Sir,

Inspite of our regular follow up regarding issues related to complete stop of cooling of refridgerator there are non reply/not satisfactory reponse given by croma co and libherr.
New refridgerator purchased on[protected] and delivered on[protected]. Colling stopped by refridgerator on[protected]. I was complaint lodged on[protected]. Technician came to visit on[protected] at my home and given report to company for complete stop of cooling same day i:e[protected] i was also given suggession in writting for replacement for the same due to premature stop of cooling (Within 50 days after delivered).

Further, on[protected] on telephone talk with croma customer service, he told that we are unable to respond of your issues and we are going to close your complaint without further delay and respond. I was asked him, you are not resolved my issue, why/how you are going to close my pending complaint?
His answer-i was unable to resolve. I was advised him to go to libherr co or if you and your company not able to resolve. Than take your refrigerator and refund my money.

Henceforth, i request you to kindly look after the matter and resolve the issue without further delay.

Sir,

I was asked him, You are not resolved my issue, why/how you are going to close my pending complaint ?
His answer-I was unable to resolve . I was advised him to go to libherr co or if you and your company not able to resolve .than take your refrigerator and refund my money.

Henceforth, I request you to kindly look after the matter and resolve the issue without further delay.

    On 20th October 2019 I bought a laptop Lenovo s540 15inch 1tb Hdd & 128gb ssd model from Croma Karol Bagh Pusa road on 10.30 pm From Sales Executive Akshay & product manager Tasleem . On the very first tym when ue sales executive opens the product and switch it on for the very time the screen or display starts blinking majorly . But ur sales executive told me that its just a minor issue which takes place in all Laptop when startes for first time . Even i trusted croma nrand and Sales Executive that whatever he is telling is right and takes the laptop with me to my home. On 20th October i used for an almost an hour in which screen again blinks for one time . Then i used it again on 21st October at night but now the screen display faces a major issue of display blinking and automatically turns on & off . Then at the same time at night i contacted the sales executive and told all the problem to him and sent him all the videos of the laptop which i made from my phone in which its clearly depicting that laptop has some serious issues of display and hardware problem . Then he told me to wait for the morning for response from brand and manufacturer. Then at morning he himself contacts the online service help of lenovo . Then he told me to submit the Laptop at croma karol bagh to see the issues and for checking. Even i have recording of the sales executive in which he confirmed me that laptop has hardware issues. Then he tolds that he has to submit the laptop at the service center of Lenovo Janakpuri 110018. But denied to get it replaced at the same time without DOA letter of Lenovo. Then for 2 to 3 days the laptop was at lenovo service center for diagnosis. Meanwhile i got a call from lenovo service team in which Lenovo service executive told me that its a problem of Hardware issue and it has to replaced urgently and theres no meed of going to service center as lenovo has its onsite warranty. I told the same thing to croma but still they told me that wait for sometime for service center response. but when i called croma i got no response from croma and even the sales executive didn't responded to my calls and messages . Then i visited the croma karol bagh on 25october to my the status. But Adm Satyendar and Store manager Told me to wait for tuesday. Then i called sales executive for knowing the laptop's condition . But they kept saying that he has submitted the laptop to lenovo for diagnosis. At last i visited myself to Janakpuri lenovo care on Wednesday at which i came to know that my laptop was refixed as it has some issue of Display wire so they opened and repaired the laptop without my permission even i told croma very strictly that i dont want my new laptop to get repaired as i used it for just 2 or 3hrs and facing issue from the store itself . So if theres any repair condition i want it to be replaced not repaired. Then i regularly called croma for giving my laptop back for 2 days but they told me to me theres festive season so they are unable to collect it from service center and laptop is now working properly. Then at last i visited karol bagh croma to recieve it on friday 1st November then they told me to collect it as the laptop is now working properly. Then i told them that i will not collect or receive it as it is repaired without my permission . Croma didn't asked me to get it repaired or not . And all the executive at service desk and product manager and sales executives told me that it was not expected to be repaired as they also know that any item under replacement period doesn't seems to be repaired as it has replacement possible. So i told them to get it replaced. They again asked me to give them time for getting it permitted to be replaced. Then i visited again on 6th November as theres no response from Croma about the problem. Then they called their higher team for response but they didn't get any response at same time and now its 8th November and its been 15days that my laptop has been submitted to them and I used my new laptop for maximum 3hrs and they all are telling me get the repaired laptop. Hows its possible even for me to use a repaired laptop as i used it for 3hrs only and problem started on the day of purchase it self at Croma Karol bagh while i was buying it. Now i will take a legal action against u all even i have to sell all my property and assets just to get my laptop replaced .no matter how much time it takes .

