I had croma 1.5 ton air condition bought under warranty. My service request mum310716fs0002 was registered on was supposed to be solved in 3 working days. I complained on 31 july 2016 at 11.06 am.
I received a sms on 2 aug 2016 at 7.08 pm say that we are pleased to inform you that service request is completed. Which was absolutely false and on the other side it was very unprofessional that without any repairing or attending my job, how i got the sms. After calling to customer care guy called giri explained me that your air condition has been services/repaired.
I was so wondered that without attending anything, how did i get remark and sms. When i called to again to customer care, he shamelessly said that your problem will be solved in 3 working day.
Bull croma and their products. Suggestion to all …never by croma products…no service part at all. Bye any other brand…but no quality and support from croma.

I have 1ton split AC with 4years of extended warranty. Now AC not working I have register a complaint on 13.Jul.2016 still e problem not yet rectified.

While selling sales person insist me to pay additional money for that extended warranty validity.

    I purchased tv (croma hd led 61cm el7065) item code 178879 dtd. 24/5/2016.
    Invoice no -. slf02a[protected]
    Installation done on 29/5/2016 after rigorous follow-up with customer care and pimpri showroom.

    On 24/7/2016 - i logged complaint for tv is not getting start. on 26/7/2016 engineer visited and confirmed that pcb is being faulty so tv could not be able to start. we have been told that will get it replaced within couple of days.
    Since 26/7/2016 i and my family members are in touch with costumer care but we are getting false commitment from customer care that you will get from call from croma service center team.
    Now we are feed up with croma services and support team.

    Now we want replacement of tv this faulty tv with new one as it’s got faulty within 56 days.

      This is 4th time I am giving complaint for my washing machine, only first time your service engineer came to see but did not resolve any thing. Again when I gave compaint for the same issue nobody came to my place but I received a sms stating that your service request SR[protected] has been resolved. Again I called to customer care centre to tell them that I received this message but no one visited to my place, after that your executive has taken another compaint for the same problem on 30/07/2016 and till now no body visited.
      Please suggest what should I do next.

        I have purchased the above mentioned product (tv) on 16.05.2014 with two years manufacturer warranty along with two years extended warranty (totally 4 years from the date of purchase) in extended warranty no. 172934 at infiniti retail ltd, grand mall, croma show room. since my above product has been become nonfunctional i have lodged complaint in claim id no. 209829 on 14.07.2016. though the customer care staff (viz.) mr. vignesh, ms. malini at grand mall is sincere in handling the complaints, the outcome sofar is not fruitful. it is pertinent to point out that one mr. giri (teleponone no. [protected] who is handling the spare parts to rectify the complaints has said that "sir, i have sent the correspondence to get the spare part (ie.) tv board i dont know when it will arrive" if the same comes only we cant rectify your tv. otherwise you approach the dealer where you purchase". i state that for the last 17 days i am suffering mental agony due to the negligent attitude of tata products rectification staff. kindly do the needful to get the tv board or replace the tv set at your earliest to keep the confidence and reputation of indian products particularly tata products and oblige.

        On 1st August the day when I was posted my complaint, a Technician of Croma visited my residence with a New Board (as he said) and tried to fix the proplem. And after some time, the same technician said that the Screen Panel also to be replaced and went away with the TV Board he brought with him for fixing the problem by saying that if the TV Board which he brought with him on that day, is fixed the complaint might be treated as resolved. And again he took the photograph of the TV front and back with his cell phone and sent the same to his higher officials by what's up about the replacement of the Screen Panel. Though 4 days has been elapsed since the last visit of the Technician of Croma, I wonder without the spare parts of the TV which has been sold two years back, how a TV company such as Croma can give a Warranty for 2 + 2 Years Extended Warranty to his customers, and the same seems to be unethical trade practice. I hope I can resolve the said issue without going to the Consumer Forum which is also more time consuming with the help of the Service bench Staff such as Malini and Vignesh and also one (Mr. Giri at Ware house of Croma at Chennai? at Infiniti retail shop of Croma at Grand Mall at Velachery. Hope the good sense would prevail.

          Bought the product on the 24th of June 2016 and was told that the product will be delivered on the next day and the installation will be done the day after. First they didnt deliver the product the next day and only after follow up did they deliver it a day later. Its been 4 days since then and the machine is yet to be installed. Yesterday I was told that they will take the product back if its not installed by today afternoon n now they are asking for today evening, otherwise monday. Its now getting more and more frustrating. I seriously want my money back.

