I had booking of swift car on May 8th, 2016 from 2:00 hours to 17:00 hours for 225 kms. As, Maruti Swift was unavailable at the location, Honda City was allocated to me from another location. I was fine with it and pretty much happy about it that Zoom car at least cared about my journey.

But, after the journey started, I hardly crossed 35-40 kms and car broke down. There was minimal water blockage on road as it was raining on May 8th around 3:00 AM. I drove car through that water and it broke down. Also, front bumper of the car came out as the water flow went inside it.

I wondered how come all cars and trucks were easily going through it and only this Honda city provided by Zoom Car broke down. It was really a minimal of water blockage. After going through this water blockage, the car suddenly stopped and i could not even turn on the interior lights, head lights, parking lights.

Reasons of disappointment:-
1. While taking a car before journey from the location, i noticed the front bumper issue and mentioned it to the guy who handed over the car. But he just noted it down, but did not fix it
2. Zoom car has provided the car which was having faulty battery.
3. We have reported the incident between 3:00 AM to 3:30 AM and after that, they promised the zoom car person will arrive within an hour, but no one showed up till 7:30 AM. Around 7:30 AM - 7:45 AM, A towing guy came from Honda service center .Even after the car was towed, we were provided a cab by zoom car after half n hour of it
4. Zoom Car also did not provide any other vehicle so that I can continue with my journey.

I was on road at night which did not have street lights for 4 hours, and I could not do anything at night as car battery was down.

I am highly disappointed with the Zoom Car. I heard it is one of the great service provider. But after experiencing this I would not like to use this service anymore.

Then, I asked them for refund of this journey as my journey could not complete. But instead of that, they asked me for the 5000/- as a Damage fees. In the policies of Zoom car, it is clearly mentioned that user is allowed to pay max upto the security deposit of respective bookings in any damages. Though, when i booked a car, it was Zero Deposit offer from Zoom Car, But still I paid 5000/- as a car damages.

Now, Today they are threatening me to pay 85000/- (Eighty Five Thousands Rupees) for car damages otherwise legal actions can be taken against me. Despite of paying an outstanding amount after the issue, they are asking for another significant amount. When i booked a car, i had gone through each policies of Zoom car, But i could not find any points where i am liable to pay more than security deposit amount.

I have talked to higher authorities for this. And this issue must be taken seriously.

    Booking - on 11/07/16 i (saurabh) booked xuv 500 from zoomcar (hadapsar), car pick up was scheduled at 8:30 pm, it was handed over to us around 9:30 pm as the car scheduled didnt arrive in time, hence we were given another car without service.

    Problem begins here-
    After 200 km approx car breaks started being unresponsive, we were on our way to bhandardara which is quite isolated. after contacting zoomcar they suggested to manage for few kms and get it checked with local mechanic, cost of which will be levied by zoomcar. after check up it was found that break oil was way low than minimum mark. he filled it up with break oil bill of which is attached.

    After going on for few kms break was unresponsive again, again after check up it was found that break oil container is again empty.
    Hence - there was a leakage of break oil.

    In the meanwhile car computer started having glitch like when it is driven in front, rear sensors and reverse alarm started blinking and sounding.

    After waiting for 5 hours zoomcar provided tow truck and a cab to our destination.
    In morning mahindra informed us that car wasnt serviced since long, and that was the root cause. (quote attached)
    What was at stake-
    1) life
    2) time
    3) trip
    4) money
    5) never reached our destination.

    Demands-
    Complete refund booking amount and security plus compensation towards my lost time and threat to my life.

    My suggestion to others-
    Never book a car from zoomcar, their after rent services are horrible.

    If demands are not met-
    I'll follow up with my lawyer.

      Booked a scorpio on 08/07/2016 vide booking id jps6v3faz for our journey from airport road, viman nagar (pune) to lavasa, a distance of approximately 70kms. after driving d vehicle for 55kms one of its rear tyre got flat. we replaced it with d spare tyre n started off again. however, d spare tire too got flat after 5 mins and we 7 people (4 guys, 3 girls) found ourselves isolated in a place where civilization couldn't be traced anywhere near. strandered in d middle of a road amidst hills, it was 7pm then. of d 7 cell phones we people were carrying, there was network in only 1 phone. we called up d customer care n spoke to many of their executives (ahmed sheikh, prakash, prabhu to name a few) of zoomcar n were told that a backup cab would b send within d next 1hour. but even after 3 hours der was no cab sent for us. meanwhile it started to downpour. we kept ringing d customer care and all they wer saying was they were trying to arrange a cab for us. even after 3 hours those people couldn't arrange. unconvinced by their below par service we managed to find a cab ourselves. we again called up d customer care asking about the status n also informing them about d cab that we arranged. however they said we cannot leave d brokendown scorpio behind and assured us that a cab would be send at the earliest. till 1am all they did was sent a recovery van to tow away d scorpio. we again called up d customer care asking where our back up cab was, and there came the same reply again "we are trying to manage, sir". unable to find a way out, we requested the driver of d recovery van to take us along with him to which he agreed at 2am.
      My question to zoomcar is if they couldn't make necessary arrangements, why did they not say it at the first place?
      Is their car more valuable than human lives? the girls were standing in d rain for 7hours in n isolated place n yet there was no assistance. this is so disheartening and highly unprofessional on part of zoomcar.
      Who would have been responsible if any untoward incident happened??
      I demand a logical explanation from zoomcar with a further demand to compensate for d inconvenience faced.

