I have booked the room on Yatra from 20th July 12AM to 20th July 2PM in Bangalore. Booking got confirmed and got the booking confirmation voucher. When I reach hotel for check-in at 12AM, they checked the booking and told me that our checkin time is 12 Noon to 12 noon and refuse to do checkin. When I show him the confirmation mail he tol no rooms available, I asked him to call his manager to verify but there were no any room available in hotel. I came to Bangalore from Pune to run 24hour stadium run which was starting from 20th 6PM to 21th 6PM on Sree Kanteerva stadium Bangalore. I needed good sleep at night as I will be wakeup for next 36-40 hours. They even not transferred me to another hotel, they just raise their hand saying we don't have room. I have asked them for any hotel ner and he told there is and showed me. They told me the charge of room is 900 plus taxes, I was not in condition to followup and call yatra to resolve this issue, I am just looking for good sleep. I immediatly agreed to pay 900 plus taxes by the time it around 1 AM. New hotel is not good but I don't have any option, continues noise of vehicles at night, not able to sleep at night. I got more frustration and irritation. When I have approached Yatra in morning, they gave me wrong information in mail(reply attached) saying checkin time for you hotel is 2 Noon and said its mentioned in confirmation voucher. They just blaming me for their issue. They told they will refund the amount, but is this a way to resolve issue and what about the issues faced and trouble I had at night. I have asked manager reference to escalate issue but information not provided. I feel they not took seriously about the issue and resolution on it.
