Internet not working

Address: 1008, Lancor Infinys, Medavakkam Main Road, Keelkattlai.

My internet is not working since 01-11-25 night 9 pm. I have given complaint through the helpline and they told me that they will solve before 9 pm on 2-11-25, but nobody even called me.

Reporting to the nodal officer does not have any response. No rectification done.

On 3-11-25, they have called me on 1 pm and told me that they will come at 2.30 pm but he called me at 8 pm and asked if they can come to repair...

Internet not working

My internet services got interrupted on Saturday 01.11.2025 night around 9 pm. I have complained through the customer care number, and they have given the ETR around 2nd November 9 pm to resolve the issue.
Nobody called on 2nd November, and none visited.

The ETR was then shifted to next day 3rd November, 9 am, but not cleared, nobody called. I have mailed to the nodal officer who did not respond but auto reply came to...

Urgent: Immediate Removal of Disconnected WI-FI Box Safety Hazard

I am writing to escalate a long-pending issue regarding the removal of the ACT Wi-Fi box at my residence. We have not been availing ACT services for over 2 years, yet the box has still not been removed.

Recently, the wires from the box have started hanging loosely, posing a direct safety hazard to passersby. The landlord has also requested immediate removal, given recent incidents of electric shocks in the vicinity.

Frequent service disruptions

I obtained the internet connection from ACT fibrenet on 23rd September, that is hardly twenty days ago. Even within the short duration of less than 20 days, four times there were disruptions and the present one from yesterday, i.e., 10th October till now, no resumption of the service. internet not working from past 1 week

Not refunding un used month balance after disconnection

I’ve been very patient with the internet service issue due to wire cuts for the past one week. The issue was resolved as of yesterday, however the service went down this morning. There was no communication from ACT about the outage. I raised a ticket and contacted the support team and spoke to an agent called Ahmed. He was very impolite and unprofessional. He wouldn’t let me cover the issue I am facing and talks over me. And says I need to be patient and he basically asked me to screw myself. I asked for an escalation and he straight up denies and says I have to wait until the issue is resolved. I pay for this service 6 months in advance and I don’t raise complaints even if there are issues. I would like someone to address this kind o[censored]nprofessional behavior and how does the company hire such people who are not trained on how to work in customer service environment. I would like someone higher up to take an action on this personnel. These are the kind of representatives that ruin the image of the company as a whole. I am a cybersecurity professional and I know how the network works. But, no matter how upsetting the issue is I do not misbehave with my clients. I would like someone at ACT take this as a strong feedback and train those personnel on soft skills. Basics such as how to be courteous.

    Worst experience ever had with ACT. Although raised connection shift request, ACT team is not able to perform that in 5 days of time for which reason, I opted to moved out of ACT. Since it is a 6 month plan, I should be getting the remaining amount as refund. But they are asking to find a act subscriber and they will transfer that to their act account and not as amount to my account.

    Refund held by act for more than 10 days

    I cancelled my service with ACT Fibernet on 9th June because of their unresponsive customer support and poor quality standards.

    They initiated a refund of Rs 7634 on 9th June but its been more than 10 days and refund has been credited. The government mandate date for refund has already passed and I am still not getting any support from their care team....

    Not shifting the connection to our new office location even after submitting shifting request

    Fraudulent billing

    They sold the fibernet as prepaid. The sales told its advance rental prepaid service. I clearly asked i want prepaid not of postpaid generates bill. He mentioned it is prepaid.     My internet connection was disrupted one week back. I have been a customer for 10 years now. When a complaint was raised, they claim some issue with juntion box, relocation which is a company's internal dependencies. I was not informed that there will be any disruption.

    Afte multiple follow-ups they said they will have to install junction box in my house for which I gave consent but this has happened 3 days back but no update or communication except the estimated resolution date getting updated to next day every day.

    Not able to connect with live agent on customer care for resolution. No escalation matrix to highlight the issue.
