We booked a room at Oyo 30479 Green Wood Resort, Chikmagalur for 6 guests with booking id - BHLZ1524 for check-in dates on 29th June 2019 12pm onwards. When we reached the resort at 12:20 pm and showed the resort receptionist the booking message and mail they denied my check-in the resort as the booking was made for at a cheaper rate as compared to the original resort fares and they completely denied us giving the room at OYO booked price. They argued with us that no one can give us room at that oyo price. My booking was already confirmed and complete payments were done but they refused to give any room and mentioned that their property has been removed past 2 months back but the oyo hasnt updated and repeatedly entertaining bookings fie the property. Also the resort representatives were vey rude and verbal in their responses. Can you please justufy why there was a gap because of which we as a customer need to face such harassment and frustration at the oyo property site. Why did oyo entertained the bookings and payments when the property didnt allow us to checked in? It is very disappointing and disturbing to note that the oyo service has terribly degraded and i will ensure that i never go for oyo rooms in future neither i will suggest others to go for.oyo is now growing to a India's leading fraud hotel chains. And its been 3 days post my check in was denied but neither the oyo rooms made any efforts to check with me for the refund amount or neither they took any steps for the customer satisfaction.

    Dear Sir/Madam,
    I have checked there is no early check out policy in OYO hotels. I booked the hotels on 29th June 2019. The booking was from 30th June 2019 to 7th July 2019. I booked the hotel through OYO assistant team. When i reached on the check in date, i found the hotel is very small and immediately i contacted to OYO assistant team and informed the situation. I asked them is there any possibility of change the hotel from one location to other or cancel the booking, they said both option is available. Today 1st July 2019, i did the check out and at the time of check out, i was charged early check out charges. They said that it was their policy and i informed them that i booked from your assistant team and they said that i can do check out before 7th July. After check out, i went through their policy but it was surprised there was no such policy written there. Please take some serious action against it.

      I have done complaint for refund due to worst services as oyo 30676 hotel shourya grand heaven given nothing to us like no electricity, tv was off, ac were not working, i have paid for breakfast but no breakfast provided, we have spent 1200 rs everyday just to have breakfast in other hotel, there was no hot water, every 5 minutes electricity went off.
      Kindly refund otherwise i will ensure legal action.

      The hotel oyo 11973 Badri palace jhodhpur rajasthan is accepting my booking but i have already booked my hotel onilne for night and paid 1040 rs online please refund my money back

        I booked a hotel in OYO 29850 bonita casa new delhi, the hotel was not even 1 percent of what the showed online by there photos, rating and reviews. No light, no water, unhygienic, no locks on door, no safety, the management was zero, the staff was very bad, and unethical and unprofessional. I would really like to take strict actions against such hotel, who try to make a fool of there coustmer and try to get huge amount. And no facility to complain or provide a feedback. And neither they want to bring any changes. And making people suffer coming to make a stay there by thinking them a reliable one.

          I booked OYO 40319 Hotel harsha International from 14th June 2019 to 16th june 2019 for my sister and her husband and kid.
          They couldnt make it so i had to cancel it. First their app was not accepting cancellation again and again and when they finally did they deducted charges for 1 night. Moreover they didnt even refund me anything as date. their policy of refund is maximum 14 days. I called their customer care number and asked them to issue me a complete refund and they agreed to refund the balance amount as well. But till date i havent received a single penny and whenever i call them to ask for refund status they say it will take another 2 days and so... they are just bluffing and keeping the money

            Issue escalated on 07/06/2019

            Due to govt sealed that booked hotel, hotel employee didn't respond. Our whole family waited in road at midnight 12am to 4am. We tried to reach you that customer care to arrange alternative or refund the amount, very poor response and they will cut the call with out providing any solution or response. Also they told the manager or senior cr person will get in touch or call back for refund process, but still we didn't get any response.
            Next morning again we have escalated the cr person to initiate the refund process, they told that you will get refund amount with in 7-14 working days over telephone confirmation and mail confirmation, almost 22 working days has gone, still there is no any update about the refund. Again trying to reach the customer care, same call is get disconnecting and very poor response. So, from registered booking mail id we initiated the refund escalation, they responded that check the cancelation policy, we didn't cancel the room then why we have to read the cancelation policy. So, narrated the full story, waiting for there call back, response and solution over these issue

            I have booked room through OYO, But then hotel people not accepting booking through OYO they asked me to cancel the booking. so i canceled on[protected] but till now i have not received any refund amount. OYO is literally cheating us with out any proper information

              I had done a booking with oyo (Booking id xblt4871) in chikkamagaluru and i got confirmed booking email from oyo but the owner denied my booking stating they have some dispute with oyo from past 2 months and he will not give room to oyo customers. But my question is why oyo is showing that hotel in there website?

