I booked flight ticket from yatra.com on 28/05/2019 eith reference number[protected] from srinagar to raipur... My amount was deducted but ticket was not booked, and they refunded today on 2/06/2019... Then again i booked the ticket from yatra and amount was deducted again and not booked... Again they say that there was some technical issue... What is this annoying thing they are doing... I am a student i dont have so much money to book whatever i want... I try to book again today and now i jave no money.. They say they will refund afyer 4 days... What am i supposed to do now... This flight was really important to me... I dont have money to book now... These people dont inform about the technical load in their website... And apologize later... They should not be functioning if their server is down... Ask them to shut down their apps and website when its not working properly... I don't know where to go

Fares are dynamic and flexible, it can be increased any time from the airline end. The same information is given to you on the above screenshot.

    I was trying to book tickets from ranchi to mumbai. However after i going through payment page the website got stuck and the amount got deducted but i didn't receive the tickets. The customer care first said there was no booking. Then said that amount will be refunded but then sends mail saying that payment did not materialize hence no refund with us. Booking id [protected]

        Dear all,
        I’m really very much disappointed with the service provided by yatra team. They made my holiday hell.
        Yatra ref no: yh5033562
        My first complaint is regarding distance and travel duration. The lady who planned my itinerary (Ms malika singh,) said it will take less hours than the time duration mentioned in the schedule. As i have to travel with small kid i asked her again and again she said the same thing. After going there we spent most of our holiday in travelling which is very disgusting. Since we r from other place who do not have any idea about the new place ur team should guide us properly and for that u r charging us.
        Secondly i told them to book 4 star hotel category in all the places for which i paid extra also. When we went to manali the hotel which u have provided is one star much worse than that. Hotel name is golden tulip which is categorised as 4 star. But when yatra make any agreement with any hotel first you have to go in person and check the facilities of the hotel rather than doing it online then only you will know the actual problem what customer facing.
        It was late night around 10pm we checked in to that hotel after entering in to the room they gave us extra bed which they placed bed on floor. Do u think in a 4 star hotel category they will keep on floor? After asked for bed they provided us with old wooden bed with iron legs which is very awkward. I tried calling the floor manager that night mr siddhartha (Mobile no [protected]) he said he will arrange call back from yatra which was not done till next day afternoon... Very irresponsible fellow if he travel with their family then he will know the pain of that. That night is really nightmare for me i will never forget that room and hotel in my life.
        Since we didn't receive any call from them my husband called mr siddhartha who blocked our numbers after repeated shoutings and said he will arrange call back from yatra team but we never received any call till now.
        Mr siddhartha assured me before booking my travel he will provide support if we have any problem during our trip since i read all negative feedbacks about yatra.
        Finally i want to tell u not to fool the customers who don't know anything about the place please try to guide them properly.
        This is my first and final holiday travel with yatra. I will post this complaint in all the websites who r going to become fool through yatra. I have pictures of that hotel room but i cannot upload.

          I had booked a flight via yatra.com from chennai to delhi and return back on 15th may 2019 and return on 17th may
          Yatra ref. Number:[protected]

          Then i was happened to change my date of return alone to 18th may, which additional cost me about rs. 5549.
          The total cost of the ticket is rs. 15390.

          I had to cancel my trip itself due to a program cancellation. Hence i cancelled all my tickets as well. I received a refund notice or a credit note from indigo that the refund is about rs. 12586.

          But yatra team sent an email stating the refund is only rs. 5698 on 14th may 2019. The person from yatra called me and was trying to convince me over the phone as well that this is the actual refund. I somehow accepted.

          I had sent an email on 23rd may asking them to update me on the status of the refund, thats when they said the refund amount is rs. 3097,

          When i asked them why the value is reduced from the value that they committed earlier. A person called me to inform this is what the actual value is rs. 3097 and there is no answer for the earlier email. She was repeating "this is the value this is the value this is the value" so that i either accept it or hang up on her.