        I had done my booking with zoom car for 4th july, 2016 being the pickup location as chembur Eden garden at 6 AM. Got the message from zoom car at 5:30 am and at the same time spoke to to the customer for the pick up at the same location and they confirmed that the driver will hand over the car.
        When we reach the location there is no one present called the customer care the phone was not reachable. After somehow talking to the customer care we were informed that the pick up location was shut from 3rd of july.
        Because of this i have made a huge loss

        Also calling your customer care on 14th July they tell me that i need to fill the form for my bank account details for the refund. They are telling me after 10 days that too when i am calling for refund follow up. There is no initiative taken from their end to ask for the bank account details for transfer.No courtesy to reply back on the complaint email sent to them. Also they offer some Rs 300 credit to citrus account as an apology.. After this kind of worst experience with zoom car do you all think i will ever use your service. NO.

          This is regarding the booking id: jps6v3dqr
          I had booked a care (ecosport) with zoomcar on wednesday from 6:00 am till 11:00 pm from kalyan station.

          I was been told by customer care that there is a office and a personnel who will do the formalities.

          But there was no office nor a good personnel, he was a 24 year old boy who was least bothered about customer.

          Second part was, the car which i had booked had ignition problem, due to which the car was not getting started.

          This is still fine, for this reason when i called the customer care center, they gave me a solution that you can take a ford figo which is available.
          I had my luggage according to a suv but i had to adjust my luggage with my old parents inside that small car.

          The customer care assured me that they will give me inconvenience credit points, and also assured me that the balance ammt will be credited in your account.

          But still i have not recieved it.

          I would like to mention that this service was not at all expected from a newly started renting company.

          And with this remarks with me i would never recommend nor will i go with zoom car.

            2 hours post the required time and travelling couple of pick up locations( 13 kms )…I was greeted with 2 non working vehicles and horrible customer support from Zoom car.
            I was in Bangalore couple of days back and booked Zoom car for a Scorpio SUV. I required the vehicle for 10 hours and used Zoom car app to do all my bookings. I was informed that I can pick up my reserved vehicle at 12 pm( JPS6V3RRY). To enable this I also deposited an amount of Rs 6920 in Zoom car’s account.
            I reached the designated place of Meenakshi mall on Bannerghaata road to pick up my reserved vehicle. From here my ordeal starts:
            1. Zoom car representative had at first no idea of my booking. So much to say for automated systems and processes.
            2. After couple of minutes of discussion, Zoom car representative informed me that same vehicle was allotted to two customers at the same time.
            3. The Zoom car representative spent some good 10 mins to allot the vehicle assigned to me to this other customer.
            4. I am left thinking what these guys are doing??. The Zoom car representative then tries to give me another SUV stationed there after 10 more minutes of discussion. Lo and behold!!!. This vehicle will not start.
            5. By now it’s already 12:45 pm. 45 minutes spent in the level 2 basement of Meenakshi maal. Zoom car guy now says: - Sir… please contact customer support!!!. I try reaching customer support but phone networks won’t work in level 2 basement.
            6. Customer support has no clue absolutely of my situation. It takes 3 more calls and good 15 minutes to explain my situation.
            7. Customer support asks me to wait for 10 more mins assuring they will give some solution.
            8. Around 1:15 pm I was told if I can travel 6 to 7 kilometers and go to another center in J. P Nagar 7th phase( location you cannot reach without searching for 20 mins., even though you may be residing in same area). I was assured that this time I will get my desired vehicle immediately.
            9. I thought may be my bad luck… but if I get the vehicle then at least my day is not lost.
            10. Good 30 mins later I reached the god forsaken location of Zoom car. This guy also has no clue of my booking. He is not willing to even listen to me. After some 10 mins, he informs that the vehicle allotted to me is under repairs and will not be available.
            11. Its already 2 pm… 2 hours post my supposed start of journey at 12 pm. Two locations visited…. No car yet in my hand and customer support now says give me 15 more mins!!!
            12. This was the final straw!!! I had lost all my good patience by that time. Told Zoom car customer support to cancel my booking and refund the amount immediately. They gave their standard answer of systems and processes and no. of days by which the money will be refunded. I was furious by this time and told them to refund the amount immediately….else to face the consequences… Immediately my amount was refunded. This was final example of systems and processes.
            I am an entrepreneur myself and desist saying anything against startups. At least some level of sanity and right customer attitude should be evident . By the way, they called me around 2 pm to say that they can now deliver vehicle from yet another location3rd one) to my residence. So much to their credit!!!
            I was feeling horrible to loose my full day - courtesy Zoom car. Not sure if I will again try another self driven option in Bangalore. Optimist in me says I will!!!
            I am still waiting for any formal apology from Zoom car. That’s the reason I waited for 3 days before stating my ordeal in public!!!

