Not providing new connection

I applied for a new broadband connection and the sales executive called me twice that he is coming to establish the connection but did not come. After 2 days when I call they said that they will not provide me connection as there is no near by beam connection to my place whereas people near my place are using Beam fiber. ACT Fibernet doesn't deliver

The sales executive was just so prompt in collecting the money on the day he came to our house to fill my application, but ACT is not so prompt in getting the connection activated.