          Had to visit the store and only after talking to the store manager, they agreed to replace the machine. It was delivered the next day, installed and working fine. It was one of the worst experiences I had to face and I dont think I will ever buy anything from Croma again. On our first visit to Croma the staff said that they might be a little costlier but they focus on the customer service and believe in customer satisfaction. I got none :)

              After your mail, lg executive visited the place and inspected the tv and same report mailed to you as well as given us. but after that only i got confirmation cal from your end but no official mail received.

              I visited the shop also but the manager said they received report but no action. as you know following point are mentioned in the report by inspection person from lg.

              1) old tv given
              2) scratches on tv
              3) no official 42 "box given instead 43" box given
              4) some accessories missing
              5) no manual and booklet given.

              As these points make us confirmation that croma is second hand seller like olx and not new product seller. i want official reply from you.

              We have purchased led tv of 42 inch from croma mulund division..inv no :slf02a[protected].. but after installation we found tv is not under good condition... as some scratches seen on tv.. along with some accessories missing... and original packing box also missing...
              Where as box given is of 43 inches.. and when tv made on... some sound is not proper.. as these specify us croma given us second hand tv..

              If croma doesn't have stocks then why they put on display for sale.

              We came to you for tata brand... the manager even not bothered to take cal and refusing for exchange..
              When we visited on sunday even they are not entertaining properly..

              Instead they shows worstness in service..
              Why they want to transfer their liability on our name.. and our money.. is tata is so poor for just 42000 inr for replacement... kindly update as earlies as we will take necessary requirement if we not get value for our money..

                Dear sir,

                My airconditioner is not working from last week i. e. 16.07.2016 and i have lodged complaint same day vide no. del160716fs00017 but my complaint is not attending properly.
                After lodging complaint, i raised query from your representative that could i go to your nearest outlet at kamla nagar, delhi for repair the remote and he suggested me to go there. when i went kamla nagar, they refused to attend my complaint as they are not providing any service at their outlet.
                Your representative from okhla denied to come at my home and suggested to change the remote without checking, i asked him to know the cost of new remote but he told me that he is not have any idea of cost. on 18.07.2016, i received a sms as "we regret to inform you that order #del160716fs00017 shall be delayed due to unavailability of required spare part."
                I hope, remote cost will be lower than repair that why he suggested for replacement of remote but it is extremely sorry to write that i have not received remote till now.

                You are requested to please look into the same and provide me remote at the earliest or get repair remote if repairing expenses is lower than remote cost. further, i want to know that how to start a/c manually/without remote.

                  We have faced lots of issues after buying ac from croma store (In aditya city centre, indrapuram, ghaziabad) dodgy sales person sold us product that installation will be done next day for sure. (And this was our only criterion to buy this product because of weekend installation). Then we called customer care, croma person for 5-6 hours continuously but no one responded to us.Infact they were speaking rubbishly as if we have done some crime. No customer support, bad language, no assurance for anything.

                  Please take strong action to these people who make false commitments and waste customers time. Still no action has been done on our issue!!!

                    I bought Lava smart phone on 1April 2016 (cell; [protected]) in Croma, Dwaraka Sector XIII, New Delhi, but now display is not working. I approched Croma shop in Madhapur/Kondapur Hyderabad. They refused to entertain the complaint. I want the cell to be repaired.

                      Service request no. Del060716fs00025 pending for over a month, no action
                      It is highly disappointing to get such response (In fact no response at all) from a prestigious tata group company. The washing machine's dryer has not been working for over a month. My complaints are reported resolved with no one even showing up at my place.
                      I bought from croma thinking i would like to give business to an indian company but i was highly mistaken. This is the reason why indian commerce doesn't flourish. I don't think i'll ever buy anything from tata again and will also discourage friends and family to do so.

                        I ordered an acer v3-574g 504y laptop from croma on 24 june, 2016 and it has been 20 days and i havenot even received the invoice yet, even after the completion of the online payment. When i called customer support, they registered my complain asked me to wait for 24 hours and said they will send my complain to technical support team. When i called again they again asked me to wait for 24 hours and said "we are sending your complain to the technical support team" again. It has been happening since last 15 days or so for every single day.
                        It has been the worst shopping experience ever and my money is on the line.
                        The problem has still not been addressed.

                          Registered a complaint for washing machine with croma on 2nd july.
                          Complaint number sr[protected].
                          The product is under extended warranty.
                          Till date no technician has visited our place. Fed up calling/mailing them.
                          We get a typical response like the one below:

                          "with reference to your mail regarding complaint number sr[protected], we would like to inform you that your concern is under process and we are re-escalating to the service operation team for the same.

