I have purchased Whirlpool Washing Machine from Chroma website and have paid for it in full . Delivery was due on 1st October but STILL today on 8th October there is no delivery done by Croma .

This is so Shameful for a brand like Croma .

    @cromaretail service request del210919fs00037... 28 litre convection oven. Service centre refused to repair. Croma service centre is saying that part is not available (Pcb) because this model is six years old and we are unable to to provide the defective part. At time of purchasing croma store told me that all croma appliances service and parts will be available at least for 10 or 12 years from the date of purchase. Now croma service centre is suggesting to kandam the convection oven. Please help...

      Dear team,
      I have a croma previlege card received as corporate gifting which is going to expire today ie on 27/09/2019. The amount is 13000. It was huge and i was planning to buy oneplus tv which is not yet being sold by your store. Earlier i bought oneplus7 from your store but i did not remember that i had this gift card and i placed the order with my credit card. When i aproached the store for its extension, they are unable to extend its validity as i received this as corporate gifting. Can you please help on this issue? If you can help me by extending the validity of my card, i will have time to decide in some item and purchase it.

        I took a fridge 5 months back and was told that they will fix any issues within 1 year. If they can't fixt, it they will refund my money.
        Freezr has issues; it genrates lot of ice and deforost spills water all the florr every day.
        I complained to them at least 5 times in last about the same issue and it's not resolved yet.

        Technician told last time that it can not be fixed because of the gas being used but did not tell that to service team.
        Then they changed the theoromsatat but still the issues not reolved

        I had called up 2 back to get a resolution and they told call up next day.
        Again i called up today to check the status and there is no complaint.

        I wrote 10 mails to them on [protected]@chroma.com called up on customer care[protected] even did complaint on twitter but of no help.

        Now their service manager says its not an issue at all. Defrost everyday; i countered him why should i and he has no clue.
        His name is sandeep verma.
        Now they are not taking my calls and even not giving any mail id to escalate.

        I need your help in money refund with interst and at least 5000rs for mental agony.

            Hi,

            i have purchased a cooler 3 months back. But, 2 times motor has been damaged.Its really bad quality product.It has been 2 weeks, i am struggling to get it replaced. I called customer care many time and distributor as well. They are saying there is no return policy. This is really bad brand, i wont recommend this to anyone. Pathetic customer service

                Purchased a brand new printer from bhayander west, thane. Mumbai. It won't worked in first go first print. Paper stucked, their technician came and removed paper jam and found a defect in paper roller part. I shown photos of that defact to store manager and asked them to replace defective printer whicch didn't worked on first go.

                But they didn't entertained me and asked to deal with oem company as per warranty conditions.

                Croma has not customer friendly policy even though prices are always higher then other stores.

                  I had purchased Vivo s1 on 08-09-19 from croma store Ghaziabad. When I get back to home I used Facebook and found that the video quality is very poor (blurr issue) and YouTube video quality is also poor. Next day I visited store and showed same to the executive. He also accept the same and told to bring it at service center.I refused to take it at service center as I have purchased new phone and from the first day I am facing problems. They take my phone and told to come next day. When I again visited there they again told me to come next day. Finally they handover my phone on 11-09-19 by saying that they have get the phone checked by Vivo service center they are saying no fault reproduce. I was very disappointed as they are unable to deliver the concern.on[protected] I personally visited at Vivo service center and showed them the concern.They accepted that the FB videos are blurring. But they are giving excuse of fb as third party.After a very long conversation they saying to leave the phone they will cross checked the concern whenever another Vivo s1 comes. I had heard one of their executive saying "vivos1 new launch hua hai problem aati hai" They are not giving me solution.Now I want my money back. I am feeling cheated by Vivo and Croma.

                    I recently bought Croma CREA 7293 VT-C60 Wired Earphones from croma store in borivali on 8th September 2019. I used it for a couple of minutes .As soon as I removed it from my ears, the magnet speaker part of the earphone came off. I complained to the customer service executive but he downright refused to replace the product .On the contrary, he implied that the product was damaged from my end and didn't accept the fact that I have been handed a defective product.
                    I have used a lot of earphones from different brands but this sort of thing has never happened before

                        Hi everyone doesn't purchase any product from Croma store. actually, i had purchased amazon echo dot 3rd generation from Croma store I had an issue when I ask Alexa to play Iddarammayilatho songs it takes my command and searches for the songs if it finds it plays some other songs or else it says me couldn't find songs When i visited the store today they say my pronounciation was not recoginised by alexa i had asked store people to refund me my amount they told couldn't refund we can replace it with new one . but i told i need refund. i left the product in store and came back .

