    please change my cellphone with new one or other one.

        i have brought a sony erission Xperia sk17i set from reliance digital Vashi
        navi mumbai.
        My Phone is in warranty.
        i have encounter a display problem so 1st i gone to ur vashi service
        center(*DM Tele Services*); where they kept my phone for 10 days and told
        me that company is delaying in sending the required parts and they are no
        more servicing sony erission.So this phone can not be repaired.

        Then i went to Sony erission Andheri service center (*ACCEL CARE CENTER,
        ACTIVE INFOTECH*) the refuse to repair my set said they not repairing
        warranty sets.

        Then i went to the panvel Service center(*S.G Infotech, Panvel*) ; i have
        been given my phone for repair for last 50 days.

        Now when i call them to know my status they don't respond me properly just
        gave me 2 to 3 different numbers to contact and they told me that it is
        still not done.

        For the last two month i am trying to get my phone repaired.

        Now it seems that i have committed a great crime by brought a sony mobile.

        Just i want to know would i get my phone in working condition ever again.
        I'm using my laptop from past 1.6 years. I felt very bad to opt for Sony Vaio Laptop, I'm facing some problem with my laptop. I have given my Laptop here for service not less than 5 times in the past 5 months.

        The main problem with my laptop is: It becomes very hot on use than the normal, even i[censored]sed for a shorter duration.

        I have taken my laptop for service many time during this 5 months duration. Each time I go to them they come up with a new issue.

        First time – dust
        Second time- replaced fan
        Third time - RAM problem
        Fourth time - changed mother board.

        Even after this I have still not come out of the issue. I'm still facing the same issue. I have a real doubt that the team in the service station are real experts are they are doing some experiments on my laptop.

        The team does not give us the correct feedback about the system and the problem that it has. Each time I need to call up and find out about it.

        But last time when I gave it for service there was no feedback from the team of the date to collect my laptop. After waiting for more than a week time, I had to call up the service station to check if my laptop is ready. They told that I could come the next day to collect the same between 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. But I have a doubt if the people in the service station work after 5:00 PM ever day. Whenever I call them up to check, no one would attend the call after 5:00 PM, thought the work time is up to 6:00PM. Finally I had to go to the service station to check if it is ready. I had reached the service station at 5:45 PM, the security in the office is refusing to let me in .He says that the office is closed and I can’t get into the service station. I had to return back that day, though I was on time i.e before the end time of the office. I really don’t find 1 responsible person in that team.
        They don’t keep up the promise or keep up their words that they promise to the customers.


        Even after this struggle I am still facing the same issue. Still my laptop gets hotter than the usual on use for a short time also. This would be the last and final time that I would be giving my laptop for service. At least this time hope to get a good response from your time. I have actually paid and taken extra warranty for 2 years, this has not served me any purpose since I have spent more than 6 months walking up and down to the service station. Is there any other option that I can get my problem sorted out.
        sir my sony vaio vgn-tx57gn has been broken, pls tell me from where will i get the new body for my vaio.

        I have bought my laptop vaio in december in Poland.
        Im living in Paphos in Cyprus so when I have had problem with it I took to the shop with computers in Paphos.They couldnt fix it so they send my laptop to Germany, they fixed there but they have had returned with a lots of scratches. Im very dissapointed.
        I purchased a Home theatre system from Sony center in Tambaram Sanatorium, chennai thorugh Finace option taken from Shriram Finance.

        I have been tortured with 2 weeks of pathetic customer service right from the finance approval till the installation part.They made me to visit multiple times to the showroom just for the required documents.
        Never kept their time in processing the finance which made delay delivery of product. Sony employees never even bothered about the issues we face with Finance and not prepared to ask us what happened.
        But the initial booking amount alone they forced us to pay immediately at the time of booking.

        Again for Installation several false appointments given and after several followups and quarrel, they installed it after two weeks.

        On the installation part, such an unprofessional work done by the engineer just for the sake of installing it.
        No proper intrest shown in placing the surround speakers. Lousy work with bad open wiring around home.

        All in all, such a worst experience with brand Sony service in Tambaram. We would have got better service if the same has been purchased in any local retailer like Viveks or Vasanth & co.

        Using a sony vaio VPCEB24EN since past 1.5 years and had to get almost all the parts replaced 4 times. Speakers are of extremely bad quality. Voice starts cracking very often. Touch pad works for 4 months and then starts creating problem. Didnt expect this quality from Sony Vaio after paying a premium price for the brand. A customer cant be expected to waste his time and money and get his laptop deposited at the service centre for no. of days and even thn the problem is not solved.         I hope the person reading this mail will undestand my problem and solve my issue...

