Hi,
Balaji here,
I was booking train tickets from irctc app and after booking tickets the money transaction that was made through razorpay. And money was deducted but the ticket booking remained pending.
So i hope you will notice the complaint that is mentioned here and to resolve my problem as the amount has been deducted unnecessarily.

    Recently i ordered a saree 27/10/18 from avoonik worth 399 and paid online through net banking.
    Immediately the next day i recieved a mail from razopay saying my order is cancelled and that they will be refunding my money in 4 to 7 days. I cooperated with them for the next 7 days. Now it's been more than a week and still i havent recieved my refund. Also they have now stopped responding to my mails. Please do look into this problem. If razopay doesn't respond to my problem i may have to further report this problem to higher authorities at consumer court.

      Hi team,

      I have tried to book a ticket for 31st december using irctc (Razor pay gateway) and google pay for transaction of amount
      Money has been debited from my bank account successfully and transaction showing failed in irctc app.

      Using google pay money is debited successfully, but in irctc website its showing
      Pending from bank end.

      Can you please check as soon as possible and help to resolve from your end

        I booked the ticket in irctc from machilipatnam - tirupathi on[protected] through razoropay via google pay upi ref no[protected] sleeper amount 270 debited from my account but the ticket is not conformed in irctc says payment transaction failed please see the problem and pls refund my amount to my account

          I have recharged in a vodafone mobile nmbr_[protected] but could not get the benefit after balance deduction. It was recharged today morning and the amount recharged was rs199. I was redirected to net banking and i did and recharge was shown successful through email but the subscriber did get the benefit. For ur kind information it is to mention that one ad payment id is_bisxw4fcltcuuu and state bank net banking transaction is_igaesdivd7.

                My problem is now resolved.My sincere apologies to Razorpay.The day i registered the complaint on this website, i visited Razorpay website.They had an option to track any refund/payment process.So using my payment id i could track my refund process and actually Razorpay had completed the refund process 2 days back itself.The only mistake here was generally SBI bank sends immediate messages to mobile on any type of bank activites.But for this particuar process i hadnt recieved any message and thats what made complain.

                I had booked a tatkal ticket for Rs 1080 but in IRCTC website it shows that the ticket is pending for confirmation from bank end.

                  I got a call just now (4:43 P.M.) from the number [protected] saying they would refund the amount if I provided the Debit card details along with User ID and Password.
                  I said I cannot share that information so he disconnected the call.

                  Today Morning I got a call from [protected] saying they are calling from Consumer complaints. They said that the order has been cancelled, in order to get the refund share the Debit card details along with User ID and Password.
                  I told them that no government official would call at 6:56 am in the morning. Next moment he disconnected the call.

                    I have ordered a dress which costs 399 rupees, from avoonik, surat. After that i recieved a payment confirmation from razorpay via email. But product is not delivered yet. It seems to be a fake website now.
                    There is no order tracking id provided. And i sent a mail for inquiry on given contact mail, but theres no reply. They must pay back, or there should be strict action on them.

                    While booking a ticket from irctc website on 4th nov 2018 through BHIM app money has been deducted from my account but no ticked got booked.                         I have booked a flight ticket via ixixgo on sastiticket and razorpay payment gateway on 24th october. However the booking was not successful and the amount got deducted from my bank account. When i tried contacting razorpay via grievance there was no satisfactory reply from them with the correct refund id or the status of it. Their customer care no never gets connected for the entire day always saying that they are experiencing high traffic. I just want to know the status of my refund.

                          My order is still in processing stage and have not received any mail or message from them.
                          I have mailed to them but still no response. No contact number too.

                          Have made a complaint to razor pay too. But till now no response from them.
                          I want to refund my money back.

                            Booked ticket on irctc using razor pay amount debited inr 400 but irctc website showing payment pending from bank end, i inquired at my bank and they confirmed that money has been debited and there is no problem at bank end.

                              Booked ticket on irctc using razor pay amount debited inr 2021 but irctc website showing payment pending from bank end, i inquired at my bank and they confirmed that money has been debited and there is no problem at bank end. Irctc anyway unable to say anything as their system is always problematic. Kindly confirm as neither i am able to book new ticket nor i am able to get the status of the booking.                                 I have purchased 3 sarees and 1 lehanga for amount of rs. 1746/- in https://avoonik.com. on 30.10.2018
                                My order is still in processing stage and have not received any mail or msg from them.
                                I have mailed ot them but still no repsonse. No contact number too.
                                My order id is #64102 dated 30.10.2018
                                Payment was through razor pay and payment id: pay_bflsn2kpoigcbn.
                                Have made a complaitn to razor pay too. But till now no response from them.
                                I want to refund my money back.

Kindly block that avoonik.com website and also take neccessary action on them and also the given below mobile number who is again asking the details of our debit and credit card 8948264232 I think after my money credited why are they giving false info and asking my card details

                                I got a call from this no [protected], they asked me for debit card no and inform they can send the payment to card only, after giving the card no they deduct Rs 5862 from my card, please take action

                                  I have booked a train ticket via railyatri of rs. 1601 and afterwards cancelled and their site showing refund has been sent to bank of rs 1485 . the site of razorpay[payment gateway shows refund sent to bank on dated 23/10/18.

                                    Hi,
                                    On 21st oct, 2018 i booked train ticket in irctc and the payment is done via razerpay (Using bhim app).

                                    Neither ticket is booked nor the irctc history is showing for any failed payment but the money has been deducted from my account. I have waited for 10days for automatic refund but no refund. I have contacted upi support and they have replied we have transferred money you can contact the other end. Since i didn't find any way to contact razorpay support i am posting complaints here.
