sodexo meal pass balance
My sodexo meal pass ending with 6804 has been closed without my knowledge and i have no idea where my balance is gone.
Support guy's on call is not responding properly.
Help me to get my balance.

I have raised multiple complaints but no is taking it seriously.
Call center guy's giving false information and commitments.
Two call center guy's 1) rama krishna 2) hitesh are abusive and very rude.
Please take necessary measures and action.

Merchant swiggy 18th may 2018 confirmed cancellation of order [protected] (Domino pizza) and initiated refund of rs376 back in my sodexo card no is [protected]. I mailed this to sodexo on 20th may. Reminder mail sent on 5th june. Mail had necessary info. Case reference no#sr[protected] got generated. 2nd reminder sent to sodexo on 7th june and 3rd reminder on 12th june. Today i have mailed to head. Customerservice.[protected]@sodexo.com. This id is controlled by arindam sarkar (Head customer service at sodexo). Also marked to sunanda. [protected]@sodexo.com who is senior manager in customer experience of sodexo. Other ids that are regularly marked are cardsupport.[protected]@sodexo.com, [protected]@india. Sodexo.com, [protected]@zeta.com, wecare.[protected]@sodexo.com.
This is the second episode where sodexo have delayed refund by a month or more. They have exceeded their tat of resolution posted on their website.

sodexo meal pass balance not added

In the sodexo meal pass card last four digits 1301 the balance is not yet added although the kyc has been complete a long ago. Every time i call or email sodexo their reply is that my kyc is approve and balance will be credited. It is now almost a week i am hearing this and the balance is never credited in my meal pass. Strict action must be taken on sodexo as they are not adding my hard earned balance in my meal pass and instead they are using my money somewhere. They have the worst service.

Why my sodexo balance is not getting updated
Sodexo amount is not credited for the Month of May, There is no reply after sending multiple emails there is no responde

My card number ending with 1137 not yet recharged. I have send mail and they have updated that some approval is pending but it was not disclosed which approval. Every month the amount used to recharge early morning of each 1st of the month. Today is 1st Nov but since morning I have not received any amount and following up thru mail. Not sure when can I get the amount. Requesting the team from SODEXO please look this issue on priority. The request #SR[protected] was raised and it is closed without my intimation. So what do we expect from them. Hope you understand SODEXO team that is very important for any person who really need the amount. If yes, waiting you quick and positive support from you.

I have contaced the sodexo team and they said it is acceptable to se the expired vouchers till dec 2018 on all outlets, but no one accepts. I have written mails to them but they are denying saying that there is no such agreement thatthey should revalidate the expired vouchers from dec 2016. I am losing my money and they are just. How can they keep our money. The team should understand that this will remove trust from their company and its really dissapointing to see their replies. Please help me in getting the money back.

wrong debit

I made a purchase of rs. 1970 on wednesday 6th december 2017 at big bazaar, thakur mall, dahisar, check naka, mumbai. I got the debit of rs. 1970 but big bazaar was not credited. We contacted sodex helpline immediately and they told us there is an error and the debit of rs. 1970 will be reversed. It did not happen till friday 8th december 2017. We again contacted sodexo helpline on friday. They told us that reversal will take place by monday 11th december 2017. Even on monday the reversal has not happened. This has happened to many sodexo card holders. Will sodexo management stand up and do the needful by today evening.

I am writing to you adter all the pain and follow ups done with sodexo team. I have vouchers worth rs 4800 (Booklets worth 2400 each) unfortunately they are of the year 2015 and it's been a year that i am talking to the sodexo team to exchange and give me for fresh dates. This were somehow missed by my parents who are senior citizen and we found them last year due to demonitization along with rs 500 and 1000. Govt has been kind in helping the consumers by giving them time but with sodexo team they have taken ages and every time i wrote to them they have denied. Now the only hope i have is you helping me to get me my money back from them in the form of fresh booklets. They can deduct some money as delay in reporting to them but as a purchaser and owner of this valued booklet i should get the money which i have paid them

Today 13/11/2017, i had a lunch in a small restaurant at perungudi in chennai. As my bill was 390, they asked me to give extra 30 rupees by a coupon. And there is no bill statement provided to us. And they are not cleared about the extra percentage of money.
Take a action as soon as possible for this case. Make sure and give a aware to the customers. Or we will disappoint all the time and we will going to lose the hope on sodexo.