        I have purchased Sony Vaio Laptop (BIGGEST MISTAKE I ever did) on 30th August 2012 & after 11 months the keyboard is not working properly..
        So, I take it to the service centre of JODHPUR for repairing on 26.08.2013 and it was assured to me that my laptop will return to me in 2-3 days after repairing but I have not received the laptop till 10.10.2013 i.e. 45 days from date of given to service centre. I have called a 18-20 times to Sony Care at [protected] but no-one satisfied me and no-one was ready to help me. All were assured me of help but no steps were taken to solve my problems. Sometimes they told me to hold and disconnect the call after waiting time of 10-15 minutes. This has broke my faith on Sony Co. In 6-7 occurences, representative assured me to wait for the call back but I have not received any call. I also told them to provide me a alternate but I am disappointed again.
        I purchased the laptop for my studies and my work but due to delay in repairing I have caused study loss which leads me to wait for 6 MONTHS for preaparation of exams and economic loss of around Rs. 20000/-.
        I am thinking that I was fool that I Purchased SONY Vaio Laptop.
        I am very disturbed due to poor service of SONY Service Centre which results in mental harassment and economic loss. My friends and family members are taunting me for purchasing laptop of such a co. having 3rd class service.

            I had bought one Sony Experia U(ST25i) on 250612. Battery and processor hangup problems came within 2-3 days of purchase and after some time I was forced to handover the same to the co's Vadodara service center vide workorder no. SE[protected]. After several follow-ups I got a SWAP(old used and repaired in return of my brand new piece) instrument back on 16082012. The same is again faulty and is again handed over to the same service center vide work order no. SE[protected] on 270812. Again I have been asked to wait for ten days.

            Now my submission as follows:-

            My new instrument was giving problem and you have given me a used and repaired instrument after 17 days. Why not a new one?
            When the co is taking back a new instrument why not giving a standby instrument or a choice to the customer to get back his money?
            Twice faulty instruments have been handed over to me. What are the chances of me being third time lucky?
            What will be the warranty date now?
            Since I have already raised all these questions with Sony without any reply which authority shall I approach now with my grievance?

                    sir,
                    i purchased a sony vaio notebook on 20 january 2012.In august 2012 when my notebook was within the warrenty period one key of my notebook stopped to work properly,so when i went to sony service centre for the first time one technitian of that centre mishandled my notebook and put a scratch on it.and i was asked by him to come some other day my key problem was solved but he refused to do anything about the scratch he had put on my laptop,when i warned him of complaining to the higher authorities he asked to come to the center and he would remove the scratch.
                    but when i went to the centre he took the laptop for repairing inside a room after sometime when he brought my laptop i saw that he had put some more and worse scratches on my laptop and now when i am asking him to change the cover itself he is refusing to do so.
                    The sony service centre which i am talking about is situated in Abhiyank estate,Govindpuri,Gwalior, and the name of that technitian is Mr.Bhoopendra Singh Bhadouria.

                    kindly help me out with this problem as soon as possible,and pls contact me as soon as possible

                    sony-vaio laptop — scratch made by technitian at sony service centre

                    sir,

                      i am using sony ericson live with walkman and my charging jack is broken . i visited 3 times to service center they said they dont have charging jack your whole mother board will get change and you have to pay 11000 for that.its shocking .the phone is in warranty period and its cost is 13000 and how can i pay 11000 for just a minor problem.i email them and also i got a reply that go and visited service center and call us from there .I do this but someone name denny after talking to service center executive said sorry sir i cant help you have to pay 11000 for minor problem because companies didnt issue parts of this phone .

                      If i bought new phone then why i have this change they are talking very rudly rufly and one thing i notice there ur some agent are using NOKIA phone its means u don't faith on sony ericsson.


                      I have already change my mother board but after change the problems was increasing day by day like auto off hanging problem low battery and searching network show always so tell me what i do because i don't have too much to do these kind activity after day by day m upset with that beacasue i don't have another phone plz take a action as far as possible.

                      Sony Ericsson — Bad Service Center

                      Service at Sony Ericsson Service center at noida is pathetic. The name of the service center is Neeru Enterprise. It lacks management to the core. The guys dont have any idea. They simply reset the mobile irrespective of the problem. They do not care the urgency of the customers and dont try to understand what the customers are try to say about the problem. They feel they are working at a govt. organization and thus dont care about customer satisfaction at all. My W595 had some problems with the speakers. I have given it to them yesterday afternoon. Till now they are not able to even tell me the status of the mobile. They dont even call back.Neither do they tell how long is it going to take to fix the problem. I have never known a worst service center in my life yet. Something like this is not at all expected from an organization like Sony Ericcson. And of course I will not recommend any of my friends to buy Sony mobiles just because of after sale service. I would request the organization to take action against Neeru Enterprises.

