Hi,

I had tikona connection for over than a year, had lots of problems while I was using this connection.I had opted for quarterly payment which was a advance mode of payment. So while I was using Tikona when ever I had faced any technical issue it lasted min for 1 month, on calming for poor services Tikona executives used to give un logical answers and in a very unprofessional manner. So I was really fed up with there services as when calling to customer services, to tell them what issue I'm facing they used to talk in a very rude way and then disconnect the call. This was happened may times & I have record of those mails as well.

So in 2015 from month of September I was facing some technical issue, but complaining to them was leading to no where as, no matter what issue you are facing no one is going to come and visit at your home & check it as Tikona was so advance as they never happen to face such issue, as they will tell you that your device is not receiving signals properly, we are arranging a executive that will come & check this issue, but that never seems to happen.

So I did pay them the payment for next quarter & believe me for those three months my issue was not sorted, so I finally thought of getting this disconnect, so when I call up tikona that I want to disconnect my connection, so the response that I got was "Sorry Sir we can not disconnect your connection if you want we can shut your plan for now but whenever you will use our connection you will be charged as per/MB basis". I asked them clearly tell me what amount I have to pay & I no longer want to use your connection, but they didn't disconnect my connection. So after two months I received a call from the Tikona side that Sir you have to pay amount of Rs.870 approx. and I told them that my connection charge are Rs.845 p/m and I already have called up you guys as well as have drop two mails for disconnection how come I'm being charge, so they come up with some irreverent answers. So from that time onward I'm receiving so many Nuisance call claiming to be advocate from Delhi/ Maharashtra & we have filled a complaint against you.

So I want your help to sort this out.

      We have acquired internet services from tikona digital networks in october 2015. But the internet serivce never worked smoothly, in 1st month itself we had register a complain about the non-working of the modem, or internet services. The complain was never resolved on ground, no body came to correct it. I think it happened only on paper as we received the email that it is done.

      We have complained many time to the representative that we are not getting the services but he was least bothered. During this time we were getting billed, we tried paying the billing through the same person in cash but he refused to collect the amount, we tried to contact tikona on email with the information that please send someone to collect the amount but our emailed remained unanswered. Only call were coming from the customer-care to whom i have mention the problem but only thing they were bothered was the amount. Finally i have paid the amount online in april 2016 with one of the customer care representative promise that he will solve the matter as soon as possible but the problem was not solved even after the payment in april 2016. Then finally we asked the same person who have installed the modem and serivces that please disconnect the serivces and also send the email to tikona that please disconnect the services.

      Same thing happenend with discoonecting of the serivces that no one was bothered about that also.
      After following regularly with the rfeprentative of tikona he came to collect the modem

      but tikona is saying that now we have pay the modem charges and the usage charges of 3927. We have pay for the serivces which we have not received.

      We still have paid rs.2527 even when we have not received any serivces at all. And now we have to pay rs.3927

        My cust id is [protected]. Tikona wifi is loaded with prob. Since yest my connection is patchy. It comes and goes every 5 seconds. Yest I called their call centre. Was on hold for long, no ans. Today had to call thrice and finally spoke to a bloke who told me not to use internet 24 hours to avoid the prob. When I asked him to send someone to check if adapter needs replacement which he suggested could be causing the prob. He flat out refused saying they will monitor my situation at their conveniece. However, by the end of the long call, the internet was up and running but only for few hours. I have been trying to call the cal centre for the last hour. Got no ans. This is nightmare.

          I have applied for cancellation of my net service in july 25 because that time i was going abroad so they as per my request cancellewd the plan but they were not sending me any confirmation so i talked to them for some no. Of days finally they send me a written confirmation saying no dues and your service is cancelled they were not removing the cable and adapter from my home i asked them why so they said you can keep them if you want to use anytime you can use but i removed the cable that time only now they are telling me you are using net service you are charged 1200 something payup and harrising me

            i got 03 months problem 10000 times complaint[protected]
            but still now not completed then ask one person consumer court, he say
            first complaint consumer court then process and i know tikona service
            worst and fake service too much time call time and 05 service engineer
            but rectified my orolem not connection and i already paid advance
            payment of 2300rs waste for tikona service .i will plan suicide and
            publish watsapp and news paper and television also but truely inform
            that inform shortly i loss my huge amount my life also i two time
            accident also 5 lakhs for share trading because for reason tikona
            worst service take 10000 time complaint and 30time email also, but
            still not completed problem .so many time call from tikona customer
            ask do not fell or not suicide also then not rectified my problem.last
            time 04/0910/2016 12:30time call ask so many question for tikona
            service rectify money problem .kindly take needful action, but two so
            many problem for proper not connection i time, reliance also spoke with
            informational suicide show my bill payment for detail sent tikona call
            but not pay for proper answer two days will sucide time take cyber

                My tikona broadband id is -[protected] and my name is ketan patel from new naroda, ahmedabad.

