I have purchased Micromax LED tv 1year back & now TV is not working I raised request to croma call centre on 9th.Aug 16 after that Micromax team has visited see the issue they have 500rs as visiting charge& after that they asked us bring TV to Banashankari outlet I denied to take reason is in Bangalore their are Many Micromax Showrooms are available I searched in Google nearest Micromax service centre to whitefield is Marathalli showroomy should I spend money to take my TV to Banashankari showroom again called to croma call center morethen 5days they have replied they forward mail to concerned team & will get back in 24hours but nothing as happened finally I got a call from croma call on 11th sep saying that micromax team as closed the compliant & we can't able to help you please visit to store&.check with them we are closing compliant & I was still talking but they disconnected call if this is the careless response providing from Croma then y should I purchase from your brand I would directly purchased from Micromax itself only because of service I came to croma but I never expected this kind of service from you brand

    Dear All,
    I brought mobile from a Croma store of Gurgaon(dt mega mall) on 12.07.2015 and along with I purchased Gizmo insurance cover.
    On 26.06.2016 I met with an Accident and my phone was damaged. Then I went to the store, they told me, the gizmo will repair your phone. I Started the procedure and submit all documents they want.After a long time (like 1.5 months) gizmo people told we will not repair your phone because of poor handling. I just want to tell you this is bad service from gizmo and Croma because if I met with an accident have to save my mobile either my life.Because your point you life is nothing. On a serious note about that please help me out.
    find the bill and document which I forward to gizmo care.

      I purchased one sony digicam( Sony Cybershot Digicam ( Model DSC-W830)from croma retail through online Home delivery. On opening the product I found that the LCD screen and the Every photograph comes with Vertical visible line. I put forward the matter to customer care attaching the sample photographs also.

      But their customer care dept is pushing the stone to here and their, Everytime they are giving new and new explanations, One customer care representative advised me to visit Sony service center.

      What I advise, NEVER EVER buy any product from Cromaretail, Their service is horrible. They don't have any quality control over their product. It is really shame that this retail chain is owned by Tata enterprise.

      I purchased a tv and ac from croma. Delivery was next day however for tv I need to follow up multiple times for installation. It’s a Samsung tv and Hitachi AC was installed next day of delivery however the installation team took more than 3 hours for 1 ton ac installation and also didn’t do a good job. They scattered all the place and we ended up cleaning. They were constantly not wearing mask also.
      Pathetic service. Never expected this at this pandemic situation.

        Hi all

        On august 04th i purchased a dell laptop from croma store ghatkopar west (rcity mall) they asked to wait until installation and other process gets complete, it took them nearly three and half hour to do the same. i had told them how much ever time required kindly do it today itself so that we are not required to visit the store again. however same was not done properly and again on august 5th 2016 we had to go to resolve the issue and it took them nearly 4 hours to understand the issue which is still not resolved. i was accompanied by my wife who is expecting and in this condition she had to wait 4 hours for 2 days. the issue is still not resolved and on top it there was no one to help us except for the dell sales guy mr. pradip. the technical shop doesn't have technical guy to help and poor sales person for the last resort and on top of it shop doesn't have basic infrastructure such as secured wifi for update and installation. i was asked to switch on my hot spot connection for updates installation.

          I had purchased an LED tv mentioned above worth Rs.74990/- under exchange of my old working Videocon 32" Integra LCD on 23rd August 2016 for 64000/- and Installation was done on 25th August 2016.
          I'd like to bring your attention to the issues I've been facing since first complaint made to LG on 31st Aug ( Unresolved till date Complaint Made Via Email) after which I had lodged a complaint on their number [protected] on 2/09/16 to which i got an sms of mentioning Technician's details who was supposed to come on 3rd.On 3rd he tells me he will not come someone else will call me and come, I waited patiently the whole day and nobody called or came, I called [protected] again 3 times at intervals of 2 hours since noon and escalated complaint thrice.Frustrated, I then went to Croma Juhu at 8pm and let Mr.Ali know about it and was told that a technician will come at 9pm. Nobody came, and a person called me at 9.30pm that he will come tomorrow at 2pm. Today i waited for the technician to come today till 2pm but when i called, he said he wont come and provided me number of two other technicians that'd attend my complaint, both of them who didn't receive my calls that time.I totally lost my patience by then and went straight to showroom at 2.30 pm and met the Manager and Mr.Keval and let them know the whole ordeal and harrowing experience i just went through.I had recorded a video of my issues and showed the same to them of which i have posted a Youtube link below who also acknowledged of My TV unit having issues mentioned below.