                      Same condition is with me. I also handed over my mobile to this center (Neeru Enterprises) on same day i.e. 12.09.09 for the display problem. They told me to give this mobile back within a week time. But after 12 days, they are unable to fix the problem yet. This kind of post sale service and the service centers would certainly make the bad impact on the company. Company should either give the warning to such kind of service center or should kick them out of the company name.

                          i gave my handset to sonymobile customer care on 7th of july. that time they told me that my phone would get repaired within 7-10 days. i waited for that period to get over. on completion of that period i called the customer care as i did not receive my phone back. they said that my phone was still under repairs as they had problems with parts. i waited on that term for one and half month.
                          now when i call them and ask for replacement,refund or even a temporary replacement they just start to argue about it and say that i have to wait for more days till my handset gets repaired.
                          they are not even reverting nothing back to me, also on occasions when they said they would.
                          they are even sending me mail which i had requested from them.
                          now i m really frustrated and my patience has wearied out.

After getting such treatment i had taken back my handset on 22/ 08/ 2012.
                            S.G Infotech employees really SUCKS they don't know how to DEAL such situations, but they know how to RUN from it.

                            I would really appreciate, if necessary steps are taken by SONY ERICSSON against its worst service centers.

                            I want either a NEW HANDSET or FULL Parts Replacement ASAP.

                            Sony Ericsson — Faulty Phone - Spiro

                            We bought a Sony Ericsson Spiro for our mother, and ever since it was bought, it's been bugging and showing problems like anything. I tried posting this complaint earlier, and although it showed complaint submitted, that complaint has somehow vanished. Anyways, talking about the phone, the problems shown since it was bought are Out of Memory, barely any themes working, very few JAVA apps work on it, it's screen connector had to be replaced once, it hangs a lot, restarts at times, sometimes messages won't open, slow interface, equalizer resets itself every time a song being played gets over, battery discharges overnight without any use although no app is running and internet disabled and plenty more. Any complaint being posted in Sony Ericsson's official forum is replied with Reinstall/Upgrade your firmware. The phone is running the latest firmware and I did try reinstalling the firmware, which doesn't help. The latest problem faced is upon opening the slide, in a short time, the screen goes blank and then turns off. The only option then left is to restart the phone by taking out the battery. The phone has been rendered useless because of this problem. I tried reinstalling the firmware but it did no benefit. I request Sony Ericsson to please get this faulty phone replaced by a newer phone of same worth or nearly the same at the time of buying (INR 5,400).

                                my handset was given for repair in the authorised center GURU NANAK COMMUNICATION in VIKAS MARG SHAKARPUR new delhi of sony ericsson last year in novemebr or december having the job sheet number provided my this serivce center as: E16i and another number SE[protected] which is i think is the actual job number or some kind of code they put in the system to check the repair history

                                now the problem is the handset was fine till last month and we decided to go to the exact same repair center as mentioned above but they have closed shop and have removed as the authorised center by sony themselves. Thus, we went to some other repair center by the name (Immortal Services_CP B-35/2, First Floor, Guru Nanak Pura Laxmi Nagar Opposite V3S Mall Near Niman Vihar Metro station, [protected]), now they have told us that and i quote" your handset has been opened outside by some other unauthorised person and we asked them that how do they know of such thing and he said that there are some wires which have been connected inside the set which should not have been there or has been put there which are not present in any of the protocols that shows that it was repaired by an authorised serivce center repair man."

                                We dont know how is that possible and we took the handsets as same as it was repaired by the closed service center. Now we are facing problem on how to get it repaired by the authorised service center.

                                    Dear Sir,
                                    Myself, Piyush Sharma has purchased one C905 cellphone in the moth of March 2010

                                    Details are underlying-
                                    Model No. - C905 (Black)
                                    Date of Purchase - March 15th, 2010

                                    After some month, i faced one technical problem that it was not getting charged with the charger, while it was getting charged with the data cable.

