Hi my name is ram, booking id anmi4839, i have alreadly escale the problem many time but no one is there who can assit me, i have called approx 100 of time to the customer care no. No one given me the resulation aa escale the matter through app, through mail that bymistake my transaction was deducted 2 time of rs 6168, but still not received my refund, customer care inform me that ot will take max 7-14 days max, then why my refund not received. I want my refund at any cost, i am not happy at all, i never advise anyone to stay in oyo.

    I placed a booking id NQBS6249 on 11th April 2019. I stayed there for 2 nights and requested a transfer to a different hotel due to hygiene issues. As per conversation with OYO excutive, I placed a fresh booking and requested for refund of previous one. They promised the refund within 7 days but it has been 3 months now. I have called 10+ times on their useless helpline. They even have stopped replying to my mails.

    they have stopped responding to my mails, I have waited for hours on their helpline waiting to be connected to their senior representative

      Listen basis your confirmation we shifted to another property at versova midnight i was asked to pay for check in
      Where in u said we don’t need to pay
      Versova property had low charge and what we paid at khar was 2700
      U said u can’t pay the balance back to us however we don’t need to pay at this property
      Then y the hell i was harassed last night at 12:00 am to pay

      Horrible experience!!
      Last night I made a check in at Khar oyo room was so pathetic linen towel were stinking I decided on to shift from location called customer care I was made assurance that by shifting to new property my amount will be adjusted I don’t need to pay extra 5 times I asked.
      When I reached Versova oyo property I was asked to pay night charge
      This all happened midnight 12:00 am just imagine at this hour where should I go
      Room was bad again ac not working, no curtain on window
      Disgusting

        I haven't received gst invoice copy from oyo team.

        Even after so many requests, oyo team has not sent me gst bills.
        I explained that it is mandatory as professional business. Even my company will not accept any bills without gst details

        Please provide gst bill for above bookings on my email address

          I booked a hotel in hotel toto international on 28th june till 30th june.. The pictures showing in the oyo app was completely different from the reality. I paid for it already online. When i went there the property was in a backward area. Moreover the hotel was very bad. I said i dont like the hotel, hotel staff said talk to oyo. When i taked to them they said u can leave the property, we will book another oyo, as nd pay there, and this amount will be refunded 100%, its all recorded on their line. Since morning i have called them so many times and they are not refunding my amount. They said will refund complete amount. It was not my fault that they clicked on check-in and then i hardly stayed there for 1 hour.
          Please help me to refund the amount. Rs. 3695. They are doing fraud. They dont have efficient representatives for call handling. I paid another hotel as well and didnt get the refund for the hotel toto.. Booking id - jwef1520

              My booking id is phel2163. I had booking for 2 days which was done through oyo app however we had to check out from this oyo property in 1 day as the service was very bad. I have raised a refund request on the 9th of june and status of my refund shows as successful and i was about to receive my refund within 14 days. It's almost a month but i have not received my refund yet. When i call the oyo support#, they place the call on hold to transfer the call to a senior dept however the call gets disconnected after sometime. I have called multiple times and have experienced the same issue. Please get this issue resolved.

              I have received an email stating the Refund is processed successfully from their end and they want me to contact my bank. I have replied to their email multiple times to provide me a reference#forthe refund but they are not ready to provide me the same. The bank cannot help me if I do not have a reference#. I am not sure why they cannot provide me with a reference# if the refund is processed successfully. Please try to fix this Issue as I am not getting any help from OYO escalations team.

                Hi sir,
                This is mr. Yakaiah a practicing ca from hyderabad. On a professional tour i came to bhubaneswar along with my team of 3. We have a booked a hotel in oyo app for 2 nights. Due to unsatisfactory quality of the hotel i requested oyo team to arrange alternative property but no response from oyo. The following are the issues.

                1. Sticky & dusty smell from the room
                2. Smell from bedsheets
                3. Old and unmaintained property. Damaged walls
                4. No hot water
                5. No soap and dental kit
                6. No packaged mineral water
                7. Leakage of water in wash room
                8. Fan speed is not adequate
                9. No towel hanger in bathroom
                10. Dining room is not clean

                  I have made a booking using OYO app. Before check in i got a call from the property that they could not provide accomodation due to Short circuit.
                  I escalated the issue to OYO and i was kept on call multiple times for about 2 hours and they consumed my booked day time and wasted my day.

                  They said that they could not provide me with any alternative but can refund me the money.

                  I need to know why Oyo takes money just only to refund after few days so that they can make interest on that amount or to provide the services.

                  This is extremely unacceptable.

                    While checkin, i have presented my debit card for the payment and your reception has charged rs.14, 152 and mentioned that it was the technical fault and will be credited my money back asap. But still no resolution after multiple follow ups. Oyo and team harrassed me a lot. Kindly resolve this refund issue immediately and compensate this harrassment. Failure the same will force me to file case in court.

                      I booked a hotel svs luxury rooms at secundrabad from 05.07.19 to 08.07.19 (Booking id - peol9701). When i reached hotel, i was denied checkin stating that hotel manager has not received any booking confirmation. Few minutes later manger told that he denied check in due to low tariff offered by oyo. Oyo had confirmed booking and full amount has been pre-paid but still they don’t communicate with hotel property. Hotel manager connected to oyo and after discussion they spoke to me and they said they are connecting to guest manager but after 15-20 min on hold they disconnected. Waited for almost 2hrs on road still no response recd from oyo team.

                      Such a shame that oyo has downgraded their services to such level and don’t refund pre-paid amount in spite of denied check in by hotel

                      Fraud company.