      I have ordered a kettle in croma. I got the product of kettle from croma very late of more than a month. I have ordered it online. By that time of delivery the price is completely reduced. The difference in price is not given.

      There is also a free item for that product at the time of delivery.

      Even that free item is also not given

      I have contacted many times to croma customer in this regard but there is no proper reply from the customer care

      You cant close the case as such. You have delivered the product after 1 month. That is what i have raised here. By the time you have delivered the price completely reduced. Se one thing give me 1 lakh i will return you after 1 year the same 1 lakh with out any interest do you agree. From.where did yoi come and from where you are doing business . Are you drinking and speaking answer properly dont blabber sum thing of your wish and close the complaint.

        I would like to submit my complaint against chroma borivali and customer care. My sony bravia tv has been delivered on 6th and i was being informed that it will be installed on the 7th. After repeated calls they have kept on saying that it has been escalated and they shall ensure sending the person today which i don’t see happening. Falls commitments.

          I went to order an canon m50 camera after finishing this finance stuffs the persons said m50 is not available which made us to wait again for an other 2 hours after completion of the finance procedures for the second time i gave an order for canon m200 when making an order the person was very kind and said this camera is not an issue sir there wont be any backend orders needed for this camera u will get it very soon he said and next day i kept on calling him and he never picked up at last he watsapped that u will get it in 10 days like that and i had billed on 28/10/2019 today's date is 06/11/2019 till date iam keep on calling ur croma person he is not picking up the call and i also tried to other persons working over dher but unfortunately they were not knowing the details about the camera i ordered so please try to help and croma being such a big retail store and u guys are taking 10 days to arrange a camera is a very very bad situation at this generation u guys are not making business at 90's please understand

              We have had the worst experience at croma, borivali (West) and will strongly stop as many people as possible from going to croma, borivali. Croma, borivali doesn't care about customer's time, money or dignity & is disreputing the tata brand. Based on the recommendation of your sales executive (Ms. Rushali singh), we booked a samsung washing machine on[protected] & also availed extended croma warranty. Full payment of rs.18941.20 was also immediately made by us. We were assured of both delivery & installation of the machine on[protected]. Accordingly, on 24-10-19, both myself & my wife, took leave from work & waited for the delivery. By afternoon, we tried calling rushali many times to check the status, but she neither answered, nor returned our calls. When we finally managed to contact the store through croma customer care number, we were informed that there was some issue with the delivery. We requested them to give us a status update by evening, which again did not happen. After waiting endlessly for your staff’s call, we again rushed to the store in the late evening on[protected] and discussed the problem with mr. Neeraj, manager (Mob. [protected]). He assured us that both delivery & installation will be done on[protected]. Accordingly, on[protected], when we called him to enquire by what time delivery would take place, he said that he would check and tell us. After waiting for his call endlessly, we only had to call him once again, when he informed that there was some fault with the samsung model which we had booked. We requested him to update us by when delivery could be expected, but since then i. E. From 28 oct 2019 afternoon right till today i. E. 1 november 2019, we have not heard at all from mr. Neeraj or any other croma staff. We are totally disappointed with your staff (Neeraj, rushali singh, abhijit jadhav) & the entire croma borivali west store. We demand immediate refund of our money along with interest. We are escalating our shoddy experience & ill treatment by croma borivali west to the consumer forum, jaago grahak, so that atleast in future, your staff will learn to treat customers with the dignity that they deserve.

                Its been nearly 10 days since raising the complaint regarding this faulty tv delivered and the issue has not been resolved yet. The technician have been visiting us one by one but just for the sake of formality says that tv is faulty on visit and 1. Mr santosh has visited who tried to sell his theory of 4k wire and software update in this brand new tv set. According to him the flickering and color defect was attributable to cable signal and will not happen on other media sources. However we have shared the videos for defect on amazon prime and youtube as well.2. On further mental torture of following up with you guys, another senior technician from samsung ho mr. Yutlal yadav has visited our home and by seeing the defected videos, confirmed to raise the escalation. However on conference call with croma and samsung today i. E. 31/10/2019, he deflected from his statement that tv was faulty.
                As we are working, just waiting for your technician by taking day off/ coming early is not possible everyday moreover this harassment we have been facing is a lot to handle everyday because we trusted croma and its service. But it is really disappointing that nothing has been concluded yet from your end and even more pathetic customer service of samsung. We had spent quite an amount on purchase of the new tv set and would like croma to either replace it or refund our money.
                We hope that a positive conclusion can be reached before we are forced to opt for more consumer-centric approaches.

