I need keypad strip contains camera,mem card flexi, i purchased in the month of nov 2007,i search so many service centre in hyderabad for the previous manufactured model,but i didn't got.

    I purchase a Sony LT-22 X Peria Mobile Phone vied bill no 29141 dt 15 August, 2012 from Sony Ericsson standard Teletronics, show Room No. 1049, sector 22-B Chandigarh Ph.No 2728075, 2706485 with scheme of DTH connection. When I follow the instruction that has written on voucher to get a connection I got an error the number given is not working. I am able to contact them only once & they told i[censored] did't get ur promo code thorugh msg call us again & we will give u but after that we cant able to contact them & when contact to showroom they said u try yourself.

      sir,
      i purchased a sony vaio notebook on 20 january 2012.In august 2012 when my notebook was within the warrenty period one key of my notebook stopped to work properly,so when i went to sony service centre for the first time one technitian of that centre mishandled my notebook and put a scratch on it.and i was asked by him to come some other day my key problem was solved but he refused to do anything about the scratch he had put on my laptop,when i warned him of complaining to the higher authorities he asked to come to the center and he would remove the scratch.
      but when i went to the centre he took the laptop for repairing inside a room after sometime when he brought my laptop i saw that he had put some more and worse scratches on my laptop and now when i am asking him to change the cover itself he is refusing to do so.
      The sony service centre which i am talking about is situated in Abhiyank estate,Govindpuri,Gwalior, and the name of that technitian is Mr.Bhoopendra Singh Bhadouria.

      kindly help me out with this problem as soon as possible,and pls contact me as soon as possible

      sony-vaio laptop — scratch made by technitian at sony service centre

      sir,

        i am using sony ericson live with walkman and my charging jack is broken . i visited 3 times to service center they said they dont have charging jack your whole mother board will get change and you have to pay 11000 for that.its shocking .the phone is in warranty period and its cost is 13000 and how can i pay 11000 for just a minor problem.i email them and also i got a reply that go and visited service center and call us from there .I do this but someone name denny after talking to service center executive said sorry sir i cant help you have to pay 11000 for minor problem because companies didnt issue parts of this phone .

        The service centre persons are cheating me everytime i go.
        My mobile is with them from one month for repearing.
        Still they are not giving me the mobile.

        I have already change my mother board but after change the problems was increasing day by day like auto off hanging problem low battery and searching network show always so tell me what i do because i don't have too much to do these kind activity after day by day m upset with that beacasue i don't have another phone plz take a action as far as possible.

        Sony Ericsson Mobile — bad service

        Hi,

        I have sony errocson P1I brought on feb 2008 and have given twice to sony erricson service center for repairing

        1 my cell falled into water
        2 speakerphone gone bad
        3 FM not working

        for both reson service center said as ur mobile is out of warrenty this would be chargeble, I said OK and gave my mobilke to them which they kept for more than 6 months,

        The problem which they worked on are came back again and my FM is still not working.

        Sony Ericsson — Bad Service Center

        Service at Sony Ericsson Service center at noida is pathetic. The name of the service center is Neeru Enterprise. It lacks management to the core. The guys dont have any idea. They simply reset the mobile irrespective of the problem. They do not care the urgency of the customers and dont try to understand what the customers are try to say about the problem. They feel they are working at a govt. organization and thus dont care about customer satisfaction at all. My W595 had some problems with the speakers. I have given it to them yesterday afternoon. Till now they are not able to even tell me the status of the mobile. They dont even call back.Neither do they tell how long is it going to take to fix the problem. I have never known a worst service center in my life yet. Something like this is not at all expected from an organization like Sony Ericcson. And of course I will not recommend any of my friends to buy Sony mobiles just because of after sale service. I would request the organization to take action against Neeru Enterprises.

        Hi I'm GUNASEKARAN from Pondicherry, I had purchase new W580i In ENGLAND there is a problem in my mobile so, I had given my mobile in pondicherry for changing the DISPLAY, but i already used the Mobile without display for more than a month, after i getting my mobile from the services center they have been told that the board as been not working in your mobile now THE SERVICE CENTER PROPRIETOR MR.KRISHNANASWAMY as not answer me properly regarding my service . I want to Know whether my mobile as been misused or they stolen my parts from my mobile.Now the proprietor as given wrong answer and i already mail about my complaint rergarding this but there is no response from company side.

