Am venkatesh using vodafone for the past six years and yesterday taken a new vodafone simcard on which i can't able to check my balance and says 'not allowed' when i dial *141# or *131*14# or any similar ones i dial for that matter.same problem i had faced in my old number [protected].In cst.care they told me as they'll take complaint but the issue persists.i need an immediate solution...

My vodaphone number-[protected],most probably vodaphone authority intentionaly sending cricket message writing a six digit number-567889,the cheater thief,minute byminute.consequently taking 2 to 5 rupee per sms.please do needful to stop the centre 567889 to send any kind of message and eradicate this type of cheating centre...

It was told to me that my number has been blocked. Then on[protected], I went to Vodafone Store, Kamla Nagar Delhi around 3:00 PM. I got the duplicate sim from there and it was told to me that it will be activated within a maximum of 4...

I had lost my phone yesterday and subsequently I spoke with Vodafone customer care fir blocking of sim and then on the suggestion of the CC executive, I went to Vodafone store in JMD Square, Gurgaon. Total lack of transparency and camouflaged rules and systems characterize Indian mobile companies to so much customer’s exploitation that a customer is always at loss to know which service-provider is a better cheat than the other. About a year back, I was disillusioned with the services of DOCOMO and discontinued all my connections being repeatedly cheated and substituting VODAFONE with its seemingly wonderful customer-friendly results....

I have contacted Vodaphone more than 10 times in last 1 month via calling their customer service number, sending SMSs to their designated numbers but I have not been able to procure setting for their GPRS/3G network.

The following rental plan o[censored]nlimited 3G data plans with a monthly rental of Rs 599 per device was activated. A reduced rental of Rs 499 per month per device would be activated after ordering a 5 Devices.

my name is vishnu,living in kachiguda, im using vodafone usb stick for internet purpose...they said that modem speed is upto 3.1 mbps and they charged 450rs per month,,but my internet speed is too bad even that signal is too good and im getting that speed in 5kb r 10kb some of the other times that speed felt in bytes also...if i try to open the basic google homepage that taken to open minimum 15 to 20 seconds...they lie with me.,,that internet...

Inspite of several request in writing as also over telephone to Vodafone Customer Care number; I continue to receive telephone calls and SMS from the Telemarketers. To list a few;

1) Call from [protected] on 9/4/11 at 2.50 pm
2) SMS from DM - Batra on 9/4/11 at 3.24 pm
3) SMS from DM - MEDHELP on 10/4/11...

i am extremely disappointed with the services of a higly reputed mobile service provider vodafone. i had opted to port out of vodafone to IDEA. they have been harrasing me ever since. its been mental torture and drain out for me. no amount of writing letter to the consumer court has helped. they keep rejecting my offer saying its due to some contractual agreement.