                          Please accept our apologies as a solution is taking more time than expected. We request you to please bear with us for just a bit more and our team shall get in touch with you at the earliest."

                          Croma service was never like this. I have been praising its customer service in past, but this time they are showing how pathetic in service one can go.

                          What option do we consumer have if we are not getting the promised service?

                            I had purchased HTC desire 828 from croma crown interiorz mall Faridabad. The sales executive gave me wrong information to sell their product but after few days I get to know about the reality of the phone. The name of the executive was Ms. Tanuja.i asked her to show dual sim phone. She showed me a dual sim htc 828 n told me that both the Sim Ports support 4G. I purchased the phone. After some days I get to know that only in one port the 4G works and in another port 2G will work. I went to the store to replace the phone because I was guided wrong about the phone. It was the executive mistake that they gave the wrong information to the customer. It means they are giving me the wrong information to sell their product. I went to the customer care Desk and talked to Mr. Arun and Mr. Shashank about the same and asked them to replace the phone as I was told a lie to sell the product. But they denied the same. I asked them to give all this in written on their letter head, they also denied for this. Croma Is a very big store. This cannot be expected from it. Today I have faced this problem. That means you are treating the customer as fools. You are telling the lie to sell your product. this may happen with the other customers also. I had submitted the product to the Store on 11th July 2016 but they are not replacing it.. You are misguiding the customers to sell your products. This Is a very big mistake from the store side as they are telling lie or misguiding the customers to sell their product that is a Fraud. It’s a kind request to you to kindly replace the phone. You are telling lie to sell your products that cannot be expected from a big Store such as Croma. Request to take an action and replace my product as soon as possible.
                            Waiting for a postitive response from your side as soon as possible.

                              I had purchased eveready charger with 4 battery. croma had sent me a deflated product. they had sent outdated product to me. it is not working condition. they are also not listening. i had already paid all the amount to croma. they are not responding till now. i have called them many times but they said regularly that my problem would be resolved within 48 hrs.

                                Hi I purchased Panasonic LED 42 inch my invoice no is SAF02A[protected] from lower parel phoenix mall croma center on 30th June 2016 but we didn't get wall mount kit with TV the sales person Imran has assure us he will arrange same within 2-3 Days but now it's more than 14 days still we didn't receive wall mount kit from the date of purchase. I also complaint on your customer care no they took my service request and my service request no is SR[protected] I got msg your service request has been resolved but still we didn't receive anything so how it's come resolve.
                                clarify me.
                                if I am not getting any resolution on this I will raise compalint to consumer forum.

                                  I purchased hp 1510 printer from croma indirapuram outlet in 2015, i opted fro extended warranty at that time. last month printer stopped working and i lodged a compalint with croma since the product was under warranty. after waiting for almost 1 month and sevral followups, the engineer finally visited my place, checked the part and said one part has to be replaced and demanded money from me, i told him it is under warranty but he insisted i pay else he cannot replace the part, finally he argued and left without repairing my printer. my service request number is sr[protected]. i have attached the bill receipt once again fro your reference

                                  How can croma cheat a customer like this when the product is under warranty? what is the meaning of warranty if i have to pay for the part? pls respond...

                                      I had purchased croma washing machine by chance last year, i hope you will find the complete details in your record.

                                      There were some problem (Water drainage) in the washing machine june 2nd week and i register complaint to croma and service engineer came on 17 th june.
                                      To solve the water drainage issue. He had done some other fault in the machine which is related to gear box and told me that it will be done in one week but no positive response so far.

                                      I have registered the complain, reference number is del020716fs00005.

                                      Since i am following up for the service last 3 week and not getting any response. I have no hope from croma now and want the refund.

                                      Pls help.

