After a turmoil and n number of emails we have collected the passport on our own from the designated place around 9pm. However we have not received back our original documents which were given at the time of visa processing. Request you to kindly courier the same to the address already provided in my trail emails.

I havent heard back on compensation for all the stress we have underwent with make my trip and there is no feedback from your end.

One of the worst ever services experienced and least expected from make my trip. Further would never ever travel through mmt nor refer too.

You guys don't even have courtesy to call and apologize at any senior management levels. Over and above i receive quotes and calls which are way above ridiculously priced as if mmt have sole rights for the said services. Had demanded for price for 1 night extra stay and i receive a quote at which price i can stay for 3 nights at the same place and still save on. That too when i book through mmt website. I ask for the price for hot air balloon ride initially was discouraged to be pre booked because of weather conditions and now when i insisted for prebook i get a quote which is 3 times the quote in the market.

Guys let me tell you all frankly you are making fool of yourselves in the whole process. When this issues are taken up with your team members there is no single person who takes responsibility and further proves themselves to be working on back end and escalating. Don't know when the customer is not kept in any loop what escalations are going on. There is no person in senior most top management who can take responsibility of what is going on.

Thanks for making this trip truly memorable and not the way we wanted but the way you guys wanted as if you guys have done a favor by taking our bookings

    We family of 9 members did a booking for Package London- Paris - Switzerland which included flights and visa both, which was to be from 6th July'19 to 14th July'19.

    We did booking from Make My Trip Ahmedabad - Bodakdev branch.

    Where we had specified that one of the traveller is a student who studies in Phillipines and will be back by 9th June'19. So we were confirmed that her visa will be done as soon as possible so that we can move ahead with our travel plan.

    But when we started the visa process and also paid the 1st instalment of the money... they told us that the member who is in the phillipines, her visa cannot be done from India, it had to be done from Phillipines.

    Every time random answers. No perfect guidance or knowledge of the subject

    We want the solution, ASAP, ... or i will not stop Complaining on every Media portals...

    MMT Visa team is totally unprofessional and don't have the required knowledge and also high level cheaters and fraudsters. For our bookings too they first gave incorrect information then asked to make changes in the application and post giving all the documents on 18th April they actually submitted the visas on 3rd May when actually my trip was to commence on 17th May with family. And to our surprise I have emails which confirm me that the Visa will get processed by 3rd whereas the application is also not filed. Please be aware of the Corporate Fraudsters. Don't go with the brand name it's always better have next door local agent whom you can get hold of.
    While cancelling by mistake choose wallet option.
    Now not able to transfer to Bank or card (original payment mode).

      I made a booking for round trip bom-ded-bom vide booking id #nf[protected] on 13.05.2019, while booking i did apply the flymon deal code and it did show me that the same got applied on my booking and so i did the payment via icici credit card. But mmt says that the same is not applied because of that they can't process my cashback of rs. 1, 200. When i chatted with mmt, per them i have not used that code for my booking whereas i have my colleague who was present during booking and we saw that the coupon applied successfully and the respective cashback will be credited within 7 days. When i insisted for the reason they said that they will go through the booking log and will let me know about it. Now whatever the log says, my point is that i did applied the code not only for this booking but also for booking id #nf[protected] made on same date with same deal code flymon and did receive the cashback offer. Apart from this, the log is from the system maintained and operated by mmt which got no hold of the customer, and sometimes systems do operate inefficiently, neither mmt nor i can guarantee the working of the systems flawlessly.
      I would request mmt to relook into this issue and refund the same to my respective account.

      Booking failed with MMT leading to debiting 10733.00. Booking was generated on 1st May 2018 and no ticket issued. I am really surprised as my money is stuck and as per MMT policy i need to wait till 11th May 2019 for the same. How is that a customer like me at fault where my money is blocked with MMT and in digital age it takes 10 days for refund.

