I have recharged my electricity account of awho society via online by payumoney and translation was successfully done but receipt had not been sent in my e mail i'd. Plz send me rcpt on my mail i'd ([protected]@gmail.com). Due to non receiving of my rcpt i couldn't get meter token and couldn't recharge my electricity meter.
Do the needful earliest.

I booked a railway ticket on 15 feb 2018 on irctc online, my ticket didn't get booked and payment was deducted from bank i called on your helpline number but there is no response.
My transaction i'd was [protected].
I paid the money through debit card of uco bank.
Please refund my money. I am in great trouble so please refund it as sooner as possible....

I register for utkal university. My payment id was[protected] of rs. 1200. I recived a msg from payumn. But on site o[censored]dps pharmacon my payment was not done and there the oder was cancelledi done payment via netbanking.. My account was debited,, still i didnot either get money or registered for udps pharmacon. Only 1 day is remainng for udps registration.. Plz do somthing quickly...

I used payumoney for paying 650/- inr to adeesh agrofoods. I used upi for the transaction. Amount was debited from my bank account but payumoney said that its failed and transaction was failed finally. I waited for 9-10 days to amount to refund. When its not refunded, i mailed payumoney. They said amount they did not receive and i need to check with bank. I checked with bank and bank confirmed that amount was indeed paid to payumoney's axis...

I have contacted on your customer care no. Also dropped two 3 mails but i haven't received any revert till date. Neither any of you, are picking the damn call. I am really very pissed off. Now please revert asap.

P. S. I tried using payumoney for missa more clothing. But the balance got debited from my account but still the order wasn't placed as it was showing it as failed transaction. I paid using paytm upi....

I made a payment in the andhra pradesh transport department website. Though i got the confirmation amil from you and my bank about the withdrawl of the money, i didn't get any confirmation from the merchant till date. Neither did i get the refund from you. Till today, the merchants website says that payment is in pending

Can you please let me know what to do?...

I Have booked a ticket on irctc using payubiz gateway using my sbi debit card and I cancelled ticket . On irctc portal its showing money has been refunded back to PayU Money but the refunded money has not been credited back to my account.

I have booked a ticket from irctc through payumoney payment gateway on 29th november, 2017 from hyderabad to durg. However, due to personal reasons i have cancelled the ticket on 15th february, 2018.
Irctc shows amount refunded to payumpp but i have not received any funds in my bank account yet. Kindly look into this and refund the amount at earliest.

In irctc website the ticket status is showing as failed reason fir this it is showing unable to ger money from bank (Pau u money) however i got message from axis bank that the amount is deducted (1511)

I'm complaint about aorta. Epragathi website. Yesterday i am paying fees for llr retest and i was go final stage of payment and go back unfortunately. After when i pay fees in same application number for retest it shows payment failed. If i try after some or any time it shows repeatedly payment failed please respond my complaint and help me..

They are cheating in the name of tour and travels packages.

Yatralinks is one kind of fraud call canter. They are offering attractive deals with "assured gift for today". Vivo v5s mobile and after the collect payment they dose't response properly.

Unfortunately payumoney also can't support to customer.

Just collect the money from peoples, after the payment no single time call received from yatralinks....

Even no buddy can pickup the call after collect the payment.

Please stopped they service.
I don’t know why payumoney allow this kind of fraud merchant.
