I am facing no connectivity issue from last 5 days and it's not resolved till date. It's so pathetic and disgusting that no response from ACT, they are just good on saying sorry for the inconvenience, we have escalated the issue, we have sent follow mail to field department and bla bla bla BUT NO ACITION IS TAKEN till date. I have been seeing problems with Internet connection backup available for just 30 minutes when there is a power cut. I have never had this problem at my current place in the past 1.5 yrs of stay.
