Dear Croma,

We have had a good experience with Croma till today. We recently made a bulk purchase from Croma at Oberoi Mall, Goregaon East, Mumbai. Our refrigerator was delivered today (Invoice No. SLE005EA1212598) by Blue dart and we received an extremely poor service from them. First of all the delivery men denied to parcel it at our doorstep telling us that they do not have the manpower. After a lot of arguments they said they cannot do anything and Croma store did not tell them our home was on second floor. I had a very long waiting call with Croma representative and she said someone from Croma will visit us in 30 mins and assist them. After that in couple of minutes the blue dart guys came at our doorstep carrying our fridge in a very mis-handled manner. The cardboard cover and the wrapping was coming out and I am pretty sure the condition of of fridge inside will not be good. After complaining to them they said return it later if you have problem with this one. We were not contacted by Croma after that and no one has visited us since then from Croma, even after filing a complaint. Is this how you guys deliver our products? I am so disappointed in Croma for such an unprofessional behavior. When you sell your products then you make so many promises and once the money is received this is the way the customers are treated.

Croma is so much better in Delhi then in Mumbai. Really pissed off with you guys!

    croma power bank issue

    Recently in month of june 2019 i have purchased croma power bank of 5000mah from nasik store. The product has 6 months warranty and during that period the product worked well and as 7th month started that croma power bank starts giving complaints and at last it gets completely dead. So my question is why that product runs only the time of warranty. Their sales person told at the time of purchase that it will run min 2yrs. And now the company...

    On 16th feb.2020 i purchase a smart ready led tv 32inches el 7344 from your croma store at city centre gwalior. I made the full payment and it was assured by store manager rajendra malviya that it will be installed today only i. E, 16th feb.2020.
    Tv was sent but was not installed on 16th. On 17th feb.2020 some service mechanic called at 10.45 am and came at 12.00. Opened the box and wall mount was missing in the box. I contacted the rajendra malviya and he handed over the call to shubham some person from service team. Till 2.40 pm none haa attended after ao many reminded calls. With a big name of tata i must say that it is a blunder on your part that customer is facing the problem of being occupied in waiting for 24 hours almost.

      Hello,

      Please go through the below scenario, which are impacting your customer relation and can be reason to loose trust on you

      I had purchase a hitachi 50 inches led worth rs 53, 000 on dec'16.

      While purchasing croma asked me to go for extended warranty, which can help you in case of any issues with hitachi led.

      Now, feb'20 month is running and suddenly my led display got black and no pictures are visible on display, however sound is perfect.

      I called hitachi, i contact with croma and they said sir warranty is over and you have to pay whatever is the amount.

      At the time of purchasing this hitachi brand product i was i doubt whether i am spending my money in good way or i should go with samsung, lg, which is using in my family from very long time.

      But, croma gave me assurity this is also a very good brand in market and you can trust on it as this will also go long. This is long term investment don't worry sir you are picking a good brand.

      Within a 3years led display not working and technician said you have to change backlit worth rs 7500. Such kind of joke or what it is. After spending 53000 within 3 years customer have to pay 7500 again. It look like i am spending money on gold, and on what basis you guys said you are providing good product to customer.

      Shame on you hitachi, shame on you croma for introducing this kind of local product. Customer will think twice before visiting croma. Because you are the first one who gave assurity to customer.

      I have totally wasted my money because i trust on croma and buy that hitachi local brand.

      You are playing very well by making such kind of products which can run only 3-4 years and later on ram bhrose... Chala toh chand tak otherwise your product is out of warranty. If customer want then pay the money and croma will again loot you.

      Very good strategy hitachi local brand of croma.

      I will make sure that i will inform as much as people i can and will socialize this also.

