Worst service and Harassment calls

Tikona is not just worst internet provider thay have hired unprofessional and rude people to threaten their customers.
My internet connection was not working for two months so I didn't pay for thise months and i was adment to get my internet connection up and running before i pay my bills. Tikona kept on sending me messages for two months but nobody called or visited my office to fix this. I made couple of calls in last three months...