        Pondicherry.
        Same condition is with me. I also handed over my mobile to this center (Neeru Enterprises) on same day i.e. 12.09.09 for the display problem. They told me to give this mobile back within a week time. But after 12 days, they are unable to fix the problem yet. This kind of post sale service and the service centers would certainly make the bad impact on the company. Company should either give the warning to such kind of service center or should kick them out of the company name.
        I am also facing similar issued with SE

          I have a phone of company sony ericsson xperia neo v which had problem in touch was submittd to d sony service station at Kanpur on 12 th july..the company has given many confirmations but all were false .we were told to wait for 7 to 10 days after 10 days when i cld up they again told to wait for another 10 days and it hs been a month and a half and i havent got my phone..the senior represntatives at the costmr care dnt talk in a humble way and hve given mny false dates for receiving d phone.

            i gave my handset to sonymobile customer care on 7th of july. that time they told me that my phone would get repaired within 7-10 days. i waited for that period to get over. on completion of that period i called the customer care as i did not receive my phone back. they said that my phone was still under repairs as they had problems with parts. i waited on that term for one and half month.
            now when i call them and ask for replacement,refund or even a temporary replacement they just start to argue about it and say that i have to wait for more days till my handset gets repaired.
            they are not even reverting nothing back to me, also on occasions when they said they would.
            they are even sending me mail which i had requested from them.
            now i m really frustrated and my patience has wearied out.

              Within duration of 1 year span my handset is not working properly.
              In current situation when it's ON it's automatically gets OFF after a period of time. I have consulted my problem to ( S.G Infotech which is authorized customer service center of SONY ERICSSON) at Borivali.

              I had spoken to (Mr. Kiran) who is an executive in S.G Infotech, but he was not able to resolve my issue. I had submitted my handset over to them (Following is my work id SE[protected]) but, instead of repair i received only dates from them and no resolution. After getting such treatment i had taken back my handset on 22/ 08/ 2012.
              S.G Infotech employees really SUCKS they don't know how to DEAL such situations, but they know how to RUN from it.

              I would really appreciate, if necessary steps are taken by SONY ERICSSON against its worst service centers.

              I want either a NEW HANDSET or FULL Parts Replacement ASAP.

              Hope Here I Will Get Justice & wont be Disappointed !!

              Sony Ericsson — Faulty Phone

              My younger brother has bought a sony ericsson mobile phone. It was purchased just 2 weeks back. Within 2 days from the date of purchase, he started facing sound clarity issues with the phone. We submitted the phone to the gallery immediately. Till date we havent got a replacement for it. We are really annoyed with the way we are treated by your customer service and the gallery. I would never recommend any of our friends or family to buy an ericsson instrument. We have registered several complaints with your call center too. Below mentioned are the details of the gallery and the complaint numbers. We would really appreciate if you can arrange for a speedy assistance and give us a replacement ASAP.

              Sony Ericsson — faulty phone

              I purchased a Sony Ericsson handset (P1i) last year.
              But form the date of purchase the handset was having a lot of problems.
              I make contact with Sony Ericsson service center (Techno Care) many times.
              I also contact Sony Ericsson helpline no. many times but no one form Sony Ericsson or Service center
              Was ready to help me.
              Below is the detail how many time I visited to service center

              This time they swaped the handset and provide me the other handset

              7) Again in the month of the March 2009 I visit to Service center with the same problem and they
              Again swaped my handset.
              Now after 3 months the handset is having the same problem and I try to contact service center and the
              Concern person again but no one form the service center was ready to listen me.

              I purchased a mobile handset in february from sony dealer showroom....the product name is spiro...the handset is hanging as well as i am not able to send any message...the dealer asked me to get the handset serviced but still it did not improve or repair the fault...

              3) MESSAGE COULD NOT BE COMPOSED
              4) AUTOMATIC SWITCHING OFF OF MOBILE
              AFTER FACING SUCH PROBLEMS I WENT TO CUSTOMER CARE CENTRE OF SONY ERICSSON AT DADAR WEST, THEY TOLD ME THAT THERE IS SOME SOFTWARE PROBLEM SO THEY UPDATED IT.BUT AFTER USING THE MOBILE AFTER FEW DAYS ONLY SAME PROBLEM STARTED OCCOURING, SO I WENT TO THE CUSTOMER CARE AGAIN SO THEY THIS TIME CHANGED THE MOTHERBOARD OF THE MOBILE.THEY TOOK 15-20 DAYS FOR SAME. THEY HANDED OVER THE MOBILE TO ME ON 29/7/11. NOW I AM USING THE MOBILE BUT STILL FACING THE SAME PROBLEMS UNSOLVED. SO PLEASE LOOK INTO THIS MATTER