              Inspite of numerous complaints for my booking JPS6VUBLB, it seems no one in zoomcar is interested in resolving the issue. First you give a car in poor condition and when we complain, there is a standard response, without resolving the issue.
              I am not sure if zoomcar is taking this site seriously. Are we also required to raise the matter on other social sites.

                I have booked a Honda City on 3rd June, 2016. First I got a car whose Ac was not working at all and then they took 3-4 hours to arrange a new car at some other location which was very far from my home.

                After all this nuisance, Mr Vijay from zoom car helped me to get the car with these terms and refunds:
                1. Security - 5000
                2. Unused rental - 680
                3. Additional refund - 1000
                4. Cab refund - 494
                5. Fuel - 2500
                (fuel amount was off course not known at that time )

                Now according to them, the fuel bills I have provided is fake and the car had 100 % fuel when it was handed over to me. I am hereby attaching a snapshot of the car meter which was taken when I pick the car. It clearly shows that fuel was around 45 % when the car was given to me. And when I return the car, then also the fuel was around 40%. So, the bills that I have provided are 100% genuine and you can verify them from anywhere you want.

                It's been almost a month when I booked the car but still didn't get any refund. I have registered many complaints over the phone through customer care but didn't get any response.

                I have got the fuel refund. But still the refund of Rs 1000 is pending. I don't know how much more time you need for that. Kindly give me a date on which you will refund the amount.

                  I booked my zoomcar on Friday by Rohit Lohia (JPS6V3JP4) I was asked to pick my car at 11:30 from Gurgaon I reached there and had to wait for an hour to get my car as they told me the car went for refueling while it was standing in front o[censored]s we got the car we were told the car was ready we got it with the AC of the back side were not working fine. We finished our journey came back went back to give the car and had to again wait for the Car to be returned as there was no one to acknowledge as after about half an hour two guys came and the checked the car. We were told about the tolls and taxes we had to pay on travelling while on our way back to delhi we faced a problem with local contractors and were asked to give a penalty of 1100rs we called the people to ask and confirm about the problem and to rectify it but there was nothing they did the guy on the call was rude and just told to see what we can do and solve it ourselves we tried calling customer care but no response the guy on the call just backed off. We have to give fine of Rs 800 and we have given all the toll tax that were on our route. Zoomcar being a brand name should not be so arrogant towards the customers I opted for it cause I thought its a brand name and will provide good service but no luck there the only thing we got was disappointment.

                    This is with reference to the booking of zoom car with booking id: jps6v3iua.

                    We had booked a zoom car (Ciaz) from 25th june 6:30 am to 1:30 pm 26th june from thane.

                    After travelling for approximately 90 kms (Near lonavala) the battery got completely discharged. We raised a complaint on the same and had to wait for 3 hours till the mechanic made his presence, more over it was raining heavily we were waiting in the rain for all the time. The mechanic checked the battery and has given us a temporary solution (Jump start). We were warned not to use any electronic devices, vipers, head lights/fog lights, a. C., music system and other accessories that are dependent on battery. On top of all we were not provided with any accessories (Charger, aux cable etc.) and umbrella where as people commuting in other zoom cars were having access to the same.

                    The response from the customer care was at its worst. We called them for at least 7 to 8 times but we did not receive any satisfactory response. We also asked the customer care representative to connect us to the manager/supervisor, they failed to do so. However in return to compensate/run away from their mistake they gave extension for 3 hrs but in the final invoice provided this was not considered and were asked to pay extra amount. When we returned the car we were asked to pay excess amount of rs 1, 020 for 68 kms of additional travel. However the final invoice was generated with late fee, late charge and excess kms fee for 98 kms of rs.1, 980 (Screen shots for the same is attached).

                    With all these in capabilities of the company we had to cancel our trip to mahabaleswar and had to replan our trip to other destination cancelling all our hotel bookings and our well planned weekend (Can check gps for further verification) and had to return back to mumbai in half the time (15 hrs where as our trip was for 31 hrs plus 3 hrs extension) driving all the way back to mumbai with no proper functioning of head lamps, fog lamps and vipers in heavy rain/we asked for the replacement of vehicle as it was risky to drive this car in these weather condition but we were denied. Who would be responsible if we had met with any accident in such extreme situation?

                      Hi.. This was the last option I'm opting for.
                      I had booked a car on 29th of May. The advance was paid and the amount to be paid for booked car was also deducted. When i went to pick the car, they said due to some issue they could not hand over the car to me.

                      They assured me that within15 working day's the amount would be credited to my account. But unfortunately even after calling up the customer care more than 25time's. The only response i received is we have raised a compliant. But no action has been taken yet and the amount is not credited to the account.

                      Am sorry to say. But the service and Support is not upto the minimum expectations which people have.

