I made a booking on MMT on 30 Sept, 2014 for travelling on 1 Oct-2014 with ID NU[protected], form delhi to jaipur. The bus opreator name was shown "Shree Krishna Tour And Travels" and address as "Shop no-27, fateh puri, delhi" When I reached at fatehpuri at 9, I got a shock as there was no shop named "Shree Krishna Tour And Travels" in whole bus stand. The shop no 27 people started laughing saying "You also got this fake reservation". I tried calling the number given as bus operator no but it was off. It was an emergency, So i booked another ticket there at double price. Now i made call to MMT, After trying for 10 min, one customer care executive picked the call. I tried telling him about the situation, He also tried the operator no and when He didn't get any answer, the executive cut my call.. This is the service MMT provides. No safty checks for customers, NO checks whether operator exists or not. I will make a legal complaint against this MMT, it's not about ticket money but the way they are running their onlie business without any ethics, the way they treat their customer, I will make them pay.

    We made our Booking through Make My Trip vide ID No. NH[protected] for dt. 02.10.2014 to 05.10.2014 @ Rs. 5760/- per room per day considering the property to be a 3 – 4 Star as shown in their website but we wish to state that Hotel C.K. International (A Unit of Royal Vacation Resorts Pvt. Ltd.) at Shimla is neither International nor a Resort. They are cheat and fraud. It is a part of “Rural Bus Adda” 5.8 Km away from Shimla. Entire day and night not only you get the nuisance of buses but also the conductors shouting “Rampur, Sholapur, Rampur, Sholapur”. You can’t sleep during night. Breakfast is horrible. Mattress is horrible. Since the place is away from Shimla, you are totally dependent upon them for which their charges are exorbitantly high for everything. For going once to Shimla Rs. 550/- is charged. My complaint is that all these things must be clearly mentioned and stated in their website alongwith the photographs of Bus Adda showing bus nuisance so that a customer could make judicious assessment about the place, its ambience and nuisance involved before taking any decision.

      Dear Sir, I have booked my flight ticket through Make My Trip.com ( mail id : www.makemytrip.com) Booking dated : 09/10/14. Time: 01:55Am Date of Travel : 03/11/14 ECoupon Applied - MMT200 Flight Detail : Air India AI-806 Mode Of Payment.: Kotak Credit Card But the booking was fail and amount has been deducted from my credit card account. I have already e-mailed them for this query and they have given me a reference ID[protected] for my query. But no response after that. Its already been 5 day to fire a complaint to them over email.         Sir/Madam, This is to bring to your notice the poor services provided by makemytrip on 10th June 2011, bearing reference number 110610 – 030658. I am sorry to inform you that I was highly disappointed by the Service provided by makemytrip. I booked my flight for June 10, 2011 at 2300 hours from Mumbai to Delhi from Make My Trip. After reaching Airport I was informed by the Airport authority and India Airlines crew that there is no flight at 2300 hours. It was a moment of embarrassment for me when I was not allowed by the security and Airport crew to enter the premises. Make my trip is responsible for this goo[censored]p and for not updating me for this. Even after talking to Mandeep and explaining him the whole situation he was adamant and stressed that his system says that there is a flight at 2300 hours even when there was no flight. The incident has caused me real mental harassment and the staff portrayed a large amount of incompetence. I demand the total reimbursement of my flight ticket from Mumbai to Delhi. However the incident caused me hell lot of extra charges. This experience had been a big letdown. I have been marking email to make my trip since 2011 but so far no response received.           I tried booking a ticket which did not go through, and I had to do the booking again. Later, I found that the same booking was done twice (same person, same flight, same email ID, same date). The complaint was made to MMT (Incident ID:[protected] Booking errors) Later one of the booking was cancelled, with no refund, saying that this was a normal cancellation. Jet Airways have confirmed that this is a technical error, but refund have to be done by MMT. I have been writing to MMT for refund, and they are just keen on delaying and not responding.