                I am writting here about my internet speed issues all the time.

                I stopped complaining since one month and they started to torture me by not giving speed now. I attaching image which is showing very low speed 0.64 mbps and plan is 4mbps.

                Tikona is rubbish company. I request everyone not to buy tikona internet.

                If you will buy then you have to keep complaining email about your problems. If you stop complaining on email then they will stop or decrease your speed of internet. They never solve problem on the phone. So never try to call customer service centre and i dont call anymore.

                I request tikona to give what speed i have paid money.

                Internet speed issue all the time...Fraud company.

                  I previously complaint on 9 sep 2016 but no response till date. They did not stop my service they are shame less people. Why they did not stop my service till date they did nothing.

                  Tikona cheat their customers and mentally harrass them also.
                  They are group of crooks and fraud. They cheat their customers by making false promises. I am not using their service since 9th may 2016 but from then i made so many requests to stop my service and disconnect my service but they did not do this.
                  I paid their full bill which including the bill of may in that month no net was there. But they are shame less people. Who only wants money and money from their customers. Who do not use their service since 9th may but they send you bills. Why you send bills and why you did not close my service.

                  I suggest new tikona users never use their service they are cheaters. They never give you net service but when you want to stop their service they will continue send bills and threat with your hire agents to pay their bills. They always threat you. And they will never stop your service.

                    Please read the following email trail & you will realise how useless tikona internet is & what a bunch of incompetent technical and billing department you have.
                    If you can't make someone's internet up in 9 days and have no clues how to solve the problem, you should shut your company or resign!!!

                    Sorry for my rage/anger but this is obvious when your work is hampered for 9 days in this modern digital age.

                    I know media @tikona is irrelevant in this email but they should know what kind of filthy internet company are they campaigning for

                    I want a resolution in next 12 hours!!! hope u understand customer's frustration!!! when someone has to make ~25 calls in last 9 days without any results & making the payments

                      I am one of tikona customer and my service id – [protected]
                      And i have shifted my location from old place to new. So after that i got bill from which is having and termination penalty charges 1500 and macd charge: change in installation
                      Address 250 and taxes (Macd tax) 36.25 & other tax charges (They have not spercified rs 542 (250+36.25+ other charges) so regarding to this bill i call tikona customer care so they have told that penalty charges are generated wrongly as till the date they didn't received the old device so as there employee it will recover it will way off and you will get confirmation of way off, so you just pay other amount which is 541 so as that after that i requested many time to tikona to recover device. But till the date they didnt answer me & my connection is going to end on 19th june 2016. I am worried if they will not recover device & telling me that my connection will run on postpond service. I have also reqested them to stop my connection.

                      Havent given me proper information
                      He just told me that i will have to pay only 2500 for 3 month connection and in that 2500 other charges like installment charges n all will be included. As i have paid in advance to him.
                      Now the company has charged me rs. 2042 as outstanding balance.
                      I am ready to pay for shifting charges which 250+tax
                      But what about other extra charges they have generated.
                      I am really disappointed with tikona service.

                        Tikona is not just worst internet provider thay have hired unprofessional and rude people to threaten their customers.
                        My internet connection was not working for two months so I didn't pay for thise months and i was adment to get my internet connection up and running before i pay my bills. Tikona kept on sending me messages for two months but nobody called or visited my office to fix this. I made couple of calls in last three months to see if it can be fixed but nobody seemed to be interested in fixing the internet connection. Today Tikona has crossed all its limits when i got a call from [protected]. She is so called Advocate who was rudest advocate i have ever spoken to. She literally threatened me that if I don't pay my 2500 tikona bill then she will file a case against me and i will be behind the bar for six months and i will be penalized for upto one lac.

                        My office is in such aera where airtel doesn't provide internet otherwise I would never interacted with such cheap and thug companies. It's was office internet connection. Please help people to teach a good lesson to such companies. These companies earn from same people whom they threaten. Well, this is not the way a good business is run.

                          Your reputed company tikona, there is no problem since 1.5 year. but still now i facing problem from tikona. i have recharge at 30th june for 50gb for one year. but as per my knowledge i recorded my usage histry as per given date.

