I have booked the room on Yatra from 20th July 12AM to 20th July 2PM in Bangalore. Booking got confirmed and got the booking confirmation voucher. When I reach hotel for check-in at 12AM, they checked the booking and told me that our checkin time is 12 Noon to 12 noon and refuse to do checkin. When I show him the confirmation mail he tol no rooms available, I asked him to call his manager to verify but there were no any room available in hotel. I came to Bangalore from Pune to run 24hour stadium run which was starting from 20th 6PM to 21th 6PM on Sree Kanteerva stadium Bangalore. I needed good sleep at night as I will be wakeup for next 36-40 hours. They even not transferred me to another hotel, they just raise their hand saying we don't have room. I have asked them for any hotel ner and he told there is and showed me. They told me the charge of room is 900 plus taxes, I was not in condition to followup and call yatra to resolve this issue, I am just looking for good sleep. I immediatly agreed to pay 900 plus taxes by the time it around 1 AM. New hotel is not good but I don't have any option, continues noise of vehicles at night, not able to sleep at night. I got more frustration and irritation. When I have approached Yatra in morning, they gave me wrong information in mail(reply attached) saying checkin time for you hotel is 2 Noon and said its mentioned in confirmation voucher. They just blaming me for their issue. They told they will refund the amount, but is this a way to resolve issue and what about the issues faced and trouble I had at night. I have asked manager reference to escalate issue but information not provided. I feel they not took seriously about the issue and resolution on it.

    I booked this plan for manali and never realised that this could be worst travel experience for me and my family including two young kids.

    I was threatened, harassed and intimidated in front of my family all for asking for what i deserve.

    The tour started on thursday june 13th 2019. The driver came 40 minute late considering we were waiting for him on road near akshardham temple in delhi.

    While reaching karnal me and family told driver to halt at sukhdev dabha. Now he told us that let's go to shiva dhabha. It is only when we insisted that he took us to sukhdev. Once our food was over i called driver to get ready. To our surprise that he was no way near the car and having his chats at a distance and he took his own sweet 15 min to come and start the journey. All this while we were sweating in the open.

    Now comes the lunch time when he took us to a shoddy place jimindara dhaba and told us that there is no other place after this.

    We were forced to eat there against our wishes. Again we were forced to wait for him to open the car rather than other way round.

    Also all through the journey he was on phone speaking indecently while family was travelling.

    Somehow late night we reached our destination.

    The resort was nowhere 3 star as claimed by yatra team. Anyway this was a small inconvenience against what was to happen to us.

    Next day i. E., june 14 we planned to go to solang valley. While entering city he asked for rs. 300/= as entry tax. I told him that we are on package and he can check with yatra. Despite that he contested for same endlessly.

    While coming back from solang valley we told the driver that we will have lunch at jacksons near circuit house road where famous trout fish is served. He flatly refused to take us for lunch and dumped us at place of his choice. After lunch we went to hidimba temple and nature park and our trip was over for the day.

    All through the day his calls were on.

    Next day i. E., june 15 we went to manikaran. While coming back from manikaran i told driver that we would like to do shopping in kullu. He flatly refused for this and misbehaved with me and my wife in front of my kids who were shell shocked. The driver threatened to down the car in valley.

    Immediately i called the given tour coordinator kuldeep chauhan. He is the worst person to whom i would have ever spoken in my life. He flatly refused to hear my concern. We told him to drop us to resort and we decided not to come back with him.

    I mailed yatra people for alternate arrangement but they didn't do anything.

    My wife had to beg kuldeep chauhan to arrange for alternate driver and somehow we were provided for same. We did not say anything to him and quietly came to delhi while stopping at worst places and getting heat of the day as he refused to turn the ac at higher level.

    Yatra people refused to do anything except aplologising as if i am a begger. They offered me rs. 2000 ecash which i will not take. Please be beware of this scam called yatra.com.

    Yesterday i. E., july 30 2019 i got a call from yatra that they are giving me rs. 1500 extra. I told them that i am not a begger running after your money.

      I have booked a airasia ticket from yatra which was mentioned to be refundable ticket. However, now i need to cancel this but it is not showing any refund amount at the cancellation page.
      On speaking to customer service, they mentioned though details are not provided on the customer front end of the website, at the backend, it is the policy that 2500 inr. Will be deducted. I am getting inappropriate response from customer service.

          We have booked a package and the amount included visa fees as well as ecash was promised. We have been in conversation with yatra for a month now and they have been very rude and unprofessional in there response, they are not a company from which you expect these kind of things.

