    My act fibernet connection is not working for the last 14 days, and inspite of repeated complains everyday, there has been no action taken yet.

    The nodal officer number is always out of service. I sent an email to the nodal officer and they dont reply back. Customer service keeps giving an automated reply and never escalates my call to any senior management. Ticket no : [protected]

      Without my approval last month payment got deducted from my credit card by act, i have raised the complain last month and act team confirmed their will be no auto deduction but surprisingly even this month the payment got deducted.

      1. With out my approval how is act taking money from the card.
      2. After confirmation last month, how can act make another mistake
      3. For last 2 days i have been trying to reach customer service to understand and way forward but couldn’t reach any person after calling 6 times, always call on wait for 30 min.
      I sent mail to support team and their is no response for last 48 hrs. Sent reminder today.

        Applied for act fiber on[protected] at 11:40 am ist made a payment of rs.4378.00 for 6 months subscription and provided 24 hours timeline to complete simple wiring from house top to 2nd floor as the act box was already setup on top only needed was to use one of the ports for wiring.

        Till date no one showed up for wiring as it has already crossed the 24 hour timeline as per commitment.

        While calling customer care I receive the same statement stating that they will get back to me within 24 hours. This is getting over my head, I think of going legally now as it past 48 hours and no update every time same response "WE'LL GET BACK IN 24 HOURS"

        First reply to these simple questions
        1. when did I purchase the new connection?
        2. When you guys did the wiring.
        3. How many time did I called you guys including your paid customer service number.
        4. Why did your manager speak rudely over the call to a new customer?
        5. When did you guys update the complaint.
        6. No update on the compensation yet.
        No supervisors are available. While calling customer support every time they say all supervisors are busy on other calls. Is that all customer reps are sitting and only supervisors are attending the call.

            Its been 5 days i have requested for shifting the connection, but its not done yet. Initially they said it will take 48hr, after 48 hr is over i contacted with nodal officer they said it will take 72hr from now. Once that is also over now they are saying it will be done with in 5 days from now. This is how act is providing service.

              It is a worst experience from act i am facing.. I raised a complaint 24hrs before till now no calls from act people.. Always facing this issue from act.. People not addressing the issue. Not even an enquiry. And there is no direct number to contact the support people. If customer care people calls they will say wait for one more 24 hours.. It is irresponsible team of act.

                I have raised disconnection request in the month of february(On 10th Feb). Disonnection has happened but still feb month's bill is generated. I have paid even feb month's bill extra to get rid of ACT. Everyday 4-5people call on this and someone asks shall I send somone to set the box, someone asks is your connection working, someone asks you raised disconnection request so shall we disconnect. There is no co-ordination between people. After lot of mails to appellate, someone called and said he will re-activate the connection and waive off the extra bill that I paid. Even the setup box has been removed from my house. But no response further and another 2 months bill is being generated again(Mar and Apr). No response how many ever mails are written to appellate. Literally experiencing hell because of their reckless behaviour towards customer. I have clear e-mails requesting disconnection.

                  I have taken a new connection with the following details:

                  Address : villa no. 31, dream one, gagillapur, quthbullapur, hyderabad – 500043.
                  Application filled : 10 apr 2018.

                  While filling up the form i have requested your sales executive mr. Pradeep ([protected]) to get the cabling and the activation done on the 12 apr 2018 (Saturday) as i will be at home and on 12th when i called up ur executive he said the team is not available and by the end of the day they will arrange some one and get the connection done. After that in the evening after my repeated calls from different numbers he has stopped answering my calls. At that time i called up the customer care and escalated the issue and spoke to mr. Prudhvi and he assured me that they will get the connection done on the 13th even though it is a sunday. Again on the 13th i. E. On the sunday i called up the executive several times and their was no response from the sales executive. Again i called up the escalation team and this time it was mr. Srinivas as it mr prudhvi was not in office and the call was at around 11:30 am. This time srinivas had kept me repeatedly on hold and in total i was on call for nearly 1 hour or more than that and during this time was simultaneously trying to ur executive also and this time he answered the call after almost 50 calls and it was the same old story from ur executive. And again mr srinivas assured me that i will get a call from the installation team in 1 hour time which i am still yet to receive.

                  Today again waiting till 3 pm i called up ur executive from another number and this time for the very first time he called me back and it is the same old story that the team is not available (This is from ur escalation team mr. Srinivas who called me back after i gave a call back request) & the reason this time is the box which was installed is full and another box has to be connected now and it will be completed today and the connection will be given tomorrow.

                  I request you to kindly look into the very unprofessional responses from your team and due to this i am getting skeptical now as how will be the connection and the speed and the browsing.

                  Hope the issue will be resolved now.

