I had failed to pay 1k of my ICIC credit card bill due to my exam in Jan- Feb'19 but paid after 10 days. ICICI applied late payment+interest and to INR 1200.could not understood their calculation although the principle paid. Now after 10 months it becomes 4500.
Financially i am in a very bad condition from past 1 year, left job and have no other source of Income.
Although all debit charges are cleared only I am requesting them to reverse or partially reverse these Late Payment+Interest to make this easier to make it clear but they refused it several times. Request had been made on all concern even the credit head but denied.
the debt manager Mr.Sunil Singh said he will directly deduct from my saving account. where there were INR 10 K, the Minimum balance I had maintain to save this account as it i was essential but they didn't care. I had to close it. they didn't help me in 2014-15 while there was fraudulent transaction of INR 5700 done on my card. I have paid that fully although it was not my transaction.
they didn't help while i had taken loan of 3 lacks, for the pre - closure i had to pay almost 50k extra.

Now they don't even help in such a critical situation although I am ready to settle only the interest charge and late payment fee not even any debit charge but they refused several time and denied any cooperation.

    I have not authorized this transaction nor have i received prior intimation on the same if this is from the bank.

    I want this amount refunded immediately.

        I tried to transfer some money to other bank account through neft and in the end of the procedure it asked me to enter grid values, which i did correctly but for some stupid reason it was showing me this msg "your grid card authentication has been disabled, call our 24 hour customer care centre and ask to enable grid card authentication". I have entered all the values very carefully and cross-checked it many times yet same error. I am travelling overseas, so i cant make a call from my registered number. There is no other way of transferring money. T it's been a week and i am not able to make online purchases/transactions. If my problem is not solved soon then i will be forced to close my icici a/c no[protected] and post a gloomy review on how lame icici online services can be. Pathetic support icici.

            This is pathetic. Icici is charging 530 rupees or auto debit failure of 250 rupees. I am icici customer and on customer care executive suggestion i have activated auto debit facility. And this month there was no money and i paid the icici payment through different means. Due to sunday and holiday, it credited later to bank and now as charges to auto-debit failure i have been charged 530 rupees which is not being reversed by contacting icici customer care executive and on mails also.

              I am the a/c holder of icici bank for the last 6 yrs. Now they have charged ₹ 568.71. Under this category dcardfee8018aug19-jul20+gst
              I am not aware what type of charges are these.
              They never informed me regarding these charges either by email or by letter.
              Who has given right to icici bank to deduct the money without informing us.
              Because we kept the money in bank that give right to bank that they can do anything whatever they want.

              There should be some formal process for doing all these things. I want my money to be credited in my a/c which they have deducted from my a/c.

              Really this is a fake complaint app. Totally time waste and i am going to issue this in social networks.
              I got experience with ICICI BANK credit card that is if customer needs for emergency there is no value if ICICI bank sales Dept call and if they request for unnecessary any insurance plan than ICICI bank increase the credit limit so that credit card is benefit only Bank business profit .

                I submitted request for name change on the basis of marriage certificate. But, even after providing marriage certificate, the deputy branch manager of icici bank teen hath naka, thane mumbai branch, did not accepted it, and said to provide original marriage certificate or gazette. I submitted the doc i have. What else i should provide?

                My adhar and pan card are already updated with the new name, which also i gave to them as a proof. But, they were continuously declining my request.

                They were ready to open a new account by providing adhar and pan card but cannot change my name after marriage to my existing account. What a pathetic service icici bank is providing.

                After all the discussions, i have to forcefully close my existing account and opened a new account.

                "it is easy to open a new account with a new name, but impossible to update name in existing account"

                Very bad experience with icici bank.

                  Icici bank has deducted rs.413/- 3 times in a month from my account as ecs debit charges returned. I want this charges returned to my bank account as this was not intimated to me and they have deducted. I want it to be returned to me. Being an old an valuable consumer you charge so much aprrox. 2450/- has been charged by the bank as charges. I being an imdividual who is a pensioner, how can i afford so much.

                    I had auto debit for icici coral credit card for last 3 years and suddenly they levied late charges without prior notice. I raised the complaint and email has been going on for last 2 months and they are kept on levying charges till now. I am ready to pay the used amount however want reversal of their late payment charges and taxes on that amount. I had to pay 2300 and they are asking for 5015. Can somebody help.

                    No phone call or email received from ICICI. As per latest conversation they are not reversing the charges and keep on increasing it. They are mentally torturing their customers.

                      I called icici bank customer care, they said there is no refund processed again i called amazon they clearly said said amount was processed on 31.08.19,

                          imobile app not working

                          I have not been able to use the imobile app since i opened a savings account with icici bank about 2 years ago. The mobile number is registered in the account and i am getting transaction smses. But when i try to use imobile, first i get the confirmation on verification of the mobile number and then i get the message that "your account is not linked with your used id with the mobile number that is registered in our records.                           Hi there,

                          My concern is i made a payment to du sol on 6th september 2019 the payment was deducted from by icici bank account but the screen showed an error and no payment was received to du.

                          I also called icici customer care but they did not know about this so were not able to help me and also i was not able to find the eazypay customer care support so were not able to contact them and i want this to be resolved at the earliest as payment is due and i have to make the payment.

                          Please resolve this at the earliest.

                            Today i received a message from icici bank that rs 1899 has been deducted from my account. It states ' dear customer, new policy wa privilege single rs. 1899 for cpp/oneassist has been regd vide... On 06-sep-19. It will be completed in 1 wkg day.'

                            I'm not interested in availing any such plan.
                            So, i request you to kindly deactivate the plan and refund the amount at the earliest.

                              Hello,

                              On 3rd september 2019 amount of rs. 63, 283.50 was deducted from my account at a restaurant against a wrongly generated bill.

                              But as soon as we realized we informed the manager within 10 mins. Hence it was not settled he gave us the void sale receipt for that transaction and told that in maximum 48 hours the amt will be refunded to my account.

                              On the same day, i contacted the customer care executive of icici bank and explained him on the issue, for which they asked me to wait for 3-4 working days.

                              I waited for 4 working days and found no refund credited into my account

                              I contacted the customer care executive of icici bank on same day where they took my complaint and asked me to send the void sale receipt image (Which i did) through the mail to [protected]@icicibank.com where the disputes team would check and refund your amount.

                              To resolve this issue the bank is again saying they need 7 to 16 working days more to investigate and see where the amount is stuck.

                              Kindly request you to fasten up the process and help me refund my money back.

                                I had raised a request for replacement of my fast tag on 23rd july 2019 as my tag is no longer working.
                                I have raised following requests complaints for my tag replacement

                                Starting from 23rd july 2019.
                                I am following up from last 40 days even though the max time required is 7-8 days. Everytime their representative says that we will deliver the tag within 48 hours but no tag is delivered even after calling and raising so many complaints.

                                When i asked them to cancel the tag they are asking for pan card, cancel cheque, hand written letter and several days just for cancellation.

                                Either i want my fast tag to be delivered immediately or i want my fast tag deactivation so that i can purchase fast tag from other company.

                                Please escalate this issue so that atleast nobody else have to face this issue in future.

                                  I also received call from icici bank and they just given information about one assist plan after than they automatically activated this plan and deducted rs-1899/- from my saving a/c. Without my permission. I don't need this plan actually. Please deactivate this plan and refund my money asap

                                  Make sure to deactivate this plan asap, if not.. I will complaint against this in consumer court. Thanks!
