I am really bad on beam service, If I call to customer care they taken compliant it will take 24 Hrs time. but it will take time 3 to 4 days. it will work again 3 to 4 days, again disconnection same problem. Last 30 Days they given service only 10 days. No toll free number to compliant, it will take to connect 10 to 20 min. we are paying to mobile bills equals to Beam bills.

Worst service from Beam side, each time we call to reopen the ticket they raise a new ticket and without informing to the customer or proper resolution they close the ticket after 1 or 2 days.

    The worst service ever experienced in my life. They have taken the payment of 6 months in advance on 7th October, 2014 and promised to give us connection by 10th but they have given on 14th October, 2014 evening. And on 15th itself the net got disconnected and when we call customer care there is no response from them and said an silly issue that the problem is by connecting it to your router. We have raised so many complaints till now, every time they used to say with in 24 hours your issue will be resolved, but its already 144 hours but still now we didn't get any response from them still waiting. Hoping so that they would respond after completion of my Internet pack.

In my account the amount is debited on the same time i.e., 18-Oct-2014 12:36 A.M. The beamTelecom is saying that, they till now didn't received payment. They stopped my service from 18-Oct-2014. I called them 5 times on 18-Oct regarding about this issue that i paid an amount through online and i also received the mail from CCAVENUE. But they saying that they didn't received amount. I called again on 19-Oct but they saying the same thing Please i loosed my business on Saturday please i want to take serious action on BeamTelecom Please raise this issue and help me Thanks & Regards Kiran Mendi

          I Syed Salahuddin Ahmed is a beam customer for more than 3 years and currently on B-Max 999 plan. I had previously placed a complaint on October 2 on this forum for frequent disconnections and limited connectivity. Well the person whom I spoke to said to me to place further complains on beam portal page but whenever I tried to reach the portal page after I used to write my complain it used to say your session has timed out and again I tried couple of times but always my session expires and for so many days my complains never went through. Then on October 10th I placed a request on [protected]@beamtele.com through my email for increasing my package speed as still I am having lot of slow speed issues and I mentioned that your rival hathway is offering 50Mbps speed with same download limit and same price, I was told that my complaint has been escalated to concerned team and I will be contacted and till next 6 days I was not given any message and no one contacted me (This shows how beam gives a damn attitude to customer) when I again placed a complaint on October 16th I was contacted on 17th through mail (not even a call from the customer service executive apologising for the delay more importantly I think the team has to save the company money so if they waste it in a phone call the company will incur loss) and also a ticket generated with number 14381361 then no one contacted me on 17th itself as I already wasted so many days. Then on 18th at a odd hour of 8:30 p.m the technician called and asked me what is the problem and I explained to him that there is frequent slow speed in connection (LOOK AT THE PHOTO I ATTACHED WHICH IS 100% TRUE AS FAR AS YOUR CONNECTION IS CONCERNED). Even though I have 15 Mbps speed the youtube vidoes I watch freeze midway and it keeps showing buffering but never moves forward and my downloads stop at sometimes 95% or even 99% and I loose connection it gives error unable to contact the DHCP server check your internet connection and try again so I have again download this same file and this has messed up my download limit (WHAT IS USE OF HAVING 60GB LIMIT WHEN IT IS BEING LOST FOR FREQUENTLY DOWNLOADING SAME FILES) because downloading the same file 2-3 times accounts to extra usage. The technician said if there is fiber cut or box problem I can fix it but slow speed is from server and I cant do anything in this regard you have to complain to the beam fiber company and they have to fix it from server. That is why I had asked beam to atleast increase the package speed to 30-35 Mbps if not 50 Mbps which is being offered by your rival hathway so that even if speed becomes slow it still will perform better but I think beam is more concerned about their profit rather than keeping the customer happy. Anyway cutting the long story short beam is not able to provide me proper service so I have taken decision to disconnect their services as I cant keep going through the same story again and again and keep suffering so please contact me and advise as to how I have to proceed to obtain a disconnection, I dont want your services from next month itself.               Account ID: 725054, I have big issue which is non-secure Internet connection from BEAM Telecom. On my local machine I am able to see many more other customers’ logins one by one daily which is able to use their internet with their logins & able to their full details (address & phone numbers) so it may lead to the more usage of their limited download/upload. I send the screen shots to BEAM support. At the same time Others also may use my Internet connection. It may lead hacking the connections. This is very poor secure connection from the BEAM. Two days back I have called customer care, finally concluded that they can't do anything. Thanks & Regards, Ramesh P