              Finally we not got any room in chikkamagaluru and we spent whole night in our car..

              I had done a booking with oyo (Booking id KQU93567 and i got confirmed booking email from oyo but the owner denied my booking stating they have some dispute with oyo because Oyo is not paying them and he will not give room to oyo customers without refund, so my question is why because of their issues costumer is suffering .

                I request every person reading this to take it seriously

                I planned a trip with oyo total holidays for uttarakhand there agent mr. Mayur singh gave us al details through mails there were some mistakes which he corrected only in mail but when my trip started my first destination was as per planned but next destination i paid them big amount to stay in a resort which he accepted on time of taking money but when i reached there i didn’t had any booking we were around 23 people including a 6months baby and senior citizens too we held whole night in car infact company is still not refunding my money and asking me proof i request constitution to take serious action against these ford company they are harrishing me from last few days not giving my money back daily they are making excuses people included in harrishing me are, mayur singh, vipin adhikari, khushboo, naved alam, sandeep, sonu, heena, bhaskar, and more they all say we are team but no is trust worthy i request everyone to don’t take any package from oyo infact don’t use any service from oyo!

                  Hello,
                  I got a room booked on 30 june'2019, through oyo app. My booking id was rthx0391. I went for check-in at around 12:30 am and when i reached to the hotel, the hotel manager told me that all our rooms are sold out already. I told them that i have booked through oyo and made the payment too. He replied that i have told oyo that i have no more rooms and they are fool that they booked the room still.. I called the oyo customer care more that 20 times but everytime they just ask me to hold the call and they cut the call.. I kept standing outside the hotel with my 5 friends till 5 am but no solution was made from the side of oyo.. Also the hotel manager told me that oyo uses fake photos to take the guest attention.. The solution which he got for us that we can go to a gurudwara and sleep over there...
                  I just can't tell you how much problem i have faced till last night

                  I have several call record of the oyo costumer executives in which they were unable to find a solution for me. Everytime they ask me to hold the call and its been cut..

                  Being from the hotel background, i know all the policies of a hotel.. You can't just book a room, take a payment when you don't have any room with you..
                  I have faced several health problem since last night as i was unable to sleep and was standing whole night..

                  I just want a worst action should be taken on the case...

                    Oyo rooms found appropriately dealing with the issue of providing rooms for unmarried couples. But in the hotel policy, i could find unmarried couples not allowed. Of course, it's not valid. But let the hotel deal with it.

                    How could oyo rooms in these hotels taking the issue? I tried to reserve one room. Confirmed room is oyo. But the accommodation was denied as two guests to share the room were unmarried people.

                    Oyo`s decision with this issue is quite appreciable. But would like to know how you are dealing with this outdated hotel policy with your policy.

                    Hotel policy mentioned as:
                    The standard check-in time is 12:00 pm and the standard check-out time is 11:00 am. Early check-in or late check-out is strictly subjected to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed and reconfirmed with hotel and may be chargeable by the hotel directly.
                    Alcohol is not allowed, guests can checkin using local id (Pan cards are not allowed), unmarried couples are not allowed, only indian nationals are allowed.
                    Most hotels do not allow unmarried/unrelated couples to check-in. This is at the full discretion of the hotel management. No refund would be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances.

                      Sir, we stayed this hotel but very bad. I already sent them with proof but they not refund my money. Also they customer support is very very worst. After fight they give me 500 RS but I'm not ready to agreed. Because this hotel totally worst and not worth of money. I want my full money.                       Oyo #Townhouse_Shame. We booked oyo townhouse for which is premium and prime and best but this both false. This Oyo townhouse not available hot water and next no lock in bathroom and next bed is worst and not comfortable and staffs not helpful and unprofessional and unsafe switch points. So we very shocked. This is shame for oyo Because this happened full control Oyo townhouse. Very very worst. I want my full money if not so I will take a legal action. Many proof photos available.                         I booked oyo 35845 in indore with booking id hfcl0561. Upon checking in with my daughter i soon realised that the room did not even match up to the basic standards. It had no windows or walls and rooms were seperated by wooden panelled partitions. The bathroom had no ventilation or exhaust system (The hotel person told us to use the bathroom of the adjacent room). Somehow we spent the night in the room but we did not know that the worst was yet to come. Next day, we requested them to give us a better room and they obliged. However since the afternoon there was no electricity. As a result the ac wasn't operational. The bathrooms were devoid of any water supply although the floor area outside our room was overflowing with dirty water (Out of some probable leakage). The hotel authorities were trying to do whatever they could but they weren't trained. I called oyo helpline 3 times.in the first time they booked me an alternate room in, but i was shocked to find that it was situated in lucknow and not indore. Upon successive calling they put my call on hold to connect me to the manager but nobody responded.in the final call, i was connected to a fellow customer who too had called the customer service to lodge a complaint. I was clueless about what to do since the question was about basic facilities and security. So i walked out of the hotel after paying one night's charges. This is indeed a matter of harassment and i want immediate action to be taken against oyo.

