I had subscribed for 1 year because the service was so bad i cancelled the service 1 month back. 2nd month in progress still dint receive my balance money back. i have communicated with them several time no toll free number who's will pay for my mobile bills i'm very much fed up of their service regarding the same. can someone guide me to get my money back.

    I had applied for this connection on 9th Oct. Sales person promised It will be done within in 5 days of time. After 5 days I called up customer care and they promised It will take 7 days then slowly they started telling 2 weeks then 18 days still I have not received. Sales person Name Damodar Reddy contact no : [protected] who stop responding my calls after I paid the amount. Technical person by name Anil, contact no [protected] who suppose to fix the line even he doesn't pick my call at all. When ever I tried to reach customer care they says the same thing "Sir wait for 3 more days" either they don't fix the connection or don't refund. My user id : 1041253 Request No: [protected]

      I am using ACT Broadband. Today for some reason I felt slow speed. I logged in to check the speed and I was shocked to seed that my connection was reduced to 512 kbps. Then I wanted to cross check whether I hav crossed the FUP limits. To my surprise in act portal I was not getting any usage details but a blank page. On complaining the same to customer care the one of executive started advising me for clearing the cookies and disconnect from router and connect directly. I never understood what is the reason since there is no relation to router and the internet speed. Actually the ACT is hiding my usage details and cutting down my internet speed. This amounts to clear case of CHEATING.I made several attempts to explain the same to Customer CARE staff but they are adament to not to listen but started advising me to do this that and what not which of course was useless advise.THE ACT PEOPLE STARED CHEATING CUSTOMERS and this practice can only be set right if some stringent laws are formed in India.

      Dude, I am suffering from this for the past 3 months. They show as FUP limit reached before I use my full bandwidth.
      same here man. I think a law suit can be arranged for to teach them a lesson.

        Hi, I made a call to beam fiber customer care atleast 6 times stating that the wire of the internet connection has come out from the main connection at the wire pole but there is no response till now from the Beam team for this simple issue. I have all my office work pending because of this issue but they don't provide proper service.Because of this poor customer service whole of my business is getting destroyed. How will the clients wait for me for 24 hours for some other issue that arise from time to time in the networks. Whenever i call them they just say to wait for 24 hours for this simple issue. How can i wait for this simple issue 24 hours. This is a very poor customer care that i have seen in my entire career. Whenever i try to talk to them on live chat they just don't reply back. They are not at all interested to fix the issue. The customer service just try to finish the call by giving some or other answer. My complaint ticket number: 14477073.

        Even after writing here about the poor customer service that the beam is providing there is no response from the team.
        till now 35 hours have passed but still no response from beam regarding my complaint.

          I have not been having connectivity and informed the customer care almost 8 times but they only make false promises and The problem is still not solved nor have I got any calls from customer care. Very poor service from them. Hopefully making this complaint might turn around something ...

            Atria Convergence Technologies (ACT) Subject: Bad Management process & False Timelines Hello Sir, The sales personnel of ACT was very friendly & prompt in his job. His cordial behaviour influenced me to take up ACT broadband/fibernet connection at the earliest. I filled up the required forms & handed over the necessary on 18/Oct. I received the confirmation of documents received by the company on evening of 19/Oct. It was said the broadback will be connected by 10 days & to my surprise, the technicians came in on 20/Oct to set up the connection. When i made the necessary check of the connection on the same day, the internet was not working as promised. So i called on the morning of 21/Oct to raise a complaint. The complaint was registered & I received the Request # Request #: [protected] Assurance completion time: 24 business hours. In these 24 business hours, I have provided sufficient reminder calls so that the issue gets completed within the promised timeframe. As the issue was not fixed by 24 business hours, I called again on 24/Oct to register my protest. I was assured again by the call center person & the floor manager that it would be resolved by end of day. But ACT failed to keep up with their promise. I called again as reminder on the evening of 24/Oct only to know it would not be fixed on this day. The issue is not yet fixed and ACT is only busy providing reasons & false promises. ACT should revisit on the promises they make to their consumers & should proactively follow up on the issue themselves. As service providers, ACT should keep the consumers informed on regular(twice a day) basis the steps taken to get the issue resolved. If the issue is not fixed by promised time, the company should proactively reach out to the consumers to inform. Also the management should provide the right time frame estimating the employee/ contractors count to be provided through the customer care executives. ACT should be provided strict warning to fix their incorrect/bad Management Process. ACT should also be held responsible to proactively call the customers to provide the feedback of complaint resolution every 4 working hours until the issue is fixed.               Initially speed and FUP limit was very good, Last month they announced to increase the speed and usage limit. But Usage limit crossing very soon. I went to out of station for 5Days.While moving consumed unit was 20.3 GB after coming back when I checked the consumption rate is 38.8 GB. I made the complaint regarding this but still didn't get reply. They will provide only 20GB instead of 50GB.

