My cooler is not working for last 6 days but your support team did not solve my issue and don't give me right information. Every buddy is liar.
Please solve my issue urgently because temperature is very high 45'c and mechanic and onsite team not giving me right time and date. And croma team don't take any step if you are not solving my issue then i go to consumer court..

I m buying a new l.g top loading washing machine yesterday from jamnagar. Ur company salesman tell me this machine sales credit card we r provided a free instalation and 10 % cash back . But compny give only machine demo. So no installation done by company.

    Very very worst customer service in croma retail

    I will suggest people not to bye any croma product. I am trying to get service from last 15 days but no response. complained for about 10 to 15 times but every time same thing.It will be done tomorrow or same day. Then the contact person switch the off or didn't answer the calls.

    I have raised the compressor replacement request & the reschedule date which was given me was 3rd June. & till that date I have to make regular calls & follow-ups to get my issue resolve. but the representative ignore my calls or switch there phones.

    I will never ever recommend anything from Croma as it has the worst customer support.

      I purchased a One Plus 6T mobile from Croma Blore Total Mall-A114, Total Mall, Kaikondarha Store on 22/02/2019. I was told by the store employees that I will be getting a 5% Cash back if I use HDFC bank debit card. So I did the same and I used the HDFC bank Debit card to purchase the product. They informed me that within 45 days the amount will be transferred to my account. But till now I have not received any amount. Whenever I register a complain via store customer care they response quickly but they don't do any further process. Please help me in getting the amount.

        I booked a laptop for 1, 31, 999 and windows 10 at rs 3000 for 10, 000 advance and now croma failed to give me the laptop as there was no stock available and asked me to take refund i told them to refund me through cheque and no they have taken 8 days and did no give me the cheque the store is located in delhi saket mall when ever i go to collect my cheque they say to collect after 2 days and again and again they repeat the same thing in every 2 days

          I recently bought refrigerator on 19/05/19 from Croma Store. Initially I received defective product having alignment problem then they replaced & new product received on 23/05. After 10 days, compressor was not working so I want new fridge because I don't want to repair my new fridge. There is no action taken by Croma from last 3 days & their customer care representative always escalating the request & having no update about their action.

            On 06th June I purchased croma TV from phoenix chembur mumbai mall croma shop and i already asked about tv apps works or not int his android tv so he confirmed me that everything will run in this tv so due o his assurance i purchase this croma tv but no any channel app working (like tata sky, yupp tv etc) and also crome cast also not working.
            I am very disappoint this type of lie to tell me for your worst tv product.
            I complained to you please return my tv and get back my money.

              I am very disppointed by the type of services provided by a brand like croma. I have purchased the split ac from croma - dwarka on 15th of may 2019 (Bill no. Sla[protected].ac was having the problem from the ist day itself.

              Technician has also confirmed that the ac unit needs to be replace. Despite of several reminders and visit to croma store still the ac didnt got replaced even after 22 days.

              This premium quality Caravaan I purchased from the Croma store, Fort, Mumbai on December 29, 2018 has been giving problems since March 2019. I have been complaining for the last 2 months but to no avail. Kindly replace this faulty piece ASAP. TIA.

                The machine vibrates so much that it moves away from its place. I complained about it and a technition visited on 26th may, did some tightening of the stand etc and went away saying the problem is resolved. But next time i used the machine, the same thing happened. After that i have complainbed consistently on 28th, 29th, 30th and 31st. Today when i called, i was again given the same soft approach by the customer care officials, showing their regret and that they were following up with the company. But i insisted on speaking to the floor manager, who assured me at about 10.45 a. M. That she would call me back with an update within half an hour. When she didnt call for more than 4 hours, i tried calling and every time i was put on hold for as much as 15 minutes and then the lines were disconnected. I had to make a total of 9 calls after which i could speak to the floor manager (After holding the call for 20 minutes), who again did not have anything new to say, but give hollow assurances.

                I have begun to think that the product is defective, and that is the reason why the support is not coming.

                I am y upset by the defective product sold to me, but i am more upset by the way croma is taking my complaint lightly and sleeping over it.