                        I booked the car on 8th june. Cancelled due to some reasons. Money credited to citrus account on 13th june. From 13th june i am trying to withdraw money but there is a issue within zoom car website.

                        Even though after rising complaints nobody bothered about resolving the issue (Complaint numbers: case:207446 case:207247)

                        If we delay the car for 1 hour they are charging additional 500 rupees charges.

                        Then how much we should demand now?

                        We need to demand for every 1 hour 500 rupees or how much?

                        I feel zoom car keeping money with them and taking interest on people money. They are playing game with people money.

                          I have rent a car to outstation and spent 6500 on fuel bill, i have submit the fuel bills as i am regular customer of zoom car, so didn't take follow up for fuel, but after few days when i am check my bills i check booking of zoom car they havn't refunded yet, i called to their team they said will arrange a call back for same to me, after a day or two i got call that we can only refund max inr 3000 of fuel bill as your car runs 540 km apprx according to car average we can make this much only, i told your cars breaks down 2 time on the way i was stucked in huge traffic jaam near rorkee and next day haridwar to rishikesh and in return near deoband, you can even trace your car and i was on hiils for long time its hot outside ac is on and when you said fuel is included did they mention as per km they will refund and how can they judge the kms when car is in huge traffic and on hills and after break down i have refuel the car three three diffrent places and submitted the bills, are those are frauds, are they were my relatives who gave me the wrongs bills, i know practiclly its on high side i was also worried for same and then your ground executive said ciaz autonmatic average is too poor as its petrol car and depends on driving conditons as well, even after handing over the car to ground executive it again breakdown

                          My car breakdown 2 times near modinagar and meerut at midnight did i ask for compensation for same as i know it can happen its tecnical fault, but think technically about fuels why should i pay from pocket and with whom permisson booking is completed and zoom car refunded only inr 2889 of fuel,
                          Who will pay the amount which i have spent form pocket, if you can't handlle all this why you includes fuel?

                          I need my moneyback asap, team kindly help on same

                            Hi,

                            It's yogesh from hyderabad. I had booked honda amaze (Booking id jps6vwhyq) from indira gandhi international airport delhi on 11/06/2016 for 2 days and paid 9140 out of which 5000 was the refundable amount.. I drove the vehicle for 2 hours till east rohini. On the way car's key plastic also got broken as it was of very weak material and tied with tape. At rohini city centre mall car stopped working. I called customer care and reported the complaint. They asked me to wait for 15 mins but i didn't recive any call back. Also car's key wasn't coming out as it was stuck inside so we couldn't leave the car also. I waited with my friend in hot sun for around 30 mins for help in 43 degree hit sun. We waited for 1.5 hour inside the mall for customer care's response. Finally they asked to handover the key to zoom car executives at the mall and told that i won't get 4140 back. I said fine with that and got the booking cancelled.
                            Later when i called them back they said that i have been charged with 10, 000 extra for key damage and vehicle damage.
                            I asked them to file a complaint. They said they'll investigate and get back to me.
                            One week later when i called them back they said they won't charge me with 5000 for key damage as it was already in pathetic condition but i'll be charged with 5000. I asked the reason. They said car stopped because of the battery got drained out since car's engine was off while blower was on for 30 mins.
                            Now please tell me if the engine was off for 30 mins then why it didn't happen after i stopped the car for 30 mins. Why it didn't get restart the moment i kept the car's engine off.
                            Zoomcar, i am realty harassed by your customer service and non professional attitude.

                            Hi,

                            Vehicle key plastic was already in a bad condition and was tied with tape. Once I rotated it to start the car on the way, the plastic came out. I have spoken to your team and they said they are not charging me for vehicle key instead they charged me for vehicle damage. Once I tried to restart the car, it wasn't getting started.
                            The reason for charges your team gave was that blower was kept on while the engine was off for 30 mins. My point is if that's true then it should have given the issue after 30 mins not within 1 min after I kept the engine off.

                            Please try to investigate the issue and come up with the appropriate response asap.

                            Why do you bother to reply as I can see you are saying the same thing in every review told to you. In this case again same like mine when you have no case to prove you just keep repeating that you have a service report which does not specify anything and is not shown to us the customers who have to pay this amount.

                            Your report said that I kept blower on for 30 mins while engine was off while I used the blower on only for hardly 2-3 mins while the engine was off. Answer me how the car can stop working if the blower was on for hardly 2-3 mins while engine was off.
                            It means your car batteries were already drained out for which I am not responsible.

                            Give me my refund back otherwise I'll go to the consumer court.

                            As I already mentioned key was tied with tape already and once I rotated it to start the car on the way, the plastic on the key cane out. Its clear that it was already damaged, that's why the plastic was tied with tapes to hide the damage.

                            Please help to get it checked again and help to refund my 5000 rs back.

                            I have given my account details but it's the pathetic service zoomcar provides to its customer by looting them for no damage. I'll never go for zoomcar service nor refer anyone to go for it.

