i was on nepal tour wef 13/10/2014 to 18/10/2014. theexperience was bad in following respect:- HOTEL GRAND EARLIER IN ITENERARY IT WAS VAISHALI MESSAGE WAS GIVEN HOTEL UP GRADED TO GRAND. WE FIND IT WAS BAD &SURELY DOWN GRADING IN ROOM THERE WAS NO DOUBLE BED BUT TWO COTS WERE JOINED ON OUR REQUEST. IT WAS CALLED A/C ROOM BUT THERE CENTRAL A/C WAS DISFUNCTIONAL SO ON OUR REQUEST HE PROVIDED PEDASTAL FAN .ROOM NO. 504 WAS NOT HAVING HAND SPRAY OR JET NEAR COMMOT. THEN GIVEN ROOM NO. 703. AGAIN DEFECTIVE ROOM HAND SPRAY WAS DEFECTIVE, WASH BASIN TAPE WAS DEFECTIVE.INSTEAD OF A/C PEDASTAL FAN PROIDED. EVEN THE ROOM SERVICE WAS DHILI OR THEY DIDNT RESPOND EVEN. RECEIPTION ALSO NOT CURTIOUS TO ATTEND OUR COMPLAINTS, KEPT PURPOSELY BUISY IN DOING SOME CALLS. WE HAD A NOTE IN LOG BOOK OF HOTEL GRAND. ON 13TH WHILE WE FORGOT OUR MOBILE CHARGER, AS WE WERE TO COME IN SAME HOTEL ON RETURN WE ASKED ABOUT MOBILE CHARGER ON RECEIPTION AFTER PRELIMINARY ENQUIRY IT WAS TOLD THAT THEY HAVE NOT FOUND IT, AND SAID THAT WHILE VACATING ROOM YOU SHOULD BE CAREFUL. AFTER MAKING REPEATED PERSUANCE WE GOT IT.THIS SHOWS THE POOR QUALITY OF SERVICES AT HOTEL GRAND. VEHICLE WE WERE A GROUP OF 14 PACKS AS PER DELUX PACKAGE THE SPACE WAS INSUFFICIENT IN TOYOTA HYCE HUM LOG GADI ME THOOS DIYE GAYE THE. ON ROUT KATHMANDU -POKHARA THERE IS MANAKAMNA TEMPLE WHICH MUST TO BE INCLUDED IN TOUR ON REQUEST DRIVER WAS AGREED TO STOP VEHICLE WITH A CHARGE OF RS.100/- EACH .ON REQUEST TO LOCAL REPRESANTATIVE HE ARRANGED REFUND. IN ALL TRAVELLING WITH MAKE MY TRIP, BRAND HAS NOT GIVEN GOOD EXPERIENCE, BUT SOME BAD MEMORIES LIMITED.

ear Sir, This is to in form you that I have an bitter experience on that tour Siliguri TO Kolkata 19th oct2014 I know that Make My trip is reputed company & it service is better than other, but on that time company given under performer, On 19th oct2014 I purchased a Ticket from Make My trip for Kolkata for Santanu Travels Bus Type is Leyland A/C seater/slipper Maharaja push back & PNR No is 6EGFK9 & departure time was 7pm but unfortunately bus start his journey on10pm & Bus is given different named Sangita (WB-73C-2997) & it have a poor wheel & interior decoration set is not up to mark, also have a lick in road . My set no 21 also sod to anther customer by travel agent & it was so confusing So my request is that please don't given this type of Bus ticket on your site it is matter of reputation . I booked an domestic holiday tour to Andaman Island with Make My Trip on 22/09/14 at Make My Trip Kolkata Office at Sarat Bose Road, my booking ID was IN1409B3S014862. The duration of journey was from 15/10 to 20/10. During the time of booking the booking agent Pinky told us that there was to options for booking one with Niel Island stay and one without Niel Island stay. But she insisted to go for without Niel Island stay. So we booked accordingly. But the real scenario is the cruise ship MAKcruz operates from Portblair to Havlock and to Niel and back to Portblair once a day. So during Portblair to Havlock and Havlock to Niel we went in cruise ship MAKcruz. But in the evening the MMT people (the Manager at Niel Island). Put us in ordinary ship without reservation. So we had to come all the way to Portblair standing at the deck for around 2 and half hours. Next day the other group (who has Niel stay) came by cruise ship MAKcruz. If both have paid the same then why this preferential treatment. You could have made the tour package with Niel stay for all the people. I have paid a substantial amount of money why I have to come standing in a crowded ship without seat reservation. I need a satisfactory answer. I have booked a Shimla Manali tour as our Honeymoon tour in 2011. My wife insisted so I booked MMT for Andamans. But the way you have done this, she herself has told me not to book MMT in future. See it takes a long time to build a good reputation but takes a second to destroy. Abhishek Halder

