A total waste of time. Have a decency to pick up the phone and not to give only wrong promises to the customers. You guys want to sale a product in this manner?     I applied for new broadband connection on 25th Nov 2014, even after 10 days no one bothered to call me, I don't no the status of the application now. Sales executive Name: Venkatesh EMP ID: 1464 Mobile number of sales executive: [protected]. when I tried calling your sales executive he is not picking the call, please explain me what is the status of it. When I called your customer care they don't have a clue of my application, I tried calling your customer care more than 10 times, everyone gave me some excuses. Last time I spoke to one of your customer care executive "chandrasekar", he gave me one request number 1861152, he also told I will get call after 30 minutes, but did not get call. I also spoke to one installation Engineer, he asked me to call after 15 minutes, I tried calling him several times, he keeps disconnecting my call, his mobile number is [protected].

      The beam Telecom are big cheats and big liars. They wantedly disconnects customers cable after calling them several times also they don't respond. They just say your problem will be solve in 2 hours but time never comes. Worst service provider.

        Hi This is Santosh, My Act Fiberinet Account NO.474989 Today is the 7th Day still now my connection isnot resolved, every day I call the call centre and they assure me that it willbe done by end of the day. God know which End of the Day Funny part is My Friend as taken new connection on Monday (01-Dec-14)he stays next door to me. His connection is working and not mine. Before I had Hathway connection, if I had call him. They willcome within one hour and complete the job.           I have received a call from ACT and informed that they have coverage in my area and they are able to provide connection with in 3-4 days. Very next day 27 Nov 2014, one representative came and collected all necessary fee (Installation and one month rent). There also said that connection in 4 days. Now its been one week, no one contacted to update about the status. When I called to customer care they are claiming that it will take another one week and no one from customer service claimed that they will give connection in 3-4 days. I have paid all amount in advance as per their commitment. Very bad experience. Still they are not sure when they can give connection for me. I don't have a option to get refund. ACT is cheating customers with false commitment and very pathetic experience with customer care executive also. They are unable to provide a solution, and was arguing with me. Dear ACT team, if you are unable to fulfill commitment don't commit. I would like to know my status of connection.

            My name is jithendar Reddy I am a beam customer for the last six month two months back beam backup team installed a switch with a battery backup at my premises for which power supply is provided from my home. The beam people who installed switch said Rs 100/- will be deducted from my orginal bill towards power discount That is Rs 460-100=360 where as I received the bill of Rs 460 with out power deduction I raised complaint with ticket number 14624253 on Nov 5th.An escalation of complaint was done on Nov 10 when I called them. Another escalation was done on the same day evening when I called them, and ultimately they closed the ticket without resolving the issue I request beam people to resolve my issue and settle my bill amount beam account no l752167 registered mobile[protected]

              I have had beam cable for more than 12 years, recently I have started having issues with beam last month it took 1 week to solve the issue ...after I had to call them every 2 hrs and being put on hold for 15 - 30mins avg. From past 3 days I am facing the same issue and no one is concerned about the problem . I am sorry to write this but beam cable Hyderabad has become a worst service provider. Horrible serive ..technicians never available... Floor supervisors are hopeless as they don't know what's the problem nor they can contact a technician... What's the use of them!!!...I am aware that its not just me there are lot of people facing this problem ...I will soon change my internet provider ...and beam cable is going down to the grave because of worthless employee sitting in a building in cooperate style doing nothing to solve an issue ...

                I had a very bad experience with Beam customer care, Hyderabad. I have raised a ticket during weekend and they call me when I am at office during the busy hours, by chance if I haven't answered the call they just send you a message asking your ticked has been closed which is an unexpected reply from the customer care. This has continuously been repeated for 4-5 times and they argue you with regards of we not answering the call. Worst experience with Beam customer care services and would not suggest to any software employee.