        I bought this product online, it said i can use pressure cooker in it. Now it says cant use normal utensils only induction bottom utensils can b used, i just bought this product less than 24 hours ago, now they are not ready to for a return. When i call them they said we cant do aything n abruptly cut the call. For a bachelor person they its too much already to spend 3000 now i have to spend more money to buy induction cook ware to cook on this stove. I just neeed to return it

          I had purchased symphony air cooler in the month of March 2019.within 5 days o[censored]sing it, water started sprinkling from the top.A complaint was given and they came after many days and said that the cooling pad is damaged.How come it gets damaged without even using for 5 days less than 3hrs per day...
          Every product would be displayed and when we are about to purchase, they always say stock is not there, we will get from some DC.same happened while purchasing Philips mixer in sep2019, they said stock is not there and will be delivered in 2 days.We waited for 6 days during which we were told that it would be delivered very soon but nothing like that happened .So finally, we went to the shop and we were told to come again after 2 days and after 2 days, we asked them and they were about to give the product which has got date of manufacturing somewhere in dec2017.how can such an old product be given to the customer .We received the refund after giving complaint to the manager.If the product is not available, they could have said no and that the product is not available.For everything, they will make us pay the money first and delivers a defective product and we have to worry about it and blaming ourselves for trusting Croma again.To my bad luck, I went there again to purchase washing machine and Kent purifier on 9Feb.Based on previous experience with Croma and with fear in mind, I requested them not to give defective products and mentioned about above experiences.Again for washing machine, they said the stock is not there and would take minimum 7 days.kent purifier was delivered after 2 days and installation person came on third day and fixed everything.Exactly after 10 minutes, it stopped working.Meanwhile, that person did not even bother about the quality of water, it was showing 15.he said gradually it will increase.(seriously not sure how he said this).he started asking for otp and we said we would give by eod and he started telling that he would not sign on warranty until the otp is provided .Left with no option, we had provided the otp and he left .immediately, we noticed, it stopped working.We called him many times, called the customer number and finally we have to go to the showroom and give a complaint.is it not the time of customer that is wasted and how can we trust you again.I am really afraid how the washing machine would be.Still hoping for the better one.I request everyone not to purchase here.better go for different shop .Even a small shop nearby has provided us with better customer experience

            It was the biggest mistake of my life to buy products from a CHROMA store. Product was delivered on Feb 03, 2020, and no installation has happened until today. When I called on Feb 06, 2020, I was told that they forgot to raise an installation request. WOW! I confirmed my details, and told them that the installation was supposed to happen to a new address. That lady took down my new address and assured that the installation would be 100% done the next today. To my surprise, no one came the next day as well. I called CHROMA customer care on Feb 09, 2020 atleast 3 times and I was assured of a call back and installation the same day. This time I was not surprised that no one called back as I had understood CHROMA's pattern of lying to customers and their utterly unethical customer service. When I insisted on speaking with a Supervisor, one representative put me on hold without asking my permission. Just Brilliant Chroma! I would make sure to spread this word on the internet now. Thank you for nothing.

              Havells geyser (Instanio) not heating within barely 2 months of its purchase. Despite repeated requests & complaints at both havells as well as croma customer care, there is absolutely no action in last 1 month. We feel cheated & harrassed. You also sold us 2 yrs extra warranty & not able to provide service in 1st year itself. How will you convince customers like me from not going to consumer courts & stop buying from you?

                when we unwrapped packing we found damaged Morphy Richard OTG Oven When we took delivery The sales person didn't showed me by opening that package because they had no enough staff that time and he assured me that the Oven is in good condition no need to worry, we where also in hurry because we had to reach in a marriage function and give that gift so we didn't insist to open whole package, it was transported in car on back seat and had no any damage during transportation, it was gift wrapped but when our relative opened it it was damaged. but now i got call from croma that we can't do anything

                  Hi,

                  Since the purchase for two days printer was working fine, then after printing 2 sheets the cartridge error displays and asks me to remove the cartridge and insert, after doing this also the error keeps on occurring and I am not able to print my documents and is kept in pending. This is very disappointing as the new product delivered itself is having the issues. Please help me with this issue or please replace this printer with a new one as I am not satisfied with the product which is delivered.

                  And I have opted for the extended warranty offered by CROMA due to the trust which I had on your organization, But now it's hard to believe this.

                    Purchased a room heater on 18th december
                    After running it for 48 hours it didn't make any change to room temperature. So i contacted croma within 2 days of purchase to get a full refund or replacement. Croma care instead sent a technician. Technician came after a week of me filing the complaint. Technician repaired a brand new product and requested me to keep it running overnight. It didn't work. So i called the technician and he told me to send invoice on whatsapp and he will escalate it further. Ten days passed no body contacted me so i contacted croma and to my surprise croma had closed the ticket without even contacting me.