              Sony Ericsson — Faulty Phone - Spiro

              We bought a Sony Ericsson Spiro for our mother, and ever since it was bought, it's been bugging and showing problems like anything. I tried posting this complaint earlier, and although it showed complaint submitted, that complaint has somehow vanished. Anyways, talking about the phone, the problems shown since it was bought are Out of Memory, barely any themes working, very few JAVA apps work on it, it's screen connector had to be replaced once, it hangs a lot, restarts at times, sometimes messages won't open, slow interface, equalizer resets itself every time a song being played gets over, battery discharges overnight without any use although no app is running and internet disabled and plenty more. Any complaint being posted in Sony Ericsson's official forum is replied with Reinstall/Upgrade your firmware. The phone is running the latest firmware and I did try reinstalling the firmware, which doesn't help. The latest problem faced is upon opening the slide, in a short time, the screen goes blank and then turns off. The only option then left is to restart the phone by taking out the battery. The phone has been rendered useless because of this problem. I tried reinstalling the firmware but it did no benefit. I request Sony Ericsson to please get this faulty phone replaced by a newer phone of same worth or nearly the same at the time of buying (INR 5,400).

                  my handset was given for repair in the authorised center GURU NANAK COMMUNICATION in VIKAS MARG SHAKARPUR new delhi of sony ericsson last year in novemebr or december having the job sheet number provided my this serivce center as: E16i and another number SE[protected] which is i think is the actual job number or some kind of code they put in the system to check the repair history

                  now the problem is the handset was fine till last month and we decided to go to the exact same repair center as mentioned above but they have closed shop and have removed as the authorised center by sony themselves. Thus, we went to some other repair center by the name (Immortal Services_CP B-35/2, First Floor, Guru Nanak Pura Laxmi Nagar Opposite V3S Mall Near Niman Vihar Metro station, [protected]), now they have told us that and i quote" your handset has been opened outside by some other unauthorised person and we asked them that how do they know of such thing and he said that there are some wires which have been connected inside the set which should not have been there or has been put there which are not present in any of the protocols that shows that it was repaired by an authorised serivce center repair man."

                  We dont know how is that possible and we took the handsets as same as it was repaired by the closed service center. Now we are facing problem on how to get it repaired by the authorised service center.

                  what steps should be taken to get this thing resolved.

I have purchased many times sony company products (like-laptop,mobiles).As same i have purchased a sony experia plt22i mobile phone of Rs.24500.00 with IMEI NO.[protected] agst b/no.102/5082 dt.06/07/12 from HOT SPOT SPICE RETAIL LTD.But with in 10-15days i found many manufacturing defects(like- hanging problems,switch on-off problems,all the applications not working properly etc.) while using the sony experia mobile set.i have given this mobile phone in sony mobile service center.after examin the mobile set by the service center's engineer there is a software problem in my mobile set.they have returned the mobile to me after reload the new software.but after 2-3 days i have found same problem in my mobile phone.I am very shocked and then i have called the sony mobile company's customer care at[protected] and talked with Mr. Nitish.I have told my problem to Mr.Nitish and request him to REPLACE MY MOBILE SET FROM THE COMPANY NOT REPAIRED.but he have not given any satisfactory answer to me.and talked with very misbehavior and suggest me for CONSUMER COURT.When i asked his job designation and office address.he did.nt give any answer to me.now i am so depressed because after investing a heavy price in a most popular brand (sony mobile company) i faced many problems & get harassed.

                      Dear Sir,
                      Myself, Piyush Sharma has purchased one C905 cellphone in the moth of March 2010

                      Details are underlying-
                      Model No. - C905 (Black)
                      Date of Purchase - March 15th, 2010

                      After some month, i faced one technical problem that it was not getting charged with the charger, while it was getting charged with the data cable.