                                    Now the issue is-

                                    I went to your authorised service centre and deposited my handset (as suggested by technician at service centre) on May 31st, 2010 (Work order No.SE310TGM10614)
                                    It took 10 days to repair and was given back to me on June 9th, 2010 at 6:50pm. (Technician said the problem has been resolved and entire motherboard has been changed)
                                    Now when i switched it on, it was having a new problem and that was some pixel problem(resolution), service centre person call it Flickers and ask me to use the same for the day and if the problem remains as it is, then come to the service centre again.
                                    Next day, i went to the service centre again as the problem was not resolved, and deposited the handset again on June 10th, 2010 at 3:30pm (Work order No.SE310TGM10651)
                                    In between i lodged one complaint to escalate the pendency, Complaint No. is 87633670
                                    After 48 hrs, i called your customer care to know the status, they say the job has been closed. How it is possible, i have not received the handset back and the job has been closed.
                                    I walked to the service center again and called the customer care guy from there itself, Now the service center person was saying that they have generated a new work order in my absence without my signature on the same and so the previous one has been closed.
                                    Is this the way, you people provide service to your customers (Suspicious activity)
                                    I am in regular follow up with your service center, on July 6th, 2010, i called them up for the status, they told me that it has been replaced and i'll be provided a new handset. I went to the service center and they were giving me one white/silver colour model. (Why not Black??) If it was not there, they must have taken my acceptance for the same before ordering.
                                    Again it was having a lamination there on its keypad... A new C905 handset doesn't have lamination on its keypad (Confirmed by Sony Ericsson's dealers) (Suspicious activity)
                                    Now, while writing this boring and lengthy mail, it has been more that 40 days since i have deposited my handset to your authorised service centre and I have been fed up with your services and want my Black C905 back to me in OK condition.

                                    Attaching all the necessary docs for your info.

                                    Kindly look into the issue on priority basis.

                                    Sony Ericsson / T715 Phone — Delay in Warranty repairs

                                    I purchased Sony Ericsson Mobile Hand set model T715 on 12.03.10 from Hotspot shop in Mayur Vihar Phase I local shopping complex for Rs 9450/- Bill No 113/47/2333. There is a warranty card valid for 1 year.
                                    The mobile developed a problem of display in last week of June. It was deposited with Vishnavi Services Mayur Vihar, certified service center of sony ericssson. I lodged the complaint. The relevant details are Complaint No 87798029, work order no SE310VSS00562. I have not received the phone back till now even after regular follow up at the given phone contacts [protected],[protected], and at vaishnavi where we deposited the mobile. The reply on phone which we get is that the motherboard is defective and spare part is not available. I am being asked to cooperate with them. I have requested that either I be given money back or be given the new hand set or the mobile be repaired and given back. But the answer is that this is not company policy. I am asked to not worry as I will be given info as soon as the phone is ready. There is no commitment of date as an outer or inner limit.
                                    It is more than 5 weeks and no promise or delivery of mobile.
                                    I am very much harassed now and look for refund as the company has proved that the product is not good and service is not available. They are not even keeping adequate spares when the product is being sold in the market.
                                    The easiest option could have been replacement of new phone

It is not good for a company like SonyEricsson which will spoil the reputation in duecourse.

                                    So i request you to look in to this problem and instruct your personnel at the service centre at Erode to give respect to the customers and rectify the grivences. I expect your replyto me in this regard as soon as possible.

                                    Sony Ericsson T715 — Under warrant repair pending from more than a month

                                    I have given a handset T715 for repair which is under warranty on 30/10/2010 for display and charger related issues. I got a call after 15 days from Sony nehru palace service from meenakshi that handset is repaired and can be picked up. After reaching there handset was in same condition and no repair has been done. When contacted Sony a ticket has been opened and nothing has been done from their end also . After spending hours on hold kept by ms Heena Ahuja all i hear is your handset is pending for repair. Called the support number 5 times and every time her senors are unavailable. Ticket ID 88828715.

                                    God know where should i go to get my under warranty handset repaired.

