I submitted request for name change on the basis of marriage certificate. But, even after providing marriage certificate, the deputy branch manager of icici bank teen hath naka, thane mumbai branch, did not accepted it, and said to provide original marriage certificate or gazette. I submitted the doc i have. What else i should provide?
My adhar and pan card are already updated with the new name, which also i gave to them as a proof. But, they were continuously declining my request.
They were ready to open a new account by providing adhar and pan card but cannot change my name after marriage to my existing account. What a pathetic service icici bank is providing.
After all the discussions, i have to forcefully close my existing account and opened a new account.

Very bad experience with icici bank.
