We booked zoomcar on 24th september 2016 time 4am to 11pm. We got car at 4am and the car doesnt have number plat n tape. When we called customer care they just say apologize and you make number plate. Is that a reply customer care has to give. They juat said us to go to shamshabad. We went their the n service man of shashabad he dont even know anything. He just said go ahead we cant do anything. We lost our kilometer n booking hours. They dont even care.

    I am writing this email for the very inappropriate behaviour from Zoomcar and overcharging because of the app and will be taking the matter to Consumer court as well, I have done the booking with Zoomcar for Ciaz AT for 13 hours and when I reached at the venue @ 12 pm to pickup the car it didn't start and after calling again and again I have been asked to take the car from different location which was 50 mins away, due to my initial commitments I went to another location and took the car and now my booking extendes for two hours because of the delay from their side and now again at around 11.30 pm which is still 3 .30 hours away from the scheduled time, I have reported the car breakdown and executive came to the location tried started vehicle and again it didn't start from him as well so I have said to drop me to the nearest point from where I can go back to home and stopped my trip and now instead of refunding my money they are charging me that I have returned the car late @ 4.32 am and this is really really sad that they are making fool out of customer, Please take strict action against them and let me know the process to file official complaint.

      ‎Hello,

      This mail is with respect to how zoom cars is pathetically running their self drive cars business. Firstly I made the booking for Honda amaze of the above booking id for 7 pm, 15th sept 2016‎ till 11 am 16 sept 2016. I reached the zoom cars point around 7:30, the on spot zoom car employee was busy with the pool game on mobile and asked me to wait, after all the formalities the car was handed to me around 8pm. I mentioned the delay of half an hour to the employee, but he did not agree and argued that it had only been 10 mins since my arrival. I too did not question since my drop was the next day at 11am.

      Now I would want to tell you guys about the behaviour of your employees at the zoom car point, they literally act like hooligans, with an attitude that if we want we can take the car or else chuck it. I saw the employees verbally insulting an contemporary zoom car customer in the local language because zoom car had allotted him an automatic Honda city and he was confused to drive an automatic car and zoom car's system never tells us if the car allotted is of an manual transmission or of an automatic one.

      I took the car and while coming out of the compound observed that the visibility through the wind shield was very poor, I tried to splash some water from the wiper fountain but their was no water in there so it was only the wiper in motion, the visibility was even more horrible, later I even observed that when I tried to adjust the left mirror electronically that was broken and it was held by a plaster tape, I looks like it would come apart at any time. So I am blind side on the left hand side.

      To raise a complaint I called zoom car and a person named ‎ashok got back to me and explained him the issues, he literally told that he was sorry and asked me to pour some water into the wiper and proceed with the journey. I think what he really meant was that to adjust with the mistake of zoom cars this time & proceed and that not to waste his valuable time with my petty compaints

      What I don't understand is that if I have to do everything and waste my time then why is zoom car charging me by the hour. If zoom cars cannot maintain simple things like a clean windshield or proper mirrors, will zoom cars be responsible for the damages caused due to the above reasons to their own customers or to others by their cars. I think zoomcar only knows to charge customers and make money and not to keep any standards for their customers and since their is not regulating authority for self drive cars, zoom cars is taking advantage of the consumers. I also think that zoom cars make sure that they cannot be questioned at their pick up and drop point by appointing employees who behave vaguely, inappropriately and in a lethargic manner, who have a threating tone when they speak to that customers who have issues.

      I have also attached photos of the condition of the car.
      ‎I just need an answer to my problem from zoom cars regarding my issue. Which I am sure would be cliche that the zoom cars are sorry, they would ‎look into it and make appropriate changes and this would not happen in the future.. blah blah blah...

      I demand a responsible answer. If zoom car cannot answer to this dilemma, I would consider that zoom cars has failed to its core level as it is deteriorating right now.

      Booking got cancelled because driver license was declined, got a message of 6218 refund on 5th September, still no money has been refunded. customer care executive not giving correct details and procrastinating the date for refund with different excuses.

