Hello, I ordered kindle e-reader from croma website, today evening I got the delivery but as soon as I opened the packet, it was different product, a logitech worless mouse. I called customer care but despite calling twice they are saying that we have technical issue and can not help you at this moment. I have mailed them with the snap of the product that I have received.
Please help ASAP...

I bought the aircooler from Croma (Total Mall -Sarjapur-Bangalore) on 10th March'2019. The Product got delivered the next day. Visited croma showroom at kharghar to buy a 1.5 ton ac. I wanted large format (39"width) indoor unit. I was shown that type of lg ac and the order was placed. I bought iphone 6s before 5 months, and replaced after 3 months because of noise in the phone at iplanet. Again after 2 months the phone is with same issue. What can be done for this? Hi sir, i had purchased a samsung mobile from chroma and was promised that the screen replacement will be free within the 1 year base warranty provides by samsung.