              Same here dude. I went to chennai (10 th Dec) for 3 days and before I left I checked my usage it was 10.2 GB, when I came back it is 20 GB crossed. It was turned off. Same month 15th, my 60 GB is over !!

                  Hi Team, I have raised a tickets more than 10 from last one month onwards with BEAM Telecom to provide Power Back up / Battery back up facility . But no response from BEAM support engineer team. Ticket will be closing after raise 24 hours automatically with out any intimate. If we call BEAM support Team[protected], Simply they will response as we will resolve this issue with in 24 hours. But really they are not taking care from the last one month on wards on the same issue.                     My ticket No is #14451499. My Internet is not working for past 2 days . I have complained to CC, Escalation Team and mailed to nodal office also highlighting that even after commitment from the CC and Escalation teams the issue still has not been resolved. To add on to this, CC and Escalation team kept lying that the issue would be resolved by yesterday. Why cant they just admit that they are incompetent to resolve the issue in 24 hours as claimed by them.Their service is pathetic and they don't care about the customer problems created by their worst services. They charge advance while half of the time the Internet doesn't work. The other Internet providers are much better. - Abhishek

                    I totally agree with you, I never saw such a worst service in my life, trust me BSNL was lot better. beam is such a worst service, they do not even refund the money for internet nonworking days, the escalation department is the biggest of the joke. the moment you forward a unresolved complaint you get a sms saying "we hope your problem is resolved" and close the ticket again. am having the same problem with beam last few weeks trying to shift to poineer to see if their service is any better. or finally back to BSNL at least I get the speed they promised and line always active unlike beam where do not even know what joke service they are providing to others

                      Hi Team, I am an existing customer of beam. Since last 3 days am facing Internet issue. Yesterday around 9 AM I register the complain and requested to resolve. Again by 12 O'clock again I called to CC and updated that I can't be available on Friday and requested to resolve the issue by yesterday only. At both the calls your executives are assured that technician will visit by yesterday which not happened. Again today I called and call is escalated to Mr. Mahesh (from Escalation team). He told me that technician team is updating that there is issue with main set top box at my area. I told him that your technician is lying as there is Internet with other customers in my apartment and also no one from Beam visited my location. After this he told that this issue will take uncertain time and I can send mail to management if am not satisfied with the answer. Please let me know is this is the right approach to behave the customer. I am bringing this to your knowledge and believe you people will take immediate action. Complain Number is 14456569

                        I'm from Teynampet, Chennai. I've applied for ACT fibernet connection by submitting the form and paid the amount by cash of Rs. 1622/- to the guy (Suresh [protected]) who came to my home on 13-Oct-14. He promised me that I will get the connection within a week. It's been 10+ days and no guy came for the installation setup. I called the customer care and provided the CAF number and registered mobile, they said they don't have the information updated in their systems yet. So I called Suresh [protected], the guy who collected the form and money from my home, he kept avoiding my calls. After calling him over and over, he finally attended my call and gave silly excuses like it is raining heavily so the installation guy has not come to my place. In fact, it wasn't even raining that day. After Diwali got over, I called him again. He gave me his manager's number - Vijay [protected] and asked me to talk to him. After calling Vijay, he was searching for my form, seems they have missed my form somewhere and said he will call me back in an hour. I waited more than an hour but no calls from him. When I called him after 2 hours, he said they have declined my application 2 days ago but not even inform me saying the reason - my area is "slum". We are in Teynampet (a well centered & developed area in Chennai) for more than 8 years and this isn't slum. They even mentioned that they will provide ACT fibernet connection in Teynampet area in their website. I got so angry and demanded him to give his boss number. He said his boss will call me but didn't even call me yet. "*TRUST ME GUYS, DONT GET FOOLED BY THIS ACT FIBERNET - IT IS A DAY LIGHT ROBBERY, I HAVE NOT GOT CONNECTION NOR MY MONEY BACK. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS TO YOUR FRIENDS/FAMILIES*"

                          Solve my connectivity probpem... My id: 698991. Satyam plywood and hardware. I gave many complaints but no response from ur team..here are ticket no: 14397536, 14385739, 14385774, I called more than 20 times, for the same thing. But every time thEy say that problem will solve in 24 hours, but not yet solved. Some times they even promised me that technician will attend in 2 hours, but no responce. I made advance payment for 6 months, and thiz is first month. In that 12 days there is no connectivity. I want u to claim thEse days in my account, becoz o[censored]r dirty services...