            I had booked two flights through Make My Trip and then cancelled both of them. I only have received 32, 000 INR instead of the 75, 000INR due me. MMT has not responded to my endless requests for the money due to me. These flights were cancelled a month in advance and I was told that I would receive full refund, yet there has been not satisfactory response. The only company line is that they are investigating the problem. I consider the actions of this company to represent fraud with criminal intent. Under no circumstances should anyone use this company for any travel booking.BEWARE! Spero Latchis

                I have been following on the mentioned complaint for the past two weeks..no satisfactory response received.They are pushing the matter from pillar to post.I am not able to escalate it to next level on the complaint site.Totally fed up...horrible company... Dear All We had booked for a holiday package to Gangtok, Lachung and Darjeeling from Bangalore for 26September 2014 to 2nd October 2014. Due to medical emergency where Col G V Rao was hospitalized on 25th Sept and advised for complete bed rest for 4 weeks we were not able to start on the journey. The flight tickets were cancelled and the refund is under process, but I was given to understand that the hotel booking amount of Rs60, 500.00 will not be refunded. I totally understand that there is a zero cancellation policy when we signed up and the vendor must have undergone some loss. But what I fail to understand is that you can always charge a penalty for the inconvenience caused but not giving any amount is a crime. I am sure the hotel will definitely rent the room to some other guests and make a profit, so why should we pay the entire amount. I can provide you will the hospital bills and other proofs once he is discharged. Since this is an medical emergency, request you to please consider the same. Regards Kavitha Rao

                  Complaint Ref No[protected], Booking Ref No - IN1409B3S132189 I have been booking my flight and hotels through makemytrip from long time. Recently I have booked hotels at Jaipur, Udaipur, Jodhpur and Mount Abu through call centre with a specific request of minimum 4 star category and accepted to their recommendations with high confidence on makemytrip. The booking references are IN1409B3S123935, IN1409B3S125676, IN1409B3S126333 & IN1409B3S132189. When I reach Mount Abu it took more than one hour to find this 4 star hotel which doesn't have name board at remote area. When we enter this hotel we were shocked, it is not a hotel actually it is a jungle with 4 to 5 rooms without proper toilets, furniture, flooring and staff. I was wondered how make my trip can rate as 4 star hotel and recommend us. I called customer care and explained the situation and asked for help but she cont do anything about this. I took some photographs of these rooms and proceeded to Jodhpur without check in into this 4star property Royal Heritage. Again I requested customer support to at least provide accommodation against payment at Ram International Jodhpur where you have provided from next day. Even that also they unable to help and subjected some other hotel. Then I called directly to the hotel Ram International and blocked the rooms. After reaching chennai I have placed a complaint online at step 1 & 2 but I didn't get any response. After 4 days I tried to place at step 3, it was not accepting. I have a doubt, Is it a Makemytrip's own property? Otherwise why not even responding to my complaints. I have photos of this property which already loaded to Tripadviser.com . Please understand that we have travelled from chennai with hi confidence on makemytrip but we were cheated by makemytrip. We are not even visited any places in mount abu as we are all depressed. So I request you to go through these photos and arrange for refund and also my sinecure suggestion that Dont cheat your customers by providing this hotel by stating 4Star property. Regards, Ram Mohan

                    I had booked a Gujarat trip with Make my trip, it was a 9 day trip. They have clearly stated that the hotels booked are of 3 star standard and many hotels booked were of 1 star category. They have charged me nearly 4 K/room/night when the rack rate clearly said that it was less than 2 K. It is very difficult to reach them once you book with them. They have bad service. WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN.

                      I booked a ticket through the online portal Makemytrip.com. I was travelling from Chennai to Delhi and back. So I booked for both sides. Due to some unavoidable circumstances I wanted to cancel my one way ticket from Chennai to Delhi. But the online portal makemytrip.com didn't allow me to cancel me the ticket for Chennai to Delhi part. They said that it can be cancelled only through the airlines directly. This clause has not been mentioned...

                      I had booked 3 flight tickets via make mytrip on 29th August. The discount offered by booking thro Kotak netbank as listed on their website was 15% - however for the total amount of 8400 Rs, i received only 400 Rs. On enquiring with them - i recieved absolutely no response from their service desk or management !!! Since 26th September, I have been trying to contact the company and completed escalating my complaint from Stage 1 to their service desk that is provided on their website to Stage 4 to the management. The final reference id for my complaint is :[protected]. Today being 11th October - No one has given either a call nor an email - to provide any clarification from this company. After one month and for a business that deals in internet bookings - i call this fraudulent and deficiency of services. I am a silver member but i dont think i will book again from makemytrip - and would rather prefer to use direct bookings from the flight or hotel All be aware - So much for their service and business orientation !

