    Hi we book hotel after getting confirmation from one o[censored]r hotel staff that there is clear road in simla kufri resort, but when we reach shimla road was completely close, some how due to ur amenities like hot pool and jacuzzi attract us to manage to reach ur resort as ur staff also know road is completely close and getting lift from local police after reaching here (3to4) drive to shimla so poor service from ur staff as we ask some bread butter to eat firstly decline and after requesting many times we got 4 slice of bread between 4 adults and 1 kids, we ask liquor as heavy snow decline again, we ask for hot pool and spa or jacuzi as one o[censored]r staff told me we keep close in winter time so plz why u do advertising wrong on website which attract us to come here, we can easily stay at simla with same price in other resort, completely unhappy with supervisors behaviour, as he should understand how we reach the hotel after waiting for 8 hours with out food and drink!!! We r here for holidays not struggling, i should comapansate!!! Thank you so much and looking forward to see on this issue. Not worth it at all.. After staying in room prefer to stay in shimla next time for sure.. Not value for money at all.. Big no..

      This is to inform that i was assured that i would be getting 1 week free stay in any rci resort worldwide and 4 nights and five days sterling holidays and also rs 6000 worth food vouchers within 1 year which had been promised to me after i upgraded my membership to purple sterling holidays membership mentioned by mails sent by dharamsingh sadhana.in addition, i also promised that i will also be eligible to avail any rci property worldwide by exchanging my sterling points during my membership period. However to my dismay, when i wanted to book rci resort, the rci representative told me that rci don’t have any property in ali or indonesia or dubai or singapore or us or turkey and if i book through rci i have to pay an amount (Huge amount) to avail the hotel. Sterling points were also not allowed to be converted to avail the hotel. On more enquiry about the 1 week free stay in rci resorts it was said that it is available in only rci own hotels which are present in only very few countries. For all resorts which are not rci property but have rci partnership, money has to be paid to avail them, sterling points would not work. This was really depressing for me as all the facilities which i thought to be valid for me were emerging as imitation and false.

      I called up sterling customer care to complain about all the fake assurance and what i have been actually going through for last 10 months but they just turn their deaf ear to my problems. I also called up the two representatives of sterling holidays (Mr. Saurav tiwary phone [protected] and mr. Dharamsingh sadhana) who enrolled me into the membership, but they also hung up the phone saying they will get back to me with details and never called me back again. I found no one to listen to my problems.
      The most important point of all, when i signed up for the sterling membership, i was not provided the original forms to fill them up. However, photocopies of the original forms were provided to me for filling up which were illegible in certain portions. The terms and conditions were also illegible in few parts. The representatives assured that the terms and conditions written were the same which were explained to me. It is now coming up that all the proceedings that very day were all fraud promises and fake assurances .

      Either all the given facility should be provided or i would like my membership to be cancelled and my hard earned money be refunded.

      Need very serious action on company because of company fault employe is arested by police in chhatisgarh, from 4 days and company is not taking action to support his employe .one of the member complaint against company but empolye is suffering.

        I took member ship in april 26th 2017 and my membership i’d 1234460, regarding my points everytime issue with sterling resorts somany times worst behaviour of anusha from chennai and others also not bothered about customers i have 2695 points in my acount total because didn’t used any time from my points and booked holiday for coming april because points going to be wasted and from 2695 points it has to go 636+495=1131 remaining should be 1564 but it showing 716 points i can’t understand what is going written feedback still doing nonsense wrecksed with you people kindly pay back my money if you want to harass me seriously will take to court after that inbetween no compromise also will make videos and circulate in social media after 16th jan onwards.. Dr babu singiri. Babu multispeciality hospital tirupati.. Recently same like issue with vilkswagen happened but before proceedings got compromised my company lawers will take care of the issue so plz resolve it otherwise face consequences consider this as last call thanq [protected]

