I have purchased croma washing m/c 2 yrs ago with extended warranty of total 4 yrs, registered complaint on 22-july-2016 with complaint no: sr[protected], technician visited on 26-july-16 & said "pcb faulty" & will get it replaced within 5 days, but till today not resolved & on calling customer care daily they are saying same story as "part not available" & you will get a call in 24 hrs, when escalated to supervisor mr akhil & mr subash at 2 different times both committed to resolve issue by 10-august & said service team will contact me but not even for a single time i have received call from service team & i myself have to follow up with customer care & when asked for higher authorities contact no. They are unable to provide it. Mr akhil & mr subash supervisor are absconding now when trying to reach them. This is the worst kind of support i have received from any service provider & they are cheating people, need to be taken strict action against croma & also it has to be banned from selling products when unable to provide service.

    My 1.5 ton ac, under extended warranty, has been taken for repair since a month - for gas leak and panel not working. I have not got any favourable response from customer care who say its going take time as the panel not available. It is my workplace ac, so unable to function in my work[place.
    This is second time i am facing similar problems. Earlier cromw took 4 months to repair my washing machine.\
    I am quite disappointed by the after sales service especially when in extended warranty period.

    Hope i get someone to respond and return my ac repaired and working asap.

      I have purchased voltas s/ac 1.5t 185jy 5s from c. g road, ahmedabad store on 16/05/2016. invoice no. slf02a[protected] of rs. 37515.50/- which gives free installation by voltas and one year warranty on whole product and five year warranty on compressor.

      I was having a problem of water leakage and gas leakage for which i have made complain with voltas (sr. no.[protected] dated 06th july, 2016) and also with croma (sr no. bow090716fs00012 dated 09th july, 2016).

      Now it is told by voltas that it is not a installation by voltas but it is done by croma installation so voltas is charging money for addditional stand, dismentaling & also for new installation and it is also told by voltas that warranty is now limited subject to faluty installation as it is done by croma.

      Firstly when i contacted croma the officials denied that installation is done by them, then after complaining so much ms. yasmin & mr. ramsankar as relationship manager of croma store told us that the installation is being done by them and they regret for the faulty installation but they have no answer for the charges to be paid by me and also for limitation of warranty.

      On finding the actual installation croma gave me installation request no. [protected] by voltas but the local service centre of voltas denied the installation. the actual installation is done by mr. usmanbhai from sarkhej ahmedabad, (mob. no:- +91 [protected]) mr. usman told me that he was instructed by ms. yasmin of croma for the installation.

          I have a Croma tab, it has battery issues since after three months I bought it. Every time I take it to croma center in Ahmedabad panchavati center from where it was bought they just inform there is no issue, but it is still continuing. I didn't expect worst services from a TATA team... Till u buy the product they will pamper you but once u pay the amount u will be treated as stranger..eventhough company has good customer policies...none abides it.

            Complaint no chn230716fs0005 dt 27/7/16 booked at chennai croma store.Mechanic came on 30/7/2016 and replaced the main board.But the board that he brought and fixed also defective and not having audio.However he managed to get the sign of the servant maid and now the company says the complaint resolved. The tv is in extended warranty upto 23/11/17 . Very bad experience shall i go for consumerr forum

              I had purchased a silver grey coloured 225 ltrs refrigerator from your croma stores (infiniti retail limited) bungalow road, kamla nagar, delhi-110007 vide invoice no. slf02a[protected] dated 31.05.2014. ever since i had purchased this refrigerator i am facing problem that snow deposits around freezing chamber (ice factory) with 2-3 days which need defrosting every 2-3rd day and with the result freezers plastic cover cannot be closed properly. moreover quality of locking devise & plastic of cover is so poor it got cracked / broken within few days o[censored]sage of the machine. despite of my repeated complainants at your store including e-mails to you nothing could be resolved. your help line no.[protected] cannot be excess-ed. please depute your representative immediately to resolve this problem by providing a freezers cover & its lock of adequate strength & material replaced. i am a senior citizen and cannot afford to run around your retail store and hence i am ready to pay charges, if any.

                Ordered a discounted Philips mp4 player online via their online site and paid the whole amount via debit card. Not got a single update from these guys regarding when the product will be delivered..after 8 call and vigorous follow up by me for more than three weeks, got to know that the don't even have the product. Now comes the turn to return the money. Then you get to hear than, ma'am you will need to come to our store to collect the cheque as we have to process to return the amount online. First of all they don't give the product and second of all they refuse to the return the money via the mode it was paid. Pathetic! I have not seen such pathetic customer service by such a big brand.