          She then said she will email the details and i can reply back if i have any objection. When i again emailed them requesting for an explanation, there is no proper, they just replied back stating that the amount will be refunded in 2-3 days.

          The refund was not initiated by yatra.com until 27th may 2019. They initiated the amount only on 27th may, when i asked them the reason, there were just apologize, when i repeatedly asked them for the reason, they never replied. This is not fair, money is money, should not be mishandled like this. I feel i was robbed.

            Yatra booking reference number yh5058414
            Unsatisfactory holiday of north east – gangtok, pelling & darjeeling from 10 may to 15 may 2019.
            I, dinesh patel, had booked a holiday trip to north east through yatra.com for 2 person. I had paid rs.81021/- (Inclusive of air ticket rs.35314/-). So the total package cost me rs.45707 /-. But the trip was most disappointing. As per their itinerary, the hotels were three star, but they were very cheap hotels with no star. At gangtok hotel, breakfast was only oily puri & potato cooked in water, no other choice. The hotel was situated half hour drive from the market area; there was not a single restaurant nearby. Hotel in pelling was little better, but in darjeeling it was disgusting. The hotel reception was situated at first floor. The room was so small that one cannot even change clothes, the bathroom was unclean, and the comfort provided was not changed (Which was full of hairs). The hotel was situated at the taxi stand which was noisy the whole stay.
            In pelling, as per their itinerary, the main sightseeing (Khecheopalri lake, khangchendzongha waterfalls) were not done. Only pemayangtse monaster & one bird sanctury which on the way to darjeeling was done. There was no meaning o[censored]s to visit pelling, just to stay overnight.
            The travel agents didn’t made payment to the drivers on time, which result for a long wait (More than one hour) on the road, each time we shifted to the destination.
            We contacted their representative, but they were unable to resolve the matter and advised us to complain upon our return home.
            After returning home i demanded for a compensation for loss of enjoyment we suffered. I demanded at least refund of half the cost of the holiday package as the tour to pelling was a total waste. I wanted full refund of my pelling trip and hotels (Which were of no class category). I was charged heavily for low class facilities. But the travel agent replied that they are processing refund of inr800 against missed sightseeing in the form of ecash.
            I understand i made huge mistake booking this deal through yatra.com but i wasn't expecting such non-cooperation, unprofessional attitude from yatra.com. Really disappointed! The travel agents did not even follow their own itinerary.

              Booked a flight to srilanka but canceled due to the bombings. Yatra is not processing the refund it is more than a month now.

              Yatra reference number yt35999727.

              Even after repeated calls and complaints, there seem to be only delays from yatra.

              On april 23rd call was made to yatra and refund was initiated.
              On the same day, the refund was initiated to the other vendor too (For return tickets)

              On april 30th the other refund was reflected from the other vendor but not yatra.

              On calling them again they said they were waiting for airlines approval.

              I tried speaking to the floor manager but was refused by the agent citing his non-availability, and assured that refund will be processed by may 21st.

              It has been 7 days and 5 working days after their time. No refund has been processed.

                    My flight was cancelled by the airlines. But i have been charged online processing fee and discount which comes to a total of close to rs. 1500. When i contacted yatra through chat, i kept getting the same answer that it's per policy.

                    It's totally unfair. Yatra does not have a proper contact number to talk to. All the numbers displayed on the site do not exist. Why would yatra display that airline option? It is never mentioned in the terms that i would be charged this amount even if the airline cancels the flight. Why would discount amount matters if the flight is cancelled? Booking ref no:[protected]

                      I booked my ticket to boston and the flight got rescheduled just 8 hours before the departure. I had to cancel the booking the same day on 24th march 2019 and the refund request was made. So many phone calls and emails has been exchanged and i was assured that the the money will be refunded within 3 weeks. It has been more than 8 weeks now that no response from the company. Infact they have stopped replying to my emails and hardly have any answer when i call their customer care. Infact they issued the ticket without the ticket number and it had only yatra booking number so i can't even call delta airlines for the refund status.
                      They are big cheat and must be booked for their frauds.

