I have booked ticket from Mumbai to Melbourne on 9 November 2009 through Make My Trip,and while booking one of the employee swiped my credit card twice,and he promised me that I will get the refund for the amount in 10-12 working days,its more than a month now since I have done the booking,and I have not yet got my refund of Rs. 21970(ticket amount) and my cashback amount of Rs.1000.

Cheating in refunds

I have made booking from Make my trip to Kingfisher airline. Now if I want to cancel the ticket, I have to pay cancellation charges of 750 to airlines and 250 to Agent that is make my trip.com

Ignoring request for refund

Dear Sirs
I booked internal India flights with MakeMyTrip.com earlier this year. My booking reference from them was FLT[protected] & the Kingfisher Airlines PNR was CFWNQZ. The outward flight Delhi to Dharamsala was fine, but the airline cancelled the return flight on 29 October without notice. The airline authorities at the airport gave me written authorisation for a full refund which I was told I must obtain from Make My Trip....

Charged twice on my credit card

I booked tickets from chennai to Delhi (round trip) through their site www.makemytrip.com, they site was very slow and suddenly it asked me to confirm payment and when I confirmed it charged twice ($787 US). When I called them immdeiatly there response was very poor and they never agreed its their problem. Still fighting with them to get the money back....

MIserably Bad Service when it comes to Refunding Money to Customer

I had cancelled one Booking on 5th Oct 2009. The expected date of my refund coming back to the bank account used by me for transaction was 15th Oct. But it is already 10th Nov and no news of me getting the refund. There phone lines (I dont know what they are really for) are without fail always busy. Which in anyways probably show the number of complaints against them !!

False amount charged to my credit card

An amount of Rs.4555/- has been charged to my ICICI credit card for which I have not made any transaction. CUstomer Care person told me that it is a system error & amount will be credited back to my card. One month later , nothing has happened. When I called them again, they are unable to track my complaint using the reference number given to me earlier....

No valid permit for the bus

I booked two bus ticket for a total of 7 passengers through make my trip.com for my journey from Madurai to Chennai for journey date 25th October, 2009. The PNR numbers are TBBK98883887 for 6 tickets and TBBK82825928 for 1 ticket. The coach operator was Photon Trans Co. and the coach type was Volvo. From the outer look of the bus itself I could sense a foul smell and it seems the driver does not have enough experience to handle a Volvo....

Cancellation refunds not received

I had cancelled my return journey on travel ticket with booking ID FLT[protected], booked through Makemytrip.com. They confirmed that Rs. 4715/- shall be refunded back to me (shall be credited by them to my account).

Their website status shows that the refund was made on 3rd Oct 2009. I tried calling their phone numbers, but their AVR system keeps me on hold for hours together. It is next to impossible to contact them through...