Deandra jacobs and robert christian are disrupting the staff daily with their romantic relationship during work hours. Kissing each other and groping is not what we expect to see from supervisors and managers. They go missing for about an hour and come back at the same time and this happens multiple times a day so we know that it’s not a break or lunch time

I have got sodexo meal pass card from my employer "L&T infotech"
On 21st Feb 2017 I have lost my card and reported immediately. Then after continuous follow up they said they have dispatched my card but it never came to me. Again after so many mails came to know that it is misplaced and they will re dispatched till date my card is not in my hand, I don't know what sodexo guys are doing.
Even mails are not responded on time. What a pathetic service even after escalations.

Unauthorized charges - 14.5% more with Sodexo

Udupi's Upahar, Anjaiah Nagar, Gachibowli, Anjaiah Nagar, Gachibowli, Hyderabad, Telangana 500081 charges 14.5% more for any payment made with Sodexo. During this time of cash crunch/demonitization its really unfair to charge extra. And for a self service restaurant 14.5% more is in no way justified.
I hope some action is taken such that people using Sodexo are not charged more for no reason.

The outlet just bake in aecs layout, near CMRIT college has rejected to accept the sodexo meal pass despite of being registered . Maximum outlets says that there machine is not working.
I am student of school of maritime studies, vels university thalambur as we have sodex is in charge of our mess as its does not provide poor quality of food. I is worst no one can eat even animal food is better then this. I won't believe u can take food survey of our school.

I am former employee of a Pvt. Ltd. firm and get Sodexo vouchers every month. I was told that these are applicable at Reliance for food related Items.
But Reliance fresh refused to accept the same for the purchase of EGGS by saying that it is applicable on the packaged items only while the eggs were properly packaged by some distributor named Arora Polttry Farm.
The rice is also a loose Item and vouchers are applicable on them then WHY NOT FOR EGGS.

I am student of public health in manipal, since last one year i continue my mess in sodexo nbq mess in manipal, but i observed one thing in that, whenever students are newly join in mess that time food quality were nice, but after 2-3 months that quality of food were really worst, and same thing also i was observed in starting of any month first 2-3 days of month the food quality was really nice but after that food were not good, chapati quality is really worst, and for curry or sabzi also not good quality... I hope after this complaint you might be improve ur quality of food... Because student from different states they joining ur mess because of trust on food... They wanna home food... Not the worst food.

I have resigned and relieved in the month of october 2015. My meal vouchers for the month of august 2015 and september 2915 were not received by me till date. I have raised a complaint with sodexe vide issue no.Ib0026587 on 21-dec-2015. They said that the issue will be solved with in 10 to 15 days. But even lapsing of 4 months the problem was not solved even so many reminders by mail and phone.
I request you to provide the meal vouchers as early as possible.

The most disgusting and annoying incident of 18/11/2015- I had planned to celebrate an occasion at Amit international which had the sticker of sodexo confirming acceptance of sodexo meal pass. after the dinner when we paid the due amt the returned us the sodexo saying that we will not accept sodexo meal passes of 2015. how can they refuse when the meal passes are valid for another 43 days. The bill no of the hotel is 18, TIN no- [protected], ST no- AAEFH7585SD001. it was like food first and then fight. i need a refund of the whole bill as it was no less than harassment by the hotel authorities. comply immediately.

Its been seen that the provision stores in Dwarka are taking 4-5% additional amount on Sodexo meal coupons claiming that Merchants are charged when they encash the coupons. To cover up that consumers are paying.