        As i had boked a bus ticket on date 4th may 2019 through ganesh travels and site is make my trip india. I have also made a feedback but there was not any further response from mmt. My complaint is as ticket was resgissterd for my parents and they made a round to police station beacuse of bus driver and conductor. They were also questioned by police because the bus was 2 hours late and its real timing was 11 pm. They were alone on 01am on the highway road. It was also a risky thing because it was unsafe area. By 4 am they left police station as police left them by that time only. Other pasengers also get disturbed by that bus because driver and conductor was in police remand. So i am requeating you that go through the matter.

          NH[protected], we booked one room through you on 11th night, and presenting the confirmation the hotel denied to give room, as the hotel was full, we wait in the hotel till early morning, no response. They told us the room is been sold to somebody else. and we were forced to stay on the road .

            I had submitted a complaint one week before and I didn't get a reply till Today.The complaint was about of refund.
            I had booked 4 return to and fro spice jet tickets for june 8th through make my trip.
            But unfortunately In the last week i received massage from spice jet by mentioning that, both the flights cancelled due to their problems. So as per their request, I had requested for refund to make my trip. But till today I didnt receive the amount back.

            There is no sense of responsibility at all at MMT. No team members are responsible and everyone will keep mentioning that they are working and escalating in the back hand. Be aware of these corporate fraudsters. Don't go with the brand they are cheaters.

              I was looking to book international flight return tickets when i came across mmt best price guarantee programme wherein they were claiming that there price is the cheapest and in case a cheaper ticket is found within 24 hrs they would return 10 times the fare difference.
              So, i went ahead and booked the ticket while making payment i found another rs 2600 discount coupon over and above this scheme. So, i applied the same and went ahead and completed my booking. Later on 11th may 2019 just after making the bookiing i found rs 2500 cheaper fare on another website, with that reference i made a complaint under best price guarantee programme and to my surprise they said since i have applied discount coupon this scheme is not valid. I was shocked as if i had not applied the coupon fare difference would have been rs 5000 to which they might have given different reasoning. I now have this very bitter experience with mmt and would never recommend this to anyone in future.

                  First we came a few hours early before check in time as our train arrived. They charged us 200 for early check in (Just below 1/4 of total price) even though we said we would check out almost half day early.

                  We were given room with dusty and sticky floors and cupboards, cobwebs on the bed and general uncleanliness. The ac was hardly better than a cooler without the water cooling fixture. The room itself was tiny. When we complained first we were told all rooms are like that, but the pictures in the website show differently and why take extra money for a larger room designation. This is just plain cheating. Our so called free wifi did not have any signal within room. The phone to call for room service and reception was broken so every complaint trip had to be made physically.

                  I am not expecting lots of features or amenities. I knew i was booking a budget hotel, but didn’t know it was one that couldn’t even provide what it said it would and would be blatantly lying on the website.

                  Won’t be ever coming back here or booking another oyo hotel again.

They had sent an email stating that it should take 10 working days but it’s been a month now. Now when i call the cx care, all they do is transfer my call from one department to another and disconnect without informing anything. No supervisor takes the responsibility to take my call.                       Hi i recently booked a hotel at royal arena in bodrum. I was given a lower category room from the one i booked. When i spoke to the manager they said they do not have a room like that in the hotel. I have all pictures to show the room i was offered bs what i have booked.                         My name is varsha. I had booked tickets on spicejet through makemytrip for;

                        1. 15th march, 2019 from chennai to ahmedabad, at 7:15 a. M. For two passengers. The total air charges amounted to rs. 8, 129. (Pnr - mysswj)
                        2. And 17th march, 2019 from ahmedabad to chennai, at 7:15 p. M. For three passengers. The total air charges amounted to rs. 13, 661 (Pnr - zbiznj).

                        Due to regulative directive from the airline's side, tickets on both the days were cancelled. We were assured a full refund amount as mentioned in the message we received from the airline. We booked tickets on a different airline and expected the refund to be initiated. It has been almost two months and we hadn't received a response from the airline. I contacted spicejet, and they said they already initiated the refund process with you, but i still haven't received a refund or any information regarding my money. We are entitled to receive a total of 21, 790 as a refund. I would be pleased if you could refund the amount in full as soon as possible.

