yatra: refund not given even after close to 2 months

I have booked the bus in Yatra website using the gift voucher. Then I had to cancel it due to unexpected situation. Cancellation was done on April 24th. After that I have emailed & contacted their customer support almost 20 to 25 times. Whenever, I call they used to say the refund would be processed in 2 to 3 days. But so far nothing has been done. cancellation charges

You are one of the worst company for flight booking, you promises to give the best offers to your customers but even though i booked partially refundable flights from you, you have put so many charges on cancellation that inspite of having booking of Rs27000 you are providing me 0rs refund. Very disappointed from you never ever going to book any flight from this worst agency....

flight booking failed

Date of Booking: 10 - Jun - 2019

I tried to book a ticket on flight Air India AI - 933, from Delhi to Kochi for 9th of July, departing at 5.10am.
I used netbankng with my federal bank account for payment. An amount of Rs. 5258 got deducted, but my ticket did not get booked.
The page showed session expired after i made payment.

Please let me know the status, and when the amount will be refunded in...

cancellation and modification in ticket fraud of yatra.com

I booked a ticket for my parents to travel from jammu to dehradun.in place of selecting 15 june, i selected 14 june. I want to modify my ticket. Yatra.com is not allowing to modify the date of travel. They told me that you have to cancel the ticket and we will deduct 25%. Since travel date is far ahead, how they can ask for so much high cancellation charges? Why there is no modification facility allowed on yatra.com website? Such a website...

My amount was deducted but ticket was not booked, and they refunded today on 2/06/2019... Then again i booked the ticket from yatra and amount was deducted again and not booked... Again they say that there was some technical issue... What is this annoying thing they are doing... I am a student i dont have so much money to book...

I’m really very much disappointed with the service provided by yatra team. They made my holiday hell.

My first complaint is regarding distance and travel duration. The lady who planned my itinerary (Ms malika singh,) said it will take less hours than the time duration mentioned in the schedule. As i have to travel with small kid i asked her again and again she said the same thing....

I had booked a flight via yatra.com from chennai to delhi and return back on 15th may 2019 and return on 17th may

Then i was happened to change my date of return alone to 18th may, which additional cost me about rs. 5549.
The total cost of the ticket is rs. 15390.

I had to cancel my trip itself due to a program cancellation. Hence i cancelled all my tickets as well....

partial refund for airline cancelled flight!

My flight was cancelled by the airlines. But i have been charged online processing fee and discount which comes to a total of close to rs. 1500. When i contacted yatra through chat, i kept getting the same answer that it's per policy.

It's totally unfair. Yatra does not have a proper contact number to talk to. All the numbers displayed on the site do not exist. Why would yatra display that airline option? It is never mentioned...