                            I am sorry Yogesh what you had to go through. They recently gave me Rs. 10, 000/- damage charges.
                            They charged me 5k for a damage which we did not do I refused to pay and I went back home
                            What will happen next if anyone knows??
                            This is a case of serious fraud and cheating which even i am victim of. It is highly unethical and I observe that Zoomcar always charge the customer for damages which they are not responsible off...                             Logical questions to Zoomcar to your method of charging people this way:

                            How do you conduct your investigations? What is the standard protocol that you follow?

                            For customers seeking justice against them being wrongly fined, how do you ensure transparency? What is the ground work done in this regard?

                            If it is investigated by a reputed garage/mechanic/process, where is the receipt? How can you come up with round figures to charge customers?

                            How can you ensure that no damage was caused between the time after the customer returned the car till Zoomcar executive takes account of the car?

                            Can you reply to these questions without sending blurbs and with to-the-point legit answers?

                            There investigation is self determined. Customer is not a part of investigation. They do itbundertable with thier own people and make a decision to charge.

                            I suggest donot pay anything from your side further. And send them a legal notice and then file a case against this fraud company in Consumers Court.

                            I guarantee you that you will win the case, plus will get hefty compensation and all cost that you have made for this case.

                            Plz also note, that like all others customers, you may also get call or email ... Saying that it's a legal notice to you and that they will attach your property etc etc.

                            Yes I too faced same issue with Zoomcar... Simply they are forcing me to pay the money without giving me the details of what are all the damages caused
                            Was just looking at the issues and wow Zoomcar is known for fraudulent activity. Our car also stopped midway because of low battery. We struggled and could not find a way out. Finally we managed to get out. We payed for the late car delivery and extra miles but they charged us for bumper damages which we did not make. When I ask for proof with a photo and a timestamp, they do not have any other than, we know it is valid. I want to approach consumer court for this
                            I had booked a Ford Figo on April 9, 2018 from 5 pm 10 pm. Booking id- JPS62SEPN.
                            I received a message stating that I have outstanding damage fee of β‚Ή7000 against the booking whereas I returned the car in the same condition as it was in at the time of pickup. No further damages were made to the car during the booking period nor was the car involved in any accident and was parked back at the same place it was picked up from.

                            Zoom car charged me 3000 INR for car damage which I did not do. Car trabelled hardly for 140 kms and the clutch plate burned down and stopped working. When asked they said you will have to pay the amount . Such a pathetic service and how can somebody check the engine before taking a car on rent. Very bad service
                            I would like to share my worst experience with Zoomcar :
                            I booked following - Booking (id: JPS648S9A) for Maruti Swift from 05:00 AM, 09 Aug to 08:30 AM, 09 Aug at Vijaynagar, Behind Raghunath BPCL petrol pump, next to Princess business skyline is confirmed. View your booking ( http://bit.ly/2B735WJ ).
                            As per the procedure I paid advance 5000 refundable fee & 700 for consumable service.
                            I already did a checklist before unlocking the car, I marked the earlier damage, as a customer I verified the tyre from grip, it was ok so I took chance over that as it was 5 A. M. Once I started the journey, I found the car was not at all maintained but as I required the vehicle for local use I won't mind to drive further. I have drive the car almost for 54 km than in a rush area at the speed of 10-15, the tyre suddenly got collapsed as a result of it the car got imbalanced and a two wheeler touch the car very gently. I at the very same moment informed about the breakdown of the car to the concerned number and department. I asked for roadside assistance, they told me to wait for 15 minutes. I still had one hour and 25 km left to my end drop time and location. So from there I were in conversation with there four executives, all promised for assistance in a short span of time. But I didn't get any assistance by 2 hours. With the help of a mechanic I somehow managed to change the tyre and drive off towards the drop location but alignment of front tyre was damaged. I instructed to wait by the customer relation executive. I followed it. After two hours finally one person came and told me to handover the car at current location. I did the same. Than I had a conversation with him, I sincerely agreed to paid for alignment and a rear lamp cover. As it damaged between my possession although I have no fault. It will hardly cost 2500 or maximum 3000. But They charged me late fee and charge. After one day they came up with 11175 rs. Out of which I already paid 5700 in advance. I mailed my concern to them.
                            I am having the call recording where they admitted about wrong charging of late fee.
                            Apart from that they did serviced the vehicle from the local vendor. There executive can make any bill with any amount by the help of such vendors. Will fully company entertained such kind o[censored]nethical and mall practice. I was ready to pay for alignment of one tyre and the cost of the rear lamp because it happened in my possession. But they are not admitted such lack of maintenance and negligence towards the vehicle. If same incident will happen to a customer at a highway that can even cost a life too. The tyre was out of life from inside, they didn't even remarked it earlier. They have no concern towards customer. Even I asked the billing details and contact number of vendor and executive who are in charge for servicing the vehicle. I didn't get any response for that, they didn't send vehicle to an established service station, even I asked for my check list copy they again ignored the mail. I am 100 percent sure the cost levied on my bill is completely wrong. I asked to pay for earlier damage. They are not having the transparency over billing. All I am waiting for a document to receive, but i didn't get any yet. Now they are threatening for proceedings. I possess records of call, Email and everything. I am going to consumer forum court. If there is any victim so I urge them to join the hand.
                            I guess top level management of zoomcar is not aware of such mall practices at the ground . The culprit need to be exposed.
                            I didn't denied to pay my obligation but at a same time I won't entertain such kind of loot. I come to know after reviewing the feedback about zoomcar : there are plenty of incidents and victims there. I was more excited earlier to have a zoomcar experience even I was about to subscribe a car for 6 month but at a very first booking I met a very bad taste of zoomcar. I did not expected this from the company, I made a bitter choice to opt a service from zoomcar.
                            Even I below paste the photos of damage.
                            Zoomcar, kindly acknowledge the case, although I have no expectation from you guys anymore but again I want you to notice the same. I have not received any proper assistance and feedback.

