Total lack of transparency and camouflaged rules and systems characterize Indian mobile companies to so much customer’s exploitation that a customer is always at loss to know which service-provider is a better cheat than the other. Vodafone customer care is pathetic

I have contacted Vodaphone more than 10 times in last 1 month via calling their customer service number, sending SMSs to their designated numbers but I have not been able to procure setting for their GPRS/3G network.

However, I had activated my vodaphone live almost a month back and that has been activated and I am being charged for the same. The internet doesnt work at all.