                        My booking no:rakt2140. I had delivered very pathetic service from oyo homes. The home which mentioned here is situated in a high range remote location. At the time of check in, no one is there at the reception. After 15 minutus a guy came, and he started to ask all the details, but he is acting like he don't nothing about our booking and all. Then he took us to underground place and shown a room to us, it was near to their dirty personal kitech. They just had asked if we were okay with room or not. We checked the room, it was different one disaplayed in oyo app.
                        The problem with the provided room are as follows:
                        1) no proper lock for the room.
                        2) no lock for windows
                        3) dirty pillows, we didn't used that.
                        4) bath towel didn't provided
                        5) at last they've just given oyo soap after a several request.
                        6) most the electricity was shutdown.
                        I have a request to oyo, at least please try to keep a minimum service quality, never gave this type of terrible stays to customers.

                          As i have booked one single bed room in oyo rooms for one night at siliguri they have showed me confirmation and even called me also for booking confirmation and i said yes i want to confirm my booking and they have text me confirmation message also. The day after when i have reached siliguri around 9.30 and went to that hotel where i have booked my room in oyo the hotel owner told me that sorry we are full we can't do anything, no rooms are available even after i have showed him my confirmation in oyo app he said that please call oyo we can't do anything. Now in a place where i have never gone before i have no one to call at that place at night 10.00pm where i am supposed to go. Now its oyo or hotel owner fault i dont know whome to blame but its really not professional and at the same time risky too. I will never book room in oyo and never refer anyone to book room in oyo.

                            I paid rs 8673 while booking a room at manali and they refused to check in. Oyo customer representatives claim that they have raised a ticket and our refund will be initiated, but it doesn't. I called a lot of times, but they all claim the same thing again and again. I haven't recieved my refund even after being promised by their customer representatives.

                            Now it's been 14 working days completed after my refund ticket. I raised my refund ticket on 13th june 2019.

                              I have booked a room thru oyo for 2 days stay in coimbatore from 22nd june 2019 to 24th june 2019 in hotel sapthagiri nest, coimbatore.

                              Myself and my wife checked in on 22nd june 2019 at around 2 pm and checked out on 24th june 2019 at 1 noon. We packed out luggage and kept in the room thinking that we can return before noon, we wanted to check out before the stipulated time since we didnt want to spend for one more day, 's charges (As we have to catch the train at 3 pm)

                              However, i called the reception to remove my luggage and keep it the lobby for me to take it on my return from outside. Unfortunately, i find my wife necklace (Non-gold ornamental stone only cost around rs.3000) was missing from our baggage. Since we were in a hurry, we left the hotel to take the train and noticed the loss only on arrival at chennai

                              I also enquired the hotel authorities after reaching at chennai and oyo escalaction but have not yet resolved. Pl look into it.

                                Oyo rooms is a scam, their customer representatives claim that they have raised a ticket and our refund will be initiated, but it doesn't.                                 Money is very hard earned. I want it back. I want my time back which i spent calling for hours, i want all that energy i spent back...

                                  I booked tour packages for malaysia and genting for four persons vide your package no. Th-qewc6420 through rubby maurya speaking from chandigarh, journey to start from 15th aug 2019 from patna. I have already paid rs.1, 05, 190/- online and got acknowledgement of money deposited also. At the time of depositing money, i was told that in nexrt two days i will get air tickets but even after 10 days, no one is attending to my calls and emails-addressed to ms rubby maurya. Before the deal was struck, i used to get calls quite often but now even calls are not being attended to.

                                  It creates a shadow and doubt about oyo brand name and services, i request for early delivery of agreed air tickets and contact number and email of some senior nodal officer for updating us.

                                    I have booked hotel sidharth international hotel in puri through oyo. But reaching at hotel found no rooms available there. I contact oyo coustomer care they hold me for 2 and half hours but could not resolve the problem. Neither oyo people can make any other arrangements for me. I am suffering with my family in the road in night. Still i am suffering harassment from oyo

                                      After enough calling with your customer service (More than 20 times and 4 hours of talk), still my issue is not resolved.

                                      I have booked hotel mallaikal residency (Oyo 24363) with booking id mfdb4076 in ooty for 2 days from 28th may till 30th may for my brother rakesh nanda (Booking under phone number:[protected]), my brother was not able to locate the property in ooty nor able to connect to hotel (As number was invalid) and even the hotel is 9km away from ooty in ghat section, where its not safe to stay with family.

                                      I have called your customer service to cancel this booking as i was not able to from the app. Later i found the status showing as checked in and on 30th may we got a message as checked out. My brother have not stayed in this property, and i have paid 7702 for the same, can you please refund the same.

                                      So booked another hotel from oyo aiswarya garden (Oyo 19684, mhla7930) where my brother stayed for 2 days on the same day.

                                      I have called your customer service for 20 times with no resolution but with two ticket numbers 15963663 and 15999837. I asked for call back twice but no call back received.

                                      Email sent to escalation team, no reply.
                                      Have chat in oyo app, with no resolution.

                                        I had booked 1 room using OYO app in "OYO 14532 Hotel Avisha Residency" on 15th June 2019
                                        First thing happened was that the transaction of Rs 1500 was done twice, one was refunded. After few hours we cancelled the booking and claimed for refund.
                                        They said that the money will be refunded in 10-12 days but, now after so many days the money was not refunded.
                                        We called to customer care many times but after picking up the call they say to hold on which takes a lot of time (30 mins). After the discussion with the manager which picks the call, he says that your money will not be refunded.
                                        We called them so much time, but they says that money will not be refunded.
                                        What should I do now, my Rs 1500 got wasted.
