No valid permit for the bus

I booked two bus ticket for a total of 7 passengers through make my trip.com for my journey from Madurai to Chennai for journey date 25th October, 2009. The PNR numbers are TBBK98883887 for 6 tickets and TBBK82825928 for 1 ticket. The coach operator was Photon Trans Co. and the coach type was Volvo. From the outer look of the bus itself I could sense a foul smell and it seems the driver does not have enough experience to handle a Volvo....

Cancellation refunds not received

I had cancelled my return journey on travel ticket with booking ID FLT[protected], booked through Makemytrip.com. They confirmed that Rs. 4715/- shall be refunded back to me (shall be credited by them to my account).

Their website status shows that the refund was made on 3rd Oct 2009. I tried calling their phone numbers, but their AVR system keeps me on hold for hours together. It is next to impossible to contact them through...

I have booked my ticket of GO AIR flight no 312 from Ahmadabad to Delhi dt 29.10.09 through makemytrip.com
but on 24.10.09 i got a call from go air mumbai that the said flight is cancelled and i will get the full refund

At 1730, after giving all my credit card details, I go to a screen which told me I had been charged with Rs 15,656.00. Double Charges & Refusal of Refund

On Wednesday Oct 14th, we booked a return flight to Srinagar from Mumbai on their website. We immediately received an email stating the following “Your payment has been processed. However, due to a communication error, the system was unable to confirm your reservation. Our customer care executive will call you within one hour on the phone number provided by you at the time of booking” (Flight Booking #FLT[protected])

Booking tickets thru Make My Trip is trying to Mix OIL with WATER

I did my International Flight Booking @ Dubai through MakeMyTrip for Dubai to Chennai on 13th Aug 2009 and made the payment through CC for My friend to fly on 16th Sep 2009. I had received an email from MakeMyTrip that the booking has been done successfully.

My trip turned into a NIGHTMARE untill 14th Sep 2009 i didn't got my E ticket...

Regarding refund

I booked a ticket on Makemytrip.com on 28th Sept 2009, due to their problem they cancelled the ticket on 30th sept. and I got the cancellation ref no on the same date on phone but I recieved the mail on 6th Oct 2009. In that mail the cancellation date was also mentationed ie 6th Oct. I am still wating for the refund. More surprise is that no one is answering my calls.
I do not know what to do?...

Supporting Cheating Bus Operators

I have very bad experience to share with you. I booked bus tickets on 25th Sep 09(Mumbai to Hyd in Neeta travels -BUS[protected]) and also on 4th Oct 09(Hyd to Mumbai in konduskar travels -BUS[protected]).

As known truth, bus fares were increased to almost double the amount on these two days due to dusera festival season. As I booked these tickets well before i got them for normal price using your site. I was very happy...

Money deducted, ticket not issued

I made an online return ticket booking under the ID FLT[protected] (amount Rs14398)on Sep17th at about 5.45 pm. Due to some ‘communication failure’ I wasn’t provided with any PNR number or status, neither did I receive a call from the customer care as promised on the website. This leaves me with no option to make any other booking as I don’t know if the current ticket is confirmed or not.

Fraudulent charges/over charged

After going all the way to the payment screen with approximately Rs. 8000 for two tickets from Cochin to Bombay, I was billed Rs. 13,000. As I was in a hurry, I did not notice that. Only when I received the SMS did I realize the fraud activity. Even today, Kingfisher and makemytrip.com claim Rs. 8000 for two tickets. Referring it to customer service is useless as they claim that the amount was 13,000. I wonder how they are allowed to operate...