The laat couple of days we have been goin to breakfast at warsash maritime college when asked if they could cook another egg there attitude towards us was absolutely disgusting the eggs have been really greasy and rubbery the toast has been coming out rock hard, they've told us that we weren't allowed a runny egg but are colleagues had a runny egg when confronted they told us we were liers, were apalled at the customer relations, we are paying for a breakfast therefore the breakfast should be to the best quality, just because we are cleaners doesnt mean we deserve any less respect

Sodexo is as good as toilet tissues

I have Rs. 3000.00 sodexo Gift pass and Rs.3000.00 Sodexo Exclusive pass total Rs.6000.00 which I am not able to use any where. They are as good as toilet tissue papers. I wanted to buy a hard disk and went to Reliance Digital, they said its not acceptable for hard disk, its acceptable only for big products. I went to Croma, they said, you can redeem it only against Croma Branded products. They don't have Croma hard disk. I don't want to buy croma products as they are sub standard. I went to Adishwar, they said they don't have any hard disk or computer peripherals. I can use it for some big products, but I need to pay 6% commission for redemption. I went to Titan for buying a watch, they said they will not give me the normal discount of 20% or 40% if I use these vouchers. I need to pay MRP. They don't accept these vouchers in any other electronic shops. None of the grocery or supper markets do not accept these even though Sodexo has listed many shops in their list. At last I kept it in my toilet for cleaning _____ . Believe me the paper quality is below average too :)

Cafe Complaint
I work at a building in Houston, Texas which is serviced by a Sodexo Café. For the last 3 days, there credit card system has been out of order, forcing all tenants to use cash. (Which is extra inconvenient because there is not an ATM in the building.)
The poor cashier is at her wits end. It sounds to us, that nothing is being done – or at least not quickly – to rectify the situation. As big of a company that Sodexo is, one would assume that it would offer better technical support to its locations.
Also, one of the self-serve coolers has been out of order for at least a week.

Non issue of valid Sodexo meal Pass (of Rs.1350)after its vailidity has expired

Dear Sir, I had purchased Sodexo coupons from M/s SODEXO in the financial year[protected]. The booklet of food coupons containing coupons worth Rs. 1350/- was given to me in the month of July-2013. The validity for this booklet of coupons was till December 2013. However I was unable to use these coupons till the validity date and later I had connected the company officials and asked them to issue me a new coupon as the validity date has expired. I also offered them to deduct their administrative and other charges. The company officials have been reluctant to either refund my Money (Rupees one thousand three hundred and fifty) nor they have issued me a new coupon. I am appending the entire communication with the company officials as below. The details of the Booklet of Sodexo coupons is Sodexo Meal Pass : 582-06Amount : Rs. 1350

Sodexo Company officials Mr. Yogesh Punjabi and Mr. Manisha Gurav have not been lifting my phone calls and have told me that it is not possible for even the consumer forum to get my money refunded.I request you Sirs to kindly look into the matter and get me a valid sodexo coupons/ meal pass of Rs. 1350/-.

Charged 5% extra on total bill amount- Please respond

On 22 Jan 2015 I went to Laxmi Super Market, Bazar Peth, Station Road, Badlapur (W) 421503(Cash memo 106145) to buy grocery.
When I informed the lady sitting at cash counter that I would pay with Sodexo then she added 5 % extra in my final bill amount. I asked her is that a rule from Sodexo ?? She said, that they are charging if anyone is paying with Sodexo and told me, don’t buy if you don’t wish to pay additional 5%. I said, "OK, FINE. Give me in written on Bill that you charged me 5 % extra on bill. Initially she hesitated but later on she mentioned on the bill as well.
The purpose of taking Sodexo from company is to get tax benefit but this way we are paying more than that and also with the frustration. If Sodexo do not intervene in such kind of practice I would escalate this to my company where 2000 employees are taking Sodexo. If Sodexo can't stop such practice then don’t run this business.
I would also like to bring this issue with all social sites if I don’t get response from Sodexo within 24 hours.

Hi,
My sodexo coupon has delivered to wrong person (Name: bhavani durga kandula, Mob No. [protected]).
Even when i have asked for proof from Bluedart guy then i have got to know this while getting cap.jpg file.
I am following up since august but still they were not resolved my issue.

