horrible customer service

I was a loyal customer of Airtel but after shifting to Kasavanhalli had to opt for ACT out of compulsion. We made pull payment to ACT last week and they promised they will send someone soon but i havent heard a word from them. Fraud on Usage limit (Not 50GB only 20GB)