                      Now the issue is-

                      I went to your authorised service centre and deposited my handset (as suggested by technician at service centre) on May 31st, 2010 (Work order No.SE310TGM10614)
                      It took 10 days to repair and was given back to me on June 9th, 2010 at 6:50pm. (Technician said the problem has been resolved and entire motherboard has been changed)
                      Now when i switched it on, it was having a new problem and that was some pixel problem(resolution), service centre person call it Flickers and ask me to use the same for the day and if the problem remains as it is, then come to the service centre again.
                      Next day, i went to the service centre again as the problem was not resolved, and deposited the handset again on June 10th, 2010 at 3:30pm (Work order No.SE310TGM10651)
                      In between i lodged one complaint to escalate the pendency, Complaint No. is 87633670
                      After 48 hrs, i called your customer care to know the status, they say the job has been closed. How it is possible, i have not received the handset back and the job has been closed.
                      I walked to the service center again and called the customer care guy from there itself, Now the service center person was saying that they have generated a new work order in my absence without my signature on the same and so the previous one has been closed.
                      Is this the way, you people provide service to your customers (Suspicious activity)
                      I am in regular follow up with your service center, on July 6th, 2010, i called them up for the status, they told me that it has been replaced and i'll be provided a new handset. I went to the service center and they were giving me one white/silver colour model. (Why not Black??) If it was not there, they must have taken my acceptance for the same before ordering.
                      Again it was having a lamination there on its keypad... A new C905 handset doesn't have lamination on its keypad (Confirmed by Sony Ericsson's dealers) (Suspicious activity)
                      Now, while writing this boring and lengthy mail, it has been more that 40 days since i have deposited my handset to your authorised service centre and I have been fed up with your services and want my Black C905 back to me in OK condition.

                      Attaching all the necessary docs for your info.

                      Kindly look into the issue on priority basis.

                      Looking forward for a prompt redressal.

                      Sony Ericsson / T715 Phone — Delay in Warranty repairs

                      I purchased Sony Ericsson Mobile Hand set model T715 on 12.03.10 from Hotspot shop in Mayur Vihar Phase I local shopping complex for Rs 9450/- Bill No 113/47/2333. There is a warranty card valid for 1 year.
                      The mobile developed a problem of display in last week of June. It was deposited with Vishnavi Services Mayur Vihar, certified service center of sony ericssson. I lodged the complaint. The relevant details are Complaint No 87798029, work order no SE310VSS00562. I have not received the phone back till now even after regular follow up at the given phone contacts [protected],[protected], and at vaishnavi where we deposited the mobile. The reply on phone which we get is that the motherboard is defective and spare part is not available. I am being asked to cooperate with them. I have requested that either I be given money back or be given the new hand set or the mobile be repaired and given back. But the answer is that this is not company policy. I am asked to not worry as I will be given info as soon as the phone is ready. There is no commitment of date as an outer or inner limit.
                      It is more than 5 weeks and no promise or delivery of mobile.
                      I am very much harassed now and look for refund as the company has proved that the product is not good and service is not available. They are not even keeping adequate spares when the product is being sold in the market.
                      The easiest option could have been replacement of new phone
                      its the same problem with my phone... its been more than a month now.. i ve given it to authorised dealer too, its literally harassment. & the service center people are so rude they just hang up after sayin call back after a week.

                      I have purchased T715 Sony Ericsson on 12/12/2009. Its in warrenty, now the problem is system connector loose and white Display . I have given this cell to Service CEnter at Eternity Mall, thane on 21/Jlu/2010 , work order is SE10CS115504 it has been more than one month now And I have not got my cell it now .
                      As per the sony ericsson person the cell was sent back on 11th Aug to chennai . The company is so irresponsible that they have inefficient worker who can't even get the cell repaired in one time , Is there No testing done before they send the cell to customer.How much time do you require to repair the cell .

                      I have purchased a sony ericsson mobile model number sonyT715 bearing IMEI number[protected] on[protected] from HASH10 showroom at Erode In Tamilnadu. During the usage i find the problem . During attending a income call the display goesoff and again appear after switchingoff and restart again . I have explained the problem to persons at the service centre at Erode and they fail to respond and even make an attempt what i am saying. I am very much shocked disappointed with the behaviour of your service personnel ans the quality of your product service facility after the sale. So kept the handset idle and purchsed aSumsung mobile for the usuage. While visiting tour customer care service complaints website, I found more unhappy customers regarding your aftersale service by your authorised service centres. It is not good for a company like SonyEricsson which will spoil the reputation in duecourse.

                      So i request you to look in to this problem and instruct your personnel at the service centre at Erode to give respect to the customers and rectify the grivences. I expect your replyto me in this regard as soon as possible.