                  Very bad experience, they did not provide us any service and kept us hanging. I bought a 25k refrigerator from Croma and it's repeatedly asking for repairs and Croma has no proper response to our complains whatsoever. Their repair personnel comes after 10-15 days each time we complaint and then they ask for visiting charges saying that the last complaint was dated a month back! Not expected from such a big company. I don't think this company is capable of resolving issues with its low quality, high priced products.

                    I have the croma fully automatic washing machine with spinner/drier and drain stopped working for more than 1 month. registered the complaint on 8th July and technician visited after one week to inspect it with remark that the sensor to be replaced and asked me to contact their customer care number for the details. when contacts the customer care they always register a new complaint number and sms me. After repeated attempts past one month, I was informed that my claim id is 207179 and po number is 4783. my machine is under extended warranty. Why croma is taking this much time to arrange a spare at a place like Mumbai for a 3 year old product.
                    I want to know when this machine will get repaired . in this rain affected period without washing machine drier croma is pouring curse .

                      This is regarding a purchase of NIKON DIGICAM 16MP P900 BLACK on 4th August, 2016 from your outlet 'MUM-AIRPORT T1B A005, MUMBAI - 400099' vide Invoice No: 'SLF02A[protected]'.

                      At the time of purchase I was NOT shown the demo of the product as the battery was discharged and was very well assured by the sales representative that it is a fully conditional product. But right now after charging the battery and on using the product I can see it is damaged and some functions are not working.

                      It is my very humble request that kindly initiate the process for refund of money or replace it with a new product.

                        I had croma 1.5 ton air condition bought under warranty. My service request mum310716fs0002 was registered on was supposed to be solved in 3 working days. I complained on 31 july 2016 at 11.06 am.
                        I received a sms on 2 aug 2016 at 7.08 pm say that we are pleased to inform you that service request is completed. Which was absolutely false and on the other side it was very unprofessional that without any repairing or attending my job, how i got the sms. After calling to customer care guy called giri explained me that your air condition has been services/repaired.
                        I was so wondered that without attending anything, how did i get remark and sms. When i called to again to customer care, he shamelessly said that your problem will be solved in 3 working day.
                        Bull croma and their products. Suggestion to all …never by croma products…no service part at all. Bye any other brand…but no quality and support from croma.

                          I purchased tv (croma hd led 61cm el7065) item code 178879 dtd. 24/5/2016.
                          Invoice no -. slf02a[protected]
                          Installation done on 29/5/2016 after rigorous follow-up with customer care and pimpri showroom.

                          On 24/7/2016 - i logged complaint for tv is not getting start. on 26/7/2016 engineer visited and confirmed that pcb is being faulty so tv could not be able to start. we have been told that will get it replaced within couple of days.
                          Since 26/7/2016 i and my family members are in touch with costumer care but we are getting false commitment from customer care that you will get from call from croma service center team.
                          Now we are feed up with croma services and support team.

                          Now we want replacement of tv this faulty tv with new one as it’s got faulty within 56 days.

                            This is 4th time I am giving complaint for my washing machine, only first time your service engineer came to see but did not resolve any thing. Again when I gave compaint for the same issue nobody came to my place but I received a sms stating that your service request SR[protected] has been resolved. Again I called to customer care centre to tell them that I received this message but no one visited to my place, after that your executive has taken another compaint for the same problem on 30/07/2016 and till now no body visited.

                              I have purchased the above mentioned product (tv) on 16.05.2014 with two years manufacturer warranty along with two years extended warranty (totally 4 years from the date of purchase) in extended warranty no. 172934 at infiniti retail ltd, grand mall, croma show room. since my above product has been become nonfunctional i have lodged complaint in claim id no. 209829 on 14.07.2016. though the customer care staff (viz.) mr. vignesh, ms. malini at grand mall is sincere in handling the complaints, the outcome sofar is not fruitful. it is pertinent to point out that one mr. giri (teleponone no. [protected] who is handling the spare parts to rectify the complaints has said that "sir, i have sent the correspondence to get the spare part (ie.) tv board i dont know when it will arrive" if the same comes only we cant rectify your tv. otherwise you approach the dealer where you purchase". i state that for the last 17 days i am suffering mental agony due to the negligent attitude of tata products rectification staff. kindly do the needful to get the tv board or replace the tv set at your earliest to keep the confidence and reputation of indian products particularly tata products and oblige.