                No resolution received yet.even a blind person can confirm that there is a defect in TV but all we get from here is excuses.
                We have suffered enough harrassment from croma .they are not either replacing the TV nor processing the refund.please suggest us what to do next. why any regulatory body is not controlling them to stop cheating customers.
                No body will want to take the pain of replacing a brand new TV if it is not faulty

                  I had ordered the product on october 18, 2019. Order no[protected]. Registered mobile no [protected].
                  I was told that it will be delivered on october 25th. However there was no msg or email from croma. Then i was told it will be delivered on october 29. Then also no msg or email and i was told it will be delivered on 30th. Still i have no information.
                  Please let me know the status otherwise please cancel my order and refund my money.

                    I had purchased a tv - samsung qled 80r from croma bandra outlet. While i made complete payment on sat, 26th oct (Invoice number - sla[protected], i was promised delivery by next day. While the tv was delivered the next day, the wall mount kit was not delivered citing unavailability and it was promised to be delivered in next 48 hrs. The subsequent calls to the outlet and the sales executive have gone unanswered and i am yet to receive the wall mount kit.
                    This callousness is not expected from a reputed brand like croma.

                    I have purchased livpur water purifier they give me extra waranty than after one year I called but they say call livpur customers care service center what the hell's they only make customers foolish it's only making money pls dont go for extra waranty n croma

                      Ramesh unawane purchased a samsung washing machine 8kg front load on 26th october 2019 and they promised me to deliver by 27th october but today its 29th still they are saying that we will deliver it tomorrow and making fake commitment and when i called your customer care service they were misbehaving
                      So kindly look into this else i dont want any product from croma this is really disgusting service i ever got from croma very poor retailer

                          I had purchased faber cook top from croma in the month of feb-19.in the month of oct-19 the glass on the cook top broke for which i had raised a complaint in croma sc on 03/10/19 the technician arrived & informed that we will replace the glass top. He informed that he will be raising the request for the glass top & as soon as it arrives we will replace it. We waited for a week & since we never got any proactive feedback we called up croma for the update. They had no clue about the service repair. They said that we need to get in touch with the brand for the update. I had escalated the issue to the manager. We were informed that they will escalate the issue & provide us feedback within a day. Which we never got. Few days past we again got connected to the escalation manager regarding the update as usual they have no clue!! Again one promise was made that they will give us a call back regarding the update which we never got. The funny part is ever time we called croma customer care the executive use to say escalation manager is busy & the was trying to convince that we will get a call back from them within an hours time which in the beginning we believed but we never got any call backs so the solution was to wait on the call for at-least 15-20 minutes. We have had made numerous call to the escalation manager which was worthless as they were not ready to provide details of the front end service center from where they were coordinating. After 3 weeks i. E. 25/10/19 a technician arrives with the glass top & replaces it & while replacing it he finds that the problem is with the burner due to which the glass top has broken & has advice us not to use the burner. We informed the technician that we will not sign the service paper as the problem is not resolved only after problem is resolved & thoroughly checked we will sign it. We called up croma again to the escalation manager & requested for the sla which she informed that the brand sla is 7 days so i asked what should i do now its almost 3 weeks for which she said that it is upto me to decide a very lousy answer.

                          A day later i. E. 26/10/19 i get an sms from faber that the issue is now resolved & they have closed the case. This is the heights o[censored]nfair means of forging documents. I was done with croma so i had raised a similar complaint on faber customer care since the product is still under warranty requesting if they can or cannot resolve the issue. Awaiting for their response...

