Tikona is not just worst internet provider thay have hired unprofessional and rude people to threaten their customers.
My internet connection was not working for two months so I didn't pay for thise months and i was adment to get my internet connection up and running before i pay my bills. Tikona kept on sending me messages for two months but nobody called or visited my office to fix this. I made couple of calls in last three months...

I have taken a plan of 4Mbps plan but I never got this speed and raised a complaint to customer care but they do something to connection and it works for some time and again the same problem.. most of the time opening a Google page is taking more than 2-5 mins which is much lower speed than the Vodafone 2G. I am fed up with your broadband connection. I have requested several times on your customercare numberto disconnect my connection and refund my amount. No body is listening to me. They are just insisting to carry on eith your services.

Worst service. paid 2200 for a new connection, firstly without informing they complete one billing cycle in 7 days. Apparently the have fixed billing cycles. Great. I have a complaint regarding tikona salesman has given me wrong information. I have asked the salesman to give me a prepaid connection but he has given me a postpaid connection without knowing me.