                Hi, I have opted the new connection on 24 September 2014 Agent name:Srinivas ctc#[protected] came home and we agreed to make advance payment for a plan for 6 months (Cheque and documents given) Paid an amount of Rs 2657/- bill#235083 invoice#514754 and did not get the connection till today and we have made numerous calls to the Customer care and this agent however there was no proper response from any of them I have raised a refund request for my amount Whenever I call Beam Customer Care they are saying that their executive will call me back and now when we call they state a check would sent to our home however haven't received the check yet For these follow ups and without connection BEAM PROVIDES A VERY BAD SERVICE CHEATED US BY TAKING AMOUNT WITH ANY CONNECTION Could you please suggest me how to get my refund ASAP.please take a strict action against them as they are cheating their customers in such a way

                  sir, i am using beam fiber internet connection since 26th august 2014 with a plan of Rs 2657/- for 6 months and not even a single day since the day of installation i have received proper/good internet connection. i have called customer care 100's of times and tried to complaint regarding this issue but there was no proper feedback from their side and most of the times when i tried to contact their manager through customer care i was always put on a hold for more than 15 minutes and finally after tiring i have to cut the call. is this the way to deal with customer queries ???? my user name is "vishesh.[protected]@gmail.com" and account id is "779186". on any of my complaint i got no response ever from beam customer suport and none any technician was sent to my address to rectify my problem. please help me out from this problem immediately and kindly refund back me my amount.                       I referred 3 of my friends (account numbers 440574, 445524 and 575542) to take a connection with ACT broadband thinking that its a good broadband company and the speed is good and customer service is fast. And it's been nearly 5 months now. I have called up and spoken to customer care, send an email request 6 times but the response has been so pathetic.They promised me a referral bonus for each customer I bring to them but I have not got a single referral bonus yet. How can I even refer anybody to take a new connection if the customer service is so bad? No doubt the speed is amazing. But the customer service and satisfaction is equally Important. If any other customer is reading this, please don't refer anyone thinking you'll get a bonus. Don't refer them at all.

I have paid for 6 month Rs. 3800/. by Cheque .No.659163. My maximum time spent calling customer care no.Technitian so far attained and rectify the the problem that customer is facing . My account with Bean telecom pvt ltd is 800569. I would like to withdraw the above payment made to the Beam telecome pvt Ltd. Since what i got information about this company in dealing good service to the customer is absolutely wrong.                           ACT guys behave this way... I referred an organization next to my house through the ACT portal. The portal did not send me any acknowledgement or anything. I called their Customer Care with this concern and she assured that the referral would surely be marked against my name... but where??

                          When the bill came and I found the bonus missing, I spoke to the CC guys 3 times and then with the Nodal Officer, who informed me that the port was not available at the time of referral but after 15 days it was!!!

                          This connection was issued from the same box where only two connections are exhausted till date, this org. being the 3rd one; even now there are empty ports in that box.

                          The authorities assuming offices with ACT are just name-sake and have no real authority to help customers. They act defensive of ACT. When I took the 6M+1M connection by paying an advance, the executive who fixed the connection didn't inform that I would get the monthly bills post the scheme in advance. To this again, the so called Nodal Officer didn't have anything to say.
                          Very poor response from customer care people since i am facing data miss match issue from July 18th 2016 and still they are not getting Root cause where was the issue simply taking payment and i have called them many time even to there Manager they also dont know what should respond to the customer very waste of taking ACT connection

