Dear sir/madam,
I, om prakash jain r/o e-5/69, sector -16, rohini, delhi -110089 have bought above mentioned fridge from del-rohini-a020, new delhi-110085 vide invoice no. Slf02a[protected] amounting rs. 17819.00, time stamp: 05/06/2016/ 07:55 pm created by md. Amir javed.
From the very first day of purchase, performance of device is completely non satisfactory, cooling has no effect & also ice is not forming.
Despite making several phone calls to the croma center, no response has been received from their side. I am an old aged man around 65 years, also a heart patient advised to do compete rest by doctors. But i am being provoked to loose my patience while talking to croma representative.
I, therefore, request the concerned authorities to kindly refund my amount & get your fridge back from my home. I am not interested to deal with such type of big named companies who does not cares for their clients as well as common men.
Kindly do the required on priority basis & do not push me towards harsh or hard steps because my age do not allow me for rough & impractical ethics.
Looking forward an early & positive action.
Yours sincerely
Om prakash jain

Croma Customer Care's response Hi, I trust your issue has been resolved. If not, then we request you to reach out to our customer care team on [protected] or write an email at [protected]@croma.com. They will assist you with the resolution of your concerns.
It could be possibly be a hardware fault (cables, RAM, HDD), or BIOS settings. I’d suggest you to check the hardware connection of PC first to be sure about it.
1) The first thing you have to do is restart your computer and enter the BIOS. You can enter the BIOS by pressing a specific key when requested, it´s usually requested at the beginning of the computer´s boot.
Example: F(X) like F2 or F11.
2) Find the boot order section like First Boot Device, Boot Order, Boot Management, Boot Sequence, Advanced BIOS Features or Advanced Boot Options.
3) Check the motherboard connection
4) Check the PSU.
In my experience, the majority o[censored]nbootable computers originate from loose wires or improperly seated components.
Hope it helps.