Kamdhenu Sweets(Netaji Nagar outlet Kolkata-40) are still not accepting sodexo coupons on 21/10/2014. They have stated that they will not take Sodexo coupens till Sunday, 26/10/2014 i.e till Bhatriditaya. Earlier complaints have been made on this regard but no Kamdhenu representative came to meet us as promised and solve our forthgiven problem. We seek you to take immediate action against Kamdhenu and redress our grievances.

amount not reimbursed
My father runs a grocery shop.He sent 2 sodexo packets (meal vouchers) on 20 July 2014. The amount to be reimbursed has not bee received till the date, Each packet contained vouchers amounting to Rs, 121000.Usually the reimbursement is received within 35 days of sending the packet.Please solve the matter as soon as possibe.

Cockroach in the food
I ordered mattar paneer and two parathas, it took awfuly long time and parathas looked barely cooked.I was eating with my colleauges,while one of them pulled something out of it and much to my surprise it was a cockroach. I did take a pic which i will attach with the complaint

after starting work with them 16 of July. and handing my P45 to them the day before I started!!! they put me on emergency tax! after them then not issue ing it back again the next month, my manager got on the phone to Payroll.they say they can not do anything with out revenue and customs issuing code.revenue and customs then did so that SAME day! but Sodexo payroll weren't going to bother to pay MY money that was due to me! in there words " as we are such a big company" so does that mean as they are such a big company paying there staff is NOT at the top of there to do list!!!!! myself and my manager have had to chase this money due to me! and with the last call made by me- for payroll to basically call me a liar, as they claim they had called me confirming that my money would be in my account next tue! they dame well hadn't - I did ask why do you think in Ringing AGAIN to chase confirmation of my money going in my account.if someone named jerry has already phoned me I wouldn't be phoning again would I.o yes jerry buggered off home as well. this hassle and treatment from payroll doesn't make me want to work for a company that don't give a toss!

We have complaint many times in Sodexo canteen in Reliance Township Jamnagar regarding food quality. But no actions are taken and if we say that food is not good then the reply we get is "we are not serving poison".

Hope Less MART THIS RELIANCE MART IS HOPE LESS MY WORST EXPERIENCE I HAD GONE TO BUY ONIONS AND FRUIT AND PACKED FOOD ...... FIRST OF ALL I PAID MRP FOR ALL THESE ITEMS AND FOUND THAT THE FOOD IS ROTTEN AND THE FISH I HAD BROUGHT WAS EXPIRED DATE AND WITH BAD SMELL THAT I FOUND OUT LATER WHEN I WENT TO COMPLAINT THEY STARTED BEGGING SIR PLZ DONT INFORM OUR OWNER .........AND I HAD TO LET GO MY 400 RS ..... I HAD EVERY RIGHT TO GO CONSUMER COURT BUT THIS MART MANAGER WAS OVER REACTING TO BRING THE BILL ..... THEIS OWNER SHOULD BE THOUGHT A LESSON ...... I THINK EVEN HE KNOWS WHAT THESE PEOPLE DO ....... OR HE MIGHT HAVE SUGESTED THESE PLAN TO THEIR WORKERS....... Helpful

extra charges on using sodexo coupons

I had purchased a mobile phone using Sodexo Coupons at one your listed establishments- Mobile Point, Bharat Building, Irla Society Road, Vile parle (West), Mumbai 400056 on 7th July 2012.
I provided them vouchers worth Rs.3500/ over which he took 10% extra charge, stating since they get reimbursement on these vouchers from Sodexo after 2 months. I swiped my debit card to pay that extra money.. The shop owner refused to write the same on the bill. Mails written to Sodexo gave me response ,..which were of no use. Infact they didnot give me a solution, instead they kept on stating that that shop has been delisted from their member list. Now that doesnot help me ..i feel cheated ..Then they asked me to show proof of that extra money .. i showed my bank statement to which they say there is no proof stating Mobile point charging me that extra Rs.750/- as it is not reflecting on the bill. ..I am shockingly surprised to get such a response from a reputed organization. I am afraid they are not bothered on customer satisfaction at all..
I think the company is taking customers for granted.. Sad

sometime back on this above mentioned issue .. the company officials came up with another innovative idea to address the issue ( which seems non-issue for them) ... They said, the rate on the box is different from the actual retail price ( which is higher according to them).. I fail to understand fast ( 6 months) they discovered this aspect ..which acted as another argument for my complaint.
The issue still stands where it was... no resolution ... Great Customer Service !!! .. i really appreciate
