ICICI bank has directly deducted some amount from my a/c without my permission and also open demat a.c in mine name but they have not provided any details to me. I have also contacted thier customer care but they refused to support me.

    I have a savings account in icici bank. It is from rural branch, mundlapadu, 521190. My account is autodebited with 3000 rupees without my knowledge. I didn't withdraw cash and i didn't swipped my card at all but in satement it was showing that nfs cash/wd. It was not done by me. I enquired in my bank and they are saying we don't know about it. I already complainted against this but, still there is no action from the bank side.

        I am using the icic bank account for last 4 years...

        First time they have deducted 169 rupees as dp charges till april 18

        Even i don't have an demat account and then after 2 days again 661 they have deducted as same message and no messages coming as well

        When i check the transaction history i found.

        Without prior notice why these icici people are doing this i don't know.

          Dear sir/madam,

          Today i visited at your west patel nagar branch for status of my mother pan card updating in her account which is pending since approx 5 days. No updating given by any one to me. One employee (I think his name is mr. Arnav) says today in front of branch manager that after 5 years you found that pan card not updated and why are you came now. When i suggest that don't speak like that than he says "jaha complaint karni hai kar lo" and same in font of branch manager along with all branch employees.

          Now my pan updated within 10 minutes after this incident but this is not the services that still customer silent you don't work and customer shouting than work.

          I am not accept this type of services and attitude of employees in customer service.

            Today i went to deposit 45000 rs money to icici bank account, when i was searching for deposit form, staff told me to deposit through machine, first i have tried to insert money after some time it has shown please collect your cash, there some cash was stuck in some bar some notes were placed in the empty space, i have taken the notes returned empty space and tried to insert that money again but it was showing your transaction was cancelled and returned money.

            And i didn't count the returned money and tried ti deposit one more time this time it has returned only one note, and i took that note and inserted again and this time it has displayed 34500 money proceed to deposit. Then realizing my money was missed i have cancelled the transaction.

            And complained to the staff they are telling we couldn't find your missing 10000 money.

            Please check properly and return my missing money.

              I got message from one assist.. You deducted 1399 from my account i have issues on that card so thats why i still did't generate pin number and activate that card on befor you took 1399 from that account as of now i am going to cancel my card... So kindly refund that amount and cancel that plan asap otherwise iam going to file a case in consumer court. Thanks

                        It has been clearly said that i do not require any icici credit card but still i am getting n nos of calls from these guys. Per them they are calling from icici bank model town 3. And the employ id has not been shared once.

                          Hi, when checked my icici bank statement i could see multiple times they have debited amount from my account with - ecsrtnchgs charges. This has not being intimated to me regarding these charges yet.

                          This is not an ethical act from a reputed bank like icici.. Now i am scared, i had to check my account every day for such to see whether my money is safe there or not. Most scary part there is no messages sent to mobile for such transactions.

                          Please get this clarified. Thanks in advance.

                          Thanks for clarifying the details. Issue has been resolved.

                          It is because of some failed automated transaction which I have enabled and I have forgot to keep the balance for those transaction which made these charges.

                          Thanks again ICICI customer care team to clarifying this.

                          Got a mail from the ICICI customer care regarding the deductions where made based on not keeping the minimal balance on my account. I dont have any clue when did my salary account being changed to a savings account. For the past three years my company is crediting salary to this account every last working day of the month. Please check this with your team when this happened.

                          I believe ICICI is providing zero balance account as the salary account.

                          I have replied to the mail from the ICICI customer care with the above details. What should I expect. Kindly help me on this.

                            My current account no.[protected] with icici bank.

                            My account has been debited by rs 17700 on 30th may 2018. Narration given is terminal balance recovery.

                            I hold icici gps (Swiping machine) since nov 2017. I had paid the rent of amount 7800 for it for 12 months i. E till nov 2018.

                            On 30th may 2018, my account was debited with 17700 and the reason given by icici merchant team are
                            A) machine has remained idle for 45 days
                            B) was given reminder regarding the same

                            However i did not receive any letter or intimation from icici merchant team regarding the same.
                            Moreover i also visited the icici branch asking for process to surrender the swiping machine which the bank branch failed to provide.

                            So considering the above scenario i would want icici merchant to make refund in good faith of rs 17700 and would like to surrender the swiping machine at the earliest.

Jagadhri branch always harras us to make the transaction from our accts and force us indirectly to shift the acct in jagadhri branch. Now i am not in position to bear much more harrasment. Pl take the action against jagadhri branch or give me in written to close my acct. With this harrasment we have already closed 4 a/c 's now we have 5 more a/c with ur bank.

                                    This guy is repeatedly calling.
                                    Some action must be taken against this guy.
                                    Such kind of incidents must be properly dealt with and should not be spared.

                                    [protected] and [protected] . He's name is rohit. he is calling and giving slangs to my family members especially to females and says bad things about them and he say i will kill you. Please take immediate action against this person and block his number. He is in ranchi, village is Bokaro.

                                      My name is arulmani. I am having icici account for more than 8 years. Its my company account. I have not used my icici account for the past 3 years as i was moved to another company. When i saw my account information using netbanking, lot of smab chgs has been deducted with out my knowledge. I have not recevied any sms / email for this.

                                      I need refund for the smab chgs reducted in my account, since icici have not send any sms or have not provided any prieor intimation to me.

                                      Let us know whether i have log a consumer complaint for this.

                                        Hello,

                                        This is ketankumar parmar, 826.00 rupees has been deducted from my account as (Dmc/[protected] dp chgs till apr-18) dp charges on 30/05/2018.
                                        There was no prior notice. How do you deduct the amount without prior information? I didn't even get any message to my rmn. This is not at all acceptable.

                                        Even the customer service executive also passing calls to another one. Not acceptable

                                        I need the deducted amount to be refunded to my bank account. I am loosing trust on icici bank whether my money is safe or not.

                                        Need action on priority.