          Following are the issues I am facing after using the TV.
          1) The LED TV's Power Turns On by itself occasionally without giving any 'Power' command on Remote or TV just when the main switch is turned ON.
          2) My So called India's First TV with WebOS 3.0 LG 49LH600T as displayed on LG's Website is Extremely Unresponsive, Unbearably Sluggish And So Underperforming That it takes anywhere between whopping 10-20 seconds to open basic options like 'Settings' Menu while a media is being played in background via AV/YouTube app which is totally unacceptable for a Latest Smart TV of 2016 Model.The interface and hardware is so slow that the commands i give to it through my Smart Remote are being registered with delay of 2-4 seconds.Technician came at my home at 3pm and performed procedures but that didn't resolve my issue and he too acknowledged my issues and advised me to write personal remark on it, I am attaching a photo of Technician's Job Sheet as well.

          I am extremely unhappy with my purchase and as I cross checked the Display Unit in the showroom later along with Mr.Ali, he too acknowledged both the issues on that TV too. The issues were prevailing in this Particular Model - LG 49LH600T there too and hence i'd like to have a refund, as replacement seems totally illogical with same issues occurring in both units .Also i had an harrowing experience getting technician to visit my home and the inconvenience caused for this whole ordeal by numerous visits to Croma without any fault of mine.LG Should mention on Website that their New 2016 TV is slow so no one would purchase them, simple as that.
          I purchased this Costly Latest 2016 edition Smart TV for entertainment and not to overburden me with the headache and i request you to provide me full refund and return of my old TV as it falls under 15 Days refund policy of Croma and i have visited Croma, Juhu showroom 6 times for this in last two days or I will use Strict Legal means by filing consumer complaint, printing in newspaper and using social media and a court case very soon to bring this whole issue into public, where Croma is at fault too for not letting me know about these issues of LG 49LH600T LED Tv beforehand as i was not informed of them and the faulty Interface was not fully demoed to me due to no WiFi in your Store and still sold to me which is equivalent to misleading, knowingly selling a faulty and underperforming product with such issues without providing full demo and cheating a customer .

            Three hitachi ac/s ordered by neeta shrivastava ([protected]) vide transaction no slf02a[protected] dated 23.08.2016 from croma belapur.. Out of them only two ac/ has been delivered today. One ac is missing.
            We received only 4 boxes today. Please trace out the reason why one ac is not delivered today.

            Please treat the matter urgently and advise us the root cause.

              Sir/Madam, Writing this after completely loosing my patience.I have been suffering from this problem since 8 months, thus finally writing to you.I gave my laptop for OS recovery to the same salesperson from whom i bought this laptop.He agreed to it.Hence i Provided him with CDs for backup .He started to take recovery of OS by inserting the first CD, and then he left.So finaly after two hours I came and checked that Recovery was lost from my computer and wasnt taken into the CDs as the CDs werent changed.
              This all happend in January.Since then I have visited Croma many times and they are not providing me solution for it.the person who did this mistake has left the job.The Cost of CDs is Rs 530 and Manager there told me that he will pay 50%, i disagreed that and then he talked to me in such a harsh voice that its unbelievable for a customer to expect that from a store manager. He told me that "Who are we to pay".I mean how a great company like croma can hire such useless people who dont have sense to talk to customers.His name is Mr Charles(Assitant manager) in croma banshankari, Bangalore 560085.I felt really bad and it has broken my trust from croma.I am not going to buy any thing from croma in my whole life and woud never recommend anyone to do so. Finaly I am writing to you.Help me out with CDs.Hoping atleast you wont disappoint me like your invaluable staffs in that branch.

                I had raised a complaint couple of times, but no one responded.

                I had asked to install refrigerator door tray for which i am ready to pay. Refrigerator is still under warranty.
                They have also charged me for extended warranty for another 2 years. What is the use of such warranty when they don't provide service, even customer is ready to pay them. Pathetic Customer service and support team.

                Every time i call customer care, they have only one answer - "we will try to resolve soon". Its been more than 1.5 months now.

                I would recommend not to buy Croma products. Initially we may find it cheaper as compared to other brand, but eventually its our lose because they dont provide after sales support

                  I purchase croma led tv from croma store in cp new delhi in feb which is still under warranty.
                  in the month of aug (around 1st) my led stopped working and i put a complaint regarding the same on there customer care.
                  after 72 hours (where i was told 48hrs) there technician visited me and checked my led tv.
                  he took couple of shots through his phone of tv and invoice and told there is a part which is not working which will be resolved within a week or a new tv would be replaced.
                  its been 2 weeks i am daily receiving 2-3 calls from croma customer care asking weather my issue have resolved or not and i am daily over and over again explaining them the whole situation that technician visited he told it will be solved in 1 week its still not been done.
                  please look into this matter as soon as possible.