        I booked my one ride at 12.09.16 but by mistake i selected wrong pick up point, after booking i try to call many times customer care but did not connect and unfortunately i had to cancel my booking and Rs.200 charged for cancellation.

        So I used your Service last time along with my Brother with ID sameer pratap singh, email id was [protected]@gmail.com, that time your customer care service was excellent but now very worst...

        So Please 1st Reverse my Cancellation Charges and must improve your Customer care service.

        and also I have request how can delete my Account from zoomcar?

          Car picked-up- Morning 5:00 o'clock from Domestic Airport, Mumbai

          We were four females and one male took Figo car for bhandardara on reaching approx. 150 Km away from Mumbai, front left tyre got punctured and to our surprise the Stepney was not there(which was confirmed by Zoomcar executive that it’s there). We were stuck in the middle of the jungle without any connectivity. We took the lift from one of the passing truck and went to different villages carrying your tyre for getting it fixed. As informed by various mechanics the tyre was very old and need replacement.

          Coming in and out of network we tried to contact your customer care for 2-3 hours however no proper response or solution was provided by Zoom car. Zoomcar personnels didn’t understood the sensitivity of the situation, it was the risk of five people. On contacting Mumbai executive Mr. Vinod he told us to come back to Mumbai hiring another private car and was confirmed by him that the expenses of that car will be reimbursed by Zoomcar.

          On reaching Mumbai Mr. Vinod accepted that car was in very bad condition and was not to be given to any customer and complain was already registered against that car. Because of negligence of one of your executive there was a risk of five life.

          Zoomcar now refuses to reimburse us the complete amount which was confirmed by them over phone that they will do so. It was all because of zoomcar our trip was spoiled and had to go to various physical and mental trauma.

          This is to bring to your notice Zoom car is losing lots of customer because of such negligent executives also improve your customer care service.

          One of your car(Red Ford Figo Ka 03 Ac 2813) has been issued to a customer with LLR. He had DASHED MY CAR IN REVERSE in a freely flowing traffic road. You can understand his driving skills and how dangerous it is for public. Plese take action before he hit some one and cause to death. Please be responsible. Thank you.

            Handed over the car "Scorpio" with the faulty "Running board", , , , , which we came to know on the way to our trip.

            Once back we informed Driver regarding the damaged "Running Board" who had come to our residency to pickup the Vehicle.
            He himself confirmed that it was been damaged earlier itself, colliding to the Divider while taking reverse.And you guys need not worry. And also confirmed all the checks are fine from his end.

            Now after all this ZOOM car is charging us 3000 RS\- for the damage which was already done before us picking the vehicle. Indirectly its cheating your costumer.
            Just Because Zoom car had failed to perform checks for previous customer to us, its blaming us to recover that money.
            This is not the way you do with the customer. Also invite the driver who had come to pick the vehicle up so there will be clarity.

            We want our money refunded back which was deducted without any Fault from our side.
            Just because you could not catch the right person who caused damage does not mean to blame other customer to recover your money.

            We have called ZOOM customer care numerous time and did not get any resolution and they logged the case and asked us to drop the mail to "[protected]@zoomcar.com" even after two weeks and still chasing them, we haven't received any reply.
            If you need your customer to continue the faith in you then please find the resolution on this, waiting for your reply.

              Not received the refund even after 15 working days

              I have made a net banking payment for Zoomcar booking on 20/08/2016. And booking was cancelled and the refund was initiated on the same day(by citrus). But It's been more than 18 days and amount is not credited to my account.

              I had called customer care and the response was there is a delay from the biller's end. Should I contact Zoomcar's Biller now?

              Worst service of the world zoomcar. Their new tagline is a terrible car with terrible service! I had a booking for ford figo (Jps6v5s79). The initial time for pickup was 1:00pm but for some reason they cancelled that i had to wait a full hour (And re-book on the app again and again only to find out there was an error on the app and you can only change the booking time via website) to get the car.
              Initially the car was a bit funny to drive but i believed it to be due to the high usage of the car (75000kms). After going through the trouble of going to greater kailash east and getting the car, the car broke down on the way to ghaziabad within the hour that i took it. I had to wait a full hour before i could get assistance and that too not from zoomcar but i had to arrange my ride home back to delhi myself. I requested the company to send me another car but they refused and are telling me that they will give me a full refund.
              This is the most [censored] service i have ever paid for (Paid alot too, they overcharged me 560 aswell)
              They are so unprofessional and have no regard for somebody elses time or safety. I am a woman and it could have been the middle of the night. The car has serious issues which an amateur mechanic can also pinpoint (Clutch plate in terrible condition). I requested again and again for another car to no help. My whole day is wasted due to their mismanagement and i am officially sick because of waiting in the sun for an hour.

