My airtel lte is very slow,

The highest chargeable network with worst service is Airtel 4G LTE, , , We are paying the highest LTE bill which is 2400 for a month for 25 GB which is huge compared to any other network. My LTE is very slow and getting disconn very often. I raised this to customer care for last 4 months. The response which I got is "in my area there are doing some work in the network and it will be resolved".I don understand for how many decades they will...

Poor service of mobile network

Dec 10 Morning - Put in a request to port. Receive a call from your rep and the date for document collection is set as 11 Dec as i was not carrying a photograph. However, your executive shows up at my office on 10 Dec itself despite being told that i dont have a photograph. He insists on collecting the document and assures me i will not face any issue without the photograph. I hand over my photo ID card and latest vodafone postpaid bill....

Broadband reported not working on 23rd November 2015 through service request #61815804. I understand there was huge devastation due to floods but still the customer service hasnt rectified this yet and keep on saying it will be fixed in next 24 hours. No services are activated since 12 days

Hi, I have migrated from BSNL to Airtel 12 days ago. Since then i was not able to get any incoming calls. I complained to the customer center more than 10 times but still there is no action taken. I have personally went to the airtel store 4 times, but still the employees did not take any action. Yesterday they have given me a new sim and said it will be activated in 2 hours. The new sim is still not activated and my old sim got deactivated....

Activation of plan without any information in postpaid

I changed my sim from BSNL to Airtel and opted for basic plan 99 but when i got my first month bill i noticed that my plan is activated by 299 and not for 99. so i informed to customer care and they said that they will rectify it so i paid for the month but it continued for the next consecutive months and so i stopped paying the bill and informed the executives to change the plan but each time when they call me to pay the bill i request them...

Simcard activation

Unethical behaviour, unauthorised plan change

Eventhough I refused to change my plan during a service call, they changed my plan automatically mentioning that my bill plan will not be changed but in the next 30 mins I received a text mentioning that my bill plan has changed.
