old Lancer Road, Sec'bad -061, Receipt for paying Rs. 6174 on March 14 for six months service in advance. From 30 May to June 15 I put it on hold, as I was out of station, but they have not reconnected even after requesting more than ten times on 16 June, 17 June and 18 June 2014. They always answer from a call centre, ask for my details, even if I give the complaint ticket number. Then they say, from now onwards in 24 hours it will be addressed. Again I call and request, as nothing is done. Then again the reply, in 24 hours from now onwards it will be addressed. Has the consumer no human rights?                           Hi, We have Beam Fiber broadband connection and recently we had a connection problem and complained to customer care and the response we got is within 24 hours the representative will come and fix the issue. Now, it's 6days(144hrs) and we made frequent phone calls, but we received same answer saying that representative will come and fix it in 24 hrs, but no one turned up. I do online trainings and project works for students in abroad, now I have lost my 6 days of payments as well as my reputation as a trainer. I have no other option recovering my loss except putting it in consumer forum. If they would have told me straight away that we cant fix the issue in 24 hrs and it will take 7days or more, then I would have taken other alternative connections. When ever I called they always I got the response that in two hours the representative will come and fix the issue, but no one turned up. I appreciate the Beam telecoms for advertising as LEADING BROADBAND service provider, but if they continue to ignore the customer needs it will soon become a L(D)YING BROADBAND service provider. Beam Fiber COLLECTS regular payments from the customer, but they don't bother to CORRECT the technical problems to have permanent customers. My complaint No:12731457 I would appreciate

                            Dear sir I have applied for new internet connection from Beam fiber in hyderabad on 6th June, 2014 and immediately the technical team has arrived at my house to collect the payment of Rs.1672/- and assured me the connection in 48 hrs and has given me the receipt with A/c. no.733936. They have installed the cable also the next day., ie. on 7th June. Thats the end of their service. From that day on wards i am keep on calling to the customer care every day min. 3 to 4 days to enquire about my connection. The same story follows that they will rectify the problem in 24 hrs and give the connection. I have fed up with their service and requested for cancellation of the new connection on 16th June, so that i can apply for internetservice from other operators. Still there is no response. I am just fed up and there are no other numbers to contact the higher ups. When ever I call the customer care, they issue a ticket no.s. 12603280, 12638167, and these nos are keep on issuing on SMS. I have incurred more than 200 rs just on phone calls as each call costs 3rs. for their service. If they cannot handle the service, please refund my money, and let me take connection from other operators. This is for your immediate action Regards Martin [protected]

                              Act Team, Please act soon. 29th May had given request for shifting of connection from one Flat to another in the same premises. today is 16th June. Everyday i keep calling your customer care and I get the same response that a technician will call me by EOD. are you sure you have a techinician who will give me a call?

                              I have raised the request for shifting of my connection from kaverappa layout to Koramangala 8th block on 25th of Aug 2014 and request no is [protected]. It was said that tie it will take maximum of 15 days for shifting connection. There executive called me for document collection on 02nd September 2014 and has mailed me the relocation form. I have mailed him the filled relocation form along with document for address proof.
                              Today is 8th of September 15 days have passed and none of the executive has called me regarding re installation of connection on my new address. Everyday I am calling the ACT customer care and come to know about new story sometime like they haven't received the document of new address or it has not been updated in system, sometimes they say request has been raised for installation and will be installed in next 24hrs, only one thing common in all call is sorry for inconvenience and irritate the customer, and they are still having my INR 3000+ with them. If I would have been knowing that in shifting connection I will have to bear so much pain then I would have asked for my money and have aborted the connection and would have opted for new connection in that area which I think they install much faster.

                                Hi Team, This is horrible, how many complaints a person can raise and Remember useless ticket numbers and waste money calling you customer service, its almost 12days I don't have Internet connection, your team kept on telling Sending technician, where you are sending him, United States to sit and search in GOOGLE from there my home address, from Bangalore to Bangalore local how many days you need to send, I am telling you people are not ready to fix the issue get rid your useless connection from my house, you are not only the one to provide service, I can take any corporate connection, and keep in mind its once you get a customer its your duty and responsibility to fix the issue with in agree TAT, you are not offering any FREE service, WE ARE PAYING YOU IN ADVANCE FOR WHICH WE STILL NOT USED FOR THAT MONTH. Value the days andt ime, do you know 12days what does it mean you people. What all can happen in12 days, to fix one small issue you are taking 12 days that would be 288 Hours.                                   Hi All, My name is Murali V, I live in Hoysala Nagar and I am writing to you after having spoken to the customer care, emailed help desk It’s been 3 weeks now since my Internet connection is not working properly. I lodged a complaint with Act 2 times and I was assured my Internet issue would be fixed by 6:30 pm on June 11th June. Compliant number # [protected] and [protected] and everyday trying to reach customer care and inform on current issues if get an opportunity as most of the time unable to reach even customer care also.                                     ACT Broadband account number: 817206 (Chennai) We took the ACT broadband connection on 31-May-14. The very next day broadband was not working continuously for 36 hrs. From 31st May till 11th Jun we have registered about 6 complaints for each connection outage. There were no proper response from ACT customer care. Every time we had to continuously follow up to get the issue resolved. Please help to get the amount of Rs.1799 that we paid initially to get the connection. Also help to get us additional Rs.10000 as penalty as we had loss of business due to inconsistent internet connection, spent money, time and effort to speak to the customer care to get the issues resolved.                                     Hello ACT,
                                    This issue has not be resolved yet. The connection got disconnected again today (19-Jun-2014). This is the 7th time happening in less than 20 days. Each time When contacted the customer care, we have been told that it will take about 24 hours to solve the issue.

                                    Even after making several complaints with the ACT customer care, no responsible senior manager has bothered to call the customer and check about the issue.

                                    I will also take this issue to all social media possible so that other consumer doesn't get CHEATED by ACT Broadband.

                                      Hi Team,
                                      We have paid 1572/-for a new connection of beam(15mbps)on 29th of May 2014 -Bill receipt number:137311. The marketing executive is Mr.G.Ravi who have been followed up with us until we paid the cash.
                                      Account Number is 730209

                                      He assured us that the connection will be done in 5 days before 6th June'2014 and as ours is a urgent requirement he assured in 3 days .but after that never responded to our calls until now..

                                      We have called customer care more than 10 times but the response was very vague and rude.

                                      Every time the customer care executive will response that our issue is escalated and we will be receiving the response in next 1 hour..but no call or update from company neither executive.

                                        The most fastest domestic purpose broadband service provide ACT in Bangalore is having the worst customer support and site engineers to address the complaints.

                                        I have my connection down on 3-Jun-2014 and I had registered the complaint-[protected] for which no progress was done after a service engineer Manikant(phone-[protected]) from ACT visited and said as night he cannot identify the connection and fix this. After this he assured to fix that in morning which he never came and I tried calling him and for twice he said some other person will take care and later to which no one is taking responsibility. Now from 2 days he is not even answering my calls.

                                        I see this as the worst behaviour that ACT has hired such neglecting service engineers and hoping to provide the best broadband in Bangalore.

                                        I request ACT broadband nodal officers in Thanisandra region of Bangalore, to take this request on priority and resolve the issue ASAP with personal interest and not with useless engineers like Manikant you have.