                              On 1st August the day when I was posted my complaint, a Technician of Croma visited my residence with a New Board (as he said) and tried to fix the proplem. And after some time, the same technician said that the Screen Panel also to be replaced and went away with the TV Board he brought with him for fixing the problem by saying that if the TV Board which he brought with him on that day, is fixed the complaint might be treated as resolved. And again he took the photograph of the TV front and back with his cell phone and sent the same to his higher officials by what's up about the replacement of the Screen Panel. Though 4 days has been elapsed since the last visit of the Technician of Croma, I wonder without the spare parts of the TV which has been sold two years back, how a TV company such as Croma can give a Warranty for 2 + 2 Years Extended Warranty to his customers, and the same seems to be unethical trade practice. I hope I can resolve the said issue without going to the Consumer Forum which is also more time consuming with the help of the Service bench Staff such as Malini and Vignesh and also one (Mr. Giri at Ware house of Croma at Chennai? at Infiniti retail shop of Croma at Grand Mall at Velachery. Hope the good sense would prevail.

                                Bought the product on the 24th of June 2016 and was told that the product will be delivered on the next day and the installation will be done the day after. First they didnt deliver the product the next day and only after follow up did they deliver it a day later. Its been 4 days since then and the machine is yet to be installed. Yesterday I was told that they will take the product back if its not installed by today afternoon n now they are asking for today evening, otherwise monday. Its now getting more and more frustrating. I seriously want my money back.

                                Had to visit the store and only after talking to the store manager, they agreed to replace the machine. It was delivered the next day, installed and working fine. It was one of the worst experiences I had to face and I dont think I will ever buy anything from Croma again. On our first visit to Croma the staff said that they might be a little costlier but they focus on the customer service and believe in customer satisfaction. I got none :)

                                    We got defective piece from croma and still not accepting their faault, below is trailing mail between me and cromaa. croma i9s really worst with services.

                                    After your mail, lg executive visited the place and inspected the tv and same report mailed to you as well as given us. but after that only i got confirmation cal from your end but no official mail received.

                                    I visited the shop also but the manager said they received report but no action. as you know following point are mentioned in the report by inspection person from lg.

                                    1) old tv given
                                    2) scratches on tv
                                    3) no official 42 "box given instead 43" box given
                                    4) some accessories missing
                                    5) no manual and booklet given.

                                    As these points make us confirmation that croma is second hand seller like olx and not new product seller. i want official reply from you.

                                    We have purchased led tv of 42 inch from croma mulund division..inv no :slf02a[protected].. but after installation we found tv is not under good condition... as some scratches seen on tv.. along with some accessories missing... and original packing box also missing...
                                    Where as box given is of 43 inches.. and when tv made on... some sound is not proper.. as these specify us croma given us second hand tv..

                                    If croma doesn't have stocks then why they put on display for sale.

                                    We came to you for tata brand... the manager even not bothered to take cal and refusing for exchange..
                                    When we visited on sunday even they are not entertaining properly..

                                    Instead they shows worstness in service..
                                    Why they want to transfer their liability on our name.. and our money.. is tata is so poor for just 42000 inr for replacement... kindly update as earlies as we will take necessary requirement if we not get value for our money..

                                      My airconditioner is not working from last week i. e. 16.07.2016 and i have lodged complaint same day vide no. del160716fs00017 but my complaint is not attending properly.
                                      After lodging complaint, i raised query from your representative that could i go to your nearest outlet at kamla nagar, delhi for repair the remote and he suggested me to go there. when i went kamla nagar, they refused to attend my complaint as they are not providing any service at their outlet.
                                      Your representative from okhla denied to come at my home and suggested to change the remote without checking, i asked him to know the cost of new remote but he told me that he is not have any idea of cost. on 18.07.2016, i received a sms as "we regret to inform you that order #del160716fs00017 shall be delayed due to unavailability of required spare part."
                                      I hope, remote cost will be lower than repair that why he suggested for replacement of remote but it is extremely sorry to write that i have not received remote till now.

                                      You are requested to please look into the same and provide me remote at the earliest or get repair remote if repairing expenses is lower than remote cost. further, i want to know that how to start a/c manually/without remote.

                                        We have faced lots of issues after buying ac from croma store (In aditya city centre, indrapuram, ghaziabad) dodgy sales person sold us product that installation will be done next day for sure. (And this was our only criterion to buy this product because of weekend installation). Then we called customer care, croma person for 5-6 hours continuously but no one responded to us.Infact they were speaking rubbishly as if we have done some crime. No customer support, bad language, no assurance for anything.

                                        Please take strong action to these people who make false commitments and waste customers time. Still no action has been done on our issue!!!