                            I had purchased faber cook top from croma in the month of feb-19.in the month of oct-19 the glass on the cook top broke for which i had raised a complaint in croma sc on 03/10/19 the technician arrived & informed that we will replace the glass top. He informed that he will be raising the request for the glass top & as soon as it arrives we will replace it. We waited for a week & since we never got any proactive feedback we called up croma for the update. They had no clue about the service repair. They said that we need to get in touch with the brand for the update. I had escalated the issue to the manager. We were informed that they will escalate the issue & provide us feedback within a day. Which we never got. Few days past we again got connected to the escalation manager regarding the update as usual they have no clue!! Again one promise was made that they will give us a call back regarding the update which we never got.                               My Croma Water Dispenser started leaking and I booked a complaint through toll free number,
                              A technician by name Jayachandran from Srishti Tech attended the service. While he was repairing the leak, I heard a big crushing noise of some plastic material. I asked him what was it and he said nothing. After 20 min.of his leaving, I found the water was again leaking and to my shiny the top cover of the water dispenser was found broken st four places. I called the technician immediately over phone and he responded that he would bring the old kid to replace that and also check the water leakage.
                              But the next day he didn't even attend my phone calls. After lodging various complaints through forum to Croma, a person from Voltas came and said that I had lodged service request to Coltas customer care till free number and so he could not replace.
                              This is the status till date.
                              I am frustrated if the Service Mansger's version that I lodged a complaint to Voltas, how the technician of Voltas attended the repairing of Croma.
                              If the technician is from Croma how he got my service request and my phone number details from Voltas Customer Csre Toll Free number. This is not only a service related issue but my privacy, and security related too.
                              On top of all this he collected 450 Rs. As service charges for the water leakage problem still persisting and also for breaking my water dispenser lid.

                                Date of the incident: 13th October, 2019.

                                Ordered a smart phone with payment online. The delivery status showed it would be delivered on the same day i.e. 13th October. Not delivered on time. Checked the status on the Croma site and the progress showed Packed and ready to be delivered. The next day the status of delivery changed to 'Store Pickup'. Contacted the store and they informed that they were not aware of the order that I had to collect. Problem starts when:

                                1) They did not have the product in stock.
                                2) The product was showing in stock and the delivery time was mentioned when the order was placed.
                                3) The Store Manager from the store which I had to pickup the phone did not know of the order.
                                4) The order status was updated as 'Cancelled' on 15th October but the store manager was still mentioning that he would check and let us know the status.
                                5) No coordination among the website details and the stores.
                                6) No refund process initiated after cancellation.
                                7) No notifications sent for each status change or Invoice.
                                8) No tracking information/status provided.
                                9) No reply from the Customer Care email and Calls.

                                Will never recommend this to anybody. Waste of money and resources.

                                  I bought a tcl led on 3rd of october which i cancelled due to poor croma online services... So i cancelled my order with the online support team. I got a mail stating that a refund of 1000 is initiated. I was totally shocked to see that for a product for which i paid 29000 i am being given 1000 refund. I called on the customer care people but they r totally unaware of the process and value of refund. Please confirm the date and amount of refund asap.