                I got an xuv car from zoomcar on 4th sep. The headlights was not working. I was left to drive on a national highway at night without headlights.

                The high beam was configured to point at the signboards at the top, which meant the headlights were pretty much useless.

                Zoomcare customer care representative has confirmed no compensation will be provided to the customer.

                I have been given a car 2hours late than the said time.
                Delay was because o[censored]n satisfactory car condition.
                I was waiting for car for 2hrs in the late night and unused hours were 2.

                I was assured for prviding diving credits worth Rs 190 through email. Till now it has not been refunded. Its been 10 days. 5 CC calls, 6 mails.

                  - I had booked Mercedes CLK one month prior to my day of booking commencement (Aug 17, booking id: JPS6VYJ6K) in July month for INR 30, 040
                  - I was flying from Mumbai and had plans to go to Jaipur and come back in 4 days for which I needed the car.
                  - I received the message from Zoomcar in the morning to fill the checklist within time, a sign that car was being readied for my pickup
                  - I landed in Delhi at 8pm and hired a cab at INR 800 to go to the site to pickup the car along with my wife.
                  - The site was not accessible at all, no way to find it
                  - Zoomcar support people were not picking calls
                  - The location in Mahipalpur was scary for a person with a lady alongside. After searching for an hour and walking long distance to make sure my wife feels safe, I located the centre
                  - The centre people told me that the booked car is not available. They asked me to call the Zoomcar support and dial the numbers in a manner that means that I have met with an accident. They told me only then would you be able to connect.
                  - The centre people also told me that the car has been booked for last 15 days so the Zoomcar people knew that it is booked despite which they did not inform you.
                  - When finally someone received the call, they told me they are trying to arrange the car from another location in Delhi. I abused them then and told them my predicament of being with a lady traveller at a dangerous place and that their suggestion of arranging the car from a place that may be 1-2 hours far is hilarious
                  - I was stunned that they did not even care to inform me in advance so that I could have made alternative booking.
                  - They kept promising that an alternative Mercedes will be arranged within 15-20 minutes and I was kept waiting at the dangerous location for another hour.
                  - In the meantime, some ill-mannered passerby passed on lewd remarks that led to a scuffle resulting in me losing my Wallet with INR 4, 000 cash inside.
                  - At this point, I lost my patience and abused the Zoomcar support personnel on the other end for just wasting my time. He suggested cancellation with full refund, INR 4, 000 Zoom credits and 50% off on next booking. I told him how can they even suggest cancellation when they were sitting on my money for one month. Zoom credits and 50% off did not make sense since I thought how can someone trust such an unreliable company with another booking. This was the treatment they were meting out to one of the premium members of the company who had spent over INR 1.50 lakhs in Zoomcar bookings.
                  - By this time, it was already 11.30pm in the night and losing all hope, I decided to book a room in Delhi itself for INR 5, 000 for both me and my wife since it was dangerous to leave for Jaipur at that time of the night. The Ola cab that I booked for getting to hotel charged another INR 700.
                  - Had Zoomcar at least informed me in advance, I would have directly boarded a Volvo to Jaipur without resulting in such great inconvenience to me.
                  - In the morning, I received a call from Zoomcar Supervisor who assured me that they will ensure I get INR 8, 000 as credits and 50% off on next booking besides full refund. I told him categorically that I had incurred INR 10, 500 of needless expenses and not to speak of plentiful inconvenience that I suffered. I asked him to arrange this extra reimbursement.
                  - This is 15 days since the episode and there are no credits in my account, no way to get the promised 50% off on the booking and not sure what to make of all these false promises and claims.