                  Hi Team! I'm a prospective customer to you, not sure, if I may be one, or hop to other service provider any sooner, I Stay in Gauthamapuram, Ulsoor bangalore 56000. I first contacted your service team through your website, and one Mr.Umesh[protected] contacted me and visited to my residence, and stated to me that the server installed already in my area is full, and a new server has to be installed. I agreed to install it in my property and get me the free connection instead of monthly rental for the installation, which i understood from him as a standard company policy. Umesh confirmed me that, within next 3 days, (being the day he visited my home was Saturday) that the engineer would visit and install the Server, I followed with him for the next two weeks, he either did not respond to my calls, or said that he was on leave or that the line engineer would visit my the same evening. But Nothing Happened. Then, after about 2 weeks, he confirmed me that, he has installed the server in other lane (which i dont wonder why, when i had agreed to be installed in my place) and get me the connection after 3/4 days time as its the standard time frame for a server to be established and connection be up and running. I have been calling him since 2nd week of Oct'14 but even now, he has yet to get me the server installed/connection provided. I have high hopes on your data speed going by the review from friends and online, but if this is the service for a customer, who is yet to join your customer list, I wonder if all the positive reviews online are to be fake or biased. Looking forward for a revert from Management level on this and not just a regular reply from customer service. regards, Ishaq

                    Hi, I have issue for router configuration pending since Friday (21stNov 2014-6PM). All that is happening after calling up support is 24hrs limit and no response other than flooding up of inbox. The tickets are opened up and closed on their own, irrespective of issue being resolved. Called up around 14times and still having "24hrs" excuse on the roll. No senior authorities helped with the issue till date. To my surprise, the customer support asks us, "no call from technician yet"? Your technician had problem coming before 9AM and after 9PM during weekdays. We approached you over the weekend, so that there is no scope of escaping. This also led to our disappointment. Dear support team, it is your responsibility to send a technician or atleast provide us with the contact number so that we can save our money and time by calling them directly and not bothering ourselves by calling you, where there is no help available.                       I applied for a connection with ACT Broadband in Sashthri Nagar, Adyar, Chennai. The salesperson was prompt to show up to collect the deposit amount and 1st month subscription of Rs 1622 on 13th Nov. My CAF No. is 23188. The salesperson Mr. Prabhakaran assured me that the service will be provided within 3 working days since they had feasibility and a Customer Switch (CX) that existed with 80 meters from my flat (it exists in the next building in fact). He said that it was a matter of just routing the cable from the switch to my house. The installation team came on the 14th and tried routing the wire from the neighbours building. They did not complete and gave me a stupid excuse that the neighbour is not letting them into the premises to route from the CX. LOL! And that was it. I never heard back from the installation team after that. So I called up customer service to ask for the reason for the delay and turnaround time. The first call was on Nov 16th. One Mr. Senthil assured me that someone would call me within the next 1 hour (Call Ref # [protected]). No one called. Two days later on Nov 18th, I called again. This time one Mr. Kumar assured me that some would call me within the next 1 hour (Call Ref # [protected]). I asked for the reason for the delay and he said not to worry. I guess it is a standard reply. No one called. On the 19th, I called again and was quite disappointed by the lack of customer involvement from ACT. I escalated the call to the floor supervisor Mr. Monish (Call Ref # [protected]). I expressed my dissatisfaction and asked him the reason for the delay, turnaround time and lack of response from ACT. He gave me reason which the technician gave me that the neighbour is not allowing them inside his premises. With no other solution offered and unwilling to wait without knowing a time line, I requested for termination of the connection and a refund of the fee paid. He assured that my account will be closed and money refunded. I was not convinced with his reply, and so wrote a quick email to ACT Helpdesk helpdesk.[protected]@acttv.in of the same and requested refund. There was no reply and follow up. Today I called up customer care and asked them the status of my request and was surprised when I was told that my connection request is still pending and will be followed up within the next 1 hour (Same standard reply). I escalated to the floor supervisor Mr. Monish again and he said he was wondering how to close the connection when it was not given in the first place. LOL !!! (Call Ref #[protected]. Now I am not even sure that I will get my refund back. When I go through other posts, I realize that the poor service reflects across the spectrum from installation, customer care and field service. Bottom line, I realized that it is futile to engage with an organization who is not established and matured yet. ACT Broadband – I would really appreciate if you can refund my money back, if there is any integrity left at all… or otherwise you can take this as my contribution to set your house in order... the least a customer can do for you.