                      I have given a handset T715 for repair which is under warranty on 30/10/2010 for display and charger related issues. I got a call after 15 days from Sony nehru palace service from meenakshi that handset is repaired and can be picked up. After reaching there handset was in same condition and no repair has been done. When contacted Sony a ticket has been opened and nothing has been done from their end also . After spending hours on hold kept by ms Heena Ahuja all i hear is your handset is pending for repair. Called the support number 5 times and every time her senors are unavailable. Ticket ID 88828715.

                      God know where should i go to get my under warranty handset repaired.

                      Myself, Abir Banerjee from Kolkata, has get a problem in Sliding Keypad & camera in my W 760i (IMEI:[protected] on 10-Nov -2010,
                      So, I went to your authorized service centre (BABLI MEDIA CENTRE- 242/A, Vivekananda road Kolkata – 700 006, , Contact no:- [protected]/[protected]) and deposited my handset (as suggested by technician at service centre) on Nov 10-2010. It took 1 Month to repair and was given back to me on 15-Dec-2010 at 6:50pm. (Technician said the problem has been resolved and Spear Parts has changed & there has no problem). And there have just a 15 days warranty. As my handset’s warranty was over so I’ve charged with Rupees 2200.00. I’ve paid this amount on 15-Dec-2010.
                      After that day I faced a new problem in my Display & Camera problem also continuing. So Next day, I went to the service centre again as the problem was not resolved, and deposited the handset again on 16-Dec- 2010 at 3:30pm (JOB ORDER No.:- 550).
                      In 7th-Jan-2011 I went to the service center again to return back my mobile but they said that my mobile has sent t6o Delhi for changing PCV, and give me a time for 10 days more as a requesting mode.
                      I want to know that IS THIS THE WAY OF YOUR SERVICE. Are you provide just a 15 days warranty?
                      As I loved to use Sony Ericsson’s mobile still now I’m waiting for your response, but there has no response……..
                      Now, while writing this boring and lengthy mail, it has been more that 40 days since i have deposited my handset to your authorized service centre and I have been fed up with your services and want my Sony Ericsson W 760i back in full OK condition.                       I buyed a Phone in June 2010 and within one month there was some problem in the display of the phone. I gave the phone to the service center and i got the phone back after 1 and a half month after a lots of follow up.

                      And form 2-3 months after i received the phoe from Service center there was again the same problem with the phone and i had to give the phone the phone to the service center.
                      This time the people from service center are themselves telling that this problems are common in slider pices.if this is the case why is phone manufactured and sold to us.

                      And this people are not even giving a time that this time when i would get my phone back.Also i have complanint twicw or thrice to the Customer Care where hardly anyone picks up the calls, but no proper revert from their end too..I want my phone to be replaced asap.
                      i have submit my sony ericsson mobile in sony ericsson service centre hazratganj lucknow on the date march i call the service centre and ask the status of my phone the service executive response your
                      request has been forwarded to the concernd department and call us after 48hrs, after two month customer executives has changed the sentence and start saying the part is not available.

                      i have a problem with my Sony ericsson T715charging connector... i had been to sony ericsson service centre many times..Also today i went.they took 1.5 hrs to receive my handset.they told me to come by 4 O' clock. i went a little early at 3.20. one lady was there, she told , you have to wait because lunch time is going on.but its is written there the lunch time is 2 to 2.45.At 4 they returned my phone and told it is done.but they didnt repair my phone.they only updated my software, when i asked about this they told you have to wait 15 days for the connector and also we are not providing connectors.

                        I purchased sony ericssson xperia on 20 may 2012(3 months back) and two days back i kept it for charging and when battery is 100%, i removed from the charger immediatly it got off, when i am trying it is not switching on. I went to koramangala service center,They didn't helped me.It is under warranty but they made me to run for the whole day for free service.First of all front office executive was very rude and dont' know how to speak to the customer, and i escaleted to the manager, even she doesn't know how to handle customers. I felt like i lost my money and i never want to go for this comapny once again. Customer service is very pathetic.

                        Then i went to jayanagar service center,the situation is not better than earlier. One engineer came and asked the issue and then he started laughing at me. Anyway i have submitted my phone and he said they will give a callafter two days and update what is the issue and when can i get it . I don't know when can i get my mobile back. I feel like trapped and am really thinking of appproching the consumer court .