                    It is highly unprofessional of the company to do such things. I booked a swift for 28th august and when i reached there to pick up my car, they tell me that it's not available. The booking was made on 26th august. No prior communication or message. Even the app stopped working and we were left with no option. The person at the location was least bothered about our problems and asked us to contact customer service. He stood at a side surfing internet on his phone and watching videos. It's not even fair to us. They have caused us so much inconvenience. Even after all this, we incurred a loss of rs. 10, 000.

                      On 21st Aug 2016, i availed the car hiring service from zoom car against a refundable deposit of 5000/- under a order id no. JPS6VPAN8and still not received my amount. I tried many time to contact zoom car, They have the same reply templete and are not able to give any satisfactory ans.

                      zoom car is in hurry in collecting the amount than why not at the time of refund.

                        I book a car, I delivered a car 2 hours late they put fine, first two hour 1000 rs fine and 300 for not infroming for late delivery, i paid the amount, Again one more time i booked and due to some reason i delivered the car 3 hr 20 min late, But i infromed this time, But they put fine for 4 hours and they put for 1000 rs for late totally 3500 rs fine.

                          We are not satisfied with the zoom car service. It's herculean task to call you people. Shut your [censored]G Business. After everything they should suppose to pay us around Rs 7000 but they only refunded 4455, I don't understand on what basis they did that. I delivered car at 5 P.M which suppose to be delivered at 6:30 P.M but they entered 'actual drop off' time as 7:45 P.M and charged penalty.
                          We've taken XUV 500 for three days on 21/08/2016-22/08/2016, we got car without A/C working. And later in the journey the brakes weren't working because of empty brake fluid.
                          We've called many people in the Zoom car hierarchy and to customer care but ended all without any help/result because nobody understood the problems. We were totally disappointed.
                          The way of response really disappointing further.
                          So we were completely travelling without A/C working in around hot 45 degrees and brakes partially working.
                          We spent time to repair/refill brake fluid, even still the brakes weren't working 100%, so we had to go slowly.
                          When I spoke them, they agreed to pay us back a compensation of Rs 1000 as CASH + Rs 1100 for refill of brake fluid (provided bill) + Rs 5000 of our deposit amount.
                          As per the conversation with Giridhar and Team Lead, the agreed amount should be credited back to us. If you want I'll attach proofs of what I spoke to them and empty of brake fluid pic.

                          Overall we need is to pay what you people agreed and solve this issue without highlighting any hidden conditions still further.

                            I had a fordd figo booking from brigade metropolis at 9:00 pm on 14th august. At 7:00 pm, customer care executive called me and asked me to cancel my ride becuase they don't hae the car available. So after half an hour discussion they agreed to give me the car but at different location which was 12km away from my home and they thery gave me the car at 10:30 pm. After taking the car before reaching my home the tyre got punctured and i changed the tyre with stepne and i informed customer care. Next day i need to leave in the morning to nandi hills. I started at 7:00 am and on the way i fixed the puncture. The tyre was in very bad condition. So i made puncture guy ot talk to customer care and ask him to explain the tyre condition. And stepne was also not in the good condition but better than the other one. While coming back from the nandi hills the stepne also got punctured. I again fixed the puncture. To fix the puncture i spend rs 400 and i didn't ask for any refund. I was pissed off on the car. The moment i reached bangalore i returned the car to them 1 hour earlier. Next day i saw on my zoomcar account they have put vehicle damage fee of rs 5000 then i called them about the damage fee they said that the tyre got damagd so you need to pay the amount.
                            First of all fleet didn't informed me that the tyre is not in the good condition and they handed over the car to me. Fleet knew that the tyre is not in the good condition. They gave the car so that they can charge me for the tyre.

                            Zoomcar cheats pepole by put low quality material in the car so that they can charge customer for that. So that they take customer hard earned money. I followed up with them but every time they said you need to pay the amount. They are asking me to pay the vehicle damage fee.

                            Please don't take cars from them these guys are the cheaters.

