refund status

I have booked a flight ticket via ixixgo on sastiticket and razorpay payment gateway on 24th october. However the booking was not successful and the amount got deducted from my bank account. When i tried contacting razorpay via grievance there was no satisfactory reply from them with the correct refund id or the status of it. Their customer care no never gets connected for the entire day always saying that they are experiencing high traffic....

Booked ticket on irctc using razor pay amount debited inr 400 but irctc website showing payment pending from bank end, i inquired at my bank and they confirmed that money has been debited and there is no problem at bank end.
The amount in my bank is deducted but ticket is not booked on irctc... So plzz refund my amount on my bank account..

razorpay - irctc payment failure

Hi,
On 21st oct, 2018 i booked train ticket in irctc and the payment is done via razerpay (Using bhim app).

Neither ticket is booked nor the irctc history is showing for any failed payment but the money has been deducted from my account. I have waited for 10days for automatic refund but no refund. I have contacted upi support and they have replied we have transferred money you can contact the other end. Since i didn't...

money deducted without any ticket confirmation

I have already written a mail & also raised a complaint in their site. No one has answered it yet. Writing the content once again.

This is to bring to your information, that I tried booking a ticket from IRCTC app & did payment using the BHIP payment gateway using Google pay. They payment was successful but no ticket confirmation. nor any history present in the IRCTC site.

Hence request you to refund the money...

razorpay upi razorpay money deducted from bank account but ticket not booked - irctc - razorpay

I booked the ticket from using razorpay via upi but ticket didn't got booked but money was deducted from the bank account.

I had booked a railway ticket in irctc mobile app using razorpay upi. The money is deducted from my account but ticket is not booked and also not listed in refund list of irctc showing payment not settled, but my money is deducted from by bank. Please refund my money.
And i have send mail to razorpay...

money deducted without ticket confirmation

I booked a flight ticket on 20/10/2018 from delhi to hyderabad. I don't exactly remember the booking website or the airlines as the booking didn't go through. But the payment page said payment was declined and hence i did not get any ticket confirmation email. But today i see that $47 have been deducted from my account. How is that you deduct money when the payment page said it failed....

I have booked a tatkal ticket on 20th oct 2018. The payment amounting ₹1080 was deducted from my account, but ticket was not booked. There is no refund shown at irctc app. They are displaying a message of payment at your end. Please suggest how will i receive my money back.