                    I bought this motorolla cordless phone 7 months back from croma and it was giving a lot of issues so i handed it to croma for repair on august 13th, 2016. I got a call today i. E. Aug 24th, 2016 from croma stating that the service centre of motorlla cordless phones are in mumbai not in delhi so the phone will be sent to mumbai for repair which will take an additional 10 days.
                    Questions...
                    1. Why was i not informed by croma that the product which i am buying will take a month of time to get repaired.
                    2. Why was i not informed for 10 days after handing over my phone to croma. If the service centre was in mumbai why was the phone not sent initially.
                    3. Is there any tat, that you really follow when you are service industry or is that depends on your mood.

                    I have no phone at my place and i am not able to use my landline. If this was to take so much time i could have given a replacement phone till you are not givig me my phone.

                      I purchased a laptop which cost rs 28990/- on 7/8/3016 on that due to less fund i didn't purchase ms office 2016 after one week i contacted them regarding ms office 2016 they were asking 2740 which was for rs. 1000 on 7/8/2016. I requested their manager at janakpuri new delhi retail store for ms office but he was not ready to listen to me. Now i'm fade up with the behaviour of croma so now i want to return back laptop urgently. Worst experience with croma.

                        Hi,

                        I bought a moto g turbo edition dual sim lte black from croma store on date: 13/08/2016. Here are the store details:
                        Infinity retail limited trading
                        Plot no. 4, soul city mall, new delhi - 110075
                        Cst / vat: [protected].

                        Same night when i inserted the 2nd sim it did not fit well inside so i pulled it out and the whole sim tray came out.
                        So i went to croma store to ask for a replace and they did not even listened to me and told me to go to motorola service center. So disappointing behaviour from india's best electronic's store by india's most trusted brand tata.

                        Later i went to motorola service center for a replace request, they told me a shocking story. They said motorola g phones are not allowed to sold offline except 3 states and roi online only through amazon flipkart etc.

                        Now im really tired of going places and do not know whom to ask for help?
                        Such a bad experience with 2 big brand names whom we can trust on!!!

                        Please help us to resolve this issue asap, as i bought this phone from my hard earned savings of 6 months.

                          Sound is not working

                          When we play song, vedios or anything else which produce sound so no sound is coming from it and in setting full sound is their and if play something which produce sound and earphone is connected so it produce sound in earphone but it doesn't produce sound without earphone. And. Also it produce sound when speaker is connect to it but without speaker or earphone it doesnot produce sound so what to do?...

                          I purchased a washing machine (Super general-chroma) on 3rd of august. Washing machine doesnt even get switched on after the demo. During the demo from technician everythin was working fine.

                          After this, i had cqlled customer care team of chroma and logged my complaint. There were two commintments after this but no technicain came till date to fix the problem. From 11th till 15th i was out of station though.
                          I badly need this product to be replaced with a working or repaired asap

                          This has made me to get a very bad impression on chroma and its service. Also i may not suggest anyonr going to chroma in future.

                            Yesterday I went croma saket to buy a fm radio is asked to show us product d executive who attended customers they r saying to each other tu dikha de tu dikhate to each other n nobdy is there to attend us...wht is this? If we wnt to purchase high amount items to kya tabhi attend kiya jayega ...total ignorance no body considered us...such a bad experience not a first time hamesha eyse hi hota hai...khali Idhar udhar ghoomna theek hai beside attending their customers...I came empty hands...shameless people

                              Respected sir today while we purchased a hp printer from croma store at bhayander opportunity max us mall we were given a commitment to give a black cartridge of ink with the printer from the sales person later we were said that they can't give us the cartridge so the store manager was called to solve the problem instead of solving the problem he was being rude to us & finally the cartridge wasn't given we are very unhappy with such kind of behaviour at such a very big store we feel cheated hope you could help us. Thank you

                                  I have purchase oppo mobile model no. F1 f / golden from croma store in r-city mall, ghatkoper, mumbai. On 10th july 2016 at 7.29 p. M. Invoice no. Slf02a[protected].

                                  Handset has been sold by sales person sagar & amit -[protected]. And also they told they don't have oppo gift which has come with the oppo handset, that will get delivered at your residence address in next 2 days. But now it is almost one month and i am continue doing follow up with amit on the given no. But not getting any response from his side. I request you to please look into this. This is clearly cheating with me, in the bill copy thy have mention also that gift is pending.

                                      I have purchased whirlpool 1.5 ton 3d cool a. C. As in april 9th 2015 the date of installation i complained both the dealer croma and whirlpool every month wise they are just taking complain technician is calling but not coming to see saying other person will a. C. Is not getting the cool as per the ton and spark is coming when starting. Water is flowing inside rather then outside. Some burning smell is coming. Croma is also not talking with whirlpool just they sell the product that call no bother about what customer is facing and whirlpool also not maintain the service quality.
