I purchased my Samsung Galaxy S21 FE 5G (Model Name: SM-G990E/DS, SM-G990EZAIINU Serial Number: R5CT428K17K) in April 2022, through Reliance Digital in Hyderabad location.

The Support executive mentioned that the display replacement for free would have been done, had it been given before 30 April 2024. But since, I have raised the request now, I will have to pay for display charges.

I mentioned I was not aware of such communication and till 30 April 2024, I did not have any problems...

I bought online sansung ac on 4/4/2024 from samsung app store. After installation product started with big noise like auto, next day i called customer care and registered a complaint.
After several calls and complaints a service man visited me and he inspected the machin and did some repairing.
Then he switch on ac the noise is minimised but not totally stopped since then same problem is there. Later on i mail to ceo office and they requested me send videos.in next mail i send the video in which anybody can clearly hear the abnormal noise but they said ac is working normally and the noise is normal thing and we cant help you any more.
Samsung India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

    I have purchased new Au7600 4k led uhd tv and from the first day when installer open the box and switch on the tv in tv black spots and black 2 lines are showing and samsung installer said sir this spots and lines will be removed after few hours but nothing happens like that and I was complaining to greater noida service centre since more then 10 days I have shared pics and videos with them of what problem I am facing in my new tv but they don't bother at all no response coming from samsung greater noida service centre miss kumkum is taking care of my complaint as per them and I have shared all pics and video with her but now she even not picking my ph up I want my refund to be initiated as soon as possible this kind of behavior is not tolerable please help me i want the best solution

    I have received call from samsung regarding my complaint and they said that we will sending ur complaint to the head department of samsung. u will receive call within 24 hrs from our head. but still there is no call and no response from there side. Please help me i want my replacement otherwise refund. please take strict action against samsung india. I think they dont care that costumer log a complaint against them in consumer complaints. I think this is hardly matters for them please help me in this and provide me best solution as soon as possible.

    Hi, i have given the resolution of refund by Customer Experience Manager Mr. Abhishek jha (Samsung) .. but in between all these days.. my2 emi's has been punched and processing fees ...gst...Foreclosure Charges has also been charged. I have asked them to refund me these charges as well.. but the are refusing to refund this amount.
    Kindly look into the matter.