                              I have been trying to connect with zoomcar customer care since 11 days now. You extensions do not work and the call is disconnected as soon as i enter my registered mobile number (I have been trying your customer care number[protected] with multiple mobiles with no success).

                              Of course, they won't take the pain to call back the customer.

                              I got a message from you 2 days before my scheduled trip which was on 13th aug, 2016 that the details of my car will be sent 30 minutes before the pick-up time. However i never got any message with my car details and i just kept waiting for 2 hours after my scheduled pickup until i called zoomcar.
                              Reaching zoomcar was another mental torture. I called multiple times however every time the call was disconnected as soon as i entered my mobile number.
                              After almost 3 hours of my scheduled pick-up my call was connected to zoom executive who asked me to wait for sometime before they find out the issue.
                              I kept waiting on the calls and later i was informed that my car was not available at the moment.
                              We were 6 people (One of them a medical patient who underwent a surgery 2 weeks back) who had travelled from mumbai and on a planned trip. While we were waiting at chandigarh railway station in heavy rains, zoom guys were least bothered to update us on our booking for which the payments were already made to you weeks back.
                              As per my booking i was supposed to get the xuv car on 13th august, 2016 at 02:30pm at chandigarh railway station. However neither i got my car at the scheduled time nor there were any updates/communication from zoom until 4pm. After continuous follow ups from my side, i was told that the matter is being looked at. Later, i get an email informing me that the booking is canceled. Email, seriously?
                              Zoomcar's lack of communication and failure on your responsibility of providing xuv or an alternate arrangement has made me and my family suffer from huge mental harassment, financial damages as well as lot of inconvenience.


                              There has been no explanation on complete failure in fulfilling the services promised for which i have made complete advance payment to you weeks back.

                              I also expect a satisfactory compensation from zoom in this regard. Failing which i will be forced to take appropriate legal action against them.

                                I booked a cab (booking id Your Zoomcar Booking : JPS6VP2R0) on 20th august from 8pm to 22nd august 12 midnight and picked it up from palace grounds location. First of all they gave me the car at 10:45 pm, secondly their app says i made a booking for 20th august 8pm to 21 august 12 midnight which means they expect me to return the car in 1 hour. I had to travel to mysore and calicut and returned the car at 10.30pm on 21st, my citrus wallet has 5700rs and they have now charged me with all possible fines and everything they felt like and said I am liable to pay 23000 Rs. This is only because of their app's mistake. I also had the worst experience of customer service from the customer service personnel where i had to wait for 5 to 6 hours to report the issue because the line does not either connect or gets disconnected automatically. The customer service person puts you on hold and never get back. In total I spoke to about 5 people for about 5 hours explaining the same thing. I shall only pay for what I have used and I am not liable for the company's or app's mistake.

                                  The condition of the car was pathetic, ac was not working properly. We took zoomcar for the 1st time because we were a lot of people going on a trip, they cheat you with all the charges. We were just 1hr late and also had informed, they charged us almost the same amount as for 1 full day for 1 hour. And on top of that they simply add on late charges+late fee+ fuel charges.

                                  They are just cheaters and cheating people, i prefer and suggest everyone to take cabs or look for some other facility.

                                  They do not even have a proper customer service, when asked the car owner about the charges like extra fee and extra charges different he just said he doesnt know and the customer care just wont answer. Worst experience ever.

                                    I have been scammed by a company
                                    named Zoomcar rentals its a big name in car rental business. I booked a car on 7th august
                                    for my guest from United States.. 17 august when we were expecting the car at the booking time 11:30am
                                    the car didnt reach we tried there customer care contact numbers the head office phone, but nobody was
                                    answering the phone we wasted more then a hour & some how i managed to speak to them on the accidental helpline several times i called
                                    they use to give a certain time but nobody bothered at all waited more then an hour after that they call and say
                                    your booking has been cancelled because of shortage of cars. Now i got a refund of 6800 the amount paid was 7100 & as a apology they give a credit of 500 if i book next time.. what will i do with the credit in there company & why will i book a car next time in this fake company so in the end i pay 7100
                                    and get a refund of 6800 wasted almost whole day to deal with them.. please take a strict action against them so that nobody in the future gets scammed like this..
