I am Vikas Agrawal and i am facing an unaddressed and harassing type of problems from MakeMy Trip company. The booking seller and customer care team all are bad and cheater of this company. I have booked holiday package for the month of February 2015 in September 2014 and at the time of booking seller ensured and gave committment for cash back of 4% for ICICI bank for rest of the payment which i am going to pay in month of January 2015. Now when i asked seller to provide deal code for cash back he said that bank has withdrawn this offer. So we cannot provide you deal code. When i raised this complaint to customer care they are saying that we did your call tracing and based on that seller at the time of booking had informed you for the same. Nobody has informed me about all this issue at the time of booking and just to book package seller has given wrong committment. The customer care team are very worse of this company as they only ensure customer that they will get back to customer about problem. Please do needful for the problem which i am facing from this company.

    I had booked a SpiceJet flight SG - 613 through MakeMyTrip for 24th December. After that, sometime later the SpiceJet flight got cancelled, so I asked for refund. Now somedays later SpiceJet texts me that I can reschedule the flight, So, I rescheduled it with SG - 104 on 24th December. Since, it is impossible to reach the MakeMyTrip on phone (due to their below standard service) I had to mail them to cancel the refund. The reply comes after a very long time saying we cancelled your flight and then I find out they actually cancelled my rescheduled flight. I mean the height of being moronic and stupid right there at MakeMyTrip

      This is a formal complaint against travel agent MakeMyTrip pertaining to 2 unresolved issues: 1.) for denying refund of actual amount against cancelled tickets and 2.) for overcharging my international air tickets to Thailand. Intending to avail the special discount offer by Malaysian Airlines, I booked multi-city tickets (for two travellers) for Thailand (BLR-HKT and BKK-BLR) through MakeMyTrip on 30 Nov 2014. Due to some silly mistake made at the time of booking, I had to contact MakeMyTrip customer care for voidation of my tickets and issuance of fresh tickets. I was attended by Mr. Karan Anand who initiated the voidation of my tickets and issued fresh tickets. I was informed that the old ticket amount would be reimbursed and should reflect in my account within 4-5 working days. Also, I was made to pay an excess of INR 7000 for my fresh tickets, despite the special offer given by the Airlines during the time of booking, on the pretext of voidation charges levied by MakeMyTrip (he made me believe that he was adding the fine with my fresh ticket booking amount). I trusted the agent and went ahead with the booking. However, I was aghast when I realized that the voidation charges amounted to just INR 600 (for 2 tickets) that was deducted from my old ticket amount. Furthermore, the refunded amount was INR 656 short of the actual amount promised (as refund) by MakeMyTrip (refer to all correspondence with complaint REF ID[protected] raised with MakeMyTrip against cancelled ticket Booking ID NN[protected]. When I investigated the issue further and requested for duplicate ticket voucher from Malaysian Airlines Customer service, I was again shocked to find that MakeMyTrip had duped me of an additional INR 7000 for no particular reason. I informed customer care within 2 days of purchase of tickets (refer to all correspondence with Ref ID[protected] and[protected] raised with MakeMyTrip against Ticket booking ID IN1411B5S211571) and also forwarded the ticket details provided by Malaysian Airlines. However, I am yet to receive any favourable response/resolution from MakeMyTrip. I have been pursuing this issue for 15 days and have followed all mandatory procedures given on MakeMyTrip website for posting complaint. I got a call from an executive 10 days ago and was promised callback and resolution within 72 hours, but no such luck yet. I fail to understand why a company with such repute should resort to such cheap tricks and poor customer response. They have a lot to learn from their peers and other e-commerce companies in the market. Hoping for an immediate redressal. Thanks. Prem V.

        I did a booking with this site on 6th dec. My payment was deducted but the booking details was not sent to me even when my travel date was heading close. I chased them and followed up them for mmy status. But they were [censored]in sleeping. I escalated this to their management but nobody cared to reply. I called them and they were very rude. I had a worst experience. My refund is still stuck. Please help help help

