I applied credit card directly. They have all my proofs and 23rd may i received message with application number. But when i try to track. There was shown "no application found for given inputs". My application number is [protected] mobile number is [protected]. Kindly get help with regard this. My proofs are maybe misused? Kindly clarify it otherwise need reverse my proofs.

    I am khushboo singhal 804.78 rupees has been deducted from my account as (Dmc/in[protected]) dp chgs till apr-18) dp charges on
    30/05/2018.

    I have never applied for demat account. Also, never activated/ used this demat account till now. There was no prior notice. I haven't received any deduction
    Message to my mobile. I need my money back immediately.

      I got a call from icici bank credit card services, i provide all details for applying credit card at 30th april
      15th may i got a message for application number and they ensure that process will clear within 15 days they replied on yesterday i get a new sms like the card was packed and u get it in very next 2days but i track it through the pod of indian speed post services the destination postal pin is wrong how

        Hi team

        Its been like 8-10 times a days i am getting calls form the below mentioned numbers regarding icici bank credit card:

        Mridang shekhar +91 [protected]
        Man singh +91 [protected]
        +91 [protected]
        It has been clearly said that i do not require any icici credit card but still i am getting n nos of calls from these guys. Per them they are calling from icici bank model town 3. And the employ id has not been shared once.
        I would like to request you to look into this asap..

          Hi, when checked my icici bank statement i could see multiple times they have debited amount from my account with - ecsrtnchgs charges. This has not being intimated to me regarding these charges yet.

          This is not an ethical act from a reputed bank like icici.. Now i am scared, i had to check my account every day for such to see whether my money is safe there or not. Most scary part there is no messages sent to mobile for such transactions.

          Please get this clarified. Thanks in advance.

          Thanks for clarifying the details. Issue has been resolved.

          It is because of some failed automated transaction which I have enabled and I have forgot to keep the balance for those transaction which made these charges.

          Thanks again ICICI customer care team to clarifying this.

          Got a mail from the ICICI customer care regarding the deductions where made based on not keeping the minimal balance on my account. I dont have any clue when did my salary account being changed to a savings account. For the past three years my company is crediting salary to this account every last working day of the month. Please check this with your team when this happened.

          I believe ICICI is providing zero balance account as the salary account.

          I have replied to the mail from the ICICI customer care with the above details. What should I expect. Kindly help me on this.

            My current account no.[protected] with icici bank.
            Mid 97017074

            My account has been debited by rs 17700 on 30th may 2018. Narration given is terminal balance recovery.

            I hold icici gps (Swiping machine) since nov 2017. I had paid the rent of amount 7800 for it for 12 months i. E till nov 2018.

            On 30th may 2018, my account was debited with 17700 and the reason given by icici merchant team are
            A) machine has remained idle for 45 days
            B) was given reminder regarding the same

            However i did not receive any letter or intimation from icici merchant team regarding the same.
            Moreover i also visited the icici branch asking for process to surrender the swiping machine which the bank branch failed to provide.

            So considering the above scenario i would want icici merchant to make refund in good faith of rs 17700 and would like to surrender the swiping machine at the earliest.

              I am wealth customer o[censored]r bank. My acct related to yamunanagar branch. Jagadhri branch always harras us to make the transaction from our accts and force us indirectly to shift the acct in jagadhri branch. Now i am not in position to bear much more harrasment. Pl take the action against jagadhri branch or give me in written to close my acct. With this harrasment we have already closed 4 a/c 's now we have 5 more a/c with ur bank.

He's name is rohit. he is calling and giving slangs to my family members especially to females and says bad things about them and he say i will kill you.                       My name is arulmani. I am having icici account for more than 8 years. Its my company account. I have not used my icici account for the past 3 years as i was moved to another company. When i saw my account information using netbanking, lot of smab chgs has been deducted with out my knowledge. I have not recevied any sms / email for this.

                      I need refund for the smab chgs reducted in my account, since icici have not send any sms or have not provided any prieor intimation to me.

                      Let us know whether i have log a consumer complaint for this.

                        Hello,

                        This is ketankumar parmar, 826.00 rupees has been deducted from my account as (Dmc/[protected] dp chgs till apr-18) dp charges on 30/05/2018.
                        There was no prior notice. How do you deduct the amount without prior information? I didn't even get any message to my rmn. This is not at all acceptable.

                        Even the customer service executive also passing calls to another one. Not acceptable

                        I need the deducted amount to be refunded to my bank account. I am loosing trust on icici bank whether my money is safe or not.

                          My savings account in icici bank is auto debited in may, 17th 2018. The cash debited from my account is 3000 with out my knowledge what i have to do. It is a zero savings account which was given by icici bank and it is a rural branch. It is loacted in mundlapadu. When i got to bank and asked about it.                               I placed an order with amazon on 18th april 2018, through icici bank credit card. I cancelled the order on the same day itself. It has been 43 days but my refund for cancelled order @ amazon is not processed back yet.

                              I also file dispute with sr[protected]

                              I made the payment through my icici credit card (*3000) for the same. The refund amount from amazon is not credited back yet.

                              I have contacted both the customer cares (Icici and amazon) multiple times. But it is not resolved yet.
                              Amazon has shared the reference number 112398. But icici guys are not able to locate it.
                              What can i do to get the refund processed back to my credit card?
                              Can i raise the concern anywhere else?

                              Not happy with the service they all blaiming each other
                              Amazon say there is problem with icici database and bank say amazon not paid any amount in my account

                                Today morning via hsbc simply pay app
                                I mistakenly transferred rs 50, 000/ amount to wrong account of icici bank[protected].

                                I have raised the dispute as well.
                                I know the transaction is done from hsbc account, but can you please request the owner of account[protected] to return back the money.
                                Kindly help to reverse the transaction at your earliest.

                                    The behaviour of the deputy manager of the halisahar branch. His behaviour is not good. I have an account in icici bank of halisahar branch so i went to know about my expressuion debit card issue so he was showing so much of attitude even he didn't had time to look and hear about my problem. And he have given a wrong information about my expression debit card problem. Is this the way to behave. Date of this issue is 24/05/2018.

                                      I has transferred rs 1500/- on 20.1.2018 through my credit card4375*5001 but it never reached in my account of tatasky.
                                      I complain to icici helpline no & registered the complain sr[protected]
                                      After 3 months i got the massage that the money has been successfully transferred to tatasky
                                      I again complained to tatasky but they again say that they have not received the above mentioned amount on that day
                                      So kindly look into the matter & send the amount or refund it in my credit card

                                        I am trying to update my kyc with the bio-metric verification 4 times i have reschedule in last 6 days... Till date they have not turned up to come for bio-metric verification and they never reply on the same. Always i get answer is to wait 2 days and its almost 6 days i am waiting. Even i got a call from the bank on confirmation for my presence and documents but then to they never turn up. This was only 1 time in my 4 time rescheduling. Please help me out.

                                        I have sent a mail. Yesterday i reschedule the KYC verification today it got cancelled. Again i have to do it which is for 5th time. Really its very disappointing.