          Hi,
          Through this message i would like to aware people about how this company Sterling Holidays - A member of very reliable Thomas Cook group is engaged in calling people to their venue by giving false commitment which are not fulfilled and simply a wastage of time. On 28-12-19 we were called by sterling representative in udaipur (Mobile no : [protected] ) that we are selected out of some people who purchased a maruti swift desire in 2017 and invited to Cafe coffee day in udaipur for availing a free gift (Gift voucher for 2 nights free stay in sterling property within India. We were told that a 45 min meeting is arranged to share sterling presentation followed by handover of free gift voucher. The free gift will not be linked with any membership commitment from us and will be given on spot. It was even confirmed in written Upon reaching venue on 29-12-19 we were asked to fill a form and shown a presentation (Mr Rahul Agarwal and Mr Jayant - Sterling jaipur/Udaipur team visiting card attached which was given to us at venue) and it was much of a pressurised approach by sterling team to take their membership. We told that we need some time to think about this membership. We requested for sharing the gift voucher but surprisingly no such gift was given today to us and sterling team's response was not very polite after we denied for taking a on the spot membership.

          I would urge sterling team and Thomas cook not to adopt such type of practises which wastes a persons time also degrades the reputation of Thomas cook name which is used to trap people in these fraud schemes. As per my opinion, it is simply a marketing gimmick to call people to their events and waste their time. Pls do not trust their commitments of free vouchers. They will even say that free voucher is ready and just needs to be collected after meeting their team. They will make no of calls to ensure that a person comes down to their venue. I completely wasted my time and didnt got any such assured free gift so i am writing it to save other peoples from getting into such traps.

          I will also escalate and draw attention of Maruti India team as sterling used their name in inviting us and why Maruti India is leaking the Purchaser data to such fraud companies.

            Payment made: rs. 41, 160/- as 15% down-payment through hdfc credit card.

            After option membership on 16.10.2019 due to some personal reasons i had requested to cancel my membership of sterling holidays on 30.10.2019.

            Even though repeated reminders and phone calls, the refund is not received. I was told to wait for atleast 30-40 days for transaction to completed which includes all formalities. But till date there is no response from sterling in writing only promises through phone whenever i call them.

              Fern hill ooty sterling holidays is a worst destination place they give preference to cash in customers n give bad budget rooms for the members, in peak seasons rooms are always unavailable for members plus they forcefully alot worse rooms are no-one response to the calls nor attend the guests (Members of sterling holidays) at least elk hill sterling resorts is far much better in service.. Very disappointed with fern hill ooty resort i want the boards of members to take severe action against them

                On 16th november, we were called by regina from chennai office for the seminar where the information about the membership was given by executive sathish and sheik mohammad, the information was nothing but full of false hopes.                   My name is raj kumar mishra. I regret to say that we had a lot of excitements the moment we chose sterling holidays as our holidays host. But now we feel sorry and cheated by the staffs of sterling holidays as well as sterling holidays itself.

                  It all started as we were looking for some holiday options on internet as we were planning our vacations in rajasthan this year and contacted club mahindra and sterling holidays both. It was sheer unfortunate that mr. Mohammad hussain (Mob. No.: +[protected] from sterling holidays, andheri east, mumbai came to our place on 25th august 2019 before club mahindra. He offered us a lucrative deal for the membership. And offered so many promises such as 4 night 5 days trial holidays, pickup and drop for trail holidays, free food for trail holidays, less maintenance and no maintenance for the first year, food vouchers over 20, 000 /-, less emi options and many more. Later we come to know those were fake ones as his attitude towards those promises changed. Also, he said within 3 days we will get our membership code and then he will book our rajasthan trip in a day only. We were paying 15% of the membership and it was him only that convinced us to pay 25% of membership to quick start our facilities. He also said that this year we need not to pay our maintenance and need to pay next year onwards. Also said, after paying our first emi that is 18, 478/-, i can enjoy my membership facilities. Also, i can reduce my emi after contacting my relationship manager. He only convinced us that the plan he offered, is the best suited plan for us as my daughter is just 2 years. We should not go for bigger plans. Later after 4-5 year we can change it. So it was his suggestion only to stick with this plan. From day 1 only when he entered in my place he knew our holiday destinations. It was a trip for rajasthan places that he suggested to book were jaipur, sariska, udaipur, jaisalmer and mount abu. He never shared any process, he always said, for any query come to me and i will do the rest. Even now he is saying the same.

