I bought Lava smart phone on 1April 2016 (cell; [protected]) in Croma, Dwaraka Sector XIII, New Delhi, but now display is not working. I approched Croma shop in Madhapur/Kondapur Hyderabad. They refused to entertain the complaint. I want the cell to be repaired.

    Service request no. Del060716fs00025 pending for over a month, no action
    It is highly disappointing to get such response (In fact no response at all) from a prestigious tata group company. The washing machine's dryer has not been working for over a month. My complaints are reported resolved with no one even showing up at my place.
    I bought from croma thinking i would like to give business to an indian company but i was highly mistaken. This is the reason why indian commerce doesn't flourish. I don't think i'll ever buy anything from tata again and will also discourage friends and family to do so.

      I ordered an acer v3-574g 504y laptop from croma on 24 june, 2016 and it has been 20 days and i havenot even received the invoice yet, even after the completion of the online payment. When i called customer support, they registered my complain asked me to wait for 24 hours and said they will send my complain to technical support team. When i called again they again asked me to wait for 24 hours and said "we are sending your complain to the technical support team" again. It has been happening since last 15 days or so for every single day.
      It has been the worst shopping experience ever and my money is on the line.
      The problem has still not been addressed.

        Registered a complaint for washing machine with croma on 2nd july.
        Complaint number sr[protected].
        The product is under extended warranty.
        Till date no technician has visited our place. Fed up calling/mailing them.
        We get a typical response like the one below:

        "with reference to your mail regarding complaint number sr[protected], we would like to inform you that your concern is under process and we are re-escalating to the service operation team for the same.

        Please accept our apologies as a solution is taking more time than expected. We request you to please bear with us for just a bit more and our team shall get in touch with you at the earliest."

        Croma service was never like this. I have been praising its customer service in past, but this time they are showing how pathetic in service one can go.

        What option do we consumer have if we are not getting the promised service?

          I had purchased HTC desire 828 from croma crown interiorz mall Faridabad. The sales executive gave me wrong information to sell their product but after few days I get to know about the reality of the phone. The name of the executive was Ms. Tanuja.i asked her to show dual sim phone. She showed me a dual sim htc 828 n told me that both the Sim Ports support 4G. I purchased the phone. After some days I get to know that only in one port the 4G works and in another port 2G will work. I went to the store to replace the phone because I was guided wrong about the phone. It was the executive mistake that they gave the wrong information to the customer. It means they are giving me the wrong information to sell their product. I went to the customer care Desk and talked to Mr. Arun and Mr. Shashank about the same and asked them to replace the phone as I was told a lie to sell the product. But they denied the same. I asked them to give all this in written on their letter head, they also denied for this. Croma Is a very big store. This cannot be expected from it. Today I have faced this problem. That means you are treating the customer as fools. You are telling the lie to sell your product. this may happen with the other customers also. I had submitted the product to the Store on 11th July 2016 but they are not replacing it.. You are misguiding the customers to sell your products. This Is a very big mistake from the store side as they are telling lie or misguiding the customers to sell their product that is a Fraud. It’s a kind request to you to kindly replace the phone. You are telling lie to sell your products that cannot be expected from a big Store such as Croma. Request to take an action and replace my product as soon as possible.

            I had purchased eveready charger with 4 battery. croma had sent me a deflated product. they had sent outdated product to me. it is not working condition. they are also not listening. i had already paid all the amount to croma. they are not responding till now. i have called them many times but they said regularly that my problem would be resolved within 48 hrs.

              Hi I purchased Panasonic LED 42 inch my invoice no is SAF02A[protected] from lower parel phoenix mall croma center on 30th June 2016 but we didn't get wall mount kit with TV the sales person Imran has assure us he will arrange same within 2-3 Days but now it's more than 14 days still we didn't receive wall mount kit from the date of purchase. I also complaint on your customer care no they took my service request and my service request no is SR[protected] I got msg your service request has been resolved but still we didn't receive anything so how it's come resolve.
              clarify me.
              if I am not getting any resolution on this I will raise compalint to consumer forum.