                    I have paid 500 rupees to set up a new connection but still there is no one to install the act fibernet and when they took money they said there technician will come in a day and fix the connection in a day but it's been one week nobody turned up till now and i'm calling them continuously nobody is lifting the call even the one who took money from me his name is hari from beeramguda is not responding to phone calls. This is a very pathetic service from act fibernet internet. They give lame excuses that technician is not available or the box is full in my apartment they need to install a new box.

                        I took act fiber connection on april 17th subscribing to a-max 650 yearly plan which should offer 350 gb extra data which i didn't get in my account. I have paid 9200 rs (Includes gst tax) in advance, registered complaint with customer care.

                        Its been pending since 10 days and when i called customer care and i have been informed that i will be getting a call from sales department. As informed by them i did get call from them through a landline number after 2 days, but they disconnect the call immediately after answering. Then i again called customer care and informed about this. Again i have received call after 2 days and same thing happened call has been disconnected immediately after answering. I have waited for an hour and no call received again.

                        Then i called customer care again and i have received a call after 2 days from same landline number and this time i can hear them typing the keyboard and background sounds. But they didn't even say hello and not responding to me. And disconnected the call after 1 minute. There is no option to call back the landline cause it is busy always.

                        This is really annoying and cheating the customers in intellectual way of stating the customer has disconnected the call.

                        Why do i disconnect the call when the lose is for me. Why there is no option to contact sales department directly.

                        Never subscribe to any long term plan with this company. There is no way you can contact sales department directly. A good way to loot customers and they will never provide resolution for any lose of your valuable money.

                        I have shared the plan details in attachment which offers extra data for subscribing yearly plans, pamphlet has been shared by sales agent when i payed my bill in advance. And customer care says they have no idea about the plan which offers extra data. Cheaters for a reason. I have called customer care over 15times, they never transfer call to nodal officer/manager. I dropped a mail to nodal officer and i never got any reply.

                            My name is neelkamal bearing account number[protected] used to get bill amount of around 767 every month till april 2018 but for this month i. E. May 2018 i got an bill amount 797 i got puzzled at this. But unfortunately i have paid the amount i have checked it once i have paid. So for transaction detail i have contacted customer care but they are not responding at all just they are leaving a message. Banjara hills act office, call is lifting and immediately ending the call. Why there is a need of providing bill with increase of amount without any intimation?

                              I have been having ACT internet connection at Bangalore HSR layout 3rd sector for close to two years now. My account number is #[protected]. Starting off this month internet service stopped. When I enquired they said the junction box was removed by the owner of the house where it was installed and they can’t restore the connection until they find a new place. A ticket was raised against my complain to restore internet connection. In the past one week every day they have suggested the connection will be restored the next day and after 8 days they have closed the ticket without resolving the issue. Now there is no date by which connection will be restored. Looking through different consumer forums I have realized closing ticket without resolving the issue is the established practice of act customer support. Your customer support doesn’t even have the courtesy to apologize. If this is the way by which you will handle your customer then good luck expanding your business.

                                I live in rajakilpakkam, east tambaram. I have requested for act fibernet connection and provided all documents, and payment for act blaze plan (Amount of 6 months) on 1st may 2018. I have been told that engineers will activate my service in 24hours. The engineer who contacted me on 2nd told that junction box needs to be kept in my home and will send another engineer next day. I was contacted by another engineer on 3rd may who told he'll come by afternoon 2:30 but did not come even after calling him numerous times. He finally came by in the evening to only repeat the same thing the engineer said on the previous day. I have tried informing my situation to customer service a couple of times only to be told that they will escalate and complete the activation.
                                Again today i was told engineer will come by 10:30 in the morning but no one turned up. If this is going to be the case, then it's better if i disconnect the service now itself.
                                Kindly let me know how to disconnect and provide the money back to me.

                                  I want discontinue the account

                                  I have relocated my premises so i requested customer service to discontinue my account. While their customer care people called me i informed them to discontinue my account but still it's not yet done. I don't want to keep that account anymore.                                   The router provided by act stopped working within few months of purchase. It has 3 tears of warranty. I tried connecting to act customer care too many times but everytime nobody is free to receive my call.
                                  I also dropped mail to them, but nobody is responding.
                                  Just requesting them to help me arrange a new or repair this router so that my work doesn't get hindered.
                                  I have facing problems because of the non-availability of wi-fi.

                                    ACT team is not responding any communication so far since 15 days for my refund request. Even after copying appellate and nodal office mail IDs there is no response. Have tried calling their customer care and they are so rude that they say this is all the info we can give and nothing else can be done. I made a mistake by opting for ACT service. Is there any bit of responsibility with you guys?
                                    First they did not do proper feasibility study and took money for connection and later they said connection is not feasible. Even after repeated mails and calls to customer care there is no response.

                                      We raised a complain about no internet connection from 27th april 6pm in the act fibernet mobile app and no action has been taken in over 24hrs. No notification or call backs were received too and the nodal officer number always says busy. Ive already spoken to their customer service person and was provided an update that the connection will be restored at a particular time but nothing has been done so far.