                            Even I got cheat I booked the car on 8th of august for 6 hours and returned the car without a single scratch first thing

                            *The car didn't locked as I was getting a reapted message stating the car is not in the hub for that I got penalised for 490 rupees and the second thing

                            I was recently victimised for the damage not caused by me. I will never use Zoom Car again and I'll inform everyone in my social circle to not use zoomcar ever. There are many more service providers in market, zoomcar is not the only one. Zoomcar fleet executive and backend team all are antisocial criminal minded extortionists.                             I am an victim of overly charged for giving low class, damaged, wornout car and problem facing throughout my trip. They also charged extra 1385/- with no proper reason though everything was inside the schedule. People from recovery department speak like rowdies with higher tone trying customer to scare if they are not paying. It is a fraud company with for sure.
                            There is no customer service with whom directly you can talk and when complaint raised on app, they simply close saying it is resolved. Such a pathetic service. It is the company runned by abusers

                              This is regarding booking id jps6vwlvn. Can you tell me when you guys are going to improve? Why each time i am facing issue with zoomcar? Don't you want your customer to use your service? If customer is planning some vacation and booking car from you by paying in advance and booking your car at your terms and conditions then who are you to ruin their vacation?

                              Regarding above booking i went to your venue to pick the car but found that the car which is assigned to me has flat tyre then asked your representative to change the tyre but he was too rude and he didn't change. After that we were flexible with other cars also but each and every car has some issue and at last we asked him to provide the same car which is assigned to me after changing tyre but he didn't agree then i called your customer care and they also didn't help and argued with me and suggested me to cancel the booking and take your maney back.

                              Should your customer expect that after booking you will not give your car in full condition and if your customer will ask that in condition then you will tell that cancel the booking?

                              After all those argument i changed the tyre by myself and took car after delay of 2.30 hrs, and after that also he was not providing me the spare tyre for that. That he provided after arguing with him.
                              Is this the correct way to treat your customer?

                              I have already put a complain about zoomcar and you mentioned that from next time you will not get the issue with zoomcar, below is the link for that:

I would have asked for the money back for all those booking which we did for this trip because this trip got ruined due to you but i need only for car booking and note it down somewhere that if your will continue like this then you will loose your customer very fast and you already lost one customer.                               This is not the first time Zoomcar is apologizing to me. Till Now I have accepted all your apologies and had given you enough chance to improve but now I am done with Zoomcar and in future I am not going to book any car from Zoomcar so whatever driving credit you gave that is useless to me. Same I conveyed to that guy to whom I talked regarding this issue and ask to not give any driving credit to me.

                              And also earlier also I have mentioned that due to this non sense act of Zoomcar I have suffered a lot and I have wasted my money in booking zoomcar and booking hotels for trip. These losses are apart from my mental and emotional loss due to nonsense act for which no one can pay anything.

                              That is why I made it simple and I agreed that I am a non sense and who went to Zoomcar again and again despite of all those problem which I had due to Zoomcar so this will be my final booking from Zoomcar and I need only those money back from Zoomcar which I wasted by booking Zoomcar. I am in more loss than that but I need only that. And please don't stretch this issue longer and give me some other options. Take your driving credit back and return my money back for this Zoomcar booking.

                              Also if you can't do that then let me know so that I can take some legal action without wasting my time.

                                I booked zoom car last week Friday and I submit my car on Sunday night. I took Honda city . Very worst car I ever driven. Breake was not working and I have change the breake shoe. Almost 5 to 6 hours I spend for this issue.And I had problem with tire . I stucked with my mid of the trip . Trying to replace the tire. That alternate tire disk is already gone. Bought new tube and changed with help of local mechanic. My room was cancelled due this car. As I check with zoom car customer care they are not responding properly. I have submitted all the bills which I was spend the car. As of now I didn't get any call from zoom car team