As checked visa fee was included in the booking cost and your one-time visa fee was paid by our counterpart at VFS in favor of embassy. Please note if visa gets rejected due to documents validation from embassy end then for reapplying the visa applicant has to pay the visa fee from their end. In regard to e-cash amount that will be credited within 24 Hrs in your Yatra wallet.

            I booked my holiday package via yatra.com on 13 mar 2018 for north eadt lachung valley, but i have not received tax invoice yet.

            I never thought yatra can do this, but i am really surprised when no tax invoice shared to me and no intimation send once trip finished.

              Booking id[protected] was not successful and transaction was failed of amt 1557.82 but not refunded yet. Actully i was booking train ticket from allahabad to koderma my amazon pay balance debited twice (2times) 1557.82, 1557.82total amt debited 3115.64.
              Only 1 amt of rs 1557.82 for booking id[protected] was refunded.
              Still 1557.82 for booking i'd _[protected] not refunded.
              Please solve and refund the amt or give confirm ticket no in case of non refunding as soon as possible.

                I would like to raise my issue that i was using the yatra app to book the air ticket for 22nd oct 2019 but system was shown error while taking the payment and then i go back and again tried for the payment then suddenly we noticed that system has changed the date and book the air ticket of 23rd oct for the same flight.

                You can refer the first yatra booking ref no#[protected] which has some payment issues occurred for 22nd oct 2019 and not get booked however when the payment has accepted for yatra app for booking ref no#[protected] which has selected the wrong travel date and book the same flight with almost same value.

                I got the call also in that time that payment has some issues so you try again and also shared the booking reference number but now support team is not accepting the fault of system error and now entire blame put in to customer.

                The behaviour of customer support team is so negative and can't explain the way they have handle the entire complaints from customer side so now i have no option to put my case to consumer court to get the solution.

                    I had booked my tickets from mumbai to chandigarh for 30 april 2019, with reference no.[protected]

                    Unfortunately the jet airways flight 9w-471 is cancelled, i need my money back, so it is requested to support for the refund of the complete amount.

                    I had talked on the number given for support, [protected], on a recorded line, however, when i asked for refund repeatedly, they said "please be notified that jet airways has temporarily suspended all operations. All jet airways flights have been cancelled. We can help process the cancellation of your booking and due refund shall be initiated only post confirmation from jet airways. We will connect with you as soon and we are working on it.

                    Please provide me the details for the refund transaction as soon as possible.

                      I had booked an international flight on 20th june and i had cancelled the same ticket before 24 hours as per their policy.

                        I would highly recommend not to use www.yatra.com for any kind of booking

                        Recently i made a flight booking for vistara airlines with yatra.com and i did a mistake while booking. So i tried to call yatra for the same to cancel the booking but found out that yatra does not have any customer care helpline for domestic flight booking.Then mailed yatra about this issue and received a call from them where they mentioned that if airlines itself cancel the booking then they can refund full amount.Because they cant cancel it until airlines do that.

                        Then i called vistara within 10-15 min after the booking, told them about the mmistake and asked them to cancel the booking.
                        Vistara told me that the booking can be cancelled and refunded completely if i make another booking within 24hrs with vistara airlines itself where i will only correct the mistake i did.So i made a new booking with vistara which was far expensive than other airlines and informed the same to Vistara.

                        Vistara cancelled the previous booking and sent the notes to yatra.com mentioning that please refund the full amount to customer for the cancelled flight.

                        Yatra.com did not take any action till 4-5 days.So i kept calling and mailing yatra and vistara both.Finally i was able to contact yatra and asked yatra to proceed with the cancellation and refund and the executive confirmed that the booking will be cancelled and full refund will be processed in 24 Hrs.

                        Then yesterday evening again i get a call from www.yatra.com customer care and they tol me that they will deduct rs 700 and will refund only the partial amount.I asked them to refund the full money as vistara has already confirmed them that they need to process full refund.

                        But now neither yatra or vistara is taking responsibility for that.Vistara is saying that yatra will take care of that and yatra is saying that vistara will take care of that.

                        I'm highly disappointed that after so much of botheration and spending lots of money to just get my wrong booking cancelled and fully refunded, I'm still struggling to get my money back

Yatra takes 24 hours to process the refund, if payment has been made from a private bank, it will reflect in the same account within 2 to 3 working days and if payment has been made from public sector bank, it will take up to 7 working days for the credit to reflect in your account.                           After numerous followup with yatra there is no refund of my international travel ticket amount, every time there is only one answer we are following with jet airways.
                          I have already provided an letter which i received on airport from jet airways which clearly says refund the full amount. I have always looped following email id's of yarta management but no one care seems.

