Not providing renewal credit card

I am using standard chartered bank credit card from last two years. Card validity got expired on May 2012.
But I have not received any renewal card. After that i called the customer care center three times, they said write a mail to card.[protected]@sc.com.

Unfair Practice in Credit Card Due Amount

Hi Sir,

Last month I had converted a transaction to EMI(Loan Acc.[protected]) and my 1st month EMI was 2349.03.
That day, unknowingly i had made a payment of Rs.2350 to my SCB main account instead of paying to the loan account.
Now in the 2nd month, the bank has charged approx Rs.750(Late charges+Interest+Tax).
I have been using the SCB credit card since more than 5years and never/rarely missed...

Improper Service (Repeat)

Standard Chartered representative processed a photo credit card application with my conscent, however i recieved non-photo credit card.

I called at their customer care no.s & have sent EMails as well, but no response. Not even an asknowledgement from any Standard Chartered representative.

To add to it, they charged Rs. 1745/- in few days, without notifying me. This is atrocious.

WRONG REPORT TO CIBIL

I made a NEFT transfer from my Standard Chartered Bank SB A/C on 5th June 2012 at around 5 pm. Credit Card installments were paid on time , still I am charged late fee

I own a standard chartered credit card, and I availed emi facility for a purchase of 35000 approx for which I paid emi online timely every month.