                    Now for past 5 sahab am contacting croma and being pushed away with a promise of follow up call. This pathetic service.. I need my money back. No repairs or replacement i need my money back

                        I am trying to get my hands on the latest iphone but it's not available at the croma retail near me. I have purchased all my electronics from croma retail and their services are extremely good but as of now, i am not able to get my hands on the latest iphone.                         Croma delivered the TV on 26th January, 2020 with a promise of getting it installed by 28th Janaury, 2020. Till today there is no intimation of any sort from them regarding the installation or anything. Their customer care is nor different from the IVR.

                          Purchased refrigerator on 24th dec'19, item delivered on 26th dec'19, demo completed and it was switched on on 27th dec'19 but refrigerator didn't started cooling till 28th dec'19 morning. Complaint to croma on the same day. Till today 08th jan'20 didn't get any solution of replacement.
                          Daily have to follow-up for any solution and daily i am getting an update that i will get update and solution within 24 hours but since last 4 days no solution provided.
                          Kindly help.

                              I purchased this product (E-faber hood tratto plus bk ltw 60) on[protected] from croma aundh pune and still i have not received it.
                              Every time i call them they just say we will update you and still we have no updates. I have already paid them full money and they promised to deliver in 2-3 days. They not resolving my issue and they have no idea about the product.

                                I have brought six Croma Gift Cards online worth rupees total for 8500/- in the year 2019.

                                The first order was placed in the Jan 20th 2019 for rupees 5000/- and subsequently I have ordered gift cards for the remaining amount i.e 3500/-

                                Denominations and Cards Value are below:-
                                1 card worth rupees[protected], 3 cards with rupees[protected] and 2 cards worth rupees 1000/-(2000)
                                Total worth of 8500/-

                                on Jan 1 2020 I checked the validity of the cards in the croma website and I was shocked to see 3 cards are expired before the 12 months validity period

                                Expired cards and denominations
                                1 Card with 5000/- and 2 cards worth rupees 500/-
                                Total rupees 6000 worth croma gift cards were expired.I have visited the croma store in Kamkya Bangalore but the issue is not resolved.

                                  This is in regard to an order i place with croma store located in ansal plaza, greater noida (Up). The order was placed on 15th december and full payment was made against invoice number sla[protected].

                                  I was promised that it will be delivered at my home address within 4 days as the stock is available in mumbai warehouse.

                                  I also called your customer support number on 24th december and requested them to file my complaint. They promised that complaint is filed and i will be receiving a ref number on my registered mobile [protected]. But i did not receive any complaint ref, neither someone called me from croma. I am surprised at such a bad customer and after sales support.

                                  Today it is 25th december, 10 days have passed but i have not yet received the order. This was a gift for 24th december and croma has already ruined my experience.

                                  Request you to escalate this matter with senior management at croma customer support for such a pathetic customer support.

                                  I had asked Croma sales executive to provide me with a laptop with good speed . The laptop which they showned me in the croma center was working good. But the one which they gave me is extremely slow. Even a browser take 2 minutes to open.

                                  I want to return this laptop and buy the one with good performance.

                                      Hi, I was ordered an item on 1st December 2019 to my address. Actually I am new to croma, I have purchased an item worth of 6999 Rupees. I doubted about serviceability to my address so I have called customer care and asked when will you ship my item? they said expected delivery date is 8th December so please wait until the last date. ok, meanwhile I have checked about the status of the order like shipped or any other details but still nothing. days were gone I have called on 9th about my shipment. they said your item was returned to the seller because of an unserviceable address. then I asked them if my address is not serviceable then you should cancel or you should inform within 3 to 4days after I placed an order then how could you say now? they said sorry sir that is another department. Ok, I said ok please cancel my item and refund my money back. they said ok we will cancel, now today date is 16th December 2019. and meanwhile, I have called several times to cancel an item, every time they are saying the case was escalated please wait 10 more days. I am really surprised are they doing business or fraud? even a small seller can cancel any item in a single day but the big company still doesn't have a cancel option on site or no immediate action to cancel. I just called them about this they said the same thing 10 more days, I don't know what I have to solve this. I am writing this to please avoid fraud from Croma. I am submitting some evidence of my case please check it thank you.
