Illegal Charges against Purchase a product under 0% EMI and Processing Fee.

I have purchased a Bed from Evok on 05Jan 2013.
There was a scheme that 0% EMI for 6 months with 0% processing fee. I have confirmed it with Bank and EVOK as well. But still bank has charged 1895.68 + 227.48 (Service Tax) + 6.82 (Cess Tax) = 2129.98. AMB Charges Debited by HDFC Bank
My account has been debited twice with Rs.393 for "AMB CHRG INCL ST & CESS" for NOV2012 & DEC2012 without any prior intimation or alert.

I have never been communicated via Email or SMS for any such charges they introduced.

If they can send promotional emails and SMS to their customers then why can't they send an alert about a new charges they impose;...

Deposited the amount in false manner and not ready to allot the unit and not ready to returned the money.

Sir My Plolicy N o. 11548468 in HDFC Standard Life Insurance.I deposited the amount of Rs25000/- in HDFC Standard Life Insurance on dated 28/02/2013. But HDFC Standard Life Insurance neither alloted me the unit against it nor ready to refund the amount. As per their version they had deposited the amount in their suspense account and they will allotted the unit on my premium due date.i.e 12/03/2013.

There have been 9 fraudulent transactions happened from my HDFC salary account on 4th of March, 2013 between 4:44 am to 4:56 am in SBIPG at Billdesk.com. I have lodged a complaint on the same with the HDFC phone banking. However, there is nobody giving me a solution understanding it is a ‘Fishing’ issue and I seriously doubt that Bank has shared my credentials somewhere that has resulted into this fraud transactions...

On 14th Feb There is a false transaction happened in Debit Card.

Rs. 421.28 have been deducted and when i checked the mini statement it showed that it was a DCD Transaction. Today i.e. on 03rd March morning when i visited an nearest ATM I came to know about this false transaction. Would request you guys to get the amount again credited in my account. It's really embarrassing...

When swiped my HDFC debit card, money got debited - vendor did not get the credit

Hi,

I have done a purchase from a shop in Bangalore by using my HDFC Bank Debit card. When the shop guy swiped my card, the amount got debited from my account. But surprisingly he did not get any message and the credit not gone to him. Its been 4 working days since this has happened. Till date the reversal not happened to my account and same time the vendor did not get the credit.

Vendor is asking for the money...

Interest rate charged extra