                          We live in Bangalore and had some minor problem with our AIWA Music System (Model: XR-MD710K) and searched for their Service Centre. We got the number of the Service Centre from 'Just Dial' which was [protected]. We called this number and they were very responsive and said they will need to collect the system from our house. A person came from the Service Centre the same day and collected our Music System and gave us a receipt which had the following Name and Address:

                          After that they have not bothered to return our Music System nor picked our calls and are not contactable. The numbers are now no longer in use. We tried visiting their office and the address does not seem to exist.

                          Their web site now has an appeal saying that influential people have maligned this person and claimed that their goods have been stolen by him and his service centre has been ransacked and goods damaged/ stolen from his premises.

                          It is scary that someone can commit this kind of audacious robbery using respected service providers like Just Dial (Bangalore) and representing reputed brands like SONY Corporation and AIWA (Now a part of SONY). CAN WE PLEASE STOP MORE PEOPLE FROM THIS BROAD DAYLIGHT ROBBERY.

                            The w8 was sold to me assuring me of a DEFINITE upgrade to a higher version of android. Its the only reason i even bought it, the "definite" upgrade. Im really disappointed looking at these reviews. Its quite ironic how other brands give us phones with a 2.2 for way lesser than how much u cough up for a w8 with the assurance of an upgrade.                             Sony Mobile We're sorry to hear that you feel this way. I'm afraid that I can confirm that the W8 handset will not receive any Android updates passed the Android 2.1 version.
                            The only handset from the same portfolio as the W8 receiving further updates...
                            My Only Question is y has the company not mentioned anything on its retail box or on its site there wont be any update for the phone, so that the buyer can decide before buying the phone whether to buy it or not

                              my fairly expensive c902 has been a major dissapointment to me, i have owned several sony erricssons before this one and have previously had nothing but good things to say, however this model has been problematic from the moment i purchased it and people with the same model all say the same thing,no wonder they have such large profit margins when they make a bad product and disreguard loyal customers complaints, i will now switch to nokia!

                              Sony Ericsson / Mobile Phone — Delay in Service / repair

                              Mobile purchase on Jan 2009. It is under warranty period. Problem - Loudspeaker noise not clear - i.e. audio problem. Earphone not working. Given to their Service Centre at Cochin on 1st Dec. Today is 14th December, but still not repaired. The delay gives tension. Hope if I could get it without any further delay. The Workorder Number: SE309ACH11546. When asked the Service Centre they said the dalay is caused due to lack of Spare Parts. They are awaiting for the Spare Parts, but can't say how long it take.

                              dear sir
                              this is to state that i Somnath Goswami purchased a sony erricsson mobile set w580i from big bazar bhubaneswar on 28th March 2009. The display (lcd) of the phone stopped working on 25th of June 09. I registered a complain inthe Sonyerricsson service center at Shahid Nagar and did waited for 2 months almost to get a proper display replacing the old display which was not working.
                              Now the very next week I got transferred to Kolkata and on my way back again the new display which was replaced became blank and stopped working. As I returned back to Kolkata I contacted one of the Sony erricsson service center Ayan Electronics at poddar Court; I was treated very badly by the person there and he told me that my complain was not closed in bhubaneswar by the servicecenter there so I need to close it and then only my mobile display will be replaced.
                              Now my question is to the SonyErricsson people is it my fault that the I have purchased their product or is it my fault that the service center in Bhubaneswar has not closed the complain.
                              I purchased a mobile of my dream brand and now i am suffering the most and do not know wether my set will be repaired or not. Infact I do have my warrenty but i do not know wether my warrenty will be executed or not.
                              Please do help me out and forward this to the sony erricsson service people and get my mobile done ok
                              otherwise I need to do something else which is not good for the brand nor for me.

                              I have sony ericsson k-850i mobile phone.My phone's display got defected and i send my mobile to sony ericsson service centre at ahmedabad,Gujrat on 3rd aug.2010.My work order is SE[protected],but still i didnot get my mobile got repaired.If i didnot get repair my mobile within a week,then i will go to consumer court and seek action againsed company.