                  We paid rupees 41, 161 through card on 25th august 2019, rupees 20, 000/- on 05th september 2019 and rupees 7, 740/- on 07th september 2019 though card only.in total, i paid rupees 68, 901/-. After our first payment only he said within 3 days our membership would be active and very next day he will book all the locations. But as the days were passing he started ignoring and fooling us. Our membership activated on 18th september 2019. The moment we received the message for membership, we shared the membership id to hussain. He said he will start the booking. But then we saw his real face, we started following up for the bookings as the days were passing fast and it was more than a month now. We had to book our travel options as well. But he did nothing, after following so many days, he started ignoring our calls, till date we do not have formally appointed relationship manager. No one contacted us for this, even for membership. We got frustrated as we had just one point of contact. Even one day after so many follow-ups, on 2nd october 2019, he did not picked up my calls, rather he sent text on whatsapp that he has booked the locations, snap attached. But today is 13 november 2019, i did not receive any confirmation. We asked hussain for his senior's contact number but he ignored. As we were asked him for this so many times. He shared tejas's number and told us he is his senior manager. But after tejas response and attitude, later we come to know that he is just a tele caller. After searching so much, i got imran's contact number (+[protected], as per him, he is hussain's senior. I talked to him and narrated the whole story. He said he would appoint some one in place of hussain, also arrange someone to resolve my query. And convinced me to fulfill the promises offered by hussain. But to my surprise nothing happened. No one contacted me, no one resolved my query. I contacted sterling holidays office located in andheri east, nothing happened. I contacted chennai office, but to my surprise, nothing happened here as well. I waited more than 2 months, followed them up for these many months. Earlier they started that we are just 3 locations in rajasthan, we can give you booking for 3 locations only, we need to book rci resorts but you have to 60% first. After a point, having so many false promises by hussain and imran, i was ready for that 3 location also. But then they started saying they are overbooked now. Now, they are telling me to book some other location. It was then i started recording their calls as they were fooling me up. I have all the recordings and chat's snap of hussain and imran. If sterling holidays wants, i can share these with them. Some of the snaps of chat attached in the mail.

                  Now, i am reached a point, where i just need my money to be refunded. I told mohammad hussain more than 100 times now to cancel my membership and 100% percent refund. He is not responding, imran is not picking up my calls. Imran messaged me now to mail on [protected]@sterlingholidays.com.

                  If this is a kind of service sterling holidays is offering, i would like to cancel my booking and want my 100% refund. I have already lodged one complain in sahar police station, andheri east, mumbai against mohammad hussain and imran for cheating. And now planning to move to consumer forum against sterling holidays and mohammad hussain and imran for the fraud done by them and the kind of mental torture and frustration.

                  At the end, i raised this issue to sterling holidays, by calling them on their chennai office. They suggested me to mail them on [protected]@sterlingholidays.com. On 13 november 2019, i wrote an email to them for cancel my membership and refund my 100% amount stating the fraud done by mohammad hussain (+[protected] and getting no help from imran khan (+[protected], tejas (+[protected] and even from my relationship manager tarkesh yadav (+[protected].
                  I attached all the chat snaps and voice call recording that i had to them. The chats clearly showing the ignorance and false commitment from mohammad hussain. Still on 25 november 2019, karthikeyan from sterling holidays who is looking in to the issue, told me to submit the proof that stat commitment of full refund by the person.

                  I am not an astrologer, that i would have realised at the time of membership booking that sterling is going to cheat, otherwise i would have recorded everything.in voice calls also, he is clearly making making false commitments. This is absolutely ridiculous. They are telling me they would cancel the membership and i would get nothing. I had not taken this membership for their enjoyments, i wanted my bookings, that i never get. So, they must refund my money. Please help to get my amount refunded.

                      I was asked to take membership in sterling holiday resorts by mr. Shibin and his colleague denson on 28th july 2019 at a meeting atdreams hotel, cochin. Though i was not interested, i thought of taking a membership for my son. For this mr. Shibin asked me to make a down payment of rs.10, 000/- which i made through my visacard. The application no. Is[protected]. Laterwhen i told my son about this he told he has already a member in mahindrs resorts. And asked me to cancel this. Whwn i contacted shibin didnot attend my call. After two days i received asms from federal bank that r.41160/-has been debited to sterlings a/c. I called shibin. He did n't attend the call. Then i wrote to sterlings office at chennai. Got a reply that money will be reimbursed. But to my surprise these shibin and his colleague came to my house and requested to cancel the decision. But again on3rd october another rs.20962/- was debited from my a/c to sterligs a/c. I got angry and suspected these guys for cheating me. I wondered how withou t my consent the amount has gone from my a/c. I fired these guys and they told me they will return the money debited.. Buttill date nothing has happened.in the mean time i complained again to sterlings chennai office and got a reply from one manas kumar that i should continue with membership. It can't be cancelled and i will lose money. What is this? Now i need money which comes around 60. Ooo/-. I am 68yrs old and jobless. I am badly in need of money.                         With reference to telephonic discussion with you, please note that i have received call from starling holiday customer executive which number is - +91-[protected] and +91-[protected] on monday 21.10.2019. As per call communication - he told me to go on tuesday at cafe coffee day, drive in road, ahmedabad. Gujarat - 380054 and spend your 45 minutes presentation of starling holiday with your family and you will get 2 night & 3 days holiday gift voucher.