                            Beam cable is providing worst service to the customers and they are least bothered about retaining the customers. I have raised around 6 tickets with respect to frequent disconnection and each time they closed the ticket without proper resolution and still the problem persists. Each time when i call to the customer care, i need to wait for around 20 mins and again loosing money over phone. I would strongly recommend not to go for Beam network. No proper managers in the company who can react to the customer concerns and fix the problem.

                                I am really bad on beam service, If I call to customer care they taken compliant it will take 24 Hrs time. but it will take time 3 to 4 days. it will work again 3 to 4 days, again disconnection same problem. Last 30 Days they given service only 10 days. No toll free number to compliant, it will take to connect 10 to 20 min. we are paying to mobile bills equals to Beam bills.

                                Worst service from Beam side, each time we call to reopen the ticket they raise a new ticket and without informing to the customer or proper resolution they close the ticket after 1 or 2 days.

                                  The worst service ever experienced in my life. They have taken the payment of 6 months in advance on 7th October, 2014 and promised to give us connection by 10th but they have given on 14th October, 2014 evening. And on 15th itself the net got disconnected and when we call customer care there is no response from them and said an silly issue that the problem is by connecting it to your router. We have raised so many complaints till now, every time they used to say with in 24 hours your issue will be resolved, but its already 144 hours but still now we didn't get any response from them still waiting. Hoping so that they would respond after completion of my Internet pack.

                                    Merchant Site URL : http://www.beamtele.com Order Number: bt[protected] PayBill through CCAVENUE-382243 on 18-Oct-2014 I paid an amount of Rs.680/- towards beamtele Internet service on the concerned date. In my account the amount is debited on the same time i.e., 18-Oct-2014 12:36 A.M. The beamTelecom is saying that, they till now didn't received payment. They stopped my service from 18-Oct-2014. I called them 5 times on 18-Oct regarding about this issue that i paid an amount through online and i also received the mail from CCAVENUE. But they saying that they didn't received amount. I called again on 19-Oct but they saying the same thing Please i loosed my business on Saturday please i want to take serious action on BeamTelecom Please raise this issue and help me Thanks & Regards Kiran Mendi

                                        I Syed Salahuddin Ahmed is a beam customer for more than 3 years and currently on B-Max 999 plan. I had previously placed a complaint on October 2 on this forum for frequent disconnections and limited connectivity. Well the person whom I spoke to said to me to place further complains on beam portal page but whenever I tried to reach the portal page after I used to write my complain it used to say your session has timed out and again I tried couple of times but always my session expires and for so many days my complains never went through. Then on October 10th I placed a request on [protected]@beamtele.com through my email for increasing my package speed as still I am having lot of slow speed issues and I mentioned that your rival hathway is offering 50Mbps speed with same download limit and same price, I was told that my complaint has been escalated to concerned team and I will be contacted and till next 6 days I was not given any message and no one contacted me (This shows how beam gives a damn attitude to customer) when I again placed a complaint on October 16th I was contacted on 17th through mail (not even a call from the customer service executive apologising for the delay more importantly I think the team has to save the company money so if they waste it in a phone call the company will incur loss) and also a ticket generated with number 14381361 then no one contacted me on 17th itself as I already wasted so many days. Then on 18th at a odd hour of 8:30 p.m the technician called and asked me what is the problem and I explained to him that there is frequent slow speed in connection (LOOK AT THE PHOTO I ATTACHED WHICH IS 100% TRUE AS FAR AS YOUR CONNECTION IS CONCERNED). Even though I have 15 Mbps speed the youtube vidoes I watch freeze midway and it keeps showing buffering but never moves forward and my downloads stop at sometimes 95% or even 99% and I loose connection it gives error unable to contact the DHCP server check your internet connection and try again so I have again download this same file and this has messed up my download limit (WHAT IS USE OF HAVING 60GB LIMIT WHEN IT IS BEING LOST FOR FREQUENTLY DOWNLOADING SAME FILES) because downloading the same file 2-3 times accounts to extra usage. The technician said if there is fiber cut or box problem I can fix it but slow speed is from server and I cant do anything in this regard you have to complain to the beam fiber company and they have to fix it from server. That is why I had asked beam to atleast increase the package speed to 30-35 Mbps if not 50 Mbps which is being offered by your rival hathway so that even if speed becomes slow it still will perform better but I think beam is more concerned about their profit rather than keeping the customer happy. Anyway cutting the long story short beam is not able to provide me proper service so I have taken decision to disconnect their services as I cant keep going through the same story again and again and keep suffering so please contact me and advise as to how I have to proceed to obtain a disconnection, I dont want your services from next month itself.
