एड्मिशन Mother’s Pride School की मुनिरका ब्रांच मे MPRS स्कीम में करवाया था। इस स्कीम के अनुसार मैंने एड्मिशन के समय 2, 25000/- रूपये स्कूल मे जमा करवाये थे और मासिक फीस 3000/- रूपये थी। ये 2, 25000/- रूपये सेक्युर्टी राशि थी जिसके बदले में स्कूल ने हमें एक पीडीसी चेक देना था और इस राशि को स्कूल द्वारा हमें अप्रैल 2020 तक वापस लौटना था। परंतु आज 1 साल से अधिक समय बीतने के बाद भी स्कूल ने मुझे MPRS स्कीम की सेक्युर्टी राशि वापस नहीं की है, और ना ही इसका कोई पीडीसी चेक अभी तक दिया है। श्रीमान जी, अपनी मेहनत की कमाई से दी सेक्युर्टी वापस लेने के लिए इस दौरान मैंने स्कूल के अकाउंट ब्रांच, ग्रीविन्स सेल, मुनिरका ब्रांच, स्कूल की चेयर पर्सन श्रीमती सुधा गुप्ता और सभी संबन्धित अधिकारियों से मिला मुख्यतः: श्रीमती प्रिया बोस, श्रीमती अर्चना, श्रीमती नेहा वत्स, श्रीमती दिया मेहता, श्रीमती तन्नू) परंतु बार बार पेमेंट देने के आश्वासन के बाद भी मुझे मेरी पेमेंट नहीं दी गई। इस दौरान स्कूल के कई अधिकारियों ने मुझसे मिल कर और फोन पर पेमेंट देने के लिए कहा, परंतु कभी पेमेंट नहीं दी है। श्रीमान जी, आखरी बार हमें 12 फरवरी को Mother’s Pride School से श्रीमती जाग्रति का कॉल आया था, उन्होने हमे बताया की वो चेयर पर्सन श्रीमती सुधा गुप्ता के कहने पर कॉल कर रही है और हम जल्दी ही आपकी सेक्युर्टी राशि आपको वापस कर देंगे, परंतु बाद मे पैसे वापस करने की बजाय वो इस सेक्युर्टी को किसी दूसरे बच्चे की फीस मे एडजस्ट करने की बात करने लगी। जब मैं इस एडजस्टमेंट के लिए नहीं माना और मैंने अपनी जरूरत और मजबूरी बताते हुए पैसे लेने के लिए ही कहा तो उन्होने कहा की वो चेयर पर्सन श्रीमती सुधा गुप्ता से इस पर बात करके जल्दी ही मुझे बता देगी और पैसे वापस कर देंगे। परंतु इस बात को भी अब लगभग 6 महीने बीत चुके है और हमारे पैसे हमें अभी तक नहीं लौटाए गए है। श्रीमान जी, Mothers Pride स्कूल इस तरह से हमारे जैसे कई माता-पिता के पैसे धोखे से ले कर अब वापस नहीं कर रहा है। इस प्रकार स्कूल द्वारा हमारे और हमारे जैसे कई अभिभावकों के साथ धोखाधड़ी और आपराधिक न्याय भंग किया जा रहा है। श्रीमान जी, अत: आपसे निवेदन है की कृपया करके Mother’s Pride स्कूल की चेयर पर्सन श्रीमती सुधा गुप्ता, इसकी मैनेजमेंट और स्कूल के डाइरेक्टर आदि के विरुद्ध आवश्यक कानूनी कार्यवाही करने की कृप्या करे और हमारी मेहनत की कमाई से दी गई राशि वापस दिलाने मे हम जैसे पीड़ित अभिभावकों की मदद की जाये।...