Hello Team, Regarding IN1410B4S033944 Today 18th October 2014 12:10 IST I was booking a return flight for my wife and daughter from Delhi to Singapore. The Flight Cost was around 55000 INR. This Gentleman named Kanishk Sharma from make my Trip called me and said he will assit me with better fair. He took nice 20 minutes and made an itenary for Bangkok instead of Singapore. On noticing that I told him its Singapore then he again tried and took another 20 minutes to generate a booking number and asked me to Pay 56156. I did that and he again kept asking passenger details for another 10 minutes and finally started telling that Flight charges are Changed now and I need to pay more. I asked for refund as I could see better fares on the internet on MMT site and Airline site. He didnt let me speak to supervisor and neither did immediate refund. He gave me option of 3 Days refund which was no use for me as I would miss booking my flight with the card for another 3 Days. Another Guy Sachin Tyagi then gave only option of booking at a higher rate which I had to opt as my money was already with MMT. I finally paid another 1800 INR and got the tickets booked at a much higher rate in 1 Hr and 10 Minutes. This was totally the MEss created by senseless, (Seems uneducated) and pathetic travel advisers from MMT. When I asked for Compensation of all this, the only thing I got is "Sorry Sir" Is that all. Dear Sir, I made a booking with Make my Trip for flight from Mangalore to Dubai with Air India Express on 13th September 2014. But I had to cancel the ticket and had a word with customer care executive in their toll free number for getting my refund. They informed me that they will take the request and will process it in 5 working days amounting to Rs 7877/- will be refunded to my credit card. They sent me the confirmation mail on 13th September stating that “They have confirmation from Air India Express and it is the have got the confirmation from the Airlines that they have initiated the refund”. When I crossed checked with Airlines in Dubai they confirmed me that they have already refunded the same to makemytrip, please check with them. But now makemytrip is still confirming with the Airlines that will be check with the airlines. It’s more than a month now and they are still checking the issues. I had booked a ticket ID NF[protected] for my wife to travel form Mangalore to Delhi through make my trip. Since my daughter had to be operated upon I changed the date on 18/10/2014 from 19th to 21st October thro logging in Make my trip. The request was processed confirming that i would receive the ticket in 3 hrs on my mail. Also amount of Rs 7156 was deducted from my account due to this transaction. After two hrs call was recvd a call from[protected] from one Mr Anup saying that there are no seats available in this flight and he is checking alternate flight. After that the ordeal started, i tried to contact this no repeatedly at least 20 times, but no answer. The help line no promissed several times of call back. But no one called back. I was left with no ticket, having paid rs 22000 odd to make my trip, i had no money.My request kept on showing under process on the net.I was in a situation where i had paid rs 22000 and i did not have the required ticket. Mr Anup who promised another flight had vanished. The help line no said that it was a different department of make my trip. Finally i had to cancel my ticket 3 hrs before the flight. My wife is in the hospital with my daughter. She doesnt have a ticket to travel back. Around eleven thousant rs have been cheated away by Make my trip. And we have nothing to do. My daughter at hospital in mangalore is trying to gather students to join hands aginst make my trip so that we gat a flight or the money. We are approaching all options for justice including social sites.

