Hi, I have been trying to get a solution from Airtel, from well over a year now. At my residence 155 Harsh Vihar, Pitam Pura, Delhi -110034, I have been getting very poor signals. Despite complaining again and again Airtel has never provided a solution and its attitude has been pathetic. I need a solution to this ASAP, if not then Airtel should as a principle stop issuing SIM card in areas where it cannot provided network.       To whom it may concern On 02nd Jan'16 i have called at 121 (customer support number)& connected with Mr Samarth . The concern was tk know the clarification about the my last bill which was so high as per usage. Post discussion, i get to know the amount got charged for extra usage of internet (Which i didn't) cause on 21-Dec-2015 at 09:58 pm i requested to know the current usage of my internet for the same i send DATA USE at 121 (As advised by your team earlier) & i was varying within the assigned data under my current plan. Also on 18th Dec, i had a word with Ms Nisha Fatima @121 & asked about the current internet usage under the interaction ID[protected] where she confirmed that your are under assigned usage. Then how come i have received bill more than usage. This is not the first time, i am escalating the concern. For the month of Nov'15 i also waived off Rs 500 (approx) from my bill (as that was also wrongly charged). Request you to kindly take the necessary action against below points & confirm me 1 : Waive off my late fee (As i never informed about the late fee charge) 2. Waive off the additional amount (approx Rs 500) from the bill of Dec'15 bll & confirm me on mail, so that i can pay the due amount. Cc : CEO of Airtel (Mr Gopal Vittal) Expecting positive support.         Hi, I am writing to file a complain of the severest nature against Bharti airtel chennai covering jafferkhanpet area. We have been a longstanding customer of airtel, who was previously of the opinion that your corporation valued your customer and treated them with respect as human beings. We do not have Broadband connection since the last week of november in 2015 up until jan 1, 2016. So for a whole month of december, 2015 we did not have any internet and we still got billed for the entire month amount, and were asked to pay by jan 3-4, and the internet which came back like a week ago was cutoff even before we could have a conversation to settle this dispute - which to any sane person would sound unfair. Especially considering the fact that the AIRTEL chennai, was delaying our connection for about 4 weeks after the rains quoting some electricity issues. How hard is it for a multimillion dollar corporation to fix an electricity board in the server room? We had to call almost everyday which were addressed with false promises of " you will get internet today sir", on and on, and only after 39days later!! This was customer harassment at its best WHY do i have to pay for a month of NO internet service?!           I have recharged my mobile no.[protected] with Rs.92.00 on 09/01/2016 after confirming from *121# service to get 1GB 2G data for 28 days, but received only 200 MB 2G data for 10 days. called customer care they asked me to dial *129*08# followed by 00 but still i could not find my remaining balance. Please let me know within 24 hours why there is such in discrepancy with your given offers. This type of services is not at all expected from such a big company like you.

            Airtel has raised a bill of 773 against me for the month of January'16, where my plan is just 150/-. When I asked for clarification, they told that an amount of 500/- was for Data usage and I strictly don't agree to the above statement they have made. I have wifi at home and at office and there is no way I could cross the total usage i was allocated. I had raised a complaint to cancel my service. But i believe this should be dealt seriously. They can't continuously force users to pay the bill they are gonna raise as per their wish.

                    SIR, 1. I have Airtel GSM prepaid sim NO. [protected]. I was recharged Rs. 100/- on 05/01/2016 and Rs. 66/- as booster for local calls @ Rs. 45/ Min for local/STD Calls. 2. I put data connection in disable mode. I am using MTNL WIFI connectivity when needs for data connectivity. But on checking main balance Rs. 15/- only available in my account. 3. I asked from customer and they informed that charges deducted/deducting from Main balance for inter surfing whereas I am not recharged any net pack. But they replied which is not satisfied me. I am not understood when subscriber is not using data connection and put it in disable (off) state and using MTNL WIFI then why should amount debited for data surfing in main balance and when asked replied in a harass way . 4.                       My cust. id: [protected] On January 5th, 2016 at 10.22 am, I got a call from your customer service executive Ashish from number [protected] on my registered mobile no. [protected] that you are giving me a channel name &TV HD on channel no. 175 without any extra recharge free of cost from today. But when I checked my account details I got that you are deducting Rs. 30 monthly for this &TV HD. When I call to your customer service regarding this issue, firstly the lady who received the call said that Rs. 30 for &TV hd is not deducting from my account but when I gave her full summery of my deduction then she said its ok, I am transferring your call to senior person... then I waited for more than 10 mins but that call has been disconnected from your end. Then I called again & discussed again about my issue & the guy who received the call said that, be on call, I am checking this & let you. Again I waited for so long & after that as usual this call has been also disconnected from your end. Even you can check this in your records also: I have done both call from my number [protected] on your customer care number [protected] time of both calls are between 2:00 pm to 2:15 pm on dated 9 jan. 2016.