                Hi,

                I purchased hp 1510 printer from croma indirapuram outlet in 2015, i opted fro extended warranty at that time. last month printer stopped working and i lodged a compalint with croma since the product was under warranty. after waiting for almost 1 month and sevral followups, the engineer finally visited my place, checked the part and said one part has to be replaced and demanded money from me, i told him it is under warranty but he insisted i pay else he cannot replace the part, finally he argued and left without repairing my printer. my service request number is sr[protected]. i have attached the bill receipt once again fro your reference

                How can croma cheat a customer like this when the product is under warranty? what is the meaning of warranty if i have to pay for the part? pls respond...

                    I am krishan thakur and my register number is [protected].

                    I had purchased croma washing machine by chance last year, i hope you will find the complete details in your record.

                    There were some problem (Water drainage) in the washing machine june 2nd week and i register complaint to croma and service engineer came on 17 th june.
                    To solve the water drainage issue. He had done some other fault in the machine which is related to gear box and told me that it will be done in one week but no positive response so far.

                    I have registered the complain, reference number is del020716fs00005.

                    Since i am following up for the service last 3 week and not getting any response. I have no hope from croma now and want the refund.

                    Pls help.

                      Respected sir,
                      I am vinisha shah residing in dadar, mumbai. we recently purchased a dell laptop from croma, prabhadevi branch on : 17th june 2016 for my sister (darshi shah) as a birthday gift.
                      Bill details:
                      1. customer name: darshi shah
                      2.invoice no - aif02a[protected],
                      3. time of purchase: 4.35pm,
                      4. bill created by : mr. rohit dhawale.
                      The delivery date was given to us on 18th june 2016 as we wanted it before her (i. e darshi shah's) birth date i. e 19th june.
                      My parents apparently went to croma on the 18th june to get the delivery of the dell laptop. laptop details:
                      Model no - dell 5559/6g-i5/8gb ram/1tb-hdd/2gb-graphic card/windows-10/2yrnbd cc and mrp - rs. 54, 000/-

                      And to their utmost surprise, as the laptop box was given to them, the box was a little damanged from the bottom side. my father found something fishy, and called the croma sales - person to ask him that why is the newly packed laptop is such a state?
                      The sales person gave reasons like transportation defect etc., but my father did not believe it and hence, he thought that this might be a opened piece from below and is not a fresh one. he therefore refused to accept the laptop in such a state. on then asking several question to the sales manager named - mr. tarik, and the sales person - rohit dhawale, to inspect this matter they called the khargar croma go-down and asked about the situation.
                      On calling them, the khargar go-down labourers agreed that the box was opened from below and he accepted that this in front of my father. he also said that the color we mentioned (ie. grey) was not available with this model and therefore they put a demo piece in the box.
                      On knowing this, my father was highly shocked and called for the manager but as they were unavailable he left the matter and the salesman assured that another piece will be given to them and as soon as they call for the piece, the croma sales head will call and inform us.
                      We waited for nearly a week's time, but there was not even a single call or response from them. and they were least bothered with the mistake that had happened and there was no sense of responsibility with them.
                      On 27th june, monday along with my parents, i and my husband visited the store and called for the respective sales person. we asked them to tell us the matter in detail and as to why there was no follow up on their side.
                      They gave us reasons saying the color we asked for was not available. but as a matter of fact, since the start we had asked them if they have any other color available apart from 'grey' and which they denied. so just within a day, how can there be a color issue within the stock they have? we asked then if the box was torn and it was an opened piece, and the sales person names - mr. tarik agreed that it was a opened box.
                      We then called for the store manager, but the assistant store manager arrived and to our shock, she was totally unaware of this case. please note: the store manager and even the assistant manager was unaware of such happenings in the store, even after 12 days.