                          In koparkhairne there is pratham lodging QZDO4230 I'd booked and already paid at this place they ask me to wait for one hour we was standing near receiption And after they asked for extra charges 300 rs but i I'd already paid full amount online. Extra charges for what ?? When I have already paid online on Oyo app they were fraud people. Oyo has to take some action on them immediately. Because those hotel can make Oyo spoil. I think Oyo is best till now . Because of that pratham lodging my Oyo experience was very bad. I'm extremely dissappointed with there service because the owner was very rude with us.

                            With very sad and frustrated mood I want to lodge a complaint regarding my booking in oyo's no. 38003 hotel vandana, booking no. GVTU2089.. I have booked 2 rooms on 28th June 2019.. The allotted us room no. 112 and 114...the rooms condition was so bad that a family man can't stay there... The bad sheets was torned and too fouly.. Room was having damp and moisture smells..
                            Mattress having blood suckers.. Bathroom was too smelly and having cockroaches... Toilet sheet was so ugly that on one can imagine to use it... They didn't provided us towels and soap kits... The doors was having a termites.. You can imagine that how I tolerated one night with my childrens and parents... The photos I have seen on oyo site at the time of booking of hotel was a cheat as the real Image was revert... This is the worst experience of my life with OYO'S.. How can Oyo's, a reputed name can do this.. I m very heart broken and in deep agony... Please don't do this with anyone in future... Please take a proper action and I sweep away vandana hotel from your site... I want my full money refunded... If you don't take Proper action I will file a complaint in national consumer court and on Prime Minister Complaint portal...

                              We were not given a room at hotel mirabel, jajpur road even after prior online booking in oyo app, as we were not married although oyo app showed couples are welcome. We requested for separate rooms but still they didn't give us any rooms. My girlfriend also agreed to stay in different hotel but they didn't give me a room telling us that its their hotel policy. We were harassed unnecessarily after having a genuine booking.

                                Capital o 353 hotel four boutique for our guests for a family function

                                I paid rs.3696 in advance for room tariff

                                At the time of checkout, rs.2094 added for meal plan in bill by oyo which i had not chosed and nor availed for at the hotel.
                                But had to pay this amount of rs.2094 at checkout as hotel asked us to talk to oyo helpline for this. I however paid it as my guests were leaving the hotel and i did not want to create a scene in their presence.
                                It was a sunday on 02nd june'19. I called oyo helpline [protected] and registered my complaint. But till date i have not received the refund of excess amount paid by me.
                                Meanwhile i have called innumerous times on this number to know the status of my complaint but every time they transfer it to some other team where i am put on hold for more than 15 minutes. But the call gets disconnected.
                                Its almost a month now. I feel i have lost my money and feel cheated. Visited hotel again yesterday but they say they are helpless.
                                How can oyo do this??

                                  Hi was travel on 20th -24th june at mumbai with my family. I booked hotel oyo 22683 park palace. Once i checkin the hotel by-mistake the charges was deducted 2 times 6168 + 6168, i received the transaction message next morning, i inform the issue to the hotel manager about my deduction n also show the transaction details, but today still i didn't received my refund, i tried to call the call center no. One of representative received my call n inform her to transfer my call to senior person, she told me that's not possible, i want my refund anyhow.                                     My booking id is hlyf 3720. We were traveling from jalandhar to new delhi with a confirmed booking one day before. All payments were already made while booking but after reaching the hotel with family at 11.00 pm at night, the room had not been provided by the hotel manager.

                                    When i called oyo helpdesk they said due to a technical error they can't help us and not able to provide room in another hotel. The representative didn't even bother to solve the problem by discussing it with the hotel manager.

                                    The attitude of the hotel manager was also not good. Moreover, any refund has not been initiated by oyo rooms yet.

                                    My complaint is when you travel with your family in a different city this type o[censored]nprofessional behaviour and oyo service is not acceptable.

                                      This is a written complaint against the employee who missbehaved with me at oyo 15544 edassery blue bells

                                      Let me explain you their behaviour from the time we checked in.

                                      As soon as we checked in the manager asked us yo make some payment which was due from oyo’s end.

                                      Night, there was nt food available at their restrurent and that we get to know after placing the order.

                                      Hence we ordered from outside. Then the attainder said they wont provide us plates to have food. We were nt served with single bottle of water as well.

                                      And today morning they said break fast was ready at 8 am and when we came down the breakfast, we had to wait for half an hour. When i complained, the attainder asked me to keep quite.

                                      When we were checking out, the cleaning staff complained that we took the bottle from the room.