                                        Respected sir,
                                        I am vinisha shah residing in dadar, mumbai. we recently purchased a dell laptop from croma, prabhadevi branch on : 17th june 2016 for my sister (darshi shah) as a birthday gift.
                                        Bill details:
                                        1. customer name: darshi shah
                                        2.invoice no - aif02a[protected],
                                        3. time of purchase: 4.35pm,
                                        4. bill created by : mr. rohit dhawale.
                                        The delivery date was given to us on 18th june 2016 as we wanted it before her (i. e darshi shah's) birth date i. e 19th june.
                                        My parents apparently went to croma on the 18th june to get the delivery of the dell laptop. laptop details:
                                        Model no - dell 5559/6g-i5/8gb ram/1tb-hdd/2gb-graphic card/windows-10/2yrnbd cc and mrp - rs. 54, 000/-

                                        And to their utmost surprise, as the laptop box was given to them, the box was a little damanged from the bottom side. my father found something fishy, and called the croma sales - person to ask him that why is the newly packed laptop is such a state?
                                        The sales person gave reasons like transportation defect etc., but my father did not believe it and hence, he thought that this might be a opened piece from below and is not a fresh one. he therefore refused to accept the laptop in such a state. on then asking several question to the sales manager named - mr. tarik, and the sales person - rohit dhawale, to inspect this matter they called the khargar croma go-down and asked about the situation.
                                        On calling them, the khargar go-down labourers agreed that the box was opened from below and he accepted that this in front of my father. he also said that the color we mentioned (ie. grey) was not available with this model and therefore they put a demo piece in the box.
                                        On knowing this, my father was highly shocked and called for the manager but as they were unavailable he left the matter and the salesman assured that another piece will be given to them and as soon as they call for the piece, the croma sales head will call and inform us.
                                        We waited for nearly a week's time, but there was not even a single call or response from them. and they were least bothered with the mistake that had happened and there was no sense of responsibility with them.
                                        On 27th june, monday along with my parents, i and my husband visited the store and called for the respective sales person. we asked them to tell us the matter in detail and as to why there was no follow up on their side.
                                        They gave us reasons saying the color we asked for was not available. but as a matter of fact, since the start we had asked them if they have any other color available apart from 'grey' and which they denied. so just within a day, how can there be a color issue within the stock they have? we asked then if the box was torn and it was an opened piece, and the sales person names - mr. tarik agreed that it was a opened box.
                                        We then called for the store manager, but the assistant store manager arrived and to our shock, she was totally unaware of this case. please note: the store manager and even the assistant manager was unaware of such happenings in the store, even after 12 days.

                                        She asked us about the matter, and on listening to the matter, she told us that there is a color issue in this particular model from the company dell itself. that is, the color written on the box and the laptop color does not match and therefore to escalate that matter, they open the boxes to see the color if it is correct and the piece is then given to the customers.
                                        So inshort the sealed piece can be opened by anyone. and this fault is not even known by the company dell.
                                        So in such a case, if there was a problem like this, they should have not sold us the piece in the first place. why would you cheat customers like this?
                                        And since the start we were not informed about any such issue or not even asked about any color option. tata is such a loyal company and if an opened piece is given to customers how is is supposed to be taken? i am still in shock that croma is doing such things and i feel that the upper level managers are totally unaware by this and may be this is a scam happening at a lower level.
                                        Please note this: on going to the store we also noticed that the dell laptop box does not have one seal on its boxes, the boxes are sealed with the dell sticker 2-3 times and the seal sizes are also different. we also have a doubt about this and have totally lost faith and trust in croma. we also investigated other dell laptop boxes and they have only one seal sticker on the box. then how is this possible in croma? (we also have a photograph attached)
                                        Coming back to the matter, we then asked ms. sarika kanade| assistant store manager to send an apology mail stating the whole issue and the fraud donr by them, which she ignored at first. she also told us that the matter is not known by the sales person and the piece is a fresh one, but she will still call for a fresh piece for us. we refused her deal and we wanted an apology mail stating the exact matter and the reason as to why such a thing was done.
                                        She then next day sent a formal apology email which stated a sorry but no traces of the matter was found on the email and did not state any problem. on calling her immediately, she said that she has said a sorry but she still does not accept that there is a mistake done by them. (shocking to hear this)
                                        That means they are okay with giving customers open pieces? and they do not find this a mistake on their part? it is not in their rules and regulations to provide their customers a loyal treatment and a fresh electronic device? are we supposed to par an mrp price for a opened piece /second hand item? why would we them come to croma? we would rather purchase from amazon and other e-shopping sites. and to our notice, they have still not told us the exact problem.
                                        Sir, i am highly disappointed and want a fair answer and a compensating solution to this. i also have a video proof and if no action is taken, i will be forced to put up the video on the social media.
                                        I am writing this email not to fight or for myself or because we have been cheated, i am writing this to inform you about the highly wrong practices happening in your company which you are unaware about which happens to be a bigger scam according to me.
                                        Have attached the bill photos below for further details.
                                        I request you to please probe into the matter and let us know the decision sooner or else we will be forced to move to the consumer forum if no action is taken.