                          I have received similar email with same words, I have zero interest in listening in your useless explanations as Yatra does not care for their customer relations. Can you look into follwing replies from your team. Your company even does not have a designated person to address like this, SHAME!
                          BTW what are you verifying form Airline, I booked ticked with you and whole world know JET is bankrupt, they gave me the letter of refund on the day when I was on airport and flight got cancelled last minute I I had to buuy a very expensive tickt from delhi to amsterdam and I have already submitted the letter with you! What Yatra is checking ?????????????????????????????? what is Yatra's SLA for resolving any issue????
                          If I am not getting my money back in next week I am going to sue Yatra big time in consumer court and wherever possible. I hope I sound it very clear!!!

On 03.07.2019 i sent my 1st mail regarding the refund complaint with screenshot of amount deducted from bank. I receive a mail from yatra team that the amount was not credited in our account.                               On last second last day when i stayed in hotel mercure in rome... My ac was not working and it was 30.4 c in the room... I complained in the reception and no one corrected the ac and give me the same reply everytime i asked them which was "our technician is working" i also asked what is the timeline to correct it and they said we dont have any... This situation was with some other people as well and nothing was done to correct it... I also requested them to atleast move my mattress to my friends room who was in the same group package and they said they dont have any help boy who can do that... Being a 4 star hotel it was not expected from this kind of service...ac was working in other people's room who was there in the group package... I had flight next morning and i was not able to sleep whole night due to non functional ac... I will never recommend any one to choose yatra... Also same issue occured in hotel splendid galzignano

                              If Ac is not working in all the candidates of the group then i can understand your response.But only few rooms were having issue of AC. Hotel management directly told that they cant change room and when i asked them to atleast send housekeeping boy to transfer my mattress to Rohit's room who was another couple with us tour ...hotel replied they dont have any housekeeping boy...I have full video of the hotel receptionist with me and which shows their behavior...If you are giving the reason that europe is non Ac region than why AC provided to other tour member of our group.I would have not complained if the issue was with whole group but only 8 rooms had issue and only few o[censored]s suffered whole night with flight to catch in next morning.

                              The snack you are saying which were provided was for the bad AC service at the splendid hotel... I am complainting here for mercure hotel which was the last hotel for us.

                              If no action is taken and no appropriate solution or some refund is not given i will post the video in social media which we have taken for the ill behavior of hotel and yatra service.

It is completely under Hotel control that in case they have AC rooms and by any chance it is available then they mostly do provide it on first come first serve basis depending upon the availability. Nowhere, it is mentioned on the voucher that we will provide AC room.

                              Half of our group have AC working in their room and only few o[censored]s have the faulty AC...IF you are saying AC is not commited then it should be for whole group.why only few o[censored]s have to face the heat. It was 32 celcius in room and with no fan...Can you please justify how a person can sleep in such a heat without any fan...we had AC in room but it was not working...we didnt had any fan...whole night we were at reception as the reception are ac was working and we didn't has sleep for night with flight to catch in morning ...I accept that you dont provide ac in europe but at that heat and ac working in others room can you justify why only few o[censored]s had to face the heat... Hotel didnt move mattress to my friends room so that we can sleep...If that is the case i will never suggest anyone to use yatra from now. We paid so much just to have a sleepless night with a flight next day

                                I booked booked 3 tickets for me and my 2 kids through yatra.com from Edinburgh to New Dehi via Birmingham in April 2019. Travel date 26 June 2019.
                                Ticket issued and email sent to us. On travel date while checkin we got to know that ticket was canceled by yatra. We were not informed and neither was our payment refunded. Me and my 2 kids were stranded at Edinburgh airport without any information from yatra. We kept trying yatra Customer care number from airport from a landline but it was not connecting. It finally got connected from my mobile. Yatra Customer care first said that tickets are booked but later on cross checking they said that the ticket was successfully booked and issued but later due to some technical error at their end it was cancelled.

                                I was not informed by yatra about this. Neither was their any refund in my account which could hint me about the cancellation. I kept begging them for issuance of the tickets for me and my kids but no use. They were not ready to help me instead asked me to purchase a new ticket for next day which costed 4lacs.
                                This is pure harassment.
                                I want to sue yatra for the mental emotional physical and financial trauma that me and my kids went through. Please suggest.