                      She asked us about the matter, and on listening to the matter, she told us that there is a color issue in this particular model from the company dell itself. that is, the color written on the box and the laptop color does not match and therefore to escalate that matter, they open the boxes to see the color if it is correct and the piece is then given to the customers.
                      So inshort the sealed piece can be opened by anyone. and this fault is not even known by the company dell.
                      So in such a case, if there was a problem like this, they should have not sold us the piece in the first place. why would you cheat customers like this?
                      And since the start we were not informed about any such issue or not even asked about any color option. tata is such a loyal company and if an opened piece is given to customers how is is supposed to be taken? i am still in shock that croma is doing such things and i feel that the upper level managers are totally unaware by this and may be this is a scam happening at a lower level.
                      Please note this: on going to the store we also noticed that the dell laptop box does not have one seal on its boxes, the boxes are sealed with the dell sticker 2-3 times and the seal sizes are also different. we also have a doubt about this and have totally lost faith and trust in croma. we also investigated other dell laptop boxes and they have only one seal sticker on the box. then how is this possible in croma? (we also have a photograph attached)
                      Coming back to the matter, we then asked ms. sarika kanade| assistant store manager to send an apology mail stating the whole issue and the fraud donr by them, which she ignored at first. she also told us that the matter is not known by the sales person and the piece is a fresh one, but she will still call for a fresh piece for us. we refused her deal and we wanted an apology mail stating the exact matter and the reason as to why such a thing was done.
                      She then next day sent a formal apology email which stated a sorry but no traces of the matter was found on the email and did not state any problem. on calling her immediately, she said that she has said a sorry but she still does not accept that there is a mistake done by them. (shocking to hear this)
                      That means they are okay with giving customers open pieces? and they do not find this a mistake on their part? it is not in their rules and regulations to provide their customers a loyal treatment and a fresh electronic device? are we supposed to par an mrp price for a opened piece /second hand item? why would we them come to croma? we would rather purchase from amazon and other e-shopping sites. and to our notice, they have still not told us the exact problem.
                      Sir, i am highly disappointed and want a fair answer and a compensating solution to this. i also have a video proof and if no action is taken, i will be forced to put up the video on the social media.
                      I am writing this email not to fight or for myself or because we have been cheated, i am writing this to inform you about the highly wrong practices happening in your company which you are unaware about which happens to be a bigger scam according to me.
                      Have attached the bill photos below for further details.
                      I request you to please probe into the matter and let us know the decision sooner or else we will be forced to move to the consumer forum if no action is taken.

                        I purchased croma 40" led from croma store in feb 2016. Now the croma led tv is not working anymore. I registered a complaint with croma customer care on 15.06.2016. Then they said that your problem would be resolved within 3 days. But there is no response from them till now. I call them many times but they said regularly that my problem would be resolved within 1 day . But there 1 day never comes. There representatives asked me about the complaint number and told me that they do not have such type of complaint numbers. please tell me what can I do to get my problem resolve.                           Dear Sir,

                          Subject : Unresolved Issue Yet forcibly Termed as resolved..

                          We got a call from Ms Shweta of Croma Mulund on the evening of 19th june 2016 at around 19.15. She called in connection to the problems that I've had with Croma which was mentioned in my last email to you. But the issues which we raised and the issue that she tried to resolve were quite different.

                          Croma, in their records have 2 addresses of mine. The first one is of kurla which we no longer stay at for the past 4 years and the second one is of Mulund which is my current and permanent one and which is what I have been tellin Croma to update as the only address of mine.
                          However you guys say your system can not delete my old address which is fine but why is it that every time your executive goes to my older address where I do not stay at all for any kind of service or demo? Who is resonsible for this error? Its your system who does not pick up my current address and neither does your executive bother to call me to confirm the address. Why am I suffering for some mistake which I hvnt committed at all.
                          I would also want to point out this fact that while in conversation with Ms. Shweta, she disconnected the call in the middle of the conversation, I can understand there could be a technical issue with the call leading to a call drop, but then as a basic courtesy she should have called back. However its been more than 15 days since that happened and I haven't got any call from her. This was completely unexpected by a professional customer support personnel like her, if at all I could term her as professional. For proof I have that whole conversation recorded with me.
                          And recently I got an SMS saying that your query is resolved. Wow!!! How did it get resolved esp. when the conversation wasnt completed at all as the call was disconnected and hence the issues weren't resolved.
                          I request you to please give me a good reason why a customer like me who has been loyal to Croma for the last 7years continue shopping and patronising Croma when all I get from croma is unreliable service and rude customer support.