                                  I had booked a zoomcar from pune on 17th may for a trip on the next day that is 18th may, my booking id was jps6vu97m, this was my second trip so i was well aware of the rules and regulations, while sigining off the checklist the zoom car guys were asking for unnecessary documents as in pan card, voter's id etc. On questioning them why was it needed they said it was security purpose, i later on told them last time when i picked up a car this did not happen, y the unnecessary hazzle, to which he made a fancy excuse that the airport pick up point deals with lot many cars while the pickpoint which i had used last time doesnt deal with such problem to which i let it go coz it was useless to argue, i started my trip and the ac was not working properly the ac vents kept closing on it's own, i went back asking for a change in car to which the guy drove for half a km and said the ac is fine, it will work good at higher acceleration to which i said i am surprised that car' s give better cooling only at high speeds, i asked for a change of car to which i was denied, later half way the car tire got punctured and the jack provided in the car wasnt working, i asked for help from few people who said that this jack wont work, i informed the same to the zoomcar customer care and told i'll have to drive with a punctured tyre for an km, which caused the tire damage, later on while the car was parked it got 2 minor scratches of say around 4inches and 6inches, while returning the car i was said that damage charges would be levied on me to which i was fine but then the tire damage charge was forcefully pressed against me, also the guys said that the rim is bent too which was not even an inch of bend and i was told they would be charging me for the same, i said i would talk wid customer care hoping i would get some assistance but to my surprise i was tormented and totally dismayed by the way the customer care people and the social media team dealt and replied me, in the end i gave coz i dint have any hopes that my condition would be understood, hence i asked for a refund for providing me a car with faulty ac to which the customer care people said they would reverse the excess kms charges that were rs.468/- and refund it, which i havent received till date, plus i have been asking customer care to provide a detail of the charges levied against me to which i have been told that they cant provide as to what amount has been deducted for what damages which is totally unethical on their part, as i customer i hav every right to know why and for what rreasons specifically my money has been deducted.

                                    I am totally disappointed by the service offered for my booking JPS6VUBLB.

                                    The tyres in the given car were not fit for driving. Inspite of getting it to the notice of the attendant, I was assured no issues would arise.
                                    During my first day of journey, I had to fill air at least 2 times. Later the front tyre was totally flat. When we called for help to change the tyre, we all were shocked to see the condition of the spare tyre which was totally worn out.

                                    I called the customer care multiple times and all I got was assurance and was then told to find a garage and get the tyres repaired and would be reimbursed once I submitted the bill.
                                    I dont understand:
                                    1) why were tyres not replaced when they were worn out.
                                    2) why was the spare tyre not replaced when it was completely worn out and was beyond repair.
                                    3) why is your road side assistance not in place .
                                    4) how do you expect me to get bills for transport and puncture repairs at isolated areas.

                                    Your company very well knew that the car was to be used for long journey and still a substandard car was given to me.

                                    You have not only spoilt my entire trip which we were looking forward to but also put to RISK OUR LIVES. You have caused huge mental agony and stress to me and my family. How will you reimburse the pain and suffering that me and my family have gone through and the joy of vacations that was lost for my family. This careless behaviour of your company has also caused huge financial losses to me. It appears you have no set quality and safety standards.

                                    I only used around 50% of the planned trip and paid for 1100 kms to your firm.
                                    I am forced to submit a complaint here as you are just ignoring my mails since a week. Even Wasim from your company who called me assured that i would get a callback soon to settle the matter.

                                    Dear Zoomcar,
                                    During my complaint to your customer care, i was assured that such issue would not rise again. However to my surprise when i handed over the car to your representatives, the car was immediately handed over to another customer without replacing the tyres. It was only when i intervened and warned of legal actions if the car was handed over to anyone without rectifying the errors, that your representatives avoided it. So your claim of customer service and safety is a BIG LIE.

                                    Coming back to my case, i had received a call offering me a compensation of Rs.1000/.. Is this a joke. You have ruined my holidays, incurred financial losses to me, caused mental and physical harassment to me and my family and trying to compensate with Rs.1000/-.

                                    I will not let this issue fade off. Wasim from zoom car had also called me and assured me that I would receive a call back, its more than a week now and have received no call.

                                      We hired a mahindra scorpio on june 2nd till june 5th, and paid rs. 19, 076 in advance, which included fuel for more than 1300 km.

                                      The car was delivered at home and was inspected and approved by a company representative before handing over.

                                      The car ran for about 120 km after about 2hours of drive and then broke down completely.

                                      We had to stop in the middle of highway and were forced to find a mechanic and had to bring him to the location of car. He inspected the car and informed that the clutch plates were worn out. The car did not move at any gear and only revved.

                                      We discussed the same with zoomcar customer care, and requested refund but were informed that this is a customer handling issue and refund will not be possible.

                                      After 1 hour of discussion at the same spot, we were informed that the car would be towed away to mahindra service center in panipat, where the car will be inspected for 3days, and partial refund will be initiated only if the service report suggests some fault in car and not due to customer handling.

                                      We were offered a cab for one day for a 3day trip to manali, for which we would have to pay again. And then hire another cab by ourselves to delhi from manali and pay for it again.

                                      We requested for another car from a nearby center for the money already paid, but we were informed we would need to pay for the other car again.