                        Dear Sir I raised a request for airtel broadband connection on portal. Kavitha ([protected]) has attended the call and delegated the same to Sonu ([protected])(sent a sms of the same).Sonu has collected and issued A recipt on behalf of 3gzone on 30-Nov-2015.Technician has visited the premises and said that there is no tag and hence the broadband connection can't be completed.                             My number [protected] was ported from kolkata circle to delhi ncr circle however after porting the same is not able to connect incoming calls as the call drops from the caller end without any ring the same was even reported by the customer care rep who tried to call from his own number. Only airtel customer care toll free number is able to call even a complaint was lodged 67078036 however no resolution has been done. The technical team is equally clueless and have no answers. They say that the incoming facility is showing on from their end however when the airtel relationship showrrom global cellcom shop no. 343, first floor, supertech(shopprix mall), sector 61, noida 201301 was contacted they said that its showing incoming is barred however they cant put it back on and has to be done from customer care on phone only.

                              Airtel deducted rs.264 in my main balance for the service of data pack.. but i didn't activate that.. its happenef on 06/01/2016 9.54 pm after that i called cust care they are said that wait for 48 hours.. but still now they are not refunded..                                 Hi There, Myself, Bharat Kheterpal, purchased a prepaid Airtel plan 20 days ago from Faridabad. Suddenly got the following messages and my service has been disconnected; "Prepaid to postpaid conversion of your airtel mobile number [protected] has been initiated. Your address verification will happen within 72 hrs." On my investigation, it was found that the local Faridabad Airtel has sold the same number to multiple customers. All my balance money has lost and I am helpless now. I wish to bring your kind attention and I do hope you will take necessary steps to avoid recurrence of such things.                                   Whenever i'm using this pack, it allows me to download untill 4 a.m without disconnection. After every 1 mb usage it disconnects automatically.i already complained about this but still i'm facing the problem. My money fully wasted.i[censored] give unlimited internet only between 12a.m to 4a.m, why are you advertising it to 6hrs. My downloads are only halfly downloaded all the time.i need another net pack to finish it.

                                    Dear Sir, I have requested to change the dth stb box on 5th jan 2016 but it will not change it and its engineer mr.anil thats no. Is [protected] comes and demanded to more money but company not take any action against mr anil and then I requested again then it will solve it on 7th jan 2016 but it will not chane same STB. It change at low quality. So pls check and solve it.

                                      I am a costomer and havingh airtel mobile no [protected] in assam area pin code 786112. i have recharge my sim for Rs198/ for 2 GB 2 G NET PACK on 8th Dec 15. And just after a week airtel has created problem since last 15 days there is no connectvity of net and all money and data has gone wast only signal are there but no net when contact to costomer care 198 they are making fool to costomer by giving setting to costomer they never say that there server is under mantenence ro unserviciable who knows and after compling 30 days all data accout will be zero and again costomer will be compell to rechage and same will be repeated . Dear sir, your company is pristigious and its reputation will go down i have lost my Rs 198/ and i felt very bad it is my duty to tell that like this your staff i n all the state cheating with costomers in lakhs and bringing money to your accout . at least leave email id of compony head email id on your website so that people can tell there story like me there may be in lacs .public money is very hard please if you have simpathy to this costomer than say at least sorry by call me on [protected] . Customer care is not responding properly. I felt very bad about the service provider. Customer Service Center, Tilakwadi, Belgavi.