                                Hi,
                                I have availed the finance option offered by MMT and found it very useful. However, I havent received any email/ sms with my finance details and repayment structure and other specific details. I have tried repaying partial amount even before my first EMI started and found that there is only one option for repayment which is PAYTM.
                                I have performed transaction worth Rs.23, 189.83 from my HDFC bank with on 9-May-2019 via netbanking. Amount has been deducted from my account while transaction was failed. I have written a complaint to HDFC regarding same and awaiting for response. I find it very strange and improper that MMT or Capital Float has not send any details regarding this.
                                Simialrly, on 10-May-2019 I have tried and paid Rs.10, 000 from my HDFC Netbanking and transaction was succesful but still I havent received any acknowledgement from MMT or Capital Float. This is very scary experience and very shady practise and not a right way.
                                I need clear answers for these from MMT and Capital Float

                                WORST i have mmt finance with the limit of 2 lakh but there is no option if you book any thing from MMT finance i don't know why they have given mmt finance option

                                  This regarding our booking ( NL[protected] . We paid full booking amount by 10th April 2019 to avail the HDFC Cash back offer . The cash back was suppose to be credited by 30th April 2019 ..

                                  We are on 10th May and I am still waiting for the cash back . I am calling MMTP customer support every day but without any resolution ...

                                  Can some one help to resolve this issue on priority..

                                  I too have not received the cash back amount on my international travel bookings. Be careful they are fraudsters. Don't go with the brand. Because you will get the answer as it is through HDFC promotional offer and MMT doesn't have any control over it. We as customers are fooled.

                                    I booked hotel in ahmedabad and went to given location and there was not any hotel there. I tried to make contact on all 3 given numbers but no response. 24x7 help line was not responding as he was also not able to connect anywhere to help. I asked customer care to cancel the deal but he refused. Finally i arranged to stay in very high cost hotel at 2am in night as my daughter was to appear in entrance test next day morning. Complete mental harassment by make my trip

                                      I have booked an international flight roundrip tampa, usa to mumbai, india at makemytrip site at 9pm on 8may, 2019. I used a credit card to make the payment. I received a message from the bank stating that the transaction has taken place while on the site the screen was displaying ‘processing ‘. So i tried calling at the helpline. At the helpline they were just transferring my call and after transferring nobody was answering.

                                        His is with reference to booking id nn[protected]
                                        Booked on 15th feb 2019 for my mother who is a senior citizen. This is an international itinerary from mumbai to raleigh on the 13th may and return from raleigh to mumbai on the 12th june. It involves 5 flights in total and 3 layovers.
                                        I called the airline at 5pm on 7th may 2019 to enquire about the baggage allowance as at the time of booking it said 2 checked in pieces but there was no information on the ticket, that's when mmt's customer care executive informed me that all the flights on the trip have been cancelled by the airline except for one which is boston to amsterdam. The mmt executive gives me a standard response saying that they will contact the airline and revert with more information within 48 hours, no promise of a solution has been guaranteed.
                                        It's appalling that i have received no information from mmt regarding the cancellation or requisite refund or alternative booking. The trip is scheduled within the next 4 days and mmt's standard response time is 48 hours which is ridiculous considering the urgency.
                                        I called again at 10pm and the agent souvik spoke to someone in the delta team who says the ticket was cancelled by mmt. They tried to check if the ticket could be reissued and gave the mmt team a flight option for a later date. The mmt team was supposed to reissue the ticket within 4-6 hours. I receive a call from mmt team at 11:30 pm which i can't answer because of my sleeping baby.
                                        Today, 8th may, i call again at 10:30am, spoke to someone from ekta who assures me my problem will be resolved in the next 4-6 hours and that i'll receive a call back within this time. Not hearing from them after 6 hours i call again this evening, spoke to someone called nikhil who asked for another 4 hours. New executives each time with no resolve!
                                        And not a single call back or email from mmt today, i have constantly called back and each time i've had to explain the situation from scratch.