                                      We had to watch the car till the tow truck arrived after waiting for about 2hours, and hired another cab ourselve from panipat for 3 days, paid rs. 16, 000 and completed the trip with 3 hours delay to schedule and major consequences.

                                      After inspection, we were offered rs. 10, 000 refund including damage charges and charges for 282 kms.

                                      The car was driven only for 120 kms by us, and the damage was by no means due to mishandling as the clutch plates could not have been damaged in such short distance without intention and extreme driving, which was not the case and could be verified by the gps and vehicle report.

                                      We requested for the service report and gps report and explaination but were refused.

                                      After complaining on public platforms, we received a call by a representative stating that the car was driven for 130 kms (Contrary to 282 kms previously informed) and that the service report would be shared (Which was refused earlier).

                                      Also, that as per company policy, no refund is made at all for car damaged by customers!

                                      There is absolutely no basis of communications being made and the company is contradicting its own statements.

                                      We are being charged for service we never used completely, for damage we never did.

                                      The company has caused considerable inconvenience and waste of time, and also is not ready to refund the money for baseless reasons.

                                      I have been struggling since more than 4 days to get an update regarding my refund .
                                      Every executive to whom I have spoken have different statements. You should have refund the whole amount against inconvenience caused by the vehicle. But still I am not asking for that if You want to deduct the amount for the distance travelled go ahead and make sure that all the deductions should be genuine and transparent .

                                      Hoping to get my amount after discussing the same story again with another executive.

                                      Then it was better for me to not to call you at the time of break down and got it repaired within 4-5 hrs from a local mechanic who found the issue and was charging around 4-5 k
                                      But no I did a mistake by calling you and had a 2 hour discussion and even then stayed with you vehicle and wait till towing truck came and took you vehicle safely.

                                      And for all this I will be charged 19 k because I did a mistake of trusting on zoom car that you will definitely give some solution.

                                      But I am just waiting and wasting my money by calling you .

                                        Yesterday i booked my first self drive car to experience what #zoomcar had to offer and you must read till the end as to what i have to share. For starters while booking I incidently chose a wrong pick up point and when i requested for a change it was not possible. The support at the call center needs major working. However, not spoiling my mood i thought of managing the location myself. By the way i had booked a mercedes gla which is generally priced at around 2wice the normal rentals. So i reached the pick up point on time and found the executive and the car. To my surprise the executive was not ready with the car in a delivery in mind. On first appearance the car looked dirty. The first piece of bad news i got was that my license which was uploaded last night was not approved and i need to get it done by calling the call center. After saying this the executive went back to the other car and sat inside saying that he needs to charge his phone... 😱 I got the license updated and requeste the executive to check. He checked and after verifying my original license he proceeded with the handover process. He asked my to check the exteriors and take pictures of the car and the scratches already on it. Then he started to fill the checklist and he showed me the documents, all were in order except that the tax was only paid for one state and for others the customer had to pay. I was a bit surprised at the info as there was no disclaimer at the time of booking. He proceeded further with the checklist and once the basic things were checked he informed that i can take the car now. My reporting time was 9am and by the time everything was done it was 9:45, a service which is based on time utilised my 45 mins and had not even mentioned that to me. But if i would have returned the car late they would have charged me extra by the hour. So we started our journey on our way to a temple in nainital and once we were on the highway we were greeted by another shock which was that after 70kmph the car started trembling and the car tyre pressure indicator showed inadequate pressure in one of the back tyres and no sensor in one of the tyres. We were scared to see that a luxury segment car had been handed over to the customer in such a state. We stopped to get the tyre pressure checked and there the guy told us that the front wheel left side was a tyre with a tube and not the standard tubeless which comes with the vehicle. Now even more scared we called the call center and after a few transfers and discussions i was told to get the car checked at a service station and any expenses would be reimbursed. We could not find a decent service center on our way where we could get a mercedes checked so with all the risk and driving the car at 60kmph we trudged along the highway. A journey which takes 6hours took us 9.5 to complete and not to mention the anxiety we had due to the bubbling we were experiencing. During the entire onward journey we had to get the air filled three times in the left side tyres as it was going below regularly. We completed our temple visit and started our return journey where around 150kms before delhi we got a puncture in the same left front wheel which was a witg tube tyre. Somehow we were lucky that it happened on a lonely piece of strecth as car suddenly veered to the left and had not control. Somehow managed to stop the car and changed the tyre with the spare and called to report the incident. They said the replacement tyre can only go for 40kms and you need to get the puncture done before that. Luckily we found one before the kms and upon checking the guy founf that the tube was seveely damaged and it had to be replaced. Again called the call center to inform of the expense which they said they will reimburse. Restarted our journey back and luckily we had starter back well before our scheduled time and hence were able to manage these incidents. The question is if we were to get late in delivering the car would they have charged the extra time?? Another question is who pays for the extra time we were on the road due to the faulty car handed over to us??? Worst is who would have been responsible if any accident would have occured due to this total gap in service and giving us a substandard car and charging us for a luxury car??? With these details and the ordeal i am going to file a petition against the company so that they do not treat people and their lives so lightly