                                      When i was talking to the employee he twisted my finger. Hence i had to slap him for self defence. And as he touched me i am really furious about the behaviour. I asked them to call the police and waited their. As the police didn’t show up i had to leave as i had a flight to catch.

                                        Yesterday 8 hours time wasted

                                        I booked nakshatra enclave on 25th june for yesterday staying, booking confirmed, while going to check in nakshatra enclave following problem happen

                                        1. Check in time -12.45pm, at that time hotel manager telling, sir u have to pay extra amount for staying (Extra amount:761rs), already u paid 939, remaining 761 u have to pay. Weekend no offer, already same to informed to oyo team
                                        Then i called oyo team by 12.49pm, they talked to nakshatra enclave manager, they convey same to oyo team,
                                        Oyo team wait for sometime, we discuss and call you, i wait for half an hour, no call received from oyo, so again i called oyo customer care, 1 hour am on line, worst response from oyo.
                                        Again i called oyo customer care and waiting in line for half an hour, oyo team asking the concern again and again, but concern not solve upto 2.45pm, i got frustation

                                        My family waiting in road side, wat my daughter (18 month baby) and my wife mistake done, i payed money, but we stayed in road side.

                                        Finally i got call from oyo team named as amit, he told that go-to nakshatra enclave, i will talk to oyo captain sarath, ur stay is confirm. We will arrange the best, that time i put the call in hold and went to nakshatra enclave and give my phone to captain oyo sarath and amit talked,

                                        Sarath statement:

                                        Dear babu sir,

                                        Don't worry, i arrange the room. Atlast they arrange the room by 3.15pm and am ready to stay and taken my luggage.

                                        Then i went to room and shocked.
                                        1. No room number
                                        2.ac not running properly
                                        3. Fan not running properly
                                        4. Toilet available, but outside of the room,

                                        Then i called oyo captain sarath, wait for some time, we will arrange another room, so i waited waited waited waited upto 5pm, no room arranged.

                                        So i went to reception, at that time oyo captain not available, then i cal oyo captain, wait sir, i will check with nakshatra enclave manager or shift ur property by near by place.
                                        Wait for 30 minutes, i said ok.

                                        Then he called, i talked to my superior, not possible to shift ur stay, because already you have checked in, so ur amount to be refunded. I shocked, then i checked oyo app, u checked in nakshatra enclave and room no:10. (I talked with one hotel care taker, that is not a room, common room for staying for care taker)
                                        Shock and frustation happen for me and my family, after shock i called sarath, he told get the refund amount from hotel manager vinoth, i asked why i got the refund from hotel manager, oyo team only responsible for refund,
                                        Sarath replies as mistake done by us, so we will refund the amount.
                                        I said ok and get the refund amount from hotel manager (Rs 939) and checked out.

                                        I searched another hotel named as peninsula resort - kovalam, oyo app shows rooms are available, am having doubt, so i called hotel directly,
                                        Peninsula resort manager replies hotels are full due to weekend, no rooms are available.

                                        Then again i search the hotel in oyo app, ecr bay villas resort available, so i booked in ecr bay villas resort, then i called ecr bay villas resort, they replies no room available. So again i called oyo customer care, i booked ecr bay villas without payment, but resort manager telling that no rooms available, pls check and inform sir,
                                        Oyo customer care member hold my call and after he replies go and check in, rooms are available. I said ok.

                                        Then i moved to ecr bay villas resort by 6.35pm (From nakshatra enclave to ecr bay villas resort is 10 km)

                                        While going to check in again problem started,
                                        Hotel manager told that i want to oyo team and my superior, so i waited for 5 minutes.
                                        Hotel manager tell that for 1081rs i show one room, if it is ok means u stay otherwise u pay extra 1000rs, i will show better room.

                                        Then i checked the room and shocked, family not able to stay, hotel servant only stayable.

                                        I left the room and cancelled my booking and return back to home by 8.30pm

                                        Thanks for watching my story. Yesterday memorable day for me and my family.

                                        My questions are:👇

                                        1. Nakshatra enclave - my booking confirmed, but why they asked extra money, hotel manager telling that already informed to oyo team for tariff change.

                                        2. I did not given my local i'd, then how they are telling checked in?

                                        Worst response from nakshatra enclave hotel team.

                                        2. Captain sarath:

                                        Why he refund my money.

                                        3. Oyo customer care:

                                        2.5 hrs i talked to customer care, but worst worst worst response

                                        If not able to solve the concern means escalate my concern to next level

                                        Note :
                                        I want to enjoy my holidays, so i booked for oyo rooms, but 9 hours wasted my time.
                                        Yesterday special day for me-my wife birthday, but those 9 hours wasted.
                                        Fighting and frustation only final results.

                                        Give me the resolution for all questions, still i did not able to digest the yesterday incident.