                            Attaching the whole mail Hello, I had sent out a mail a few days ago addressing my issue however there were a couple of calls again for the payment of my connection and today i, e. on 10/10/2014 a representative of yours had come for activation of my connection and when he checked with dont know which team he went back saying that as there is a dispute will come back with the cheque which was BOUNCED for insufficient funds but he did not turn up. And its just not that i want the cheque back i want to know why was that statement was passed saying that the cheque was bounced due to insufficient funds and would require a proof for the same. The installation was speedy and started within 24 hours. The darker side of the story started on Sep 19th 2014 with a sms and following up with an email saying that services have been disconnected due to cheque bounce. After which contacted by bank who claimed that there was no cheque presented at all from any company at all and for a fact there was only one cheque issued by me in the whole month of September and that was for your company. Tried calling customer service to get a clarity on the cheque bounce and was shocked to know that the accounts team has mentioned that the cheque bounce was due to insufficient funds. Then was where the harassment started where retention and your payment team started calling and insulting saying your cheque is bounced due to insufficient funds and we require the payment after speaking to various customer service reps every time getting a different answer saying that the finance team has destroyed the cheque, the cheque will be sent to you on your communication address and a nodal team officer shahankh has also mentioned saying we have the copy of the cheque and will be mailed to you on your email address spoken to the area manager kumar of Koramangala for the same also he had mentioned however till date there has been no one to resolve this issue. As a genuine customer as soon as the bill was generated have made an online payment for the said amount however the retention team says this is not the amount that had to be paid for activation of your services Im real very upset with the kind of services and customer service act has provided for a customer and again till date no one knows where the cheque is so if your company is true and genuine please look into this issue or else will be taking this issue up with social media and media to get a resolution for the same and further would not be of any interest o[censored]sing your services you can suspend and terminate my connection.                               Mobile no.[protected], I made a complaint on 05.10.2014 until now no one from your company have bothered to resolve the matter. I made so many calls n sent mails. However there is no response apart from false promises from the Customer care executives. I never experienced such a horrible service till date. If you are incapable to resolve the matter at least don't give false hopes to the customer. Better to look for branded company service than a local

                                Dear sir, This is C Srinath Reddy, My registered mobile no. and address is as follows:- Mobile No.[protected] H. No.1-55/2, RC Puram, Near GHMC Office, Hyderabad. I had been giving my complaint every day from past four days that iam not able to access my internet and the dailouge when i troubleshoot is "DNS Server failed". Not only from past four days this is my regular complaint. U Can check my complaint. Please look into the matter and let me clear to weather to pay my bill or not.                                   I am facing no connectivity issue from last 5 days and it's not resolved till date. It's so pathetic and disgusting that no response from ACT, they are just good on saying sorry for the inconvenience, we have escalated the issue, we have sent follow mail to field department and bla bla bla BUT NO ACITION IS TAKEN till date.                                     WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER COME ACROSS I have not been connected to Internet since past 2 days i.e from 7.10.14 evening onwards. Despite repeated requests and calls made to Beam the issue has not been fixed. Each time an executive comes on the line and falsely promises to restore the connection within an hour or send a technician to fix the problem but nothing has been done so far. It is disheartening to know that the executives are not even aware of basic information like password reset - which has been done incorrectly when I requested for one. I even have the sms giving me credentials that are not even accepted in the portal. I have made multiple calls and informed each executive that I am using Beam services for Work from home and am totally dependent on this connection as currently my secondary connection is not working but in VAIN. I had to lose a days pay just because the issue has not been fixed, thanks to the indifference and ignorance of the executives/technicians. Request you to look into the matter ON PRIORITY as I am not willing to lose another days pay just because of ineffeciency of the ISP Would also like you to provide me the contact number or call IMMEDIATELY to discuss the issue as the executives are not ready to let me talk to the Supervisors nor are the Supervisors ready to come on the call for resolution If this continues I will have to look out for another service provider as there is a serious issue with BEAM - my neighbour who uses BEAM is connected even now

                                      I have been seeing problems with Internet connection backup available for just 30 minutes when there is a power cut. I have never had this problem at my current place in the past 1.5 yrs of stay. I was able to easily work from home even when there are power cuts for more than 2 hours. But off late I have been seeing problems with internet backup.This is seriously impacting my work from home ability and unable to attend meetings too. I called Beam fiber several times and unfortunately there's no satisfactory response towards resolution. I'm extremely unhappy with their response and their your willingness of not resolving the issue. If the connections have increased, then ideally they should increase the capacity of the battery, but that doesn't seem to be the case and they are sticking to a mundane response of "backup will not come more than 1 hour". Basically, they have broken your initial promise of providing 3-4 hours of battery backup.

                                        A/C no:530255 From Sep- 10th on words no Internet connectivity .So many tickets raised & communicated to Nodal & appellate no use, Every day Receiving SMS for Bill payment .Sep -10 on words net work disconnected already ticket raised .How can i pay the bill, If you are not in a position to resolve this issue on priority i will move this issue to consumer forum.