Hi I booked ticket on 13th Oct 2014, from Chennai to Ambasamudram of rupees 2280 for three members. Next day i tried to cancel the same while cancelling its saying wrong penalty amount(Penalty amount 1961, Refund amount 316). I already contact customer support executive they not yet replied properly, i raised complaint also here i mentioned my complaint reference id[protected]. Hi, I booked round trip from Chennai to Port Blair in the Month May 2014 and due to some reason i cancelled my return ticket on 30th August 2014 through Airlines ( Jet Airways ). Jet Airways informed, for refund make my trip has to claim and from make my trip refund will be process to my account. From 3rd Sep 2014 to till date have created more than 50 Request for refund through customercare and i have written more than 20 emails to [protected]@makemytrip.com, not even one time i got reply from makemytrip and there is no update for my request. Whenever i call makemytrip customercare executive create new request and old one removed, i walked into the offline office in bangalore for raising request, they did not help me to my request. I have raised complaint on makemytrip website from 1 to 4 level, haven't seen any update till now. I need to file complaint against makemytrip. Sharavana Kumar K

I booked my ticket from Makemytrip, I had my flight ticket on 17th oct 2014 which i need to cancell, i called them on 15th oct they said that i will get around Rs.18000/- .When i asked to cancell the ticket they said that because of technical error they can not cancel, they asked me to call after sometime, i called them around 10 times but they they were saying me same thing and lastlly they given me airlines number which doesn't work at all and said they can't do any thing they asked me 24 hrs to confirm. Next day on 16th oct i droped a mail to makemytrip for complain they cancelled my ticket but amount was Rs.10500/- because of their fault.Today i called them again they said that i will get only Rs.10500/- and they asked me for 72hrs again for further information regarding amount.This is not just first time one more time i faced the same situation. here i am attaching the one screen shot of phone calls . I had booked two-way ticket (PNRno.-D2C6QY)from delhi -trivandrum (16/10/24) and trivandrum-delhi(26/10/2014). On 14 october i requested cancellation of my delhi -tivandrum flight(on 16nth) but i recieved a confirmation of cancelled ticket on my return journey ticket( 26th). I contacted customer care on 15nth, and they replied it was a technical error because of same PNR no.on both tickets and was promised my refund for flight on 16nth and a flight ticket from delhi trivandrum on 26th.And that they will resolve this issue in 48hours.So far there is no communication from your part. As i need to travel on 26 th from trivandrum -delhi at any cost, please make sure one seat is available for me on the same flight.

Hi, I had tried to book twice tickets from Delhi to Goa. I made the online payment the amount got deducted from my bank account twice and the tickets were not made available to me. Can you please explain why the amount was deducted from my account. As a result of this I will not spread a good word about make my trip and not satisfied customer. Hi, I want launch a compliant against make my trip of rake false commitments.. While booking I was not able to complete payment process because of my password issue. For making the payment again I got 4 times call from make my trip.. After so much communication from them and promising me that the price rate for the flight booking will go high .. Finally I did the payment on a urgent basis. But after doing that didn't. Received any confirmation but amount from my account was deducted . I got terrified I tried calling on that no. Again but no nobody was answering the call now. I tried calling almost 20 times.. But still nobody answered. I thought of reaching them through customer care helpline .. But they were also not reachable. Only repeated &automated voice over was coming and I was not able to reach the any customer care executive for solving my problem. Finally the call got connected to executive after almost 30 mins. But he was also not able to resolve it.. (Mr. Himanshu) . He told me that you have to reach that person who was trying to reach you for booking. I am completely dissatisfied with their service... For booking and payment they are calling 100 times. But for any customer grievances their is no body to answer... I will never book or plan any trip after this incident on make my trip .

I had booked a bus on 28 th september of konduskar from bandra kamlanagar To kolhapur But it got cancled due to some there bus problem i called custmer care of make my trip on that day and asked about refund on cancelation. And they told that if the bus has canceled due to koduskar then they will refund. I called them twice or thrice but still refund has not came.or any feedback for my complain.pllz note my complain.