                                  It's over a month that im speaking to yatra customer care and sending almost 20 - 30 emails but you guys are so thick skinned that you don't even reply on time leave aside the refund part.

                                  Why on earth you make false promises before the trip and later take so much time to process legitimate refunds of customer.

                                  I have been a regular customer however you have forced me to consider other players in the market for my future travel plans.

                                  I seek immediate refunds and reimbursement for my visa fee as also the extra amount paid by me over and above the package cost and no more fake assurances please as it's been over a month since i have shared the receipts with you.

                                    This is the worst site I have ever come across to I have booked my round domestic trip and on next day my grandfather got expired in that case what should I do Yatra is not giving and rescheduling my amount back such a losers.

                                      A terrible journey of frauds, misbehavior, hidden terms, multiple loopholes worth 53K
                                      Date of incident: June 12-17; YH5018232
                                      I booked a north-east tour package for my elderly parents (65+), clearly mentioning upfront to customize a trip for senior citizens. Ronu Sen Gupta, a yatra representative shared a quote, including return flights, and told me that it is a group package. I agreed to it and paid partial payment. On asking multiple times and chasing, if there are any particular instructions to be followed, none was informed and nothing as such is shared in the itinerary.
                                      1. First pain and suffering for my parents came when they were told to wait at the NJP railway station for 5 hours, because pick up can't be provided at the airport, though mentioned in the itinerary. I tried connecting and resolving the same with Gurinder, a yatra representative, instead of resolving, he misbehaved and talked rudely (call logs/ records can be asked).
                                      After multiple calls, Vishnu Rathore, a Yatra representative, ensured an early pick up (in an hour of their arrival), through a mail (documented). even after ensuring, the tour coordinator, Mandeep asked my parents to drop in between at some random petrol pump and asked them to wait for just 10-15 minutes and driver will be sent to pick them up. In the scorching heat, my diabetic and heart patients, 65+ years parents, made to wait for next 1.5 hours, total 5 hours after their arrival. The Yatra representatives, themselves accepted that they didn't follow the protocol to inform every traveller in the group package about their pick up/ waiting time.
                                      2. Gangtok hotel, Mayal Retreat (3-star hotel promised as per itinerary) wasn't having ACs and fans, and on complaining, hotel manager answer was as the hotel is new, ACs are yet to be installed. But Yatra representative, Deepak Pandey told me that due to fine temperature in Gangtok, there is no need of the same. SERIOUSLY? Will they decide? and is it the same in each and every hotel of Gangtok? and why not informed upfront? even the table fan couldn't be arranged. And suffocation could lead to any worse situation.
                                      3. Another flaw in the itineraries shared while partial and full payment, both were different. Who is responsible for that? My parents driver refused to take them to the places of visit in Pelling, and asked for extra charges, WHY? because final itinerary shared was different/ missed certain places what was earlier discussed. Solution provided saying that same has been conveyed to vendor.
                                      4. BUT NO, it wasn't. Next day on the sight seeing in Pelling, the driver stopped the car in the middle of nowhere and refused my parents to the mentioned waterfalls, as his reason was that he wasn't paid for that. My parents panicked and it is so obvious, as network issues were there. IS THIS ALL I PAID 53K for?
                                      5. Hotel in Darjeeling was worse, smelly, stinking, again no ACs, fans, no exhaust in washroom, windows opening towards market, lot of noise, dust, pollution coming if kept open.
                                      What kind of trip was that? I have all the correspondence mails and the solution provided and broken promises, and fake apologies.
                                      Yatra representative, Vinay Sharma, responded me with the INR3000 User money which i would never accept. it is more like the alms offered. They need to be taught a lesson.
                                      Compensation: As a compensation, i am expecting, full fledged return of my 53k for all the pain and suffering me and my parents went through, the most expensive TIME i invested, for all the faults, misbehaviour, mismanagement, irresponsibilities, i feel the only justice is the full repayment of the amount paid, as what i expected or what Yatra offers, isn't fulfilled at all.

                                        Booked holiday last year with Ref. no: YH 4188156. At the time of booking, all executives; Danish, Sakshi, Richa had talked and informed me that I can use my e-cash for online purchase on Amazon and similar online platforms. After completion of the tour, I had continuously follow-up for the same but no response from any of them. Even mail and lots of phone calls done from my side but no response for that also. Yesterday my 7000 e-cash got expired due to no response from Yatra Staff. For the confirmation of the talk, you can listen sales call from that executives last year.
