regarding unprofessional service form oyo rooms

My booking id is hlyf 3720. We were traveling from jalandhar to new delhi with a confirmed booking one day before. All payments were already made while booking but after reaching the hotel with family at 11.00 pm at night, the room had not been provided by the hotel manager.

When i called oyo helpdesk they said due to a technical error they can't help us and not able to provide room in another hotel. The representative didn't...

service problem and no proper support from oyo

I had booked the room from oyo, i checked in by paying at the counter of the hotel. Faced problem in the room, some equipment was not working. After 4 calls to reception n 40 mins appox the staff arrived, but after that also the problem was not solved, then i called up-to oyo help desk, the said your payment is not done. There is no ventilation in the room.

I woke up in the morning and fainted and fell in the room. I came from germany to india on 28th june.in one day my body is totally given up.

These guys have not even started the room meter without paying the money in full....

hotel is not showing my booking

I had done the booking online and also done the full payment, but at the time of check-in the hotel is saying that there is no such booking and on calling the customer care no. The are also saying to wait there.

It has been more then 1hr waiting at the hotel reception but no response from oyo has been received to me.

On calling again and again they are saying to wait there or you will receive a transfer, now...

I have booked oyo hotel for two nights from 21st Jun 19 to 23rd jun 19. After check in I modified my booking for early check out on 22nd jun 19 . I already paid 1654 rupees for two nights. But after modifications one amount not refunded to me by oyo, however no policy for modifications charges in oyo. I so many times called costumer care but they told me that they will not refund due oyo policy. Pls solve this....

6+ months and refund not done for excess payment made

I used Hotel Palkhee in Chembur, Mumbai through Oyo Rooms. On the day of stay, I made payments through oyo app and it failed 3 times. So I made payment through debit card at the hotel. Finally, in a few hours, all the failed transactions worked and debited money from my account. So totally, there were 4 payments made from my account for one night stay.