                          27186mb balance on 17/09/2016
                          Now i request that please check it. i call on customer care but not satisfy. please i request give me all details where i use the data? in 10 days i use maximum 3-4gb.

                            This is s singh from bangalore, i was using tikona broadband service and after asking to close the service they generated bill for following month.

                            Now they called me from a mobile number+[protected]
                            India - saying, i am priya mehra a advocate from kakrduma court and, tikona have launched a complain against you and you have to submit the amount within half hour.

                            Now they are not picking up the phone on that number. Also she was saying this is a court line and everthing is being recorded.

                            Also i spoke to customer care, my internet was not working for month, and ask for engineer to resolve no one came in, and again i called customer care they said ok sir you dont have to pay bill, and next month they double to 1300rupee,

                            Please take a strong action against her...

                              I was using tikona net from last 4 years, now i shifted to new location and i ask them to transfer my account to new location so they did't responded on that, so many time i called but no solution, so finally i called customer care and i asked abt deactivation of account, they said i have to pay outstanding amount then they will deactivate i paid amount again they had started my service i did't use any service because i was not there, after one month i got sms for new bill, i called again to ask why this bill as i already requested for deactivation, but my number was blocked it was not connecting to customer care, i did't paid that bill and i was waiting for there response after few moth i got a call from there recovery department she said i am calling from so and so advocate assistant tikona is file-ling case again's you regarding payment dues, i said to that lady that i want to deactivate but no one is responding so she said ok i will transfer this call to tikona manager so they will discuss, so she transferred call to a person he said your around rs. 2500/- is due you pay this amount and i will deactivate your service and will provide noc in same day, i said ok send me link and amount i will pay but this time please close this, in the same way i paid rs. 2560/ on that link it was tikona's online portal. After payment i called that person he said ok i will confirm you, then he did't informed me no response from his side, i tried so many times but no response, then i called to tikona cc same thing was there, finally i sent a mail to ccaabt this the incident, then finally i got a call from tikona she said after paying rs.2560/ automatically your account is activated so pay again rs.1000 we will deactivate your account, i said why i will pay amount again and again i did't use any service from last one year, it is your fault, i requested so many times i paid amount 2 times even i was not using service, i am feeling like cheated, these ppl are so shameless, customer want to close his account ready to pay but they cheat them.

                                Very bad experience with tikona. I have taken a plan of 4Mbps plan but I never got this speed and raised a complaint to customer care but they do something to connection and it works for some time and again the same problem.. most of the time opening a Google page is taking more than 2-5 mins which is much lower speed than the Vodafone 2G. If tikona do not have good bandwidth in VIRAR for such speed than why they are offering such plans and charging for same from customers? They are expecting customer to pay as per Plan but they never think about there service. They have charged me for more than...

                                    Worst service. paid 2200 for a new connection, firstly without informing they complete one billing cycle in 7 days. Apparently the have fixed billing cycles. Great. Half the time the connection is unavailable, 10 complaints raised in 1 month, many more ignored. Today bought a speed voucher for Rs. 100, but it didnot work. Called up their clown agents. after 15 mins of analysis, they say system has problem. please buy again. And when I asked for refund for the voucher, they said, it will get adjusted later. And then they CUT THE CALL, when I asked for escalation. Are you guys kidding me. I can't believe how you thugs run a business and claim the world. Transaction ID: [protected]TPC[protected]. Need refund and a response first.

They are expecting customer to pay as per plan but they never think about there service. They have charged me for more than 4 months as per 4mbps plan but never get speed of even 1mbps. Finally i have disconnected the tikona and told the customer care person to cancelled the connection but after that also they have kept the connection on and also raised the bill for the same. So i told them very clearly that i will not pay any bill for using nothing. Than also tikona persons and calling and harassing me continuously and also sending mails and messages and doing the harassment on daily basis.. Today one lady called me and told me i m calling as a legal consultant of tikona and harassing me and trying to frightened me and demanding the tikona bill payment.. I told her very clearly about tikona service and they kept internet connection on even after i told to cancelled the connection. I request you to help in teaching good lesson to tikona.

                                        I have recharged your plan for Rs 10, 000/- as per the brochure drop by your sales executive to our house( Sales executive name lAXMAN mobile no [protected]) the copy of which is attached. I demand for Rs 10, 000/-Plan for which your engineer has done new installation with cable wire, adapter, etc & now to my surprise Tikona has recharge the plan for Rs 1000/- only . So I request the company to activate the plan for Rs 10, 000/- & if not possible refund my Rs 10, 000/- ( NEFT / RTGS ) to my account as your recharge shows only 60 G.B. which actually should be 660 G.B. .