                            I received an SMS that as Croma Belapur is completing 9Years, there will be offers upto Rs. 11490 on Laptops starting Rs. 22990. I visited to actually buy a Laptop as I was anyway looking for a change immediately.

                            However, when we reached there, we were told by an executive (name not disclosed here on public forum) that the offer amount of Rs.11490 consists of 3 items - Targus Bag worth of 4500, Printer worth of 3000 and a Laptop Kit (consisting of Mouse, Cleaning Items, Keyboard Dust Guard, USB Hub and other items) worth of 3000 and for a Laptop worth of Rs.35000 we will be able to get only two items out of these. That itself was a little frustrating but still we went ahead and started looking for a Laptop.

                            We spent about an hour and a half and finally chose one laptop that we wanted to purchase. Later, at the time of finalizing & going ahead with the billing, the executive said that we can pick only one item out of these 3 which was all the more frustrating as we had already wasted 1.5hour looking for a Laptop and now he went back on what he promised earlier.

                            We escalated to one of the Managers (name not disclosed here on public forum) and asked him for an explanation but he too didn't seem to care for the customer's grievance / time wastage and incorrect information provided by the executive. He said if there is a mistake from our end, then he is apologetic for it. However, this doesn't really make anything good for any customer.

                            If you don't know how to do business or keep the customer happy then please don't send out SMS's. Going back on promises or not taking care of a customer's grievance is not something that's expected from a brand associated with Tata's.

                            After 4 years you had the time today to look at this complaint and respond... ??? The issue has been Resolved already by not stepping into any of the Croma Outlets since past 4 years. I chose Vijay Sales / Arcee Electronics over Croma... Lost trust in Tata's Croma...

                              I had purchased a two ton split a/c (croma make) from croma care outlet, south ex, delhi on 04 jun 16.
                              In less than one month, the a/c has gone defective as there is no cooling effect.
                              I lodged a complaint through the croma online customer care service am 28 jun 16. the complaint no is del280616fs00017 and i was informed that the defect will be attended to within 03 days. however, as of pm 03 jul 16 ie even after 06 days there is no response from your office.
                              In the meantime, i had called up croma care customer care on two occasions ie on 01 and 02 jul 16. i was assured that the issue will be attended on priority. however, there is no response.

                              I want the company to take back the product and refund the amount of the product if defect is not rectified by 04 jul 16

                                My all in one hp desktop is not working properly nd it is running very slow . We bought it in jan 2016 they have given us the demo piece and I have told them, many times that it is not working properly but they didn't take any action .Then I have complained to HP they have told us that it is a defected piece and many folders already made in it.                                 It could be possibly be a hardware fault (cables, RAM, HDD), or BIOS settings. I’d suggest you to check the hardware connection of PC first to be sure about it.

                                1) The first thing you have to do is restart your computer and enter the BIOS. You can enter the BIOS by pressing a specific key when requested, it´s usually requested at the beginning of the computer´s boot.
                                Example: F(X) like F2 or F11.
                                2) Find the boot order section like First Boot Device, Boot Order, Boot Management, Boot Sequence, Advanced BIOS Features or Advanced Boot Options.
                                3) Check the motherboard connection
                                4) Check the PSU.
                                In my experience, the majority o[censored]nbootable computers originate from loose wires or improperly seated components.