                          Hi I am continuously had a problem with internet. Yesterday 19 Nov14 the Internet is completely down and saying the fibre cable is cut in surrounding areas but till today it was not resolved the [email protected] Am I am calling customer care guys (no is [protected]) but every one saying that it will be resolved by 2hr...but its 23 hrs to me with out resolution. Customer service is worst, I have called customer care 7 times, I didn't get solution till now. Our Account number is 676673 Nobody is telling the exact issue, they just forwarding issue to other technician, each customer executive telling the blah blah story and just putting hold and disconnecting the phone. I have asked the customer service people so many times that I want to speak to higher authorities they always tell that they are really busy and will arrange a call back and this never happens..I spoke with some of the beam Exec (Mahesh, Shyamala & Ragunath) and these guys are also use less.. with regards Maruthi.

                          The problem has resolved on 20 nov 14 @ 11Am.. After that the beam executive has called and ask the status of internet. what is the use...? the problem is completely resovled he has called and asking the status. When it is problem the customer executive has to respond and have to tell the exact status. it means i came to understand when the incident occurs (like fibre cut, collision) the customer executive doesn't know the exact status simply they say blah blah stories and close the call otherwise they put hold for long time. it is not right way to give the status like these. maruthi

                                Hi, My Beam Account NO. 751595 & Ticket No 14707514, Since 11th Nov 2014 the net is not working at Home. We have raised complaint with customer care since from 11th Nov everyday minimum 4 to 5 calls. No one says the correct issue and assures us that today we will send our service person to check. But end of the day no one turns up, again we call to customer care asking to rectify. We spoke to all the higher ups no use, at last during yesterday call to customer care, they mentioned the issue stating they need to fix the junction box, if your accepting to fix this box in my house the Internet will work for my connection and other 7 connections too. This is really nonsense, 5 days never said what was the problem and requesting to fix the junction box in my house. When we did not allow to fix the junction box, no response and confirm to call back. Till dated no one still attended the complaint and customer service is giving the reason. Kindly let the service person visit and fix the problem today.

                                  this very bad customer paid cash after that beam person providing duplicate receipt instead of orginal recipt in hyderabad motinagar area and over all. this is duplication accounts and income tax angle this fraud and wrong procedure also. One more thing website name also not mentioned in the bill. this is also very dangerous thing they will get notice from Registrarar of the company (ROC) shortly.

                                    The new Fibernet service is so unreliable that every other day I have to call up and file a complaint. Today 15-Nov-2014 when I noticed that the Fibernet connection (Koramangala, Bangalore) is not working I tried calling the customer service number. There was no response for 10 minutes and finally when a lady picked up she was eager to have the call disconnected quickly. Her claim was that there is a technical issue and the team is working on it. When I asked for registering a complaint she refused saying we don't accept complaints until the issue is fixed. This is ridiculous and totally unprofessional. Is there anyway I can file a case in consumer court? I am sure many people who is paying them for Fibernet service are cheated similarly.

                                      I am consumer availing BEAM telecom services since last 3 years . since last 6 months I am finding deficiency in services and could not use it effectively . My customer ID no. is 103554 your service persons come on complain to customer care but problem remains same again . In customer care also there is effective response to my complaint hence I request you to send trained service officials who can eliminate the defect and understand actual problem of deficiency in regular use of BEAM telecom internet services. I have paid yearly premium towards the services but I am totally dissatisfied to the service being provided to me I hope that my complaint may be entertained and effective remedy may be provided at your earliest so that I may able to utilize the " BEAM TELECOM " internet services effectively without any interruption in future .And even we did not get our renewal gift so i want you to solve my problem as soon as possible .

I gave a cancel request on October 1st. And I got confirmation also. After that Beam Guys called me lot of times to take back the connection. So I took it again and it is re activated on October 26th or 27th. And I paid 691 Rs. Now beam took this amount for October and they generated 1050 for November along with shifting charges. I called lot of times to revise the bill. My simple question is why I need to pay for October 1 to 26th/27th ??