I booked Delhi to Goa return ticket on 23-Sep-2014.Due to some technical issue I didn't get my e-ticket and I called Make my Trip call help desk.They said that my payment was not successful, I have to pay again .I made payment again .But later I know previous payment was also successful, so I made payment twice . Later, again I call Make My Trip Help desk and asked them to return .Total amount was 9664 but they refund 4977 INR .For remaining amount, I called them more than 10 time but they always say it will take 4 working days .Till now, I havn't received my refund amount .

I made a booking on MMT on 30 Sept, 2014 for travelling on 1 Oct-2014 with ID NU[protected], form delhi to jaipur. The bus opreator name was shown "Shree Krishna Tour And Travels" and address as "Shop no-27, fateh puri, delhi" When I reached at fatehpuri at 9, I got a shock as there was no shop named "Shree Krishna Tour And Travels" in whole bus stand. The shop no 27 people started laughing saying "You also got this fake reservation". I tried calling the number given as bus operator no but it was off. It was an emergency, So i booked another ticket there at double price. Now i made call to MMT, After trying for 10 min, one customer care executive picked the call. I tried telling him about the situation, He also tried the operator no and when He didn't get any answer, the executive cut my call.. This is the service MMT provides. No safty checks for customers, NO checks whether operator exists or not. I will make a legal complaint against this MMT, it's not about ticket money but the way they are running their onlie business without any ethics, the way they treat their customer, I will make them pay.

We made our Booking through Make My Trip vide ID No. NH[protected] for dt. 02.10.2014 to 05.10.2014 @ Rs. 5760/- per room per day considering the property to be a 3 – 4 Star as shown in their website but we wish to state that Hotel C.K. International (A Unit of Royal Vacation Resorts Pvt. Ltd.) at Shimla is neither International nor a Resort. They are cheat and fraud. It is a part of “Rural Bus Adda” 5.8 Km away from Shimla. Entire day and night not only you get the nuisance of buses but also the conductors shouting “Rampur, Sholapur, Rampur, Sholapur”. You can’t sleep during night. Breakfast is horrible. Mattress is horrible. Since the place is away from Shimla, you are totally dependent upon them for which their charges are exorbitantly high for everything. For going once to Shimla Rs. 550/- is charged. My complaint is that all these things must be clearly mentioned and stated in their website alongwith the photographs of Bus Adda showing bus nuisance so that a customer could make judicious assessment about the place, its ambience and nuisance involved before taking any decision.

Sir/Madam, This is to bring to your notice the poor services provided by makemytrip on 10th June 2011, bearing reference number 110610 – 030658. I am sorry to inform you that I was highly disappointed by the Service provided by makemytrip. I booked my flight for June 10, 2011 at 2300 hours from Mumbai to Delhi from Make My Trip. After reaching Airport I was informed by the Airport authority and India Airlines crew that there is no flight at 2300 hours. It was a moment of embarrassment for me when I was not allowed by the security and Airport crew to enter the premises. Make my trip is responsible for this goo[censored]p and for not updating me for this. Even after talking to Mandeep and explaining him the whole situation he was adamant and stressed that his system says that there is a flight at 2300 hours even when there was no flight. The incident has caused me real mental harassment and the staff portrayed a large amount of incompetence. I demand the total reimbursement of my flight ticket from Mumbai to Delhi. However the incident caused me hell lot of extra charges. This experience had been a big letdown. I have been marking email to make my trip since 2011 but so far no response received. I tried booking a ticket which did not go through, and I had to do the booking again. Later, I found that the same booking was done twice (same person, same flight, same email ID, same date). The complaint was made to MMT (Incident ID:[protected] Booking errors) Later one of the booking was cancelled, with no refund, saying that this was a normal cancellation. Jet Airways have confirmed that this is a technical error, but refund have to be done by MMT. I have been writing to MMT for refund, and they are just keen on delaying and not responding.