                        HI Makemytrip, I was your permanent customer booking tickets for me and my family and friends from our site on a regular basis. But the real face of you i have seen when i cancelled my tickets to and fro from SIngapore-Delhi. The ticket was worth of 587 sgd. The total refund amount was told to be 494 sgd after cancellation charges of 97 sgd. But the amount returned to me was 452 sgd only and that too after lot of troubles. The remaining 42 sgd was told by customer team memberes initialy it was showing in system and later they told no such amount exists. After repeated calls to your customer care the same answer " give us 10 days to look into the matter, we raised the concern with accounts department". No reply from ur team then.MY booking id is -- SN[protected]ticket was booked for indigo airlines. Indigo airlines pnr number -- K93D5D. Indigo is saying they returned all the money on 24th september, 2104 itself.??Did you people have even 1% ethics left in business. You are just robbing innocent customers. I will highly recommend people not to book any ticket from this agency. They r bunch of theifs and liars. Thanks, Sudhanshu

                          Dear Sirs This is to bring to your notice, the agony and pain I was put into by Makemytrip and also by Spicejet. I was not informed of the cancellation of my connecting flight from Mumbai to Surat till the time I reported for check-in at RGIA Hyderabad. Is itnot the responsibility of Makemytrip or of the Spicejet to keep me informed of the same well in advance? The response of both Spicejet and YOUR SO CALLED SUPPORT OFFICE at Hyderabad Airport was atrocious. Neither of them could give me the correct position of the fate of the flight for OVER AN HOUR. I was made to stand at the counters all along. This is totally an irrational and ill mannered attitude on the part of Yours and Spicejet's staff. This irresponsibility on your part had costed me dearly both in terms of precious time and money. I was given a very GENEROUS OFFER BY THE AIRLINES that I can either go in for the cancellation of my entire journey ticket or accept a partial refund or travel on a different date AVAILABLE WITH THEM. Is this the way we the passengers, who intend to travel by air, expect to be treated. If I have that much of time at my disposal why should I travel by Air? The irresponsible behaviour on the part of both makemytrip and spicejet in not informing the cancellation of connecting flight put me into an embarassing situation and constrained me shell out over Rs., 7600/- for no fault on my part. I demand an immediate credit of my partial refund and the expenditure I had to incur, besides YOUR EXPLANATION AS TO HOW AND WHY YOU HAVE NOT KEPT ME INFORMED OF THE CANCELLATION OF THE FLIGHT WHEN YOU COULD CONTACT ME INSTANTLY SO MANY TIMES AT THE TIME WHEN I WAS BOOKING THE TICKETS.                             I had booked Air ticket from MakeMyTrip.com via Makemytrip App from Android phone. As per the Offer I was supposed to get a CashBack of Rs 500 (Coupon Code : MMTAPP500). But I didn't received any CashBack, Neither they are able to justify that why I am not eligible for cashback. After that I have called them requesting to refund the cashback via COMPLAINT NO : 140914#020749, 140926#054763, 141005#032105 and three more times, and mail two times. I had been told that complaint would get resolved in 4 days every time, Which didn't happened till now. I have been calling them again and again in a time spam of week and every time I use to get same response "We have raised the complaint to concern department and they are working on it". Even they don't reply by simple message or call back or via email. I had been assured of callback with justification that Why am not eligible for cashback. But I didn't receive any response/callback. I called them back several times but their response was quite ignorant. NEITHER THEY ARE REFUNDING THE MONEY, NOR THEY ARE ABLE TO GIVE REASON FOR NOT GIVING CASHBACK AS PER OFFER. Now, Its been more than 2 months and I haven't received any cash back from makemytrip. THEY USE TO PUBLISH PROMOTIONAL OFFERS FOOLING PUBLIC, TO BOOK TICKET AND AVAIL SOME OFFER. LATER REFUSE TO GIVE OFFER. I HAVENT RECEIVED CASHBACK AS PER POLICIES. They finally ask me that your card is used twice by different account which is wasn't in terms and condition.                               MakeMyTrip Booking ID - NN[protected] Booking Date - Thu, 11 Sep 2014 we had booked the ticket for Madras to Manchester on above date. the initial onward was on 8th Oct and with return on 23rd Oct. On the 6th we called makemytrip to make some changes to the booking. The agent upon discussing with us mentioned that she has made the ticket as open for 12 months and that we have to pay some charges towards it and asked us to confirm 24 hours prior to departure and emailed the same confirmation to us. When we called on the 8th to confirm the tickets, we are being (a) asked to pay no show penalties and (b) being told that the booking for return has been cancelled, since we did not travel on the 8th. When we enquired how that is possible since we have an email confirmation, there is no response. We have been promised call back 4 or 5 times so far and no one has called. There is no esclation contact as well.