                                    Myself, Abir Banerjee from Kolkata, has get a problem in Sliding Keypad & camera in my W 760i (IMEI:[protected] on 10-Nov -2010,
                                    So, I went to your authorized service centre (BABLI MEDIA CENTRE- 242/A, Vivekananda road Kolkata – 700 006, , Contact no:- [protected]/[protected]) and deposited my handset (as suggested by technician at service centre) on Nov 10-2010. It took 1 Month to repair and was given back to me on 15-Dec-2010 at 6:50pm. (Technician said the problem has been resolved and Spear Parts has changed & there has no problem). And there have just a 15 days warranty. As my handset’s warranty was over so I’ve charged with Rupees 2200.00. I’ve paid this amount on 15-Dec-2010.
                                    After that day I faced a new problem in my Display & Camera problem also continuing. So Next day, I went to the service centre again as the problem was not resolved, and deposited the handset again on 16-Dec- 2010 at 3:30pm (JOB ORDER No.:- 550).
                                    In 7th-Jan-2011 I went to the service center again to return back my mobile but they said that my mobile has sent t6o Delhi for changing PCV, and give me a time for 10 days more as a requesting mode.
                                    I want to know that IS THIS THE WAY OF YOUR SERVICE. Are you provide just a 15 days warranty?
                                    As I loved to use Sony Ericsson’s mobile still now I’m waiting for your response, but there has no response……..
                                    Now, while writing this boring and lengthy mail, it has been more that 40 days since i have deposited my handset to your authorized service centre and I have been fed up with your services and want my Sony Ericsson W 760i back in full OK condition. Please reply me as soon as possible……

                                    Sony Ericsson T715 — Manufacturing Defect

                                    I buyed a Phone in June 2010 and within one month there was some problem in the display of the phone. I gave the phone to the service center and i got the phone back after 1 and a half month after a lots of follow up.

                                    And form 2-3 months after i received the phoe from Service center there was again the same problem with the phone and i had to give the phone the phone to the service center.
                                    This time the people from service center are themselves telling that this problems are common in slider pices.if this is the case why is phone manufactured and sold to us.

                                    And this people are not even giving a time that this time when i would get my phone back.Also i have complanint twicw or thrice to the Customer Care where hardly anyone picks up the calls, but no proper revert from their end too..I want my phone to be replaced asap.
                                    i have submit my sony ericsson mobile in sony ericsson service centre hazratganj lucknow on the date march i call the service centre and ask the status of my phone the service executive response your
                                    request has been forwarded to the concernd department and call us after 48hrs, after two month customer executives has changed the sentence and start saying the part is not available.

                                    I am fed up with the sony services.

                                    Sony Ericsson T715 — bad service

                                    i have a problem with my Sony ericsson T715charging connector... i had been to sony ericsson service centre many times..Also today i went.they took 1.5 hrs to receive my handset.they told me to come by 4 O' clock. i went a little early at 3.20. one lady was there, she told , you have to wait because lunch time is going on.but its is written there the lunch time is 2 to 2.45.At 4 they returned my phone and told it is done.but they didnt repair my phone.they only updated my software, when i asked about this they told you have to wait 15 days for the connector and also we are not providing connectors.

                                    shop no.112-113,main market, sec.14 gurgaon dated 22/01/2011 now i facing some problem related to charging jack.I was see it on service center but they said to me that you damaged the jack and it will repair only out of warrenty

                                      Dear Mr Anil Sethi and Regional manager Bangalore,

                                      I purchased sony ericssson xperia on 20 may 2012(3 months back) and two days back i kept it for charging and when battery is 100%, i removed from the charger immediatly it got off, when i am trying it is not switching on. I went to koramangala service center,They didn't helped me.It is under warranty but they made me to run for the whole day for free service.First of all front office executive was very rude and dont' know how to speak to the customer, and i escaleted to the manager, even she doesn't know how to handle customers. I felt like i lost my money and i never want to go for this comapny once again. Customer service is very pathetic.

                                      Then i went to jayanagar service center,the situation is not better than earlier. One engineer came and asked the issue and then he started laughing at me. Anyway i have submitted my phone and he said they will give a callafter two days and update what is the issue and when can i get it . I don't know when can i get my mobile back. I feel like trapped and am really thinking of appproching the consumer court .

                                        We live in Bangalore and had some minor problem with our AIWA Music System (Model: XR-MD710K) and searched for their Service Centre. We got the number of the Service Centre from 'Just Dial' which was [protected]. We called this number and they were very responsive and said they will need to collect the system from our house. A person came from the Service Centre the same day and collected our Music System and gave us a receipt which had the following Name and Address:

                                        After that they have not bothered to return our Music System nor picked our calls and are not contactable. The numbers are now no longer in use. We tried visiting their office and the address does not seem to exist.

                                        Their web site now has an appeal saying that influential people have maligned this person and claimed that their goods have been stolen by him and his service centre has been ransacked and goods damaged/ stolen from his premises.

                                        It is scary that someone can commit this kind of audacious robbery using respected service providers like Just Dial (Bangalore) and representing reputed brands like SONY Corporation and AIWA (Now a part of SONY). CAN WE PLEASE STOP MORE PEOPLE FROM THIS BROAD DAYLIGHT ROBBERY.