                              I HAD PURCHASED A SONY ERICSSON HAND(W595) SET ON 4th OF JANUARY 2010 WHICH COSTS 10500 FROM STARTING I IT HAS A PROBLEM IN ITS CONNECTOR AND AUTO POWER OFF I HAD GIVEN IT TO ONE OF ITS SERVICE CENTER WHICH IS IN ALLAHABAD NAMED AS KRIPALU ON 25OCT 2010 MY WORK ORDER IS SE[protected] THEY HAVE COMMITTED THEY WILL GIVE BACK MY HANDSET IN A WEEK BUT NOW ITS CROSSING A MONTH AND THEY GIVE ME NO STAND BY HANDSET KINDLY DO THE NEEDFUL FOR ME

                              Sony Ericsson — Non Availability of body cover of K550i -Mobile phone

                              The body cover of my mobile-k550i (Sony erricsson) damaged. and we are trying to find out the same last six months but unable to find the location from where it can be purchased. harvir singh,610/6,Jagriti Vihar, Meerut,U.P.India
                              Sir, my mobile set model number is W760i. now my mobile connector is required to change as it is not in working condition. but the service center technician is telling that if it will be changed then in future it will not be get any kind of service warranty for your mobile.

                              So my question is why it will be going to happens?? it was not my fault for the same. so pl provide me the balance 6 months warranty period for atleast technical problem.

                              Sony Ericsson — delay of mobile repair

                              I had purchased a Sony Ericsson Mobile, Model :- Experia active ST17i
                              on 19/04/2012 from North India Top company(online Homeshop18)
                              But my mobile got damage due to technical problem as the LCD was completely Blank i.e. No Text or Picture were on displaying on the screen, so for that I had given my hand set to Service centre – The mobile care,C.G.Road, Ahmedabad at a complain no.SES[protected]for sony care) reference no.93342975 and job no.is 11583 Dt. 22/06/2012.

                              I visited several times at care centre but they are not responding properly and also can't say any thing about my mobile in the last 15 days.

                              As I'm a customer, I've not seen such type of Poor, Dumb, Lazy work and service by your Executive.

                              As the name of the so Big but sevice is very poor.

                              So, I shall be highly obliged if your please look into matter and delivered my mobile as soon as posible.

                              If you are not able to repair give me new handset or refund my money back.

                                I bought the new sony xperia s(imei no- [protected]) on[protected]. I noticed a yellow tint on its display after few weeks.When I contacted sony service center; I came to know that its a manufacturing fault and sony will replace it with new unit.
                                Hence, I submitted my xperia s unit on 06/08/2012 to accelfrontline tardev mumbai. I was told that I would receive the replacement in 7 days. Its been more than 15 days and I still haven't received my phone back. I have already escalated the issue with sony xperia support team twice and still there is no response.
                                After 15 days of depriving me of my phone and the hassle of contacting service center, moreover I still haven't received my phone back; hence I demand for full compensation and replacement of my phone asap.

                                  I have purchased a Sony Smart phone on 18the August 2012. shown at Gadget Guru. I went to thee website to verify thee tall claims and praise for SONY. Sony smartwatch worked withe my SAMSUNG Galaxy Note. The message and Face book font was very very small and cannot be read. Contacted sony customer care therough theeir Toll free line. They told theat theey have no solution and I have to live withe theis only. Their Demo on thee application for thee watch (virtual demo) on thee phone shows thee text size will be large and is perfectly readable. Unfortunately SONY does not allow any demonstration and declares theat Android version ( 4.0.4) and Galaxy perfectly matches each otheer. The Tall claim is totally false theey have software problems. SONY is a great company but theey have now turned theeir face on theeir customer complaint. A redress is very much necessary else all the customers of this watch will badly suffer.

                                    I took my Sony Ericson xperia set E15i to Mobile gallery & UG-26 Suneja Tower II District Centre, Janakpuri, New Delhi- 110058 &. told phone is charging of and on. They repaired phone & charged Rs. 1450 for changing " jack " vide receipt no. 1086 dtd. 16/8/2012. As the phone was not functioning , I went again. Receptionist checked & found that it was not charging. She gave to incharge . After 1/2 hour he told me it is charging & he would not see the set till it stops functioning. Probably he wants to finish warranty period of one month. They are not paying any heed even now. A big co. like Sony Ericson is denting its image by outsourcing this work to dishonest people.

                                        I had purchased a Sony digital camera, Model Name :- DSC- W530/BQ E32, Serial No.-1278820 on 26/10/2011 from Croma Electronic Mega store (Infinity Retail Ltd.), Ansal Plaza, Greater Noida, District- Gautam Budha Nagar (U.P.). Now Camera is not working & it is under three years warranty including extended warranty. Due to this reason, I went to Greater Noida Customer Service Center, Shop No.-4, F.S.Plaza, Jagat Farm but Mr. Rajat Tiwari, Contact No.[protected] who was dealing in customer Service Center had refused to help me and demanding unfair money for repair.