                          Received an email on 9th september 2019 from irl service stating "please find your documents for the order (Ref. No. Sle017ec1118674)" order invoice number sle017ec1118674.

                          As per the email, the products were

                          1. Targus amw600ap wireless mouse blk (217164)
                          2. Boat headphone bassheads900 blk (Gift[protected]

                          Cost of product 1 is around rs 235.96 and for product 2 it is rs 590.50 amounting to a total of rs 826.46.

                          I have never ordered this product, please look into this matter which is causing unnecessary disturbance.

                            I purchased a laptop from Mega mall Croma, Gurugram on 05th August 2019. But, store people sold an old manufactured laptop in 2019.

                            The laptop I purchased was manufactured in 2018 and in the details of the laptop, it's showing, manufactured in 2018.

                            How can one fool the customer??

                            Resolution:- I immediately want a replacement of my laptop with 2019 manufactured one.

                            I am just not using the laptop and packing it as it was received from the Croma store and you guys please arrange a visit at my address for the replacement.

                                Thank you for your support always.
                                This a concern with respect to one of the product that has been purchased by us which is having lot of issues frequently and is attended by many mechanics but the issue is not resolved at all we are user of hitachi’s products before also and other brands like lg and samsung which are again purchased from croma but those are working fine from day one with minimal maintenance’s.
                                This ac is used by senior citizens any they are suffering lot due frequent maintenance now and then.
                                I request you to address this issue at high priority and do the needful at the earliest possible.

                                  I have escalated multiple times... The floor manager jyothi is unable to handle this issue.. How difficult is it to contact the installation agency at your end and resolve this issue?

                                  The installation agency have made one or two calls in the past and would log as "not reachable". The number they call from cannot be used to contact them back. Inspite of several requests made to jyothi i am yet to get the contact no of the agency or have them come to my house at a prescribed timing! Should i return the product?                                     I have purchased refrigerator(Side by Side model) from Croma (product also belongs to Croma) on date 17.03.2019. Now refrigerator having issue in temperature/cooling (i.e Freezer not set the Ice and not cooling properly ) since 5 days (i.e From Date 26.08.2019). Accordingly i have raised complaint on 27.08.2019 to Croma customer care (Complaint no.MUM270819FS00533 ) and request them to resolve issue as early as possible because my frigerator having too much degradable (i.e food, milk vegetable etc)things in it accordingly technician visited my resident on. 28.08.2019 and adjust the temperature of refrigerator and going back by saying that, we will check first after changing temperature ice is formed or not and cooling done properly then we will take further action and he will come in 2 to 3 hr and check, but he is not coming that day. Again other than that you are close my complaint without any intimation on same day without resolving it. I again call your customer care for asking why they close my complaint since the issue is not resolve yet and explain him all the scenario, but your customer care told me that, your 1st complaint is closed so you need to raise fresh complaint. what is this ? I was explain all think to him how there technician just ran away an all but still he tell me that you raised fresh complaint, ok then i raised fresh complaint same technician come for attending the complaint and surprisingly same yesterday technician comes again doing same thing and give up and again plan to ran away so my wife tell him don’t go you done it same yesterday also call your supervisor after that he call the supervisor and assigned engineer to resolve the issue and ensure that the issue resolve today itself. You know what your engineer do, he was also doing same thing adjust the temperature and go by saying he will come in 2 to 3 hr and check, but till 7.30 pm he is not come.
                                    In view of above This is worst experience i ever had with Coma i’ll purchase many product from Croma and they functions smooth till now but now, i’ll wary about them also. If i face issue with them also i’ll treat the same as now...!!!
                                    If you are not in position to resolve the issue then take your product back and refund me my mony or replaced with new one.

                                      I have purchased croma washing machine from croma electronics with extended warranty for 1 + 3 total 4 years. Now my washing machine has stopped working since 01-july-2019; for which i made request for repair with croma call centre and they provided me request number mum120819ew00065. For this request i have been following almost every day more then 2-3 times, but there is no action being taken by croma electronics to resolve the issue. Every time i call their support centre they keep promising me that request will be serviced in 2-3 hours or half a day or in a day or two. But there are no actual effort put towards resolving the case. Now i am tired of making many calls every day and raising the matter to you as i cannot keep my self tensed for this matter. Kindly support.
