मैं अपनी mother को सरप्राइज देना चाहती थी लेकिन इस वेबसाइट की वजह से मेरा सारा प्लान खराब हो गया और मेरे emotions भी hurt हुए। 9 मई को मैंने इस website से 1 cake (599 ₹), 1 greeting card (125 ₹) और 1 lotus candle (99 ₹) ऑर्डर किया था,,, जब delivery boy ऑर्डर लेकर आया तो‌ उसने मुझे cake दिया और greeting card ऐसे ही बिना envelope के पकड़ा दिया और कहा कि आप ऑर्डर चैक करलो। मैंने सबसे पहले cake देखा जो कि बहुत ही वाहियात दिख रहा था क्योंकि इस cake की design वो नहीं थी जो मैंने select की थी,,, इस पर delivery boy ने ये कहा कि "madam आप design क्यों चैक कर रही हो,, lockdown में आपको cake मिल रहा है यही बहुत बड़ी बात है और वैसे भी आपको flavour से मतलब होना चाहिए"। फिर मैंने greeting card देखा जो किसी angle से 125 ₹ का नहीं था क्योंकि बहुत low category का दिख रहा था,,, उसके बाद मैंने lotus candle चैक करी जो उसमें थी ही नहीं,, इस पर delivery boy का ये कहना था कि "lotus candle" की payment आपको refund कर दी जाएगी" ‌ इस सबसे मुझे बहुत गुस्सा आया और मैंने इस वेबसाइट पर दिए गए चैट के ऑप्शन पर जाकर अपनी परेशानी बताई और कहा कि मुझे मेरी payment refund कर दीजिए। क्योंकि वेबसाइट की refund policy के हिसाब से यदि आपको same design का cake नहीं मिलता है तो आपको payment refund कर दी जाएगी। लेकिन उस चैट में मुझे कोई भी satisfied response नहीं मिला। फिर मैंने बहुत बार customer care पर कॉल की जो कि recieve नहीं की गई। कुल मिलाकर निष्कर्ष यह निकलता है कि यह सब सामान मेरा ₹823 का था, यह पैसे मेरे एक तरह से पानी में मिल गए। इस वेबसाइट ने मुझे धोखा दिया। इस वेबसाइट की सर्विसेस बहुत ही बेकार है या फिर यह भी कह सकते हैं कि इस वेबसाइट को सिर्फ और सिर्फ लोगों को ठगने के लिए ही बनाया गया है। Order no - [protected]...