                                  We have raised a request on 17th June, (HYD170616FS00003). We have shifted our residence and wanted the technician to install the washing machine. The technician arrived on 21st June but he said it was plumber's job to get the tap done and he would return the next day to service the machine.

                                  We then got the plumbing work done and called the technician on 24th June and asked him to come and service. On the same day our machine stopped working. He said we will have to raise a new request and the ticket will get assigned to a technician. We raised a request on 25th June (SR[protected]).

                                  From then on, we have been calling the call center more than twice every day. Every time we call, we receive a message that ticket has been resolved. When we call the call center, they say that it is a mistake and the ticket is still open. On 29th June, we called the contact center and asked the matter to be escalated. On 30th June, we received a call from one Ms. Sushri from contact center. She said she was competent authority and assured us that a technician would be at door step on 01st July.

                                  On 1st July we have been constantly calling the call center. We have spoken to Ms. Swetha and Mr. Vishal and some others. All of them said issue will be resolved in hours and nothing has happened. We already received message of ticket being resolved. But in reality, it is still not resolved.

                                  Dear Croma, I have been complaining regarding my croma washing machine since 24th June and claiming for warranty. I have paid extra bucks for extended warranty, but it seems to be fraud, as no response have been received from croma. My complain ID is 207666, in case croma really cares for its customers!

                                  I have called number of times to care centre and complain department of croma, and the only answer I get is your complain has been generated and would b solved within 3 days. But its already more than 10 days and still no response.

                                  I also called your regional employee REEMA SHUKLA who is associated with my complain solving and warranty claim, as told by your service centre. But she says the same thing that we would send someone today and tomorrow. She is not even picking up ma call since yesterday. I wonder croma could recruit such employees!

                                  The only option left with me now is to go to consumer court and complain against croma as fraud, who grabed my money under extended warranty scheme and not even responding the claim.

                                  This is the last gentle reminder to croma from my side, otherwise I know the way to claim back my money!

                                      Its been 4 days that i complained but no-one visited (technician) in my company to fix the problem in water dispenser. as i requested them to fix it on the urgent base. when i try to file complaint against service center they disconnect my call. worst behaviour & service i have ever seen. my complaint no - del280616fs00023. even i have to call again service center to get my complpaint no. i didnt even receive any message for my complaint number.
                                      No one is responding now. they said that today[protected] technician will visit for sure but now no one is answering me. which kind of service is this..??
                                      Is this the service you guys provide to the consumers.. so that no-one would ever like r recommend to use croma products..
                                      Even dissatisfied is a very small word for me for this kind of service...

                                        I have raised a complaint on monday and was assured that it will be done by wednesday. everyday i am doing follow up but getting fake commitments from the floor supervisors that it will get resolved today, but nothing happened till date. i think i did the very big mistake by trusting croma brand.

                                        Fake resolution...such a worst service. Without doing any kind if service, you people are saying we resolved the issue.
                                        I have given my device for repair on June month. I informed speaker, battery draining and over heating issues. I got a message from croma that, your issue was resolved and I received diagnosed report. In that only speaker issue was mentioned. Immediately I reached onsitego chat team, they told Battery issue was also resolved.
                                        After checking my speaker issue was resolved. But my battery issue remains like that. But they told it was resolved. I started restarting my device everytime whenever I face this issue.
                                        On 3rd of September, I kept my mobile charging. I got call. Usually, I will keep my mobile in vibration mode. Whenever I got a call, I unplugged the charging and took the phone, it was extremly hot, as its iphone 12 pro made of metal, it was too hot.
                                        I cant hold the phone, involentaryly i left the phone. I immediately reached the crome team, you said battery was resolved again I am faced same issue, what you resolved i asked?
                                        Then your team said, Battery issue was not covered and we haven't done any service for that battery issue. Then I realised mistake happened because of your wrong resolution. If you said that before itself, I might submit my mobile to appronix for battery service. Now because of that wrong resolution, I felt secured and was in a feel, you resolved that issue. Such a pathetic service . I never expected this kind of fake resolution from you.
