interest charges

inconvenience cause in trip and very bad customer support - not entertaining refund req after 1 week

Poor service and no response when informed

I paid 153000/- as a complement trip amount and promised I would get 3 star properties and just one 2 star in Rameshwaram. Refund of money for train canceled by Indian Railways not done

I had booked a ticket on 22 Dec 2013 for a journey on mumbai mail on

Refund pending from 2 months

Booking ID CA1401B4S000173 It has been 2 months since I have been calling and following up and I get excuses all the time. I found it it be very unprofessional that it's taking 8 weeks but still no progress to refund. There is no accountability to resolve my issues. I have waisted several hours chasing ppl at call centre but no result. Feels like i am dealing with a road side agency and not a company. I am very disappointed......