                        Hi

                        I booked a ticket to chennai to colombo in yatra for 11169/-. Even though transactio0n was successful friom bank side, i dint get the confirmed ticket for more than hours, then i called the customer for for 5 times with 2 hours of interval between each, every time i was given fake commitment that they will call me back as the system doesn’t has any information.

                        I am literally fed up with yatra service. My gift vouchure of 10000 is redeemed but ticket confirmation failed, after calling customer care they said they will call back and confirm the status and i will be able use the gift voucher with in minutes. But when i tried after 8 hours also its not working, they are asking me to call in touch with bank. If i call bank they say its a successful transaction from their end, so they cant refund unless yatra write to them.

                        I have all the call recordings and reference numbers. Also later at one stage customer support people b started dis continuing my call just like that.

                          I booked yatra europe super saver package id - yh4880869 / yh4880888 for 4 adults and 1 child on 14th march 2019

                          Following are my concerns:
                          1. No one reverts over mail and calls unless we chase them by continuously calling and mailing.
                          2. Promised 4 star hotels and offered a 2 star hotel in paris where we've to stay maximum 3 days. This was confirmed for visa application. Later on raising an issue, now they're saying you won't get it but also not sharing the details of hotels for all locations. They say it is the policy to share it 3-5 days before departure.
                          3. Total cost - inr 1, 78, 070 per person for adult and inr 1, 19, 270 for child out of which we paid rs 192500/- as booking amount (1.5lac) and visa fee (42500). Day before visa appointment we're asked to pay visa fees at vfs on the promise that they'll refund the amount paid which is not done yet.
                          4. Offer of discount through hdfc payment was offered which meant rs 6000 instant discount and rs 13000 as cask back within 90days of payment. There agent guided me at the time of booking to avail this offer on second installment. But now they're refusing on pretext of bank offer is no more applicable. I could have paid this amount before but they guided to pay on second installment. Now they're offering only 10k discount and asking me to bear rest of 9 k.

                          I booked a flight ticket today from Ahmedabad to Jabalpur in SpiceJet airlines through Yatra website and paid through PayPal.. but my money got deducted and the ticket wasn't booked. Please refund my money asap. I'm attaching the invoice screenshot below.

                            I had booked a flight by yatra.com (Mr ankit kumar) and had travelled by indigo 6e-738 flight from hyderabad to delhi on 08 jan 19. Pnr no is yip1kd. I had requested for a travelling certificate mentioning fare details for the purpose of reimbursement for the expenses i have made during the travel.                                 I have made a booking vide id yh5036721 with yatra.com. Due to some unavoidable circumstances i have requested the team on 8th may (15 days prior to the departure date - departure date is 23rd may 2019) to reschedule my tour plan for next month ie june.in spite of repeated followups no reply came till 13 th of may. Suddenly the officer at their end started following up for payment and not resolving the query for the mail pitched on 8th of may 2019. After some communication i got a revert saying that the amount deposited will be forfeited. My question to the team is that is it so ruled terms that the reschedule of the tour was not possible in the said case in-spite of conveying 15 days prior to the departure date. (Being a traveler have some basic knowledge that the same can be done). However if a person is following for confirmation of said mail sent of 8th may, team comes suddenly before a weeks from departure date for payment and till date i haven't got a reply that why it took around more than 5 days to start a discussion and 6 days to reply that the said reschedulement of the trip is not possible (All of the communication is on mail however no mail confirmation on mail from the company site except amount being fortified). Again a question asked that the terms and condition sent on mail doesn't contain the clause or any word for reschedulement. It means that if a person is planning an international trip (As in most cases a common man plans the travel approx more than 15 to 30 days advance and is unaware about the un expected hassle coming his way during the time between travel date and booked date) he will be at the risk of loosing the money paid towards the booking to the company. No incidental instances or any other claim will be entertained is what i have experienced while booking the said tour with yatra.com. However also making a request to give 24 hrs towards final confirmation on 15thmay 2019 on the said booking/ request is also not entertained. Strange british rules followed where in let the customer go to task we will not deviate any of our terms inspite asking repeatedly and highlighting the points. No mail with proper justification on reason of not able to cater the postponing of tour and no clause in the sheets highlighted confirming reschedulement not possible. The force conveying that your money is lost in a single line says the treatment to the customer. The unorganized and unreliable replies (Only on phone no written confirmation) without any proper authority to take a clean decision on customers hard earned remuneration. Totally depressed with the attitudes and replies.

