Please understand that the problem is not with the internet service provider, the same is with the handset manufactured by Sony Ericsson.
Am again reiterating that have doubly checked the same while using the mobile handset of other manufacture, and the same was working fine. The procedure you have mentioned below have been tried hundreds of time, but no success
The handset is faulty, and you need to get this checked from your service engineer. You are the manufacturers and you know the technicalities. Please help.

We would like to inform you that there is no setting available on our website for the WI-FI. We would like to inform you that you need to contact your server engineer and the server engineer will authorized your handset to use the WI-FI. After getting authorized your handset from server engineer, follow the below mentioned steps to enter the network key.
1. Go to the Main Menu
2. Go to the Control Panel.
3. Select the Connection.
4. Select the WI-FI.
5. Make the WI-FI enable.
6. Select the Scan option.
7. Select the Connect option and when you will select the Connect option it will ask you to enter the Network key.

Hi,
My name is Sumit, am from Delhi, and have recently taken router wifi from Mtnl broadband, which is successfully working with my PS3 and home computer, but the same is not working with my P990i mobile phone, an error cme "could not locate remote server", while opening the page.
I have 2 wifi connections: one at my office which is unsecured, here the handset is working fine and the other which is mentioned above (MTNL) for my home, this MTNL connection is secured.
The wifi connection is secured and i have used wep mode, and have put key 1, plus 10 digit password, and the connection is successful;, but the internet is not opening(error-could not locate server".
Further to check if my home wifi connection is compatible with mobile phone, I checked the same with other mobile phone(Asus), and the connection was working fine, no error was coming and internet pages were opened successfully.
Please help me with the connection problem with the handset, I have even called SE customer care at 39011111 twice, but am sorry to say that the staff were not able to handle technical queries. This is not the kind of response I expected from Sony.

sonyericsson k790i — very poor video claritty
I buyed a sonyericsson k790i on nov 12.The company is telling the prodect is "Cyber Shot".But i cant think so, because its its video claritty is very very poor.And when we use a memory card, switch on the mobile...It will take above 2 mins to start.When we take any application, the phone is very slow... I am not happy with my mobile...I give 10100Rs for that mobile but i didn't get the real value or responce of my money which i give...
