I am told by my travel agent (Nuhuman) that my saudi visa has got rejected twice by the saudi embassy due to minor name difference in the sponsor's passport. I have provided the affidavit for the same, yet the agent says it is not sufficient. visa services

On 7th dec 2018, for procuring dubai visa for me and family, i initiated a debit card transfer of 30000 rs to akbar travels. They confirmed they didn't receive the money. My bank (Icici) told me that money has gone from their end and they asked me to raise a service request to confirm whether they received money or not and to get a refund. worst travel agents

I don’t know why the travel is asking for noc documents from parents to apply singapore visa if the person is woman.in any of the singapore officials site, i haven’t seen such documents to be submit for a office going woman. I booked a flight (Ref : lh4b8a) 46 days in advance and paid rs 6700/-. As i had to change the date, was asked to pay rs 7300/- to reissue the ticket. deducting extra charges which is not mentioned in fair rule for cancellation

I request to canell and refund for my at online ticket and they replied me that they will deduct extra around 1500 other tgan the cancelation fee which is not mentioned in fare rule.
After that my complaints goes to manager customercare i speak with him by fone he offered me he will wave the extra charges from higher management. Now he replied finally he can’t do this. Iam disappointed, upset and surprised that doing like these cheating...

very bad service and took 8k for ticket cancellation and still not yet refunded

I had booked the flight ticket through akbar travels online, i requested them to postpone the journey but they charged extra 17000 rs only for changing the ticket. The same time actual ticket rate is only just 22k. I have already paid 14500 for previous booking. They charged me 8500 for the cancelation fee, but still they havent refund that amount. Needed to get a ticket and thought i had contacted delta airlines because on the internet this travel agency is listed under delta airlines.
