I'm shifting from new delhi to gurgaon and requested to shift my connection as well. But act is not present in gurgaon. So i asked to shift it to my home town in hyderabad. They said that is also not possible. Customer care person said to deactivate account with my money in it (6months pack and i used only 2months) and i can reactivate whenever act comes to gurgaon.

Last month I accidentally made 2 payments, first through Citrus LazyPay App for rs. 796.60 on 11th Feb '18, but I didn't receive a transaction confirmation, hence I assumed the transaction was failed so I made another payment of Rs. 800 on 16th Feb by cash through a local shop's paytm. (It's a common thing that they do here in our locality).

internet getting disconnected repeatedly

I have been raising a complaint of repeated disconnection of my ACT fibernet in Kamanahalli area. Everyday the connection goes off and they fix it temporarily. I am asking them for a fixed resolution but they just do not care.
Seriously these kinds of service should be shut down immediately.

I have given internet connection from act fibernet on february 1 st week. They promised uninterrupted internet and 50mbps speed (They say no * we are not giving up to 50 mbps we give full 50mbps). I paid for 6 months. Now with in 28 days i got 4 days disconnected from the internet.. When ever i ask they say fiber cut. It means either they use low quality cables or they say false reason to handle situation. I am expecting for either uninterrupted...

I have since asked them to stop on multiple occasions but they seem to ignore these requests. When calling them they say the issue has been resolved but I still receive communication.
