non refunding issue

Sir,
My booking order no BDIC7960. Hotel name OYO 14552 Kingston residency, Mysore. Date 20 Jun to 21 Jun 2019.
We booked hotel via online through OYO site. But hotel authority didnt provide the room. They said they won't accept OYO cash and they said they need extra money of 1000 rupees in hand. So we were stranded in night and didn't got our room.

Yesterday itself(20-jun 2019) we contacted your customer care...

I have booked online in Oyo hotel having booking ID PGBN9602 and paid 1191 Rs.
Hotel is HOTEL PARTH INN GHAZIABAD, UP. This hotel not accepted online booking and gives room on fresh booking basis. On discussion with Oyo call centre they told me to put request through app for refund. Now as I have already stayed in hotel room now they mulling to shift in another hotel and not agreed for refund.br...

refund for booking honeymoon package

Hi, I have booked OYO honeymoon package and made a payment of Rs 2000 online as per agent told me. Oyo agent gave the written email if your plan will cancel then the booking amount will refund. I have cancelled the plan since 3 to 4 weeks before and waiting for refund. I have already raised the complaint but oyo didn't take any action on their fake agents.
Oyo agents making fool to peoples. People shouldn't book any package from oyo...

hotel cancellation refund not credited yet

I had a booking at himalayan gateway residency darjeeling, west bengal on 03.11.2018. My booking id was ogul 9437. While i reached the hotel they denied my booking. After consultation with the customer care personnel i had to book other hotel by my own. The oyo personnel assured about my full refund within 7-14 days. But till now i did not receive my refund. Every time i called oyo they simply say due to some technical issue refund is delayed....

even on prior booking room denied on arrival

Oyo hotel Shree Bhakti Sagar Digha booked for a trip dated from 15th June to 18th June where deal was from Agoda . Accordingly for 3 days 4088 rupees payment done. On arrival hotel authority denied that booking and told they have no time up with Oyo. Several times support asked from Oyo unfortunately no support received. Later an alternative arrangement done by myself and on own cost. That's disturbing and humiliating. Will pursue a case...

fraud and take higher amount

refund money cheaters

Hi team, I have booked oyo 10620 in Kodaikanal. But when I went there there is no room available as property is sealed. So I went to other room. I tried to call oyo but cannot reach customer care they say like they will connect with senior officials but after waiting for 1/2 an hour call getting disconnected. Fed up with this

I booked for three person checkin. However Hotel persons said only two persons can be allowed for third person i have to pay extra.
I contacted oyo assistance and your person Mr. Shakir assured that, Oyo will reimburse extra money paid by me for third person.

I had booked a room on 15th june through oyo . money has been deducted and no confirmation has been received through oyo site and the customer care replying that no booking has been done but i do have the screen shot of money deduction which is i am attaching with this complaint. and now executive saying that there was a check in and check out made . if possible then do provide us our ID as a proof. stop making fool

oyo customer care - bad experience

From where I should start. You are the worst company which my first experience was worst. Through your portal, i have booked the hotel pinegrooves inn, Kasauli for one night i.e. 14 june to 15 june which the confirmation copy i recd. in my mail.

service denied and money paid not refunded

Myself Gaurav Agarwal had booked a room and when I reached the hotel with my family I was denied room saying room not available and was made to wait for 2 hours on the road saying they are arranging a room but failed to do so and the amount paid by me is yet to be refunded its already more than a week.

oyo room booking : cheating

I felt I have been cheated by Oyo online booking. All booked and payed rooms are shifted to different locations by splitting the rooms in single booking. I had booked the rooms through Oyo for wedding function and last minute while checking into the booked hotel Oyo said it has been shifted to different place.

I got a call from other hotel stating the rooms are not available and by mistake Oyo shifted the rooms. I didnt checked...

oyo refund : hotel did not allowed check-in through booked through oyo

I have booked below oyo rooms and paid 2401/- through Amazon pay. Hotel did not allowed me to check-in as they said they do not have partnership with oyo anymore and i have to literally find another hotel at mid night 11:00 that night paying double amount due to vacation time and unavailability of rooms.

From 10th june 19- 13th june 19 (3days). And I had paid an amount of 12756/-(8568 through net banking and remaining 4188 by cash to hotel at the time of arrival), but unfortunately they have not provided breakfast, lunch, dinner for any day. Please consider this and get me refund....

amount not refund

I have book room with booking id DQSO9253 on 22 may 2019 but he refused for room i claimed refund its said that amount is intaited ot will be recoved in 7 to 14 days working but that time was expier but yet i was not recived payment and also not pick my phone by oyo helpline so i request please provide amount Rs 1151 ...as soon as possible to me i already wating alot so at last i was approch pn consumer helpline......