          The flights to and fro were cancelled by SPICE JET as per the phone call by SPICE JET personnel on 2nd December 2014 are : (1) MUMBAI - KOLKATA on 3rd December 2014 by SG -895 at 7:55 hours PNR -P7JQKZ and E-Ticket - P7JQKZ (2) KOLKATA - MUMBAI on 10th December 2014 by SG-819 at 19:15 hours PNR - P7JQKZ and E-Ticket - P7JQKZ I have made the bookings thru Make my trip and do not see any refund. Please do let me know ASAP what is the problem and why so much time taken on this. I am filing a similar complaint with SPICE JET as well. I request for a complete refund.             Dear Sir / Madam, This is to inform you that i have booked my flight ticket as on 26 july 2014 with following detail by my HDFC credit card 1. Jet konnect (jet lite S2-5110) Bangalore to delhi 23 Oct Thursday at 7:50 hrs 2. Jet konnect (jet lite codesher 9W-7076) Delhi to Bangalore 01 Nov Saturday at 19:20 hrs Booking ID- NF[protected] Out of both flights i have cancelled 2nd flight Delhi to Bangalore and i have confirm with jet lite they also confirmed the cancellation. But till now i have not get any refund from your end so many time i called you on your customer care and waited so long but it was not connected to the concern person and its really annoyed me and raise a question about your services.               The complaint is about THEFT of my hard-earned money by MAKE-MY-TRIP for a cancelled Booking ID: "NW[protected]". The Booking is of a 6-days Tour Package, done on 8/11/2014. A partial payment of 19639/= done online by SBI master-Card 5241********5293 (Samiran Samanta) via website: "www.airindiaholidays.makemytrip.com" which is entirely maintained by MAKE-MY-TRIP. The Creditcard has been charged under the head of "Make-My-Trip". On 10/11/2014, I received a mail at my e-mail-ID: "[protected]@rediffmail.com" from "Mohd.[protected]@makemytrip.com" i.e. 'Mr. Mohd Ahsan Anees' of 'Make-My-Trip' : The mail said that Make-My-Trip is cancelling my package as Hotel is not available at Coorg. This is done even without my permission. They don't bother to inform the customer also about the cancellation due to problems at their end. Ok! I accepted the cancellation. The main fact is that as on 12/12/2014 i.e. even after 35 days I did't received the Rs. 19639/= (the advance amount paid for the booking). I have at least called more than 50 times to their BOGUS Customer care. They are good-for nothing. Every body says "you will get your refund by 10 days", but the 10-Days not con came even in 1-month... Everybody said that your refund has been processed and sent to Accounts, no problem... Even I received SMS and E-mail confirming that. But amount is not credited. Checked with Credit-card and got sure that it is not reached... Then I followed the 4-STEP complain & feedback mechanism of make-my-trip and with 5-days gap between each step, I reached till MANAGEMENT-LEVEL... Hard to believe, nothing happen, and It gave a feeling that 'NOBODY is there on the other END', except a Computer, which is only sending an Acknowledgement.. Thats all... Hope you could give a push to the sleeping MANAGEMENT OF MAKE-MY-TRIP.

                  I was trying to book a bus tkt from Pune to Hyderabad on 21 oct2014 buy using HDFC Credit card. Amount(2580) debited from my account but tkt was not booked. also it's all most 2 month done but my money still not refunded. Many time i called on make my trip customer care but no satisfactory answer is coming. i sent them all related document like credit card statement etc but still issue is there. My Complain No: Reference ID:[[protected]] I don't know when this amount is going to be refund.

                    Recentaly i booked my bus tickets (01/12/2014 kanakvali to pune 8.00pm 3 seats paulo trvels) from http://www.makemytrip.com/My booking id's are NU[protected] & NU[protected]. The bus is not arrived on mention date. Bus Operator (Paulo Travels) didn't pickup the call and also make my trip didn't support me on that day.From last 6days i am contacting make my trip call center and they said that, we replay on this asap. But still i didn't get any reply. What can i do now, please help me out...Also i am attaching my bus tickets.

                      I made booking through MakeMyTrip Confirmation for Booking NF[protected] for 11th Jan 2015 from Ahamdabad to Chennai Spice jet Flight. I understood same flight is cancelled till Dec and there is no communication / confirmation from Makemy Trip. I have send reminder 3 times and tried to contact over phone 20 times but no response. how can I secure that any loos i will bear due to change in flight? Pl. advice. Regards; vaibhav karade

                      Till today there is no confirmation from MakeMy Trip Customer service. This is the way in India customers being treated. We need to struggle hard for our basic right as customer.

                      being responsible company can I expect MakeMy trip Sr. official will look into matter and do the needful.

                        Respected Sir/Mam Recently I booked my bus tickets (Kanakvali to pune 01/12/2014 8pm 3 sleeper seats) from http://www.makemytrip.com/ My booking id's are NU[protected] & NU[protected]. The bus is not arrived on mention date. Bus Operator (Paulo Travels) didn't pickup the call and also make my trip didn't support me on that day.From last 6 to 7 days I am contacting make my trip call center and they said that, we replay on this asap.                           I have contacted Makemytrip nearly 20 times via emails and phone regarding reimbursement and refund of a cancelled ticket (cancelled by the Airline). I also have escalated the issue 2 times. The only thing I have received multiple times is automated response. I am still waiting for my refund and reimbursement since 3 months

                            Team, booking id -NF[protected] .Cancellation date--29 Oct '14, 16:31 hrs what a pathetic service u guys provided to me and how much u guys mentally harassed me?? I have called 1000 times and put u guys no of mails. Every time I am getting the same response like I would be getting a call from makemytrip senior member within 24 to 48 hours And you would get the refund within 3, 4 working days. I have cancelled my ticket on 29 Oct '14, 16:31 Hrs and it is going to be more than 1 month. I did not get a single call back regarding the refund and whenever I am calling I am getting the same answer that u guys are working on the issue an every time irritating me by asking the same qns like when u have done booking and when u have cancelled ??how much times I need to tell u guys ? Don't U have logs on the service request?? Its too much...Will u refund my money now????I am having u guys mail that it would be refunded latest by 15th December and several mail regarding It would be refunded in 3, 4 days??R u guys fooling me ??? I am very much frustrated with u guys response. Will u process the refund??