                  I have purchased a lg refrigerator in oct-18 frrom croma, borivali west, mumbai.. Withing 5 months the refrigerator started forming excess ice to the extent that it jammed refrigerator door. Raised complaints with lg & everytime lg person came applied some solution but nothing changed after 3 to 4 visits lg person said that this refrigerator has some defect & advised to talk to croma. Raised multiple complaints with croma... After first complaint they again send lg perso to repair the refrigerator... But still problem did not ressolve... Subsequently two more complaints raised with croma... But no response received from croma. I feel they are running away from their responsibility as a seller. Already lg technicians attempted to repair the refrigerator but they are not able to do so. Now it us croma who has to act but no response even after following two complaints.

                    I was informed of replacement as one of the usp when due to which i bought chroma led tv.

                    Not within a month i encountered a situation where motherboard malfunctioned and i raised a complaint for replacement. Engineer visited to check the issue at my residence and took video footage of the issue as well (Attached)

                    I am now being told and forced to undertake repair on motherboard instead replacement of the tv.

                    I am looking to escalate this to highest of authorities unless there is an option to opt for outside chroma.

                    It’s been over a month approx where in i’ve been chasing to close the issue. Request your urgent attention for resolution.

                          I had purchased a fridge sometime back in the month of jan - feb 19 and i have received a promotional card offer,

                          I tried to activate my card on 27th feb 2019 and i did not receive any activation sms, i have even visited the store to get this done, but they said that i will be receiving a confirmation sms within 7 days after sending the sms to[protected] and then only i will be able to redeem this card, but to my surprise i have not received such sms till now. After being a long time i tried myself by visiting croma again and check the status of this card and i was told that it got expired and no details have been found in the system,

                                I have bought 2 daikin ac from croma and the ac which i have kept in my office is not working properly after the free service and on may 14th i have raised a complaint 15th they didn't come and 16th on person came check it he says that the gass is not not there that is why it is not getting cool he could not do it properly he said another person will come next day and 17th another person came he said that there is leek some where and he will fill the nitrogen and will come 20th to check it and i have asked him that 20 my classes starts so come by 1;00 pm and he agreed with me but still now i have not received any calls from his part and the ac is not working now there is no response form there part so sad to say all these thinks again i will not go for daikin ac and will not allow my friends too if it is not rectified on these dates i will go for further process and i will keep posted on social media too

                                  I have purchased nokia 3.1 plus in your store which was your representative suggested and motivated me to purchase the bloody model with extended warranty sold by croma. Initially it was working fine after two months the product started creating issue in touch/cursor movement not moving up and down.in you tube i am not able make forward the cursor with this product.
                                  With this issue i visited your store your where i am purchased the product near kalyanagar branch, bangalore, karnataka, 560043. I explained my issue one of your manager mr. Shabhaz, he washed his hand crome can’t do any thing we will send it to nokia show room they will take a call. I didn’t trust nokia but i trusted croma based on trust only i purchased croma tv, cooler, and mobile and i have plan to buy croma home theatre and air conditioner but i lost trust when croma washing their hand.
                                  Coming to the point what was the solution for my issue i don’t want that bloody product i want refund or other product. I am expecting the positive response from croma. Do you want me to be customer or not if croma cant do anything with this issue i have to through the mobile infont of croma store where is purchased.

                                    I want to complaint about the pathetic service received from croma. I was interested in buying a croma brand vaccum cleaner and i bought a gift voucher to buy this product from croma. Later when i wen to store they did not have it in stock. Next day it was available online so i ordered it online. After following up with croma for 6 hours i was told it was not in stock and only 2 pieces in stock were returned / defective ones. When requested for refund for full amount in my bank they refused even after requesting them multiple times. Its been more than 10 days and i am following up with croma (Spoke with laxmanan pillai id 14326 and supervisor jyoti shetty) they wanted me to follow up with the bank as they claimed they have processed the refund and they could not help me even though i did not get the refund in my account. Totally unhelpful staff and most pathetic shopping experience of my life. Think twice before you decide to buy anything from croma

                                      Bought a gift card last yr for 10000. Now i notice that it has expired as it was for 12 mnths only. A company like croma shouldn't be doing this. Taking our money and not providing service for it. I ve had the same issue with shopperstop and westside. They take the card from us after the period and give us a voucher worth that amt. And give us a. Period of 3mnths to shop. Vry dissapointed with tata. My request to everybodyto not buy any gift card from croma. Can anything be done or will go to consumer court instead

                                        I noticed that my croma coupon got expired on may14th :( the amount is for Rs. 4000 which I consider is huge. Could I request you to help on this regard?