I was trying to place an order and i noticed that my gift card expired last month: (I understand it has a 12-month validity and i'm to be blamed could not redeem this within the available date but the amount is for rs. 5000 which i consider is huge.                                       Dear sir / madam,
                                      I have purchased bose sound bar 500 along with woffer 700 ; from tata croma store at seasons mall, hadapsar, pune. On 21st sept. 2019 at 5:30 pm with invoice no. As sla[protected] for the total amount of rs. 1, 11700 (One lac eleven thousand seven hundred) in the name of vinay hastak. This product was delivered to me on next day i. E. 22nd sept. 2019 and croma store bose representative mr. Rupesh had come to my home for its demo and explaining about alexa controls of the product on 24th sept. 2019.
                                      I have bought this costly product out of my passion as one time long term investment to listen good quality music from a trusted branded product. I started used this sound bar regularly thereafter for 2 to 3 hrs a day till 6th oct. 2019 morning i. E. Effectively for 12 days. While i switched it on for listening it again on 6th oct. 2019 evening, i found that it was not getting started. I found that it was not getting switched on at all which was a surprise. I checked and confirmed that power supply at my home is on. All electrical appliances were working at my home and there was no power break down.
                                      I tried plugging bose 500 sound bar to other electrical sockets at my home by unplugging the other running electrical appliance and found that the sound bar is not switching on while the other appliances were perfectly working. I also operated remote control buttons of bose 500 sound bar and manual buttons on sound bar and tried to switch on the sound bar but it was completely dead and was not switching on at all.
                                      I immediately informed about this incidence to croma season mall pune store. Croma store asked me to bring the sound bar with all accessories to their store as soon as possible.
                                      I rushed to croma season mall pune store immediately on 6th oct. 2019 evening by leaving all my other work behind and handed over bose 500 sound bar with all its accessories and carton in which it was delivered to me along with this product. Croma representative checked the sound bar and fond it was not getting switched on. He also checked it at his end by putting another electric cable of bose sound bar which they were playing at store to check whether there is any cable fault. He also tried using remote and pressing the buttons on sound bar but it did not work. Thus croma person confirmed that this bose sound bar 500 is not working and there is some issue. He asked me to deposit the sound bar and all accessories and provided me a formal document mep no. 1696473 mentioning clearly “totally dead"i was told that i will get a response on next day 7th oct. 2019 by evening about status and if not then latest by 9th oct. This will be resolved considering 8th oct. As dussehra festive day and bose office may not be working on this day.
                                      I did not receive any feed back on 7th oct. 2019 and hence personally followed with croma season mall pune store customer cell during evening. I got a response that work is under progress and croma would revert back to me by 9th oct. Only. I found the same experience on 9th as well i. E. No response and had called croma store and understood that bose is checking sound bar 500 product till that time. During evening of 9th oct. 2019 i received a call from croma season mall pune store customer cell representative which was a big surprise and unbelievable. After more than 2 days of holding the product “bose 500 sound bar” at their end; croma representative said that product has working again while plugged in and there is nothing wrong with it. I should take the same sound bar back.
                                      While i asked that how come the sound bar which was confirmed dead by you as well has suddenly and miraculously started working again, there was no concrete answer. I refused to buy their response. I expressed my concern and apprehension of providing me a faulty product after repairing and hence had demanded a replacement of the sound bar with another brand new piece of bose 500 sound bar.
                                      I was told by croma that they would discuss this and respond back to me soon but there was no response till 11th oct. 2019 i. E. For almost next 48 hrs. During afternoon of 11th oct. 2019 croma representative called me and started selling the same story and trying to push me to take the same sound bar back. I again refused to buy the story, expressed my concern about delayed response and asked me to connect to their senior manager. I was not connected and was told that senior manger from croma would call me at the earliest. Since i did not receive a call i personally rushed to store again 11th oct. Night to meet the manager of croma season mall pune store to enquire about complaint and no response from manager. Croma customer care representative and manager both did not answer me about this but were trying to convince me and pushing to take back the deposited sound bar back stating there was no any issue about the sound bar and it was perfectly working. I denied this logic of croma, reiterated my point that" there was a confirmed defect in product and which could have been now repaired. I have put my hard earned money and stretched my affordability to buy a costly bose product just because of brand's reliability and assuming that i am buying the best brand product as a life time asset and that too from trusted selling house croma. I do not want a defective piece and i want an another brand new piece as a replacement” and " croma season mall pune customer cell rep. As well as manger showed me their internal correspondence with bose company and asked me to speak to bose company representative. I refused to speak to bose company as i had bought product from croma and paid money to croma. After my push back now croma season mall pune store has told me that they are escalating this complaint to their next level of customer cell representative and i would get a response in 48 hrs.
                                      I have a simple request that: a) i do not want a replacement of product “ bose sound bar 500” with another brand new piece of product because existing which was purchased and has stopped working in just 12 days of operation and there is certainly an inherent defect in this product. Since this is an electronic item and if it is behaving with such uncertainty, this defect could reoccur again. I bought this product with intent of one-time long-term investment in music gazette and i do not want to undergo same frustration again by getting toggled between croma and bose company. B) else refund my entire money back so that i will buy the same product from bose company directly.

                                      I bought Bose headset from Croma Kolhapur 2weeks before, came with audio video sync test failed in my headset, , I asked to replace the item but still now no response came...This was second complaint I received from same store I have doubt wheather they selling original product or dublicate product...kindly contact Croma Kolhapur and give solution

                                        The worst service and pathetic pattern of work at chroma center.
                                        People do not know any thing of the product.
                                        They give false promise.
                                        I purchased party speaker from chroma and they did not have mike available which they informed later. Post that they said it will be delivered at my home by 6th oct. Today is 11th and i haven't received it.
                                        Never go to chromatic.