                                Pathetic support service by Make my Trip. I have booked an Airline ticket in the past and cancelled my booking and waiting for my refund for months. I was out of county for a while ;I reached the support 3 weeks back and they promised a call back Ref Number :[protected] and no response yet.I called couple of time and always the supervisor are busy and they promise a call back but no one turned up. I also got an email a week back stating the issue will be resolved in a day and no response yet.I don't understand how these people are in business.I would like to make a strong not on this pathetic response. Make My Trip Team - If would like to give you an opportunity to prove that I am wrong.Do you guys have dare to prove that. You guys are not fit for business;You people owe my time more than my money.You guys are slackers.Make My TRIP SUCKS.                                   Dear Concern, I wanted to book a flight from Kolkata to Bangalore for 31st October 2014 under a special offer for cheap however while booking the rate which featured was 3, 647 INR. This fares was available on the top screen where rates for multiple dates are shown. I selected 31st Oct-2014, re checked the same, before making the payment I got a ticket for 23rd Oct-2014. The rates where constantly fluctuating the same flight rates were as high as 20K after 3 mins. I called up the customer care immediately to inform the same however I was told that the booking logs will only be generated after 24 hrs and I have to call back to find out and the customer service call me as hat this the standard of Make my Trip. After 08 days I received an email from them with booking logs saying that they cant change my ticket as the midtake was mine and if I want to change the ticket the charges will be applicable. I was checking for alternate flight the same incident occurred again and this time I was able to take a screen shot for the same where the ticket was featuring wrong fares. I have send them the same screenshot asking for clarification. However they didnt revert me yet in spite of my numerous reminders. They are very good in proving a customer wrong with evidences and when the customer wants clarification of their errors they don't reply. Please note my complaint reference number NF[protected].                                   MakeMyTrip India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                  An error in booking date happened with me on ID NF[protected]. I booked a return on 28th Dec night, but got ticketed for 28th Jan, morning. I even paid for a travel date change and that didn't reflect either. Now, the 'Manage Bookings' sections is not opening up on my account

                                    As i am seeing there are already so many complaints, so i guess its absolutely useless writting another complaint, still if it helps someone I am just updating behaviour of make my trip I had booked a flight for 30th september 2014 booking ref NF[protected] [Incident:[protected]], due to change in travel plans i cancelled the trip on 25th September 2014, I was assured payment within 2 days but nothing has come, also after cancellation charges i was to receive 1493, but I got a mail that " we have initiated the process for refund of payment of 696/-" A. I dont understand what is initiating a process now days payments are transferred online within 10 mins, b. how did 1493 become 696 c. Even 696 has not come, Learnt a lesson that we should always book directly on the concerned flight portals and not through these middle agencies,

                                      I had cancelled my tickets from Chandigarh to Srinagar (Indigo Airlines) on makemytip site on September 16, 2014. I was promised a refund within 7 working days (attaching the mail for reference). However, despite repeated calls and emails to makemytrip, I have not got my refund till now. Every time I call up the call center, they make up new excuses. My emails to MakeMyTrip are going unanswered. Request you to please look into the matter urgently and get my refund at the earliest.