                              I had booked a ticket through 'Makemytrip' on the 2nd of July 2014 for travel from Chennai to Srinagar scheduled on the 18th September 2014. Due to the floods in Srinagar, the GoAir flight I had booked was cancelled and I was told that the refund amount will be transferred to my account within 7-14 days. IT HAS BEEN MORE THAN TWO AND A HALF MONTHS NOW AND I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY REFUND YET. I have filed written complaints on Makemytrip's website and there has been absolutely NO response from their end. I have called their customer care lines a million times now only to have been on HOLD for hours on end, without a single representative to come on the line, let alone care to respond to my complaint.                                   i booked flight from chennai to belgaum on 2nd dec 2014 to travel on feb 7 2015, every procedure was followed but at the last moment when i saw the amount of Rs. 5636.00 was decucted by make my trip from my BOB account, but i didnt cereive any confirmatory message or mail from the website. and when i looked my profile there is no history of booking. i have the proof of my ATM statement where it says Rs 5636 has been deducted and also a SMS from BOB saying make my trip has deducted Rs. 5636 from my account. so what should i do now?? when i call to customer care, there only recorded voice. there is no provision to talk with the executives. my user name in makemytrip.com was... manju.[protected]@gmail.com kindly do the needful i amm here by attaching the ATM statement which says Rs 5636 has been deducted from the BOB account and browsing history which shows the booking procedure has taken place.

                                    I was booking an internation ticket using Makemytrip and due to incorrect details in the ticket, I had to void my ticket as suggested by the agent from makemytrip. During the process of voidation, they said they will deduct 600 rupees from the amount i paid towards the tickets and re-fund rest of the amount in to my account in 7 working days. Based on this confirmation from the agent, I agreed to void tickets instead of making the correction in the tickets via airlines. Then I had to borrow money from some one to make the booking as the internation travel I was booking costed more and my amount which I paid earlier was stuck with re-fund for 7 days. Later after 7 days, I called customer care of Makemytrip, they said it is still under process and will be deposited next day (25th November). I called them up again on next day, I got the same answer again that it will be deposited next day (26th Nov). I called up again on next day, they said 27th Nov. I called on 27th, they said 28th. I called on 28th, they said 1 Dec. I called on 1 Dec, they said 2 more days. All the above called, I am making from outside india. They said their numbers are toll-free, but my service provider charges for this number, so I had to spend nearly $200 just to call Makemytrip. I have asked for callback, they said they have raised a request internally for calling me back, 5 times, surprisingly even a single time I received a call. This above one is by calling them up. I tried other way, their support via chat. I did chat more than 30 times. Every time, they transfer me to some one, 10 times, I had to wait for 20-30 mins and disconnect as no one picks up my chat request. More than 10 time, they transfer to some one, they will say we are still working on refund, can you please wait for one more day. I will be asking something to them and they disconnect the chat session and keep customer un-happy. I tried contacting them via email, every time I send e-mail asking for updates, They said we are working on this, please give us 72 hours to refund. I have received this mails every day, many such 72 hours passed, but no useful update. Not sure why makemytrip is taking so long to refund my money and not even a single person from their customer service is honest and help up. Every time i contact them, i got false information. An interesting update from one of the customer service person - She says, " We have verified your cancellation/voidation with Airlines and as per policy there is nothing to be refunding to you". This was shocking update from her, as I have voided ticket based on the Makemytrip customer service and now again they are giving an wrong update to me. I have given them my new contact number every time I contacted them and said, I am not on the number which I booked with because I have already travelled to other country so call me on my new number. But surpricingly, every time they say, we have contacted on you number 900*******, I will tell them I have given my new contact number and asked to call on that why are you calling my Indian number. They say we are sorry for that and we will contact on new number. This happened many times and still not received an update or call on my number. Here is my booking ID: NN[protected] Voidation date: 14-November Agent confirmed me before voidation and promised refund in 7 days after verifying my details and then I agreed. But now, I am regretting about this decision and decision to use Makemytrip for booking my tickets. There is my mail ID linked to this booking ID and they can contact me anytime via email and not via old phone number.

                                      I have made the booking on 1/11/2014 with jet airways from travelling from indoor to pune.I canceled it at 10/11/2014 but still i did not get any refund.I am fed up with there customer service.I called them 7-8 times but still my issue is not solve.Really Worst service i ever seen.MakeMyTrip u lost your customer.