                        I have spend my 45 minutes in above place with my family, your executive told me that you will get free holiday voucher of starling holiday for 2 night and 3 days after filled so many documents from your executive.

                        Still 3 days gone and your starling holidays executive not picking my calls or till date i have not received any holiday voucher.

                        So i want to know that this is your company system for first call and people come and attend your presentation after that nobody picking calls or not reply any message.

                        I want to know that that presentation was from starling holidays or fraud from some one.

                        Reply immediately otherwise i will book complain against starling holidays.

                          I got a call from a sterling holidays that you we have selected all the premium car owner in your city and we will invite to have a meeting with us which will take 40 minutes and if you come in return we will give you 2 nights stay in our resort, i said ok

                          When i have gone they explained me all there membership types (Sterling members mr. Sandeep & mr. Abhijeet) they make up my mind with there extra ordinary tricks to take membership and deposit amount. At that time only i have said that if i don't needed the membership after staying in their resort (6 complimentary nights given by them) they simply said we will refund your whole amount, i agreed and deposited the money
                          After 5 days there relationship manager called to me and explained me about there membership which i got, i told to him also that there is one clause which mr. Abhijeet said to me that if i am not satisfied with the membership i will get my money refund even after staying in there resort

                          Till 1 month i have reaserch about sterling membership and contacted with there members to know the feedback and got the result that they simply cheat with there customers and there representative give false promises

                          And on 17 september i have written email to mr. Sandeep, mr. Abhijeet and to there customer respond team that on 14 august i have deposited money in sterling as per discussion in the metting i don't needed the membership so please refund my money and i also don't want any complimentary stays which you have given to me

                          After that mr. Sandeeop said we will refund your money be patient, we will fulfill all our promises which we have said but after 2 weeks not picking my call and not responding of my messages in what's app

                          From customer support mr. Manas called and said if you have proof of promises which mr.
                          Sandeep and mr. Abhijeet have given i will refund your money and i simply said don't ask proof of promises from me ask with your fellow colleague after that no one respond of my email

                          This way sterling holidays cheat with there members by asking proof of there commitments and the members don't have any proof and after that sterling holidays steal there money

                          But this time there game will not work because i have all the telephonic recordings with me in which they promises me of refund and what's app chat also

                            I received nos of phone calls and whatapp message that sterling holidays is celebrating 32nd anniversary and invited me to be part of that in "hotel mayfair, rourkela, odisha" on 15.09.2019 and committed that free voucher with code no. Zasr01417 for 2 night n3 days will be given to me. I have spared time from my busy schedule with ola ride (Rs. 600.00) to attend your company presentation. Your representative mr. Shubham mishra and ms twinkle singh from lucknow office has organized the program. It is pity to state that sterlng holiday group is so poor and bad in hospitality that they don't have even tea to offer in your program. Moreover forget about that, they even has not handed over above voucher to me even after contact them several time. I think that mr. Shubham mishra had sold out the voucher. Even after repetative messages in whatapp and call they are not heeding to that. Bad hospitality, bad commitment, bad response... Virtually felt cheated. How can anyone take your membership.