                                Strange they have also barred me from putting a mail in a complaint box via their complaint site

                                Resolution requested for postponement of travel dates and as of now entertained with a rigid answer of not possible. You live or die you need to travel as per our plans or forget the amount paid.

                                    I booked bus ticket from delhi to rishikesh. It gave me a departure time of 11:15 pm and left the location as advised by mr sanjay that the bus is supposed to left by 10pm from ramakrishna ashram marg near piller no 9 and 10. So i missedd the bus because as mentioned in ticket.. Not the same is not affected while i returned in reference time[protected]Rishikesh to delhi) yet worked exactly as the itinerery details. So what happened in onward travel that that itinerery gave me a wrong time rather i had to suffer a great loss after i missed the bus. I had to pay fare for auto from r k ashram margto bus station forth 200 inr at nght and bus worth 1560 inr details available.. And the hasle that i had to face... Me sanjay was very rood and he also misguided as did by the itinerery... I need to be assisted for my loss. This should have happened... I need a resolution at the earliest for the entire loss...

There is no error found at our end as all the details pertaining to bus departure time was shared before payment, hence any refund against your booking is not applicable.

                                      I had booked domestic tickets via yatra. I needed to reschedule for 2passengers. I tried to do the same via website but yatra site was not working so i raised compaint. After 5-6 days the issue was still not resolved. I talked to customer care and they only asked me to get in touch with airlines (Indigo). So i talked to indigo and did the reschdulling of 2 passengers and cancellation of ticket for other 2.

                                      Now when i am asking for refund, yatra is deducting service fee. I want to ask what service in my case they provided. There system is not working. Their customer service are not capable. Customer himself has to talk to airlines. Then what kind of service they provide. They are just looting hard earned money of customers.

We would want to inform you that at the time of cancellation airlines penalty and yatra service fee would be applicable any discount taken at the time of booking would also be reversed, After deductions applicable refund of Rs. 249.00 is already processed from our end same would reflect in the same mode of transaction with in 5-7 working days.

It was your support executive who only said that she is not able to check the rescheduling and better i should contact indigo directly.

                                        I have never in my life experienced such a poor customer service from any travel or any other service provider company.
                                        My go air flight for maldives got cancelled and yatra never cared to inform me about the same. When i got to know it from airlines itself, i contacted yatra people and that turned out to be the most disappointing customer service i have ever experienced. It took me three attempts to finally reach a person who was ready to listen what my concern was and after listening he gave me a standard response to wait for 2 hours for a call back. I waited for half the day and there was no call back. I called again and requested to speak with a supervisor and that person said he is transferring my call t the supervisor right away and got rid of the call. On the other hand, the supervisor kept me on mute and did not interact at all inspite of my numerous attempts. I waited for 26 minutes on the call, and nobody responded. The customer service people tell you to you to write email and wait for call back but you wont get any call back or any response to emails.
                                        Forget about providing a resolution or refund, they dont address and entertain the customer only at the first place to know what the issue is. Stop calling yourself as india's leading travel partners becuase you have only brought shame to the travel industry by your poorest customer service. Another and very fine example of why make my trip and goibibo are the trusted and leading brands.