                                I atul jeyalalitha having membership id no. 1242746 of your holiday group wants to cancel my membership due to poor service and asking to pay extra cash for member during stay. I have also raised a complaint regarding the same on the portal of sterling resorts which was not addressed in the right manner. The services offered by your group is not upto my expectations and also the rooms in resorts like Munnar and kodaikannal lake view did not have working phone lines to reception and was not clean with foul smell respectively.Your executive promised food vouchers but nothing of the sort was provided.I Kodaikanal lake view when staying they charged extra cash for one person who is registerd member in sterling. I have paid a total amount of rs. 148052and has availed complimentary stay but for which we paid rs.1180for extra bed in small room for three person only and also not satisfactory as the room had foul smell and small while we booked for 4 members. Pertaining to the reasons as stated in this complaint, kindly initiate the refund after deducting the considerable amount for the service which i availed at your holiday resort in Kodaikanal, munar and waynad within next 15 working days after which the company would also be liable to bear the litigation cost incurred by me. Kindly look forward in this matter and resolve it as soon as possible.

                                  We recived call for seminar and we went there.. They gave all information regarding their membership and some special offers. We wanted some time to think but the manger who was handling was very rude and was only forcing to take it.. Then somehow we convinced to take some tjme and they told us that they will send gift vocher by mail but till 4 days we dint recive any thing then after 4 -5 calls finaly the concern person attended call and told that it will be sent as soon as possible. Finaly after w days i got the mail. Then i called almost 10 times to get information of redemption bit no one is is answering the call. Even those service provider also cut the ca after hearing that we r not members of sterlinv. This bad service is not at all acepted.                                     1) since 2014 i have been requesting for the number of weeks to credit to my account owned by me which till 2019 are over 49 weeks to my credit for my ownership

                                    2) without even once acknowledging the no of weeks legally owned by me sterling had made it a policy to turn a complete blind eye to the owners and ask the owners topaythe aac or amc of the resorts not even owned by sterling and take my legal rights to use my ownership rights of) ver 49 days which are worth rs three lakhs if one room per day is let out for my ownership at a minimum rate of rs 6000/- per night

                                    3) by depriving me of the owner's rights and plastering and pressing to payaac without the owners use the holidays owned in resorts it is a misfeasance and oppression of legal owners of seven days of rights purchased by me under contractual agreement

                                    4) when will board of directors wake up and shake up the shackles to allow the owners to enjoy their paid ownership privileges of holidays resorts

                                    5) my lawful rights today may be more than rs 3.00 lacs and please give my credit to my account within three working days with interest
                                    And raise your legitimate invoice of aac only on annual basis on only of resorts owned by co

                                      Dear sir/ma'am,

                                      I atul gupta having membership id no. 1238623 of your holiday group wants to cancel my membership due to poor service and non disclosure of hidden costs at the time of selling the membership of your holiday groop. I have also raised a complaint regarding the same on the portal of sterling resorts which was not addressed in the right manner. The services offered by your group is not upto my expectations and also the resorts available cannot be booked as the executives come up with the excuses like the resort is under maintenance. I have paid a total amount of rs. 1, 70, 000 (Rs. One lakh seventy thousand) and has availed service only once at your resort in dharamshala in the month of august 2018 which was not satisfactory as the room had foul smell and the service provided to me in the resort was not satisfactory. Pertaining to the reasons as stated in this complaint, kindly initiate the refund after deducting the considerable amount for the service which i availed at your holiday resort in dharamshala within next 15 working days after which the company would also be liable to bear the litigation cost incurred by me. Kindly look forward in this matter and resolve it as soon as possible.

                                      How shamefull it is to write a comment like that when none of you tried to even contact me and listen to my complaint. Through this comment i would like to inform you that my complaint stands at the same spot as it was earlier and request you toresolve the issue at the earliest and refund my money back.

                                        My membership number is 63799 & i have a sterling timeshare since 1995 under 99 years lease agreement
                                        I have utlised the services of the company only twice or thrice. My observation s areas under :
                                        1. Aac started by company is abreach of trust with customers, specially customers who are more than 20 yrs old
                                        2. Aac being charges at exhorbitant rates. A part from aac charges for room occupancy
                                        3. No efforts by the company to facilitate customers to go on holidays
                                        4. Hundereds of call recieved to pay outstanding aaz. Each executive told to resolve issue of waiver of aac with top management of company or some decision maker to call back but no such callrecd
                                        5 aac charges for 1 year is around 5700/- against which we get 7 days book aroom as walk in customer the same is avaliable at same rate. What is meaning of paying for sterling membership
                                        My request is to wave off aac for more than 20 years old customers who have bought the older product ie 99 years timeshare
